Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of transparency in the management of BUMD to the concept of Good Corporate Governance and its influence on Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning Eradication of Corruption Crimes. The existing BUMDs have not been able to make a good contribution to PAD, from the dividends paid to the regional treasury which will become regional government revenue and which will increase the ability of the APBD to finance regional development. One of the reasons for the inability to make a good contribution to PAD is financial and performance aspects, plus the existence of mismanagement practices that lead to inefficiency, fraud and corruption, collusion, nepotism or KKN as a hidden enemy. Existing data shows that 1,007 BUMDs with assets of IDR 340.118 trillion recorded profits of IDR 10.372 trillion or an average return on assets (ROA) ratio of 3.0 percent. The research method uses normative juridical. The three BUMDs that were studied were Perumda Aneka Usaha, Perumda Bhumi Phala Wisata, and Perumda Tirta Agung Drinking Water. It is this Perumda Tirta Agung Water Supply which implements transparency quite well with a score of 75.00, the increase in dividends is very significant so that no acts of corruption occur. Keywords: Corruption Eradication; Good Corporate Governance; Regional Owned Enterprises; Transparency Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan transparansi pengelolaan BUMD pada konsep Good Corporate Governent dan pengaruhnya terhadap Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2001 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi.

Abstract

Indonesia has a rich cultural diversity, one of which is traditional houses (rumah adat). However, learning about traditional houses is still largely based on textbooks. With the advancement of information and communication technology, teaching and learning processes can now be supported by interactive learning media. One of the emerging technologies that is widely used in education is Augmented Reality (AR). AR can display 3D animations from all angles, helping to increase public interest in learning more about Indonesia’s diverse traditional houses. The purpose of this research is to develop an Android-based Augmented Reality application for introducing traditional houses in Indonesia as a learning medium. This application aims to provide users convenience in learning, and seeing various types of houses there. The method used is the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) which consists of a concept, design, collection of materials, assembly process, testing process, and distribution process. The application uses Unity, Blender, and Vuforia SDK. The results of this study will show that the Android-based Augmented Reality (AR) marker application, specifically the traditional houses in Indonesia. 3D assets of traditional houses can be adjusted flexibly, for example, rotated by 360 degrees, accompanied by descriptive information on each traditional house, so that information can be received flexibly and real-like.

Abstract

Education is a fundamental pillar in shaping national life, where schools play a strategic role in the holistic development of students' character and potential. In the era of globalization, innovation in school management is necessary to make education more adaptive. One innovative approach is school management based on local wisdom, which integrates values, traditions, and cultural practices into the management process. This study aims to explore the implementation, potential, and challenges of this approach and to formulate recommendations for its development. The research was conducted at SD N 1 Kebonharjo, Kendal Regency, focusing on the preparation of strategic plans that integrate local values and culture. The results show that values such as mutual cooperation (gotong royong), deliberation (musyawarah), and the utilization of local resources strengthen school management and improve education quality. However, challenges such as deep understanding and limited resources need to be addressed. This study contributes to academics, practitioners, and policymakers in strengthening cultural identity and education quality through school management based on local wisdom, emphasizing character building and patriotism.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the efficiency of beef cattle supply chain management in Jember Regency during and after the Eid al-Adha period, and to evaluate the role of digital marketing in improving distribution. The research was conducted in July 2024 using a survey method with purposive sampling for selecting farmers and snowball sampling for marketing institutions. The results showed three marketing patterns: Pattern I (Producers directly to consumers using the “SAPI SIP” digital platform), Pattern II (Producers – Wholesalers – Agents outside the city/province), and Pattern III (Producers – Wholesalers – Religious institutions – Consumers). The most efficient marketing pattern during the Eid al-Adha period was Pattern I, with the highest farmer price share: 95.24% for male cattle and 94.29% for female cattle. This was due to the direct-to-consumer approach via digital marketing, which reduced intermediaries and transaction costs. After Eid al-Adha, Pattern I remained the most efficient for male cattle (88.00%), while Pattern III showed slightly higher efficiency for female cattle (90.17%) due to strong institutional buyer networks. These findings indicate that digital marketing can significantly improve supply chain efficiency and enhance farmer welfare, especially during seasonal demand surges.

Abstract

Urea Molasses Block (UMB) is an animal feed supplement that contains micro nutrients which function to improve feed digestibility, provide energy and increase appetite. Based on research results, giving 5% tobacco waste is able to eradicate worms in livestock. Worms are parasites in the digestive tract of livestock. Infected livestock will usually be disturbed in the digestive process, so that in the end it will have an impact on performance in the form of low body weight gain. In general, making UMB is still done manually and traditionally, partners also have not yet got the right formula for making it, which has an impact on the performance of beef cattle. in the Agrapana Sejahtera livestock group. The dissemination of making UMB based on tobacco waste using hydraulic press technology aims to enable farmers who are members of group partners to be able to independently make UMB based on tobacco waste using hydraulic press technology to facilitate and apply the making of UMB to provide supplements that can improve the performance of beef cattle. The output of this activity is an increase in farmers' understanding of producing UMB for the success of beef cattle, increasing knowledge and skills in processing tobacco waste-based feed using hydraulic press technology, and improving the performance of beef cattle.
