Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi peternak unggas saat ini adalah harga bahan pakan yang semakin mahal dan kualitas yang tidak menentu, sehingga produksi yang dihasilkan seringkali kurang maksimal. Untuk itu kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan mengaplikasikan feed additive Bioemulsifier Organik yang berfungsi mengoptimalkan kecernaan lemak untuk diubah menjadi sumber energi sehingga akan meningkatkan performa produksi ayam kampung tersebut. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan tentang feed additive Organic Bioemulsifier dan keterampilan pada mitra tentang teknik pencampurannya secara benar dikarenakan jumlah pemberiannya sangat sedikit (0,01%) agar tercampur homogen dengan bahan-bahan utama lainnya. Pemberian pakan campuran dengan homogenitas yang baik, kemanfaatan penambahan Organic Emulsifier akan nampak berupa perbaikan performa ayam kampung. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Teaching Farm milik PT. Pandu Bina Sejahtera Indonesia. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan metode Participatory Rural Approach (PRA) yang meliputi: 1)persiapan, 2)penyuluhan dan pelatihan, 3)pendampingan kegiatan, serta 4)evaluasi. Keberhasilan pengabdian ini nampak dari hasil evaluasi yang menunjukkan bahwa seluruh peserta telah mengetahui secara langsung manfaat feed additive Organic Bioemulsifier yang dapat meningkatkan berat badan ayam kampung sebesar 6,3% dibanding yang tanpa feed additive. Jumlah peserta yang telah mengetahui teknik pencampuran pakan dengan feed additive secara benar sebanyak 100%.

Abstract

The goal of this research is to define the stages involved in applying the model of ProjectBased Learning (PjBL) in order to improve student learning results, particularly in scientific topics.The goal of this research is to define the stages involved in applying the model of Project BasedLearning (PjBL) in order to improve student learning results, particularly in scientific topics. Datacollection techniques used test and non-test techniques. The data analysis methods employed includedescriptive, qualitative, and quantitative. The findings revealed that the adoption model of PjBL withthe 4C, HOTS, and TPACK techniques improved learning outcomes in grade 4 pupils at SDN 4Kenanga. This is demonstrated by the rise in average student achievement observed in cycle 2. Incycle 1, the average individual value of 60.6 with 20 participants (67 percent) in the incompletesection of KKM calculated is 70, indicating that student achievement have not improved. While incycle 2, there is an improvement in student achievement from an average value of 78 to as many as23 or (76 percent) pupils finishing.

Abstract

Objective - This study examines the influence of coercive pressure on financial statement quality and the mediating role of internal control systems in central government accounting entities of ministries/institutions partnering with the State Treasury Service Office of Malang (KPPN Malang).Design/Methodology - The research sample was collected by purposive sampling questionnaire with an 84.38% return rate. It comprised 216 respondents of staff and managers responsible for preparing financial statements in central government work units of ministries/institutions partnering with KPPN Malang. Research data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) technique to predict the relationships between coercive pressure, financial statement quality, and the mediating role of internal control systems.Results - It was found that coercive pressure positively influences financial statement quality. Coercive pressure has a positive effect on internal control systems, and internal control systems have a positive impact on financial statement quality. Meanwhile, internal control systems can mediate the relationship between coercive pressure and financial statement quality.Research limitations/implications - The research findings have practical implications that suggest coercive pressures from stakeholders demanding high-quality financial statements should be responded to by implementing effective internal control systems to ensure the quality of presented financial statements.Novelty/Originality - The novelty of this research lies in examining the mediating role of internal control systems in the relationship between coercive pressure and financial statement quality, which has not been discussed in existing studies.

Abstract

This paper aims to explore how power dynamics shape strategic decisions and performance measurement systems in hospital management, elucidating their impact on managerial choices in healthcare settings. Key themes and factors related to power dynamics in hospitals are identified, including the distribution of power among management teams, the influence of individual and group power dynamics, and the effects of power on decision-making across organizational levels. By synthesizing insights from previous research, this paper informs the development of theoretical frameworks and methodological approaches for studying the interplay between power dynamics and strategic decision-making in hospital management. Furthermore, it offers practical implications for hospital administrators and managers, providing guidance on navigating power dynamics to enhance decision-making effectiveness and organizational performance. Abstract

In Indonesia, young farmers face various challenges and crises that hinder the growth and sustainability of the agricultural sector. They face obstacles such as lack of access to capital, limited technology, climate change, and low selling prices for their crops. In addition, they also often face problems in obtaining accurate and relevant information in an effort to facilitate better decision-making in agricultural businesses, so that the interest of young people today to become farmers is decreasing. The study aims to Compare the Performance of NBC, C4.5, and KNN Algorithms in the Analysis of Public Sentiment towards the Young Farmer Crisis on Facebook Social Media. The application of the K-Fold Cross Validation method is (K = 10). Sentiment analysis is carried out with 3 labels (positive, negative, and neutral). The data used in making the classification model (data from preprocessing the stemming column) using (Google Colab) amounted to 4,878 data with Positive sentiment of 43.13% (2,104), Neutral 39.59% (1,931), Negative 17.28% (843) from the initial data without nested comments, which is 4,981 and the total number of Facebook data is 2,900 likes, 6,700 comments, and 3.3 million viewers. The accuracy of the NBC algorithm is 57.32%, the C4.5 algorithm is 98.42%, and the KNN algorithm (K = 19) is 97.33%. It can be concluded that the results of the comparison of the performance of the three algorithms using (Rapidminer10.3), the C4.5 algorithm gets a higher accuracy of 98.42% and is superior because it produces a decision tree.

Abstract

SIM issuance is carried out by the Polres traffic unit, including Satlantas Polres Kampar, which currently stilluses banners to convey information about the flow of SIM issuance. This problem can be overcome by making a websitebased Virtual Tour of the Flow of Making a Driver's License. This Virtual Tour was developed using the PHPprogramming language, CodeIgniter v3 framework, MySQL database, Apache, jQuery, and hardware in the form of InstaNano 360 cameras and iPhone cellphones, as well as software such as Adobe Photoshop. This research aims to facilitatethe public in finding information about the flow of making a driver's license since it can be accessed anytime andanywhere without having to come or ask directly to the location. The method used in this research is the Luther method,which consists of six stages: concept, design, material collection, manufacture, testing, and distribution. The results ofthis study successfully created a Virtual Tour of the flow of making a driver's license that can be accessed through thewebsite, and serves as information that makes it easier for the public to find out the flow of making a driver's license atSatlantas Polres Kampar, with the results of user response reaching an average value of 90.15%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to apply the values of religious moderation through Arabic language courses in Islamic religious colleges, where this course is a type of institutional course that must be taken by all students without exception, of course this is a great opportunity for the campus to maximize efforts to prevent cases of radicalism and intolerance in the campus environment through Arabic language materials outlined in Arabic textbooks either through readings and texts related to religious norms that are tolerant, inclusive, and respectful of differences. The research method used is research on the development of a descriptive procedural model developed by Borg and Gal. The results of the study show that the development of value-based Arabic teaching materials through the four pillars of religious moderation is very important in the context of contemporary education. Materials designed with a holistic approach not only improve language proficiency, but also shape students' personalities according to the values of religious moderation. Thus, this research makes a significant contribution to Islamic education practically and theoretically and strengthening literature by adding a new dimension in the form of integrating moderation values through Arabic teaching materials.

Abstract

Ansamble Gonrang Sipitu-pitu pengiring Tor-tor Sirittak Hotang merupakan kesenian tradisional yang berada di Silau Kahean, kabupaten Simalungun, provinsi Sumatera Utara. Instrumen yang dipakai dalam ansamble ini terdiri dari satu buah Sarunei Ponggol-ponggol, tujuh Gonrang, satu Mongmongan, dan satu Ogung yang dimainkan oleh enam orang pemain laki-laki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Bentuk Musik Ansamble Gonrang Sipitupitu pengiring Tor-tor Sirittak Hotang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan musikologi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi pustaka yaitu buku, skripsi dan jurnal, kemudian studi lapangan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yaitu mereduksi data, menyajikan data dan menyimpulkan data. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teori struktur musik Schneck and Berger, Leon Stein dan Karl Edmund Prier. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa struktur bentuk musik Ansamble Gonrang Sipitu-pitu terdiri dari intro, motif, frase, periode dan coda yang tergolong dalam dua bagian bentuk musik. Kata Kunci: Ansamble Gonrang Sipitu-pitu; Masyarakat Simalungun; Struktur Bentuk Musik; Tor-tor Sirittak Hotang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of petanque kids games on gross motor development of elementary school students. Petanque kids games have great potential in supporting the development of motor and social skills of students. This type of research is quasi-experimental with the method of one grub prestest posttest desaign using motor ability instruments, Population as many as 36 students aged 9 - 11 years at Balongsari 4 Mojokerto State Elementary School. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and statistical analysis with the help of the SPSS 29 program. The results showed that there was a significant influence between the pretest posttest results with a Sig value. > 0.05 and there was an increase between the pretest posttest results of the pretest posttest speed test increased by 6.31%, the pretest posttest agility test increased by 11.54%, the prestest posttest coordination test also increased by 23.85% while the balance also increased from prestest posttest by 45.50%. So it can be concluded that there is a difference between the pretest posttest which means that there is an effect of petanque kids games on the gross motor development of elementary school students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the policies implemented by the Principal of SDI Bustanu Usyuqil Qur'an (BUQ) Lesmana Ajibarang Banyumas in improving the quality of learning based on Tahfidz Al-Qur'an. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach, focusing on identifying the influence of policies on curriculum development, human resource management, and evaluation systems, which contribute to improving learning outcomes of Tahfidz Al-Qur'an. Data were obtained through interviews with principals, teachers, staff, and students, as well as observation of learning and extracurricular activities and analysis of school documents and official reports. The results were thematically analyzed to identify key themes related to the principal's policy, leadership, and the quality of Tahfidz learning. The research findings show that the policy implemented by the principal focuses on developing a curriculum that suits students' needs and structured Tahfidz learning. The implementation of this policy involves applying the Qiraati method for Tahfidz learning, as well as strict supervision of the program implementation. In addition, periodic evaluations are conducted to ensure the quality of learning and identify areas for improvement. Supervision by the principal and teachers, as well as regular evaluation of learning outcomes, have proven effective in supporting the success of the tahfidz program at SDI BUQ. Overall, SDI BUQ's principal's policy, which is based on needs analysis, structured management, and continuous evaluation, can improve the quality of learning and students' mastery of memorizing the Qur'an. This research makes an essential contribution to the understanding of education policy implementation in Islamic elementary schools, especially in learning Tahfidz Al-Qur'an, and can be a reference for other Islamic schools in designing similar policies.
