Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly affected the mental health of people worldwide, including in Indonesia. The surge in mental disorders such as depression, anxiety, stress, and trauma highlights that this crisis impacts both physical and psychological well-being. This study aims to examine the mental health impact and global recovery strategies through a literature review approach. The method used involved reviewing literature from reputable databases such as PubMed, Science Direct, and Google Scholar, resulting in 10 selected articles that met the inclusion criteria. Findings reveal that vulnerable groups, including healthcare workers, the elderly, and individuals with pre-existing mental disorders, were more severely impacted. The study emphasizes the need for responsive mental health systems, long-term investment, and social stigma reduction. Recovery efforts include raising awareness, expanding access to services, and community-based support. These findings provide a comprehensive understanding of mental health challenges during the pandemic and underscore the importance of a holistic and sustainable response.

Abstract

Katadata Insight Center (KIC) dan Zigi menyatakan bahwa investasi menjadi urutan ke-4 dari urutan terakhir pada kebutuhan rutin bulanan Generasi Z artinya investasi belum menjadi hal yang penting dikalangan Generasi Z. Dalam hal ini Generasi Z yang belum matang dalam membuat keputusan mengeluarkan uang seringkali melakukan Fomo Spending atau membuang-buang uang terlalu banyak hanya untuk pengeluaran jangka pendek. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan dan alokasi pendapatan terhadap keputusan berinvestasi pada Generasi Z. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan populasi yang merupakan Generasi Z di Jakarta Timur dan penggunaan sampel menggunakan pendekatan purposive sampling dan MOE. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari 120 responden dan dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner secara online melalui google form. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linier Berganda menggunakan software statistik IBM SPSS 2.9. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa literasi keuangan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan berinvestasi sebesar 0,379 dan alokasi pendapatan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan berinvestasi sebesar 0,353.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine factors that influenced stress degree in busy and unbusy children of elementary school. The research conducted in SD Bina Insani Bogor. The research method was cross sectional study with 30 samples of busy children and 30 samples of unbusy children. The site of the research was selected purposively by considering that SD Bina Insani Bogor is one of the favorite private schools in Bogor. Moreover, SD Bina Insani Bogor has tight schedule and also has a large numbers of students who participated in extracurricular activities/activities after school program. The results showed that there were significant differentiation between busy children and unbusy children in time allocation and amount of extracurricular activities/activities after school program. Female students allocated more time I extracurricular activities after school than male students. Amount of extracurricular activities/activities after school, its time allocation, and time allocation for watching TV were factors that affected stress level of the children. Finally, factors affected the degree of stress of students were the amount of extracurricular activities after school, and the time allocation for watching TV.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas kebijakan moneter dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi dan mengendalikan inflasi. Metode studi literatur digunakan untuk mengumpulkan, menganalisis, dan mensintesis berbagai temuan dari penelitian-penelitian terdahulu yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan moneter memainkan peran penting dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi dan mengendalikan tingkat inflasi. Pengaturan suku bunga oleh bank sentral menjadi salah satu instrumen utama dalam kebijakan moneter yang mempengaruhi aktivitas ekonomi. Selain itu, pengendalian inflasi juga menjadi fokus utama kebijakan moneter untuk menjaga stabilitas ekonomi. Namun, efektivitas kebijakan moneter tidaklah seutuhnya bergantung pada bank sentral, melainkan juga dipengaruhi oleh kondisi ekonomi domestik, global, serta faktor-faktor kelembagaan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan koordinasi antarinstansi, perbaikan transparansi, dan peningkatan infrastruktur keuangan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas kebijakan moneter. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi pengambil kebijakan dalam merumuskan strategi kebijakan moneter yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

Numeracy skills are important skills for students in helping students solve everyday problems and support decision-making based on data and mathematical logic. Numeracy skills are integrated with everyday problems such as population. This study aims to train students' numeracy skills through training integrated with population issues, especially nutritional status based on Body Mass Index (BMI). This training activity was carried out at SMPN 1 Plumbon with 30 IPS and PMR extracurricular students. The training activity went through three stages, namely the planning, implementation and evaluation stages. The planning stage is the team coordinating with the supervising teacher regarding the training concept and creating materials. The implementation stage is carried out twice, namely the presentation of materials by the resource person and the practice of calculating BMI using the Microsoft Excel application. The evaluation stage is to help students interpret the results of data processing in the form of infographics.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis secara kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 35. Teknik sampling yang digunakan berupa non probability sampling data primer yang digunakan berupa kuesioner. Data sekunder diperoleh dari jurnal dan buku yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan Software statistic spss. Berdasarkan hasil analisis pada variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan. saran pihak dalam perusahaan diharapkan lebih memperhatikan dengan melakukan monitoring dan memberikan arahan serta bersikap adil kepada karyawan tanpa membedakan status pendidikannya

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of fintech and asset utilization on financial performance, with operational efficiency as a mediating variable, in digital banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Using quantitative data from digital banks' financial reports for the 2021–2024 period, this study examines how the development of financial technology (fintech) and asset utilization affect banks' profitability and financial stability through increased operational efficiency. Sampling in this study was conducted considering relevant and specific criteria to ensure the results reflect the actual conditions of the population studied. The sample was selected from digital banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2024, with complete financial and operational data for at least the past two years. Inclusion criteria included 15 digital banks officially operating and having complete financial reports from 2021 to 2024, representing 75 sample units. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data analysis tool used was SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The analysis shows that fintech significantly accelerates service innovation and expands market access, thus contributing significantly positively to operational efficiency and financial performance. Optimal asset utilization also plays a crucial role in reducing credit risk and improving portfolio quality, ultimately improving operational efficiency and financial performance. Operational efficiency has been shown to contribute significantly positively to financial performance. Operational efficiency has been shown to be a mediating variable that strengthens the relationship between fintech, asset utilization, and financial performance. This study provides important implications for policymakers and digital bank management in optimizing operational strategies and technology investments to enhance competitiveness in the increasingly dynamic digital financial market.

Abstract

Introduction: Pregnancy is a natural biological process that is crucial in a woman's life. During this time, women face various challenges, ranging from drastic physical changes, hormonal fluctuations, the responsibilities of being a mother-to-be, to concerns about fetal safety and the delivery process. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between sleep patterns and anxiety among pregnant women in the BLUD UPTD Atari Jaya Community Health Center (Puskesmas Atari Jaya) work area. Methods: This study was quantitative and designed using an observational cross-sectional approach. The population was 139 pregnant women at the UPTD Atari Jaya Community Health Center. The sample was 58 pregnant women at the Obstetrics Polyclinic within the UPTD Atari Jaya Community Health Center. The chi-square test was used in the bivariate analysis. Results: Of the 58 respondents, the sleep patterns of pregnant women were mostly in the good category (27 respondents (46.6%). Of the 58 respondents, the anxiety of pregnant women was mostly in the not anxious category (30 respondents (51.7%). The data analysis results obtained an X2 value of 15.237 (greater than the X2 table value of 12.592) and a p-value of 0.018 (? 0.05). Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between sleep patterns and anxiety among pregnant women in the BLUD UPTD Atari Jaya Health Center Work Area. Conclusion: There is a relationship between sleep patterns and anxiety among pregnant women in the BLUD UPTD Atari Jaya Health Center Work Area.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence income from rice cultivation. The study was conducted in Tabbinjai Village, Tombolopao District, Gowa Regency. The research sample was 10% of the total population, namely 51 people and used the simple random sampling method. The data analysis method used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS (Statistical Products and Services Solutions) application. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data. The results of the study showed that yields, selling prices, seed costs, fertilizer costs, drug costs and labor costs together affected the income of the rice planting industry in Tabbinjai Village. Harvest results, selling prices, fertilizer costs and labor costs partly affected the income of rice cultivation businesses in Tabinjai Village, Tombolopao District, Gowa Regency. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan dari budidaya padi. Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Tabbinjai, Kecamatan Tombolopao, Kabupaten Gowa. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 10% dari total populasi yaitu 51 orang dan menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS (Statistical Products and Services Solutions). Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil, harga jual, biaya benih, biaya pupuk, biaya obat-obatan dan biaya tenaga kerja secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi pendapatan industri penanaman padi di Desa Tabbinjai. Hasil panen, harga jual, biaya pupuk dan tenaga kerja sebagian mempengaruhi pendapatan usaha budidaya padi sawah di desa Tabinjai, Kecamatan Tombolopao, Kabupaten Gowa.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the amount of banner raw material inventory in 2020, with the selected method, namely EOQ and MRP to get an economical amount of inventory on the next order.This study uses primary data from interviews and secondary data from inventory report data from CV. Ozone Graphics. The analysis used is Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and Material Requirement Planning (MRP) with the Part Period Balancing (PPB) technique.The results of this study using the EOQ method the company will get an optimal inventory of 422.94 meters of Korean Flexy and 42.58 liters of Icontek ink, with the lowest total inventory cost of Rp. 3,571,694.39 Korean Flexy and Icontek ink of Rp. IDR 3,496,425.47. Meanwhile, with the MRP method, the results obtained are that the total cost of inventory is too high, namely Korean Flexy Rp 12,930,250 and Rp 17,034,520 Icontek ink. So that by using the EOQ method the company will get the optimal amount of inventory and can minimize inventory costs.Keywords: Inventory, Inventory Cost, EOQ, MRP, PPB
