Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to determine the effect of Financial Literacy on Credit Decision Making. To assess the effect of Credit Procedures on Credit Taking Decisions. Moreover, to determine the impact of Financial Literacy and Credit Procedures on Credit Decision Making. Research Design and Methodology: The population in this study were debtors of Bank BRI Jayapura City Unit Office who applied for credit in 2021-2022, totaling 1,714 debtors. The sampling technique used in this study is proportional random sampling. Data sources use primary data and secondary data. The statistical analysis method used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis based on the T Statistical Test technique, F Statistical Test, and the Coefficient of Determination with the help of SPSS version 29 software. Findings and Discussion: The results showed that Financial Literacy has a positive and significant effect on Credit decision-making, and credit procedures have a positive and significant effect on credit decisions. Financial Literacy and Credit Procedures simultaneously affect the decision to take credit at BRI Bank Jayapura City Unit. Implications: This research is expected to significantly influence future studies in economics, particularly financial management. The results are also likely to serve as a reference and comparison material for further research related to credit decision-making.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the relationship between organizational sustainability and human resource wellbeing, emphasizing the strategic imperatives for fostering sustainable growth and success in contemporary organizations. Adopting a comprehensive literature review approach, the study examines the theoretical foundations, managerial implications, and practical strategies associated with nurturing both organizational and human resource wellbeing. The methodology involves synthesizing findings from diverse perspectives, including organizational sustainability, human resource management, and leadership studies. Results indicate that organizational sustainability serves as a cornerstone for long-term viability, encompassing financial stability, operational efficiency, stakeholder relationships, and environmental responsibility. Additionally, human resource wellbeing emerges as a critical determinant of organizational performance, innovation, and employee engagement, influenced by factors such as leadership style, organizational culture, and employee wellbeing initiatives. Abstract

This study explores the critical role of succession planning and leadership development programs in fostering organizational resilience and driving sustainable performance. The research aims to investigate the interconnectedness of succession planning, leadership development, and the integration of technology within organizational contexts. A comprehensive literature review is conducted to synthesize existing knowledge and identify key insights into effective succession excellence strategies. The methodology involves a systematic analysis of peer-reviewed articles, books, and scholarly publications in the fields of leadership, talent management, and organizational behavior. Findings reveal that effective succession planning is essential for mitigating leadership risks, ensuring organizational stability, and fostering resilience amidst change. Abstract

This research aims to discuss the interpretation of Surah Al-Isra' Verses 23 and 24 for the Birr Al-Walidain Habituation of Santri at the Al-Hayaa' Islamic Boarding School in Batam. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques use interviews, participant observation and documentation. Data analysis consists of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data was carried out through extended participation, diligent observation and triangulation. The results of this research explain that (1) Interpretation of Surah Al-Isra' Verses 23 and 24, consisting of three chapters: a) the priority of doing good to parents, b) the rights of parents while they are still alive, and c) the rights of parents after die. And the source of teaching materials is the Al-Qur'an and Al-Sunnah; (2) Steps in interpreting it: a) Every hour at the end of the teaching and learning process (PBM) before going home, the students in their respective classes receive direction from the teaching staff to implement the values ​​of birrul waalidaiin. This is intended so that every instruction from the teaching staff to the students is still fresh in their minds when they get home. b) At the beginning of learning outside the classroom (in the mushalla-halaqah) during the classical period after morning dhikr before entering class, the students receive questions from the teaching staff on duty, who and what birrul waalidaain deeds they have done after coming home from school; (3) The impact of the interpretation of Surah Al-Isra' Verses 23 and 24 for the habituation of Birr Al-Walidain Santri at the Al-Hayaa' Batam Islamic Boarding School has been able to change the students (santri) to a better attitude. This is in accordance with the goal to be achieved, namely the formation of a scientific discipline as a good character for individual students.

Abstract

Pola makan yang sehat dan asupan gizi yang seimbang sangat penting bagi perkembangan anak-anak. Kesalahan dalam pemberian gizi dapat mengakibatkan masalah seperti Stunting dan obesitas. Edukasi gizi adalah kunci dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas program edukasi gizi yang berfokus pada pedoman gizi seimbang terhadap peningkatan kesadaran orang tua untuk pertumbuhan anak di Dusun I Desa Karyamekar. Metode survei data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan ditemukan bahwa program edukasi mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan orang tua tentang gizi seimbang secara signifikan. Namun, masih diperlukan upaya lebih lanjut dalam advokasi untuk meningkatkan kesadaran orang tua tentang pentingnya gizi seimbang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi antara edukasi gizi dan advokasi yang intensif dapat mendorong perubahan perilaku makan yang lebih baik pada keluarga.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of Crypto Savvy and Digital Assets on Financial Gains through Investment Strategies at BNI Cabang Surakarta. Using a quantitative approach and structural equation modeling (SEM) with Smart PLS, data from 70 bank customers were analyzed. The results indicate significant direct effects of Crypto Savvy and Digital Assets on Investment Strategies and Financial Gains. Specifically, Crypto Savvy and Digital Assets positively influence Investment Strategies, which in turn enhances Financial Gains. Moreover, indirect effects analysis reveals that Crypto Savvy and Digital Assets indirectly contribute to Financial Gains through Investment Strategies, highlighting the mediating role of Investment Strategies in translating crypto literacy and digital asset integration into financial gains. These findings underscore the importance of enhancing knowledge and strategic management of digital assets within banking operations to optimize financial performance. The study's insights provide actionable recommendations for BNI Cabang Surakarta and similar institutions to improve their digital asset strategies and achieve sustainable financial success in the evolving financial landscape.

Abstract

Pada proses pemesanan makanan di pujasera terkadang terdapat beberapa kesulitan yang menyebabkan terhambatnya proses pengantaran makanan diantaranya adalah sulitnya mengidentifikasi pelanggan yang memesan, dimana letak posisi pemesan, dan lamanya proses yang terjadi. Pada proses pemesanan, makanan menggunakan sistem konvensional, pelayan harus meneriakan nama pemesan untuk mencari tempat pemesan. Pada sistem pemesanan pujasera sendiri terdiri dari beberapa tahapan, mulai dari pemilihan kedai, pemesanan minuman atau makanan sampai makanan telah siap disajikan. Pada penelitian ini dibuat suatu sistem pemesanan pintar pujasera menggunakan QR code dan aplikasi android. Untuk pemesanan pelanggan harus memindai QR code dan kemudian memilih kedai, makanan dan minuman yang akan dipesan. Setelah dibayar, data pemesanan berupa makanan, minuman, nama pelanggan dan nomor meja akan dikirimkan ke masing-masing kedai untuk di proses dan setelah pesanan selesai disiapkan, sistem akan mengirimkan notifikasi ke pelayan agar pesanan segera diantar oleh pelayan ke pemesan. Sistem yang dibuat menggunakan software pendukung yaitu kodular. Untuk mendeteksi pesanan yang sudah disiapkan menggunakan sensor hc-SR04, modul wifi esp8266, dan buzzer. Selanjutnya akan dikirimkan ke database firebase dan akan di tampilkan pada aplikasi web di kasir. ABSTRACT In ordering food at food courts, sometimes some difficulties cause too many delays in the food delivery process. Among them is the problem of identifying the customer who collected, the position of the orderer, and the length of the process. For example, in ordering food using a conventional system, the waiter must shout the customer's name to find a place to call. The food court ordering system consists of several stages, from choosing a shop to ordering drinks or food until the food is ready to be served. This study created an intelligent food court ordering system using a QR code and an android application. For customer orders, they must scan the QR code and select the shop, food and drink to be ordered. After being paid, the collected data in the form of food, drinks, customer names and table numbers will be sent to each shop to be processed and after the order has been prepared, the system will send a notification to the waiter so that the waiter immediately delivers the order to the customer. The system is made using supporting software, namely modular. To detect orders that have been prepared using the HC-SR04 sensor, esp8266 wifi module, and buzzer. The order and notification will then be sent to the firebase database and displayed on the web application at the checkout.

Abstract

Pelacakan lokasi antara ketua kelompok perjalanan, seperti tour guide, dengan anggota kelompok esensial untuk memastikan koordinasi, efisiensi, dan keamanan selama perjalanan. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi seluler berbasis Android untuk memfasilitasi hal tersebut. Menggunakan teknologi GPS, aplikasi ini memungkinkan ketua kelompok untuk memantau lokasi real-time anggota , menyebarkan pesan broadcast, serta memastikan seluruh anggota berada dalam jangkauan yang aman. sementara anggota dapat melihat lokasi ketua, melihat jarak dari posisi mereka, dan menerima informasi penting secara cepat. Hasil uji coba lapangan menunjukkan margin error aplikasi berkisar antara 1 hingga 9.1742 meter dengan keterlambatan notifikasi sekitar 1-3 detik. Meskipun ada keterlambatan tersebut, komunikasi real-time tetap efektif. aplikasi ini dapat meningkatkan koordinasi, mempercepat respons waktu dalam situasi darurat, dan memperkaya pengalaman perjalanan dengan menjamin keamanan serta komunikasi yang efisien. ABSTRACTTracking the location between the group leader, such as a tour guide, and group members is essential for ensuring coordination, efficiency, and safety during travels. This research developed a mobile application based on the Android platform to facilitate this need. Utilizing GPS technology, the application allows the group leader to monitor members' real-time locations, disseminate broadcast messages, and ensure all members are within a safe range. Conversely, members can view the leader's location, gauge the distance from their position, and swiftly receive crucial information. Field testing results indicate the application has a location margin error ranging between 1 to 9.1742 meters, with a notification delay of about 1-3 seconds. Despite this delay, real-time communication remains effective. This application can enhance coordination, expedite response times in emergencies, and enrich the travel experience by ensuring safety and efficient communication.

Abstract

Arsip merupakan aset penyimpanan penting yang harus dimiliki oleh suatu organisasi. Arsip harus dikelola dengan baik untuk membangun manjerial organisasi yang efektif, efesien, dan profesional guna untuk kemajuan organisasi, kearsipan bagi suatu lembaga pendidikan maupun organisasi merupakan suatu penunjang bagi kegiatan operasional. Metode kegiatan yang dipakai dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bersifat pelatihan belajar arsip digital. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ditujukan kepada Mahasiswa Perguruan Tinggi di Medan yang membutuhkan arsip digital untuk proses dan hasil belajar pada tahun 2024. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini melatih Mahasiswa Perguruan Tinggi di Kota Medan untuk dapat mengelola arsip digital dari hasil belajar yang dikerjakan dalam bentuk tugas. Selain itu, dalam proses belajar, arsip digital memungkinkan mahasiswa untuk menyimpan dan mengakses materi kuliah dengan mudah
