Abstract

This research examines the hidden intentions of Chinese Muslim diversity in the Kediri Residency. The Kediri Chinese Muslims are theologically unique in their social-religious affiliation and religious motives. This study aims to explore the religious practices of the Chinese Muslims in Kediri, their theological features, fiqh references, interpretations, and political affiliations so that the theological characteristics of Chinese Muslims can be identified clearly. This research uses Paul Ricoeur's Critical Phenomenology approach with reflective analysis as the main feature to dissect the intention of awareness of the direction of their religion. The result of this research is that the style of appreciation practiced by Chinese Ethnic Muslims is more directed toward the practical life of religion. PITI provides a space for community-based expression, while Cheng Ho symbolizes unifying the Chinese Muslim ethnicity in Kediri. The spiritual practices carried out are more representative of Sharia and community-based social interactions, paying little attention to the realm of Sufism or Philosophy. The existence of the Chinese Muslim Ethnicity for a long time has significantly impacted the political situation in favor of Indonesia. At the same time, religious affiliation has also significantly impacted the community so that it has a more expansive religious space.

Abstract

Fingerprint identification technology is a security technology that has a high level of security. Fingerprints are one of everyone's personal data, where this data will not be the same from one another. By using fingerprints as a key to a security system, only certain people can access a system, so automatically other people who are not registered cannot access it. In this final project, an automatic sliding door lock has been designed that uses fingerprint detection as the security of this door. Fingerprint scanning will be done by the fingerprint module which will then be matched with templates that have been stored in the database. If there is a match, the fingerprint module will send data to the microcontroller and can open and close the door automatically. This final project has resulted in automatic sliding door security that can provide a high level of security by using fingerprints as security at certain times so that unregistered people cannot access them. With the percentage of workability from ten experiments, that is, when the condition of the finger is dry, the tool can work 100%, when the condition is humid, the tool can work 100%, and the condition of the finger there are small scratches, the tool can still work 70%, While in wet conditions the tool is difficult to detect fingerprints with the percentage of the tool can work as much as 30%.Keywords: automatic door lock, fingerprint, fingerprint module, security, microcontroller

Abstract

Purpose: This study examines the effect of Service Quality, Price, and Word of Mouth (WOM) on Customer Satisfaction at the Cahaya Berkah Jayapura Workshop. Research Design and Methodology: This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 customers of Cahaya Berkah Workshop, which were selected using incidental techniques. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to test the effect of independent variables (Service Quality, Price, and WOM) on the dependent variable (Customer Satisfaction). Validity and reliability tests were conducted to ensure the research instruments were valid and consistent. Findings and Discussion: The results showed that Service Quality, Price, and WOM significantly affect Customer Satisfaction both partially and simultaneously. The three independent variables jointly affect customer satisfaction. These findings support classic marketing theory and align with previous research, suggesting that good service quality, competitive prices, and positive WOM can increase customer satisfaction. Implications: This research makes a significant contribution to marketing literature and business practice. From the scientific side, this research enriches the understanding of the determinants of customer satisfaction in the automotive industry. In terms of practice, the findings guide the management of the Cahaya Berkah Workshop and other workshops in increasing customer satisfaction through improved service quality, reasonable pricing, and effective utilization of WOM. Limitations of this study include the narrow geographical coverage and cross-sectional nature of the data, which provide opportunities for further research with a longitudinal approach and broader coverage.

Abstract

The growing emphasis on environmental sustainability has driven the growth of green bonds as an important instrument in sustainable financing. This study conducted a comprehensive meta-analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of green bonds in supporting sustainable financing in various sectors and regions. By analyzing 20 peer-reviewed articles and empirical studies published between 2020 and 2024, the study synthesized quantitative findings to examine the influence between green bonds and key indicators of sustainable finance, including environmental impact, investor confidence, and financial performance. Data analysis with the help of JASP. The results show that green bonds significantly contribute to reducing carbon emissions and encouraging renewable energy projects, as well as attracting investors who care about the environment with a value (g = 0.937; p < 0.05). However, the analysis also reveals regional disparities in adoption and effectiveness, which are influenced by regulatory frameworks, market maturity, and institutional support. In addition, the study highlights challenges such as greenwashing and inconsistent reporting standards, which can reduce the credibility of green bonds.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that relies on previous studies as the main formula for finding new variations/novelty in the research being conducted. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from 400 employees of Private Islamic Universities spread throughout Indonesia. The data were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show concluded that the Employee Creativity variable can have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on Employee Performance because the P-Values point positively and are below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.007. This is because the more creative employees can make work easily completed, problems can be overcome easily, and company targets can be achieved to improve Employee Performance. In line with the results of the first hypothesis, in the next row as a result of the second hypothesis also shows that the Commitment variable can strengthen the influence of the Work Creativity variable on Employee Performance because the P-Values are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, which is 0.000 more significant than direct testing of 0.007. Thus, the first and second hypotheses in this article can be accepted. Keywords: Employee Creativity, Employee Performance , Commitment

Abstract

This research was conducted on the MSME Massempo Bakery with the aim of identifying and minimizing waste in its production process. Waste that occurs in the production process can negatively impact production efficiency and effectiveness, such as increased production time, unnecessary costs, and decreased product quality. The method used in this research is Value Stream Mapping (VSM), which aims to map the value flow of the entire production process, identify value-added and non-value-added activities, and discover potential waste. The research results show that the main wastes identified include defects (product defects), waiting (waiting time), and motion (excessive movement). Through analysis using VSM, potential improvements were found in activities that do not add value. The implementation of improvements was carried out by combining several similar activities and reducing inefficient operating time. From the improvement of process activity mapping, the total time was reduced from 20776.51 seconds to 18659.95 seconds, resulting in a total time savings of 2116.56 seconds, which indicates a significant increase in efficiency.
