Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to determine the success of the forest farmer group empowerment program in managing lancet bee cattle into an education-based creative industry. The method of implementing this activity is carried out through stages, including: identifying problems, describing the target community, making plans for forms of intervention and carrying out work programs. In this activity, it is not possible to assess the success of the program, considering that the activities carried out are still limited to socializing the work program to the target group, mapping the area, making green houses for nurseries, making artificial vegetation and conducting educational trials of lancet bee tourism.

Abstract

The Indonesian government needs to give more responsibility to traditional medicine. Because it can affect the quality and access to traditional health services. This study comparatively examines the responsibilities of the Indonesian and Indian governments to recommend improvements to the current Indonesian government policy regarding traditional health. This study is a normative legal study with a legislative approach sourced from primary and secondary materials. The results of the analysis show that the Indonesian government needs to learn from India's experience in strengthening the role of traditional medicine through support for research, education, and scientific development. The expected results of this study will be significant for the Indonesian government in making policies About Traditional Healthcare.

Abstract

Peternak lebah Klanceng memiliki kendala dalam melakukan perawatan dan monitoring lebahnya. Hal ini disebabkan karena peternak kesulitan dalam memantau dan tidak memiliki catatan khusus terkait dengan kondisi lebah di masing-masing rumah lebah. Tidak adanya data terkait dengan kondisi dan riwayat lebah pada masing-masing lebih menyebabkan peternak sering mengalami kesalahan dalam merawat lebah Klanceng. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kesiapan sistem monitoring lebah maju klanceng berbasis QR Code sebagai bentuk implementasi smart farming yang ada di desa Kradinan Madiun Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian terapan yang bertujuan untuk memberikan Solusi terhadap permasalahan di Lokasi penelitian. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dalam pengumpulan datanya, Dimana kuesioner dibuat untuk mengukur tingkat kesiapan sistem monitoring dengan pendekatan model Aydin & Tasci. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari empat aspek yang digunakan untuk mengukur kesiapan sistem monitoring lebah maju klanceng berbasis QR Code sebagai bentuk implementasi smart farming pada kelompok tani hutan di desa Kradinan Madiun. Disimpulkan bahwa aspek technologi memiliki tingkat kesiapan yang paling tinggi, meskipun masih dibutuhkan adanya sedikit perbaikan. Kemudian aspek yang dinilai paling rendah kesiapannya adalah terkait dengan innovation dan dinilai tidak siap serta membutuhkan adanya sedikit perbaikan.

Abstract

Pengembangan desa yang berada di wilayah terpencil dan memiliki potensi wisata alam dan kuliner dapat dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi melalui aplikasi website desa secara online. Penerapan aplikasi website desa ini diharapkan mampu menjadi alat promosi wisata alam dan kuliner yang dimiliki desa tersebut. Desa Kresek memiliki potensi wisata alam dan wisata kuliner yang potensial untuk dikembangkan dan dipublikasi secara luas. Mengingat bahwa, Desa Kresek memiliki nilai sejarah yang tidak akan dilupakan banyak orang. Hal ini disebabkan bahwa desa Kresek memiliki monumen yang mengkisahkan kekejaman PKI. Selain itu, desa Kresek juga memiliki tempat wisata-wisata alam yang sangat menarik untuk hiburan keluarga. Adanya potensi wisata tersebut, maka perlu dilakukan publikasi melalui website desa. Keberadaan website desa diharapkan mampu memberikan informasi bagi masyarakat luas, sehingga banyak pengunjung yang datang dan memberikan kontribusi bagi peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat di desa Kresek Madiun

Abstract

In the era of globalization, international market development is an important strategy for companies that want to expand their business reach and increase their competitiveness in the global market. This article discusses various strategies that companies can implement in developing international markets, from market research to technological innovation. Comprehensive market research, SWOT analysis, and a deep understanding of local consumer preferences are crucial first steps. In addition, customization of products and services, strategic alliances with local companies, and segmented marketing strategies are key elements in ensuring success in international markets. Compliance with trade regulations and policies is also very important to avoid legal problems and ensure smooth business operations. Through a proactive approach and investment in training and technology, companies can overcome legal and operational obstacles, strengthen their reputation, and achieve sustainable growth in the global marketplace.

Abstract

This type of research is explanatory research, the approach used is a quantitative approach with a total sample of 74 employees. The objectives of this study are 1). To test and analyze whether HR competencies, individual characteristics, and morale have a simultaneous and significant effect on employee performance at Bank Sarana Prima Mandiri Pamekasan. 2). To test and analyze whether HR competencies have a significant effect on employee performance at Bank Sarana Prima Mandiri Pamekasan. 3.) To test and analyze whether individual characteristics have a significant effect on the employee performance of Bank Sarana Prima Mandiri Pamekasan. 4.) To test and analyze whether morale has a significant effect on employee performance at Bank Sarana Prima Mandiri Pamekasan. The results showed that 1.) HR competence, individual characteristics and morale simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance at Bank Sarana Prima Mandiri Pamekasan. 2.) Abstract

The Constitutional Court is an organization of legal power which, in view of the constitution, has a legal capability to maintain regulation and equity. Regulation Number 24 of 2003 makes sense of that the obligations and elements of the Constitutional Court are to deal with established matters in regards to specific protected matters to shield the constitution so it is carried out dependably as per the desire of individuals and majority rule beliefs. In protecting the constitution, obviously, sacred appointed authorities are required who have information and skill in state organization as well as a promise to executing and managing state life as per the passages of the constitution, so every choice gave by the Constitutional Court is a legitimate item that doesn't go external the passageways of the constitution, so the actual constitution is naturally kept up with. This examination is spurred by the significant job of the Constitutional Court in giving over choices since it is as per Article 10 of Regulation No. 24 of 2003 concerning the Constitutional Court, the choice of the Constitutional Court is conclusive and has restricting legitimate power. The overall population, state directors, and all parts of the country trust that the Constitutional Court judges will really complete their capabilities, obligations and commands as per the Constitution, so through Constitutional Appointed authorities who have a statesmanlike soul, the Constitutional Court can create choices that can give a feeling of equity. in the midst of society. Abstract

Introduction: Indonesia is a democratic country that has diversity where the people consist of various ethnicities or ethnic groups, races, cultures and languages, as well as religious diversity and political ideologies. Bhinneka Tunggal Ika is the right motto for the Indonesian people who have diversity but want unity. Therefore, it is necessary to normalize Bhinneka Tunggal Ika and actualize it in the implementation of democracy.Purposes of the Research: Analyze and study in depth, as well as find and build legal arguments about how the norming of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika should be in laws and regulations, and how the actualization of the motto of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika should be in the implementation of democracy in Indonesia. Furthermore, it can provide appropriate recommendations to related parties.Methods of the Research: This normative legal research uses research sources in the form of legal sources and literature studies. The approaches used are: statute approach, conceptual approach, historical approach, comparative approach and futuristic approach. Drawing conclusions in this study by building legal arguments to answer legal issues that have been formulated as research objects.Results of the Research: The results of the discussion are as follows: 1) The standardization of the motto Bhinneka Tunggal Ika is in the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia in Article 36A and in Law Number 24 Year 2009, where the regulation becomes a single entity in the State Emblem. 2) Bhinneka Tunggal Ika should be a guideline for the life of the state, and be actualized in democracy through political consensus and deliberation which are the hallmarks of Indonesian democracy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing management and financial management of goat farming in Bantar Panjang Village, Tigaraksa District, Tangerang Regency. Goat farming is one of the main sources of income for the local community, yet it still faces challenges in marketing and effective financial record-keeping. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach through interviews, field observations, and document studies with local farmers. The findings show that the marketing strategy is still conventional, relying on local networks, while financial record-keeping is not well-structured, making it difficult to make long-term economic decisions. The study recommends the implementation of a digital marketing strategy, enhancing the farmers' capacity in business management, and using a simple but systematic financial recording system to improve the efficiency and sustainability of the goat farming business.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menguji, mengkaji dan mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas produk dan promosi terhadap minat beli konsumen pada CV Logam Lestari Tangerang. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode convinence sampling (probability sampling) dengan sampel sebanyak 50 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan regresi linier berganda menggunakan program software SPSS versi 25. Secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai Fhitung (36,040) > Ftabel (3,191). signifikasi 0.000 < 0,05 Ha3 diterima. uji koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,605.artinya bahwa pengaruh variabel kualitas produk dan promosi terhadap minat beli sebesar 60.5% sisanya 39.5% dipengaruhi faktor atau variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam analisis regresi ini.
