Abstract

Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) merupakan sumber energi terbarukan yang ramah lingkungan dan berpotensi menjadi solusi alternatif untuk kebutuhan listrik di masa depan. Namun, pemanfaatannya masih kurang optimal karena keluaran daya yang tidak stabil dan bergantung pada kondisi cuaca. Untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut, penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) berbasis mikrokontroler Atmega8-16PU yang memungkinkan peralihan otomatis antara PLTS dan jaringan listrik PLN. Sistem ini dirancang dalam dua mode: inverter sebagai sumber utama dan PLN sebagai sumber utama. Teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) diterapkan dalam ATS untuk pemantauan dan pengendalian jarak jauh menggunakan NodeMCU ESP8266 serta aplikasi Blynk pada jaringan lokal. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa pada mode inverter, beban beralih ke PLN saat tegangan baterai turun di bawah 11 V dan kembali ke inverter saat tegangan mencapai 13,5 V. Sementara itu, pada mode PLN, peralihan beban ke inverter terjadi saat PLN mengalami pemadaman, dengan waktu rata-rata 7,44 detik. Sistem ATS berbasis IoT ini dapat meningkatkan keandalan catu daya dengan memastikan perpindahan daya yang otomatis dan efisien. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini berkontribusi pada optimalisasi pemanfaatan PLTS sebagai sumber energi alternatif

Abstract

Mekanisme pengangkatan dan pemberhentian perangkat desa merupakan bagian penting dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa yang berfungsi untuk memastikan kelancaran administrasi dan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Pengangkatan perangkat desa dilakukan melalui proses seleksi yang melibatkan Kepala Desa dan Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD), dengan tujuan untuk memilih individu yang memenuhi kriteria dan memiliki kapabilitas dalam menjalankan tugas-tugas pemerintahan desa. Proses pengangkatan ini diakhiri dengan pelantikan dan pengambilan sumpah jabatan oleh Kepala Desa. Di sisi lain, pemberhentian perangkat desa dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai alasan, seperti meninggal dunia, permohonan pengunduran diri, atau pelanggaran terhadap ketentuan yang berlaku. Prosedur pemberhentian melibatkan musyawarah desa atau keputusan Kepala Desa yang harus didasarkan pada ketentuan hukum dan peraturan yang berlaku. Penyelesaian sengketa terkait pengangkatan dan pemberhentian perangkat desa dapat dilakukan melalui jalur musyawarah atau prosedur hukum yang telah ditetapkan melalui mekanisme peraturan perundang-undangan. The mechanism for the appointment and dismissal of village officials is an important part of the implementation of village government which functions to ensure smooth administration and services to the community. The appointment of village officials is carried out through a selection process involving the Village Head and the Village Consultative Body (BPD), with the aim of selecting individuals who meet the criteria and have the capabilities to carry out village government duties. This appointment process ended with the inauguration and taking of the oath of office by the Village Head. On the other hand, the dismissal of village officials can be carried out for various reasons, such as death, resignation requests, or violations of applicable regulations. The dismissal procedure involves village deliberation or the decision of the Village Head which must be based on the provisions of applicable laws and regulations. Dispute resolution related to the appointment and dismissal of village officials can be carried out through deliberation channels or legal procedures that have been established through the mechanism of laws and regulations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing management and financial management of goat farming in Bantar Panjang Village, Tigaraksa District, Tangerang Regency. Goat farming is one of the main sources of income for the local community, yet it still faces challenges in marketing and effective financial record-keeping. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach through interviews, field observations, and document studies with local farmers. The findings show that the marketing strategy is still conventional, relying on local networks, while financial record-keeping is not well-structured, making it difficult to make long-term economic decisions. The study recommends the implementation of a digital marketing strategy, enhancing the farmers' capacity in business management, and using a simple but systematic financial recording system to improve the efficiency and sustainability of the goat farming business.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of matching the Population Identification Number (NIK) to the Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) as an effort to reform tax administration in Indonesia. The method used is normative research, namely by analyzing legal documents such as related laws and regulations. The discussion includes the implementation of matching NIK and NPWP in increasing the accuracy of tax data, the challenges faced in the implementation process, as well as solutions that can be applied to overcome these problems. The research results show that matching NIK to NPWP can increase efficiency and transparency in tax administration, even though there are challenges such as building and maintaining public trust, as well as a lack of public understanding, and technical problems in the integration system. Therefore, intensive outreach and strengthening of information technology infrastructure is needed to ensure successful implementation. The conclusion of this research confirms that matching NIK to NPWP is a strategic step in creating a better, transparent and accountable tax system, and can minimize the potential for tax leakage in Indonesia.

Abstract

This community service program aims to strengthen the image and improve the digital marketing of Podeng cake, a traditional culinary product native to Tigaraksa, Tangerang Regency. Despite its unique taste and cultural value, Podeng cake has limited exposure and competitiveness in the modern marketplace. The program involved academics as key facilitators in empowering local producers through training in product development, branding, and digital promotion strategies. Activities included workshops on packaging design, storytelling for branding, and hands-on digital marketing sessions using social media and e-commerce platforms. The results showed a significant increase in the producers' understanding of market trends, improved product packaging, and enhanced online presence. Academics played a strategic role not only as knowledge providers but also as collaborators in transforming a local food product into a marketable brand. This initiative highlights the importance of university-community partnerships in preserving local heritage while promoting inclusive economic development.

Abstract

High quality data and data quality assessment which efficiently needed to data standardization in theresearch data repository. Three attributes most used i.e: completeness, accuracy, and timeliness aredimensions to data quality assessment. The purposes of the research are to increase knowledge anddiscuss in depth of research done. To support the research, we are using traditional review method on theScopus database to identify relevant research. The literature review is limited for the type of documentsi.e: articles, books, proceedings, and reviews. The result of document searching is filtered using somekeywords i.e: data quality, data quality assessment, data quality dimensions, quality assessment, dataaccuracy, dan data completeness. The document that found be analyzed based on relevant research. Then,these documents compare to find out different of concept and method which used in the data qualitymetric. The result of analysis could be used as a recommendation to implement in the data qualityassessment in the National Scientific Repository.

Abstract

The characterization of digital databases is needed to make it easier for academics to identify scientific literature properly and efficiently. This literature review intends to provide characterizations and descriptions related to research trends, methods and coverage fields studied in research related to the scientific database of scientific literature from around 2007 to the present (January 2019). By applying the specified inclusion and exclusion criteria, 54 relevant studies were chosen to be studied further. The systematic literature review method was applied in this study to analyze and identify previous studies related to this topic. Based on the selected primary literature there is an increasing trend of studies related to the scientific database of scientific literature. In addition, we can see that there are four of the most influential and influential publication journals related to this topic, namely the Journal of Informetrics, Journal of Cleaner Production, Asian Social Science and Journal of Academic Librarianship which are characterized by high levels of productivity issues related to the topics studied and SJR values rank is in the range Q1. Most of the studies were conducted on Scopus digital database (41%), Web of Sciences (WoS) 38% and Google Scholar (GS) 13% and the rest spread in other publication journals. The results of this study also identified that Scopus is a scientific database which has the most varied coverage fields compared to other digital database scientific literature. WoS is a digital database of scientific literature that has proven to have a paper with a higher impact factor than others. GS has the predicate digital database with the largest collection level.

Abstract

Scientific data repository has a main role in science because data can be reused, reproduced, and preserved in a long time. In Indonesia there is no institution that manage scientific data repository, generally they only manage publication such as books, journals and proceedings. This is because, most of research data is still managed by a researcher or research group. By using literature study and survey to the journal publisher, authors want to get an information on how to manage research data by publications. Furthermore, the result of literature study is compared to the survey result that produces an important point i.e journal publisher strongly agree to make a policy to the author to attach research data in every paper submitted. Most of journal publisher use Open Journal System (OJS) in managing journal articles, start from paper acceptance until paper publishing. Through this way, research data that attached will be automatically stored to the scientific data repository system based on Application Programming Interface (API).

Abstract

Mahasiswa semester awal keperawatan menghadapi tantangan adaptasi berupa tekanan akademik, perubahan lingkungan sosial, dan tuntutan kemandirian. Hambatan dalam penyesuaian diri dapat berdampak pada kesehatan mental, prestasi belajar, dan relasi sosial. Dukungan teman sebaya berperan penting dalam memfasilitasi proses adaptasi mahasiswa melalui pemberian bantuan emosional, informasi, dan rasa kebersamaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dukungan teman sebaya dengan tingkat adaptasi mahasiswa semester awal di Universitas ‘Aisyiyah Yogyakarta. untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan sosial teman sebaya dengan tingkat adaptasi lingkungan kampus pada mahasiswa keperawatan tahun ajaran 2024 di Universitas ‘Aisyiyah Yogyakarta. Metode kuantitatif korelasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa baru tahun ajaran 2024 sejumlah 210 orang, dan sampel berjumlah 68 responden yang dipilih secara stratified random sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner Dukungan Teman sebaya untuk mengukur dukungan teman sebaya dan SACQ untuk mengukur tingkat adaptasi. Terdapat hubungan signifikan dan positif antara dukungan teman sebaya dengan penyesuaian diri mahasiswa keperawatan tahun ajaran 2024. Pada penelitian ini semakin tinggi dukungan sosial teman sebaya yang dialami mahasiswa Keperawatan tahun ajaran 2024, maka semakin tinggi tingkat adaptasinya pada lingkungan kampus di Universitas Aisyiyah Yogyakarta.
