Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategy of developing a banana dempo business with a SWOT analysis in Poleang Selatan District, Bombana Regency. Determination of the research location was done purposively. Data was collected by using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation methods. The analysis used is a SWOT analysis. Based on the study results, the internal strength factor with the highest score of 0.60 is the variety and quality of the banana dempo product with a weight value of 0.15 twigs 4. The internal weakness factor with the lowest score of 0.05 is that product promotion activities are not carried out with a weight value of 0.05 branches 1. External opportunity factor with the highest score of 0.45, namely products that become typical souvenirs with a weight value of 0.15 with twigs 3. External threat factor with the lowest score of 0.15 the price of raw materials is increasing with a weight value of 0.15 twigs 1. The strategies generated in the prospect of developing the banana dempo business "UD Rahmat" in Batu Putih Village, Poleang Selatan District are SO (1) strategies to maintain the quality of banana chips products made from natural, quality, and nutritious raw materials to meet the demand for banana chips, (2) increase the amount of production and quality of banana Dempo to meet market demand, (3) increasing promotion and (4) utilizing government assistance in reducing production costs), WO strategy ((1) increasing and strengthening marketing network and (2) improving business management system), ST strategy (1) Ensuring availability of primary raw materials continuously and (2) implementing production cost efficiency), and the WT strategy (1) increasing the ability to use modern technology in product innovation and (2) increasing the motivation of business actors in improving production quality).

Abstract

This study aims to: (a) know the process of making kai products; and (b) know the process of developing the quality of Raysa Small Enterprises' kaopi products in Eelahaji Village, Kulisusu District, North Buton Regency using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method. Data collection was carried out using interviews, observation and literature review. The results showed that the prioritized attributes in the development of Raysa's Small Business coffee products were by the wishes and needs of consumers, respectively, namely price compatibility with product quality (12.1%), availability every day (12.1%), fast service (11.3%), the texture is not hard and has fibre (11.1%), discounted prices for purchasing multiple products (10.9%), easy access to products (10.9%), affordable prices Rp. 7000/2kg (10.8%), product shelf life can last ≥ 3 days (10.4%) and has the aroma of cassava (10.3%). There are 9 attributes of consumer desires and 7 technical responses that are a priority in the process of developing the quality of UKM Raysa's kaopi products in the form of selecting raw materials, supplying raw materials, the washing process, grating process, printing process, pressing process and creating a marketing system.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the stages of processing crab crabs in the Home Industry of MP KDK 1 in Tapi-But Village, Muna Regency, by using added value analysis, namely the Hayami Method, which shows the crab production industry. Based on the study results through 4 stages of processing, namely steaming, separating shells and claws, packaging, and cooling. The added value created from processed crab activities is IDR 30,748, while the added value created for one month is IDR 90,337,624.

Abstract

       This study aims to determine the planning of implementing strategic policies in the development of Barokah chips. The method used in this research is Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM) with this approach can determine the relationship between elements in the system. The results of this study are the factors are divided into four levels and are included in the autonomous, dependent, linkage, and independent sectors. The key factors that influence are all elements of actor factors/elements, constraints, needs and goals, one of which plays an important role in actor/stakeholder elements, namely farmers, traders, consumers, cooperatives and UMKM offices, financial institutions and the industry and trade offices as well as the consistency percentage results obtained. obtained from each element.

Abstract

The home industry has an important role in the absorption of labor, income distribution, and improving people's welfare. Palm sugar home industry in Lamnu Village, Kabawo District, Muna Regency. The problem in this study is how to develop a palm sugar home industry strategy in Lamnu Village, Kabawo District, Muna Regency. The aim of this research is to find out how the strategy for developing the small sugar industry is. Palm sugar industry in Lamnu village, Kabawo district, Muna district. The population in this study were all 11 palm sugar managers. Sampling in this study used the accidental sampling method by selecting a sample of 1 respondents. The strategy applied is more defensive in nature, namely avoiding lost sales. , namely avoiding lost sales and lost profits caused by threats. The advice given is to maintain the characteristic taste of the product and improve product quality by creating innovations in product packaging, adding product types to have a high attractiveness in order to remain able to compete with other products.

Abstract

This study aims to determine consumer satisfaction with the development of bagea product quality at UD. Baruasa left Kendari City using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method. Determination of the research location is done purposively. Data were collected by interview and documentation methods. The analytical method used is Quality Function Deployment (QFD). The results showed the development of bagea product quality at UD. Baruasa Membiri using the QFD method, it was found that the priorities for development by the wishes and needs of the customers were: (1) information on the nutritional value of bagea product packaging (8.70%), (2) variants of bagea product types (8, 25%), (3) attractive packaging design for bagea products (7.78%), (4) affordable selling prices for bagea products (7.15%), (5) there are promotional media (7.12%), (6 ) price compatibility with bagea product quality (6.39%), (7) no use of hazardous materials (6.36%),(8) bagea product texture (6.27%), (9) bagea product halal certificate and label (6.16%), (10) bagea product taste (6.07%), (11) special price for certain purchases of bagea products (6.05%), (12) bagea product quality (6.01%), ( 13) color of bagea products (5.95%), (14) expiration information (expiration date) (5.89%), and (15) ease of getting bagea products (5.79%).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of mango fruit juice drink products using the QFD (Quality Function Deployment) method in "So Food Drink" UMKM in Kendari City. The determination of the research location was carried out purposively. Data collection was carried out using observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The analytical method used is Quality Function Deployment (QFD). The results showed that the process of developing mango juice drink products in UMKM "So Food Drink" using the QFD method found that those that were prioritized for development were by consumer expectations, successively including (1) listed expiration date (11.20%); (2) product resistance at room temperature (10.07%); (3) attractive packaging design (8.89%); (4) ease of obtaining mango juice drink products (8.44%), (5 not using hazardous materials (7.96%); (6) taste that does not change (7.85%); (7) taste sweet (7.85%); (8) has a long shelf life in the refrigerator (7.79%); (9) thick texture (7.70%); (10) has a brand label (7.58%) (11) economical packaging (7.49%), and (12) no sour taste (7.19%) Technical requirements or technical response for mango juice drink products brand "So Food Drink" to fulfil desires and consumer needs start from (1) sorting mangoes; (2) fruit mixer/crushing; (3) packaging/labelling; (4) shelf life/temperature; and (5) marketing/promotion.

Abstract

The research objectives were to determine: (1) the agricultural model development strategy of Agribusiness Consulting Clinic; and (2) the internal and external factors of Agricultural Extension Centers to develop the agricultural extension model of Agribusiness Consulting Clinic. The data collection was conducted in sub-District Ranomeeto Barat, District Konawe Selatan in 2010. The Samples were the extension workers and the key person of the farmer group. The analysis SWOT used to analyze the data to reach the research objective. The results showed that: (1) the strategy that used was to develop the model Agribusiness Consulting Clinic were (a) improving service Agricultural Extension Centers as providers of agricultural technology to increase resource extension, (b) improving crop productivity in the region by making Agricultural Extension Centers as an Agribusiness Consulting Center, (c) improving access to information of agribusiness through farmer group-based approach, and (d) improving education facilities and infrastructure in supporting the implementation of farming technology; and (2) the internal factors consisted of: (a) strength: central government support and farm community, the Agricultural Extension Centers location close to farmland, extension workers who are skilled and experienced, the availability of demonstration garden, and institutional peasant (farmer groups); and (b) weakness: limited of extension means, limited field laboratory, lack of electricity and internet networks, and the lower of farmers participation. While the external factors consisted of (a) opportunities: demands of advanced agricultural technology, market presence of agribusiness product, and horticultural planting areas; and (b) threats: globalization, price instability, lack operational funds and government policy.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the forecasting of the optimal stock of rice using the economic order quantity (EOQ) model at the BULOG Warehouse GBB Punggaloba, West Kendari District, Kendari City. The research used forecasting methods through the Minitab 16 application and economic order quantity (EOQ) analysis. The inventory flow for Bulog warehouses comes from domestic rice procurement (DN). The procurement of DN rice is spread throughout Southeast Sulawesi Province. The results obtained are that in 2022, the rice supply that Perum BULOG Warehouse GBB Punggaloba must carry out is 5,323,696.04 kg, with a total economic order (EOQ) of 80,209.43 kg, an order frequency of 775 times, and a total inventory cost of Rp. 58,278,984,682.54. As for ensuring the stability of rice availability in 2022, Perum BULOG needs to prepare a total safety stock (SS) of 15,971,088.13, with an average of 1,330,924.01 kg/month, a maximum total supply (MI) of 16,051,297.57 kg, with an average of 1,337,608.13 kg/month, and for the continuity of supplies, it is necessary to determine the reorder point (ROP) with a total of 16,326,001.20 kg and an average of 1,360,500.10 kg/ month.

Abstract

The results of the research show that in the process of developing the mango fruit juice drink product brand "So Food Drink" using the QFD method, it was found that the priorities for development were in accordance with the desires and needs of consumers, respectively, including: ((1) Listed expiry date (11.20% ), (2) Product durability at room temperature (10.07%), (3) Attractive packaging design (8.89%), (4) Ease of obtaining mango fruit juice drink products (8.44%), ( 5 Does not use dangerous ingredients (7.96%), (6) Unchanged taste (7.85%), (7) Sweet taste (7.85%), (8) Has a long shelf life in the refrigerator (7.79%), (9) Thick texture (7.70%), (10) Has a brand label (7.58%), (11) Economical packaging (7.49%), and (12) Does not there is a sour taste (7.19%). The technical requirements or technical response of the "So Food Drink" brand mango fruit juice drink product to fulfill consumer desires and needs start with (1) sorting the mango fruit, (2) mixing or crushing the fruit, (3) packaging or labeling, (4) shelf life or temperature, and (5) marketing or promotion.
