Abstract

The implementation of school-based management in Indonesia itself is contained in the Act National Education System Number 20 of 2003 which reads "management of education units early childhood, basic education and secondary education are implemented based on standards minimal service with the principle of school-based management. education Department National Republic of Indonesia calls SBM with School-Based Quality Improvement Management which is defined as "a management model that gives school more autonomy and encourage participatory decision making that directly involves school members to improve the quality of schools based on national education policies.

Abstract

Mitra pengabdian PPDM (Program Pengembangan Desa Mitra) ini adalah Tempuran Banyu Kencono dan Kebun Gizi Mandiri yang berlokasi di Desa Pleret Kabupaten Bantul. Mitra 1 merupakan kawasan wisata ditepian sungai (tempuran) dua buah kali (Opak dan Gajah Wong). Sedangkan Mitra 2 merupakan kelompok penggerak PKK sadar gizi. Tujuan kegiatan tahun pertama adalah mengatasi permasalahan kedua mitra yang meliputi Aspek manajemen, promosi, SDM, teknik budidaya dan irisgasi, penanganan pasca panen dan diversifikasi tanaman. Metode pelaksaan melalui pendekatan model participatory rural appraisal, participatory tecnology development, community development, persuasif dan edukatif. Capaian hasil tahun pertama antara lain, (1) terbentuk tim pengelola dan dresscode, (2) tersusun siteplan, (3) tersedia fasilitas playground, (4) tersedia fasilitas budidaya, (5) tersedia fasilitas wisata air dan spot foto, (6) terselenggara event rutin dan insidental, (7) tersedia fasilitas sekretariat, tempat ibadah dan tempat istirahat (gazebo), serta (8) publikasi media cetak dan elektronik (web dan media sosial).

Abstract

AbstrakKurangnya pemahaman mahasiswi PG PAUD FIP Unesa angkatan 2019 mengenai pembuatan power point kreatif untuk anak usia dini dan keadaan saat ini terkait dengan adanya pandemiCOVID di Indonesia yang kian hari kiat meningkat menandakan masih kurangnya informasi yang di terima oleh masyarakat secara luas mengenai beragam informasi mengenai COVID. Selain itu proses kegiatan belajar mengajar merujuk pada Surat Edaran Mendikbud Nomor 3 Tahun 2020 tentang Pencegahan COVID-19 pada Satuan Pendidikan, dan Nomor 36962/MPK A/HK/2020 tentang pembelajaran secara daring dalam rangka pencegahan penyebaran Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) membuat perlu diadakannya pelatihan pembuatan PowerPoint kreatif berbasis COVID-19 kepada mahasiswi PG PAUD angkatan 2019 FIP UNESA. Tujuan lain dari pelatihan ini akan membantu untuk menyebarluaskan informasi mengenai berbagai hal mengenai covid-19 terutama mengenai apa itu covid-19, bagaimana cara mencegah, apa saja yang dapat dilakukan oleh anak ketika berada di rumah. Serta meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemampuan mahasiswi untuk membuat power point yang sesuai dengan karakteristik anak (bentuk dan ukuran huruf, gambar, transisi, efek huruf dan gambar). Pelatihan berlangsung pada tanggal 29 April 2020 hingga 6 Mei 2020 dengan daring meneggunakan aplikasi WhatsApp. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pelatihan ini yaitu (1) diskusi; (2) tanya jawab; dan (3) pembimbingan PowerPoint secara langsung. Hasil pelatihan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatkan pemahaman dan kemampuan mahasiswi dalam membuat power point kreatif yang sesuai untuk anak usia dini.Kata Kunci: PowerPoint Kreatif, Covid-19, Mahasiswi PG PAUDAbstractThe lack of understanding of PG PAUD FIP Unesa students in 2019 regarding the creation of creative power points for young children and the current situation related to the existence of the Covid pandemic in Indonesia which is increasingly increasing tips indicates that there is still a lack of information received by the public at large about a variety of information about COVID . Also Besides, the process of teaching and learning activities refer to the Minister of Education and Culture Circular Letter No. 3 of 2020 concerning Prevention of COVID-19 in Education Units, and Number 36962 / MPK A / HK / 2020 concerning Online Learning in the Context of Preventing Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) make it necessary to hold training on making COVID-19-based creative power points for students of PG PAUD 2019 FIP Unesa. Another purpose of this training will help to disseminate information about various things about co-19, especially about what is co-19, how to prevent, what can be done by children when at home. And improve students' understanding and ability to make power points that are appropriate to the characteristics of the child (shape and size of letters, images, transitions, letter, and picture effects). The training took place on April 29, 2020, until May 6, 2020, with online using the WhatsApp application. The methods used in this training activity are (1) Discussion; (2) question and answer; and (3) direct PowerPoint guidance. The results of this training show there is an increase in students' understanding and ability to create creative power points that are suitable for early childhood.Keywords: Creative Power Point, COVID-19, PG PAUD Students

Abstract

Sikap disiplin merupakan salah satu karakter yang perlu dikembangkan sejak dini, terutama oleh orangtua. Faktanya masih banyak orangtua yang belum memahami serta tergerak untuk menerapkan perilaku disiplin pada anak-anaknya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis peran guru dalam mengoptimalkan perkembangan sikap disiplin anak usia dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sumber data penelitian kepala sekolah, 2 orang guru dan 13 anak didik. Peneliti sebagai instrumen inti dalam penelitian dan menggunakan instrumen pendukung berupa pedoman wawancara, pedoman observasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dari Miles & Huberman dengan menggunakan interactive model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran guru terhadap sikap disiplin anak  yaitu sebagai teladan yang baik bagi anak, guru sebagai pendidik  dan pembimbing dengan mengenalkan  serta membiasakan anak bersikap disiplin dalam sehari-hari, dan guru sebagai evaluator. Upaya guru dalam menerapkan sikap disiplin  yaitu dengan keteladanan, pembiasaan, dan menggunakan metode reward dan punishment. Faktor yang menjadi penghambat guru dalam menerapkan sikap disiplin anak faktor eksternal yaitu keluarga, lingkungan masyarakat. Faktor internal sikap anak yang hyperaktif atau tantrum. Faktor pendukung yaitu para orangtua yang bersikap mau bekerjasama dengan baik dalam mengambangkan sikap disiplin anaknya. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa guru memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk disiplin siswa di sekolah.

Abstract

School culture is the hallmark, character or character and image of the school. Schools as the main indicator to direct the educational output process that is oriented towards the creation of a good quality learning process, in summary this study aims to provide an overview of the climatic conditions and school culture that affect the quality of the learning process and this researcher tries to examine these conditions by conducting research using ex-post facto quantitative method with prerequisite test and ANOVA test which shows the result of the ANOVA test is 0.000. The results of this study note that the significance of 0.000> 0.05, it can be concluded that school culture has a significant effect on the quality of the learning process.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the parents' perception of the assignment based on online learning. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic is felt by various fields, including the field of education. The implementation of online-based learning in giving assignments for early childhood has its own challenges and still requires online assistance and support from parents. This research is quantitative research. The sample in this study were group B children who were attending Khadijah 58 Kindergarten, amounting to 51 people. The results obtained in this study indicate that the parent's perception of the assignment based on online learning with a p-value < 0.005. The conclusion of this study is that there are significant differences in parental perceptions of the assignment of online learning-based tasks.

Abstract

This research is based on the government’s policy that learning must be carried out online due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this research is to find out what applications have been used by teachers in Bubutan, Surabaya City during the Covid-19 pandemic to support online learning in early childhood education. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection was obtained from the results of a survey conducted by google form and interviews by WhatsApp. The results showed that there were many kinds of online learning support applications during the Covid-19 pandemic such as WhatsApp, zoom, google meet, google classroom, and pear deck. Whatsapp is the most widely used application and Peardeck is an application that is still unfamiliar to be used in the Bubutan, Surabaya City.

Abstract

Background: Added the age of individual is a physiological process that will occur in every human being, the aging process a person will experience a variety of sleep disorders or insomnia problems. Relaxsation progressive muscle can be done by way of ergonomic gymnastic movement conveyed by Sagiran (2013) states that the exercise is ergonomic gymnastic movement is a movement inspired by the movements as we run a prayer.Purpose: To know the ergonomic gymnastics toward elderly sleep quality in Bantul Yogyakarta. Methods: The study is quasi-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest design, intervention 6 times for 3 weeks performed every 2 weeks time. Then post test 4 weeks to measure the quality of sleep by PSQI. A sample of 15 respondents who are active in Posyandu.Results: The quality of sleep of elderly in Yogyakarta Sewon Kepek Timbulharjo prior to the ergonomics gymnastics has 13 values in 5 respondents with a percentage of 33.32%. After doing gymnastics ergonomic has 15 values in 8 respondents with a percentage 53.33%. Having tested with the Wilcoxon test values obtained significancy 0.011 (p <0.05). Conclusion: There is a ergonomic gymnastics toward elderly sleep quality in Bantul Yogyakarta.Keywords: Gymnastics Ergonomics, Sleep Quality, Elderly

Abstract

Malaria is a disease that is transmitted through the mosquito type Anopheles females. Spread of malaria to human disease is caused by mosquito bites of infectious carriers. Malaria viruses can also be transmitted through blood transfusions from humans infected to healthy humans. The method is to study issues related to malaria, create constraint issue, determine the assumptions used for model validation and reconstruct the model for the spread of malaria disease. The research aims to reconstruct a model for the spread of malaria diseases with treatment, vaccination and spraying based on the SIRS-SI epidemic model. SIRS are models for human populations when recovering can be re-susceptible to human immune loss, and SI is a model for mosquitoes where assumed mosquito-carrying infections cannot be recovered

Abstract

Pelatihan Kewirausahaan PAUD ini bertujuan mengembangkan potensi lembaga PAUD untuk mencapai kemandirian ekonomi lembaga. Sasaran pelatihan ini adalah pengelola dan guru PAUD dari perwakilan setiap gugus di Kota Kediri. Metode pelatihan menggunakan ceramah, diskusi, praktik, dan pendampingan perencanaan usaha lembaga. Pada kegiatan awal peserta diarahkan untuk memahami materi tentang manajemen lembaga PAUD, pengembangan potensi sekolah serta beberapa contoh kegiatan dan usaha yang dapat dilakukan di Lembaga PAUD. Langkah selanjutnya peserta diarahkan menganalisis situasi lembaga dan menemukan potensi yang ada di lembaga masing-masing. Potensi sekolah tersebut kemudian dikembangkan sebagai kekuatan untuk menghasilkan rancangan usaha milik lembaga. Evaluasi pelatihan dilakukan dengan menggunakan survei kepuasaan peserta dan analisis outline rancangan usaha lembaga. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa materi pelatihan kewirausahaan merupakan hal baru bagi peserta pelatihan, sangat bermanfaat bagi pengembangan kewirausahaan di lembaga PAUD, dan kehadiran narasumber membantu memfasilitasi peserta sehingga tidak mengalami kesulitan dalam membuat rancangan usaha lembaga. Hasil pelatihan ini adalah rancangan usaha yang dibuat oleh pengelola dan guru PAUD sesuai dengan potensi lembaga untuk mendorong kemandirian ekonomi lembaga PAUD di Kota Kediri.
