Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh prmosi tiktok dan pengalaman wisatawan terhadap keputusan berkunjung ke Kampung Kahuripan Cirangkong. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling pada 100 responden yang pernah mengunjungi lokasi wisata dan mendapatkan informasi melalui TikTok. Hasil analisis regresi liner berganda menunjukan bahwa promosi tiktok dan pengalaman wisatawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan wisatawan untuk berkunjung, secara parsial maupun simultan. Nilai R-square diperoleh 0,459 mengindikasi bahwa 45,9% variabel keputusan berkunjung dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel bebas tersebut. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya hubungan antar kualitas pengalaman wisata dan strategi promosi digital melalui aplikasi Tiktok dalam meningkatkan daya tarik destinasi wisata keberlanjutan.

Abstract

This study is intended to determine the effect of the relationship between Cognitive Dissonance and Consumptive Behavior in College Students. Hypothesis development H0: There is no significant influence between Cognitive Dissonance and Consumptive Behavior. H1 : There is a significant influence between Cognitive Dissonance and Consumptive Behavior. The population of the study were all students at Singaperbangsa University in Karawang. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents with the sampling method used was a non-probability method with purposive sampling technique with certain considerations. Then hypothesis testing was carried out to determine the relationship between variables with the results of the Cognitive Dissonance Variable obtained a statistical t value of 3.097> 1.96 or p values of 0.002 <0.05, it was concluded that H1 was accepted, Cognitive Dissonance had a significant effect on Consumptive Behavior

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) determine the effect of the inquiry learning model on students' civics learning outcomes; 2) determine the effect of motivation on students' civics learning outcomes; and 3) determine the interaction of the inquiry learning model and motivation on students' civics learning outcomes of class VII SMP Negeri 3 Balige, Toba Regency. The study was conducted at SMP Negeri 3 Balige, Toba Regency. The study population consisted of 125 students from class VII (A, B, C, D). The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling. The total sample was 64 students. The experimental sample of class VII A consisted of 32 students, and the control class consisted of 32 students. The research instruments used to assess students' civics learning outcomes included a multiple-choice test and a questionnaire evaluating student motivation. The trial of the learning outcome test was conducted on 28 students of class VIII A, and 20 valid and reliable test questions were obtained. The student motivation questionnaire was administered to 31 students of Class VII C. The results of the trial of the motivation questionnaire obtained 26 valid and reliable statements. This study employs a quantitative approach, utilizing an experimental method (two-group pretest-posttest control group design) and a two-way analysis of variance (2x2 ANOVA). The prerequisite analysis tests are met, namely the normality test and the homogeneity test. Hypothesis testing uses 2x2 ANOVA. The results of the study are 1) the effect of the inquiry learning model on students' Civics learning outcomes, the F count>F table is 95.863>2.76 (sig.000 <0.05); 2) the effect of motivation on students' Civics learning outcomes, F count>F table is 242.922>2.76 (sig.000<0.05); and 3) the interaction between the learning model and students' motivation on students' Civics learning outcomes, F count>F table is 21.716>2.76 (sig.000<0.05). The conclusions of the study are 1) There is an effect of the inquiry learning model on students' Civics learning outcomes; 2) There is an influence of motivation on students' civics learning outcomes. 3) There is an interaction between the learning model and student motivation on the civics learning outcomes of grade VII students at SMP Negeri 3 Balige, Toba Regency.

Abstract

Research aims: The reason for this exploration was to decide the impact of occupation climate, work burden, remuneration and occupation fulfillment to some extent and all the while to the turnover expectations of agreement representatives.Design/Methodology/Approach: The populace in this exploration added up to 13,619 with an example of 295 respondents contract workers at assembling organizations in Karawang regime and strategy utilized in this examination is engaging and illustrative study, the information investigation technique utilized is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling).Research findings: In view of the consequences of the examination, the discoveries are as per the following: position climate, work load, while the gig fulfillment factor has a worth of 52% which has been contributed by the remuneration factor. To some degree work load adversely affects work fulfillment while pay meaningfully affects work fulfillment. work climate, work burden, remuneration and occupation fulfillment. The outcomes likewise show that work fulfillment is a full-interceding variable because of occupation climate, work burden, and remuneration for turnover goals.Theoretical contribution/ Originality: The study give contribution to growth job environmental, job loads, compensation, job satisfaction and turnover intentions employees of literature.Practitioner/Policy implication: The administrative ramifications of the aftereffects of this exploration are that the turnover goals of agreement representatives in the assembling organization, particularly on the stopping of agreement workers, can be diminished assuming the assembling organization can increment work fulfillment reflected by the award aspect as per the assumptions for the agreement worker, work fulfillment will increment assuming the assembling organization can increment remuneration reflected by the immediate pay aspect and upheld by the reduction in work load reflected by the elements of mental necessities and further developing the work climate reflected by the non-actual workplace.Research limitation/Implication: The consequences of this study may likewise be led on organizations, foundations or government offices, state-claimed or other confidential undertakings both at the common and public levels.

Abstract

Literasi merupakan kemampuan fundamental dalam membentuk kecerdasan siswa di era informasi. Namun, rendahnya minat baca dan keterbatasan akses terhadap bahan bacaan masih menjadi persoalan di berbagai satuan pendidikan. Berdasarkan keterangan guru, siswa cenderung jarang membaca kecuali jika terdapat instruksi langsung dari guru. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat budaya literasi siswa melalui model pengabdian masyarakat berbasis aksi dengan pengembangan taman baca dan seminar literasi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di SMPS Arriyadul Huda, Kecamatan Leuwiliang, Kabupaten Bogor, dengan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR). Program taman baca dilaksanakan dua kali dalam seminggu dengan koleksi lebih dari 70 buku hasil swadaya mahasiswa, sedangkan seminar literasi diikuti oleh lebih dari 100 peserta yang terdiri atas siswa dan guru. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan meningkatnya partisipasi siswa, munculnya kebiasaan meminjam buku secara berulang, serta respons positif dari pihak sekolah, meskipun masih terdapat keterbatasan fasilitas dan koleksi bacaan. Model pengabdian berbasis aksi ini berpotensi menjadi alternatif penguatan literasi di lingkungan sekolah menengah pertama.

Abstract

Community Partnership Service activities have been carried out in the Abita Farm sheep business group and the Berkah Makmur livestock group, Banyusidi village, district, Magelang from May to November 2025. The problem in these two groups is the low reproductive efficiency, namely giving birth 2 times in 2 years, which should be 3 times in 2 years for sheep.  The solution to this problem is the use of egg yolks mixed with MOL (Local Micro Organisms) rice as feed flushing, rice MOL making, making a reproductive calendar and flushing techniques. The methods applied are awareness, training, flushing application, evaluation of flushing results and making MOL and mentoring. Flushing technology is applied using egg yolks mixed with MOL given as additional feed to prospective and non-pregnant sheep for 10 days with a dose of 7ml of egg yolk mixed with 5 ml of MOL/head/day, then observation of growth and the onset of bile.  Livestock that are greedy are mated by nature.  The results achieved in the Abita Farm group after 10 days of flushing sheep with an average age of 2.2 years showed that 50% were fertile and immediately mated naturally, while the body weight gain was relatively fixed.  In the Berkah Makmur group with an average age of 2.15 years, 55% experienced lustfulness and an increase in body weight of 189.25 g/day.  The average level of satisfaction of participants showed 22% satisfied and 78% very satisfied with the results of flushing and the ability to apply in sheep farming. To ensure the sustainability of this activity, it is coordinated with the Magelang Regency Livestock and Fisheries Office. It was concluded that the provision of flushing of mixed egg yolk-MOL feed precisely ensures good growth and growth, especially in sheep that are only given forage.

Abstract

The purpose of community service is to increase the income of PKH members of Podosoko Village, Candimulyo, Magelang through the prevention of free-range chicken diseases. The activity starts from May to November 2025. The implementation method is through the technique of raising awareness of the mindset of traditional livestock to business-oriented breeding, disease prevention in free-range chickens, intensive cage making training (demonstration plot), making local microbial starters (MOL) from rice, selection of good chicken seeds, understanding of traditional medicines, assistance in chicken brood and disease prevention with regular vaccination and assistance. This activity is in collaboration with the Magelang Regency Government. The results of the activities achieved were that 60% of participants actively participated in the FGD, 85% understood the importance of doing free-range chicken business, 70% of participants considered the activities to be in accordance with their needs. Chickens fed MOL lay eggs (40%), participants were able to make MOL and were ready to practice it 25%, active in maintenance in the demonstration plot there were 4 people (40%). Participants were very enthusiastic (practicing) the production triangle by 60% by realizing the need to prevent chicken disease (75%) and feeding locally made with fermentation technology (80%) and felt able to be a native chicken entrepreneur with a business orientation through an intensive cage system (85%). It was concluded that this activity was very beneficial for the PKH group, improving knowledge and skills in raising free-range chickens. Abstract

Indra penglihatan adalah indra yang sangat dibutuhkan manusia, manusia mengandalkan indra ini untuk menerima informasi.Tetapi, tidak semua manusia terlahir dengan kondisi yang normal ada beberapa yang terlahir dengan kondisi tidak normal seperti halnya dengan penyandang tunanetra yang kehilangan penglihatannya sejak lahir atau blindness. Beberapa penelitian telah dilakukan sebelumnya dengan perkembangan teknologi yang ada, banyak peneliti yang membuat serta merancang alat tunanetra menggunakan sensor. Namun hingga saat ini alat navigasi tunanetra yang ada masih menggunakan sumber energi listrik habis pakai dari baterai. Maka dari itu, pada penelitian ini dirancang alat navigasi untuk penyandang tunanetra menggunakan sumber energi listrik yang berasal dari piezoelektrik. Rancang bangun alat, menggunakan 4 keping piezoelektrik yang dihubungkan secara seri pada sandal navigasi ini. Diberikan tekanan langkah kaki untuk menghasilkan energi. Perancangan alat dimulai dengan pembuatan kontruksi bagian pemanen energi yang didalamnya diletakan piezoelectric generator. Bagian penyalur energi yang didalamnya terdapat komponen boost converter, modul charging, dan baterai. Bagian terakhir yaitu sistem navigasi didalamnya terdiri dari sensor ultrasonik HC-SR04 yang tehubung dengan ic ne555 dan aktuator berupa cell motor vibrator. Berdasarkan Hasil Penelitian sistem pemanen energi yang dibuat berhasil digunakan untuk menghidupkan daya perangkat elektronik seperti IC NE555, Sensor Ultrasonik HC-SR04, dan Vibrator. Pemanen energi dapat menghasilkan tegangan keluaran rata-rata sebesar 9.57V dan arus pengisian rata-rata sebesar 12.7mA, sehingga daya yang dihasilkan sebesar 0.122 Watt dan sistem navigasi pada sandal ini berhasil untuk menggunakan IC NE555 yang berfungsi sebagai pembangkit frekuensi dari sensor ultrasonik HC-SR04 tanpa menggunakan pemrograman apapun dengan tingkat keberhasilan sebesar 96%.

Abstract

In chemistry learning, the application of technology, experimental activities, case studies, class discussions, and direct involvement in the application of concepts play a crucial role. Students struggle to understand chemistry material not only due to a lack of teacher skills but also due to the teachers' limited resources. The purpose of this research was to determine the needs analysis, feasibility level, and teacher and student responses to the discovery learning-based E-LKPD on acid-base material. This type of research is a Development Research (R&D) using the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) but the implementation was only carried out up to the development phase. The subjects of this study included Material Experts, Media Experts, and chemistry teachers, grade XII Bio 1 students. The results of the study proved that the discovery learning-based E-LKPD that had been developed obtained a feasibility percentage of 86% from the material experts, which was included in the very feasible criteria, and 87% from the media experts, which was included in the very feasible criteria. Chemistry teachers' responses to the developed e-LKPD also showed positive results, with 94% categorizing it as very appropriate. Meanwhile, students' responses to the discovery learning-based e-LKPD were categorized as very interesting at 90%. Based on these results, the developed e-LKPD was deemed appropriate and met the criteria for use in the chemistry teaching and learning process for acids and bases.

technology for history education within museum environments. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was performed following the PRISMA 2020 guidelines to promote transparency and replicability. Following a rigorous screening process of 158 initial records, a final corpus of 16 high-quality empirical articles indexed in Scopus Q1 and Q2 journals published between 2019 and 2024 was selected for qualitative thematic synthesis. The findings indicate that while immersive tools, such as Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR), have the potential to enhance learners' historical empathy and cognitive retention, their efficacy within Global South landscapes such as Yogyakarta is highly contingent upon a critical decolonial calibration of the socio-technical subsystem to safeguard local epistemologies against Western-centric digital biases; consequently, these technologies do not constitute a panacea for pedagogical challenges. The primary obstacle identified is the alignment gap between technological affordances and instructional design: while immersive hardware has reached technical maturity, pedagogical integration frameworks in museum environments remain underdeveloped. In terms of practical and social implications, this study underscores that professional focus must shift from mere technological novelty toward systemic staff development and the structural weaving of digital tools into the existing history curriculum. Ultimately, optimising these interactive learning spaces provides a sustainable, decolonised digital heritage roadmap that empowers regional educators and curators to integrate global technological innovations while firmly anchoring the social subsystem within localised epistemologies; this adaptive framework ensures that historical consciousness is fostered and cultural transmission is safeguarded within regional centres such as Yogyakarta without succumbing to Western-centric technological biases in the digital age.
