Abstract

This study aims to: 1) determine the effect of the inquiry learning model on students' civics learning outcomes; 2) determine the effect of motivation on students' civics learning outcomes; and 3) determine the interaction of the inquiry learning model and motivation on students' civics learning outcomes of class VII SMP Negeri 3 Balige, Toba Regency. The study was conducted at SMP Negeri 3 Balige, Toba Regency. The study population consisted of 125 students from class VII (A, B, C, D). The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling. The total sample was 64 students. The experimental sample of class VII A consisted of 32 students, and the control class consisted of 32 students. The research instruments used to assess students' civics learning outcomes included a multiple-choice test and a questionnaire evaluating student motivation. The trial of the learning outcome test was conducted on 28 students of class VIII A, and 20 valid and reliable test questions were obtained. The student motivation questionnaire was administered to 31 students of Class VII C. The results of the trial of the motivation questionnaire obtained 26 valid and reliable statements. This study employs a quantitative approach, utilizing an experimental method (two-group pretest-posttest control group design) and a two-way analysis of variance (2x2 ANOVA). The prerequisite analysis tests are met, namely the normality test and the homogeneity test. Hypothesis testing uses 2x2 ANOVA. The results of the study are 1) the effect of the inquiry learning model on students' Civics learning outcomes, the F count>F table is 95.863>2.76 (sig.000 <0.05); 2) the effect of motivation on students' Civics learning outcomes, F count>F table is 242.922>2.76 (sig.000<0.05); and 3) the interaction between the learning model and students' motivation on students' Civics learning outcomes, F count>F table is 21.716>2.76 (sig.000<0.05). The conclusions of the study are 1) There is an effect of the inquiry learning model on students' Civics learning outcomes; 2) There is an influence of motivation on students' civics learning outcomes. 3) There is an interaction between the learning model and student motivation on the civics learning outcomes of grade VII students at SMP Negeri 3 Balige, Toba Regency.

Abstract

Research aims: The reason for this exploration was to decide the impact of occupation climate, work burden, remuneration and occupation fulfillment to some extent and all the while to the turnover expectations of agreement representatives.Design/Methodology/Approach: The populace in this exploration added up to 13,619 with an example of 295 respondents contract workers at assembling organizations in Karawang regime and strategy utilized in this examination is engaging and illustrative study, the information investigation technique utilized is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling).Research findings: In view of the consequences of the examination, the discoveries are as per the following: position climate, work load, while the gig fulfillment factor has a worth of 52% which has been contributed by the remuneration factor. To some degree work load adversely affects work fulfillment while pay meaningfully affects work fulfillment. work climate, work burden, remuneration and occupation fulfillment. The outcomes likewise show that work fulfillment is a full-interceding variable because of occupation climate, work burden, and remuneration for turnover goals.Theoretical contribution/ Originality: The study give contribution to growth job environmental, job loads, compensation, job satisfaction and turnover intentions employees of literature.Practitioner/Policy implication: The administrative ramifications of the aftereffects of this exploration are that the turnover goals of agreement representatives in the assembling organization, particularly on the stopping of agreement workers, can be diminished assuming the assembling organization can increment work fulfillment reflected by the award aspect as per the assumptions for the agreement worker, work fulfillment will increment assuming the assembling organization can increment remuneration reflected by the immediate pay aspect and upheld by the reduction in work load reflected by the elements of mental necessities and further developing the work climate reflected by the non-actual workplace.Research limitation/Implication: The consequences of this study may likewise be led on organizations, foundations or government offices, state-claimed or other confidential undertakings both at the common and public levels.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas semen beku kambing Saanen dengan umursimpan yang berbeda. Penelitian dilakukan di Balai Inseminasi Buatan Lembang, BandungBarat, Provinsi Jawa Barat. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Bulan Desember 2025 hinggaJanuari 2026. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimental dengan Rancangan AcakLengkap (RAL) pola searah menggunakan 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Perlakuan meliputi P0(masa simpan 0 hari), P1 (masa simpan 1.1 tahun ), P2 (masa simpan 1.6 tahun), P3 (masasimpan 2 tahun). Variabel yang diamati meliputi motilitas, viabilitas dan abnormalitas sperma.Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analysis of variance (ANOVA) dan apabilaterdapat perbedaan diantara perlakuan, dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan’s Multiple Range Test(DMRT). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada P0, P1, P2 dan P3 secara berturut-turut untukMotilitas yaitu 74.4%, 63.5%, 49.3% dan 65.3%. Viabilitas secara berturur-turut yaitu 75.4%,63.5%, 71.7% dan 67.4%, Abnormalitas secara berturur-turut yaitu 2.36%, 2.63%, 1.83% dan1.91%. Hasil analisis variansi motilitas dan viabilitas menunjukkan berbeda nyata (P<0,05),namun pada abnormalitas menunjukkan berbeda tidak nyata (P>0.05). Disimpulkan bahwamasa simpan semen beku Kambing Saanen dalam nitrogen cair (N2) yang disimpan hingga 2tahun memiliki kualitas baik dan layak untuk Inseminasi Buatan (IB).

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh fenomena siswa siswi Pondok Pesantren Al-muhajirin 3 yang kurang fasih membaca Qur'an. Dengan data rinci tentang kondisi siswa yang disebutkan di atas, upaya dan tindakan yang nyata dalam bentuk pelatihan sebagai bentuk pengabdian. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa-siswi dalam pembelajaran Tahfizh, adalah dengan melakukan pelatihan dengan metode Ummi untuk memperkuat kemampuan siswa-siswi membaca Al-qur’an.. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan metode Ummi Foundation terhadap santri Pondok Pesantren Al-Muhajirin 3, serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mendorong dan menghambat pelaksanaannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survey research untuk mengkaji pengaruh penerapan metode Ummi Foundation terhadap santri Pondok Pesantren Al-Muhajirin 3. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui instrumen survei yang disusun untuk mengukur persepsi, penerapan, dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi metode tersebut. Analisis data meliputi analisis deskriptif untuk menggambarkan karakteristik responden dan distribusi variabel, analisis regresi untuk mengetahui hubungan dan pengaruh antarvariabel, serta uji parsial untuk mengidentifikasi kontribusi masing-masing faktor terhadap hasil belajar santri. Hasil analisis menunjukkan penerapan metode Ummi Foundation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an siswa, dengan koefisien regresi 0,540 dan persamaan Y = 23,137 + 0,540X, serta nilai t-hitung (6,197) > t-tabel (1,99125) dan Sig. 0,001 < 0,05. Sehingga berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara penerapan metode ummi foundation terhadap kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an siswa kelas VIII SMP Pondok Pesantren Al-Muhajirin.

Abstract

Children’s psychosocial development is inseparable from the cultural and ecological environments that structure their daily lives. This study investigates the psychosocial development of Orang Rimba children in the Kedundung Muda community of Jambi through a cultural psychology framework, arguing that culturally embedded practices remain central to understanding developmental trajectories in Indigenous contexts. Employing a descriptive qualitative design, the study integrates a literature review with secondary ethnographic analysis of caregiving norms, social organization, and cultural interaction within Orang Rimba society. The findings demonstrate that children’s psychosocial development is shaped not only by customary values, kinship relations, and ecological engagements but also by the community’s adaptive strategies in negotiating external pressures such as state policies, formal schooling, and forest ecological change. These pressures generate identity tensions, role ambiguities, and shifts in caregiving practices, revealing the fragility and resilience of Indigenous developmental systems under structural transformation. The study contends that culturally informed frameworks are indispensable for designing educational and social interventions that respect and sustain Indigenous lifeworlds.

Abstract

Literasi merupakan kemampuan fundamental dalam membentuk kecerdasan siswa di era informasi. Namun, rendahnya minat baca dan keterbatasan akses terhadap bahan bacaan masih menjadi persoalan di berbagai satuan pendidikan. Berdasarkan keterangan guru, siswa cenderung jarang membaca kecuali jika terdapat instruksi langsung dari guru. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat budaya literasi siswa melalui model pengabdian masyarakat berbasis aksi dengan pengembangan taman baca dan seminar literasi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di SMPS Arriyadul Huda, Kecamatan Leuwiliang, Kabupaten Bogor, dengan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR). Program taman baca dilaksanakan dua kali dalam seminggu dengan koleksi lebih dari 70 buku hasil swadaya mahasiswa, sedangkan seminar literasi diikuti oleh lebih dari 100 peserta yang terdiri atas siswa dan guru. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan meningkatnya partisipasi siswa, munculnya kebiasaan meminjam buku secara berulang, serta respons positif dari pihak sekolah, meskipun masih terdapat keterbatasan fasilitas dan koleksi bacaan. Model pengabdian berbasis aksi ini berpotensi menjadi alternatif penguatan literasi di lingkungan sekolah menengah pertama.

Abstract

Community Partnership Service activities have been carried out in the Abita Farm sheep business group and the Berkah Makmur livestock group, Banyusidi village, district, Magelang from May to November 2025. The problem in these two groups is the low reproductive efficiency, namely giving birth 2 times in 2 years, which should be 3 times in 2 years for sheep.  The solution to this problem is the use of egg yolks mixed with MOL (Local Micro Organisms) rice as feed flushing, rice MOL making, making a reproductive calendar and flushing techniques. The methods applied are awareness, training, flushing application, evaluation of flushing results and making MOL and mentoring. Flushing technology is applied using egg yolks mixed with MOL given as additional feed to prospective and non-pregnant sheep for 10 days with a dose of 7ml of egg yolk mixed with 5 ml of MOL/head/day, then observation of growth and the onset of bile.  Livestock that are greedy are mated by nature.  The results achieved in the Abita Farm group after 10 days of flushing sheep with an average age of 2.2 years showed that 50% were fertile and immediately mated naturally, while the body weight gain was relatively fixed.  In the Berkah Makmur group with an average age of 2.15 years, 55% experienced lustfulness and an increase in body weight of 189.25 g/day.  The average level of satisfaction of participants showed 22% satisfied and 78% very satisfied with the results of flushing and the ability to apply in sheep farming. To ensure the sustainability of this activity, it is coordinated with the Magelang Regency Livestock and Fisheries Office. It was concluded that the provision of flushing of mixed egg yolk-MOL feed precisely ensures good growth and growth, especially in sheep that are only given forage.

Abstract

The purpose of community service is to increase the income of PKH members of Podosoko Village, Candimulyo, Magelang through the prevention of free-range chicken diseases. The activity starts from May to November 2025. The implementation method is through the technique of raising awareness of the mindset of traditional livestock to business-oriented breeding, disease prevention in free-range chickens, intensive cage making training (demonstration plot), making local microbial starters (MOL) from rice, selection of good chicken seeds, understanding of traditional medicines, assistance in chicken brood and disease prevention with regular vaccination and assistance. This activity is in collaboration with the Magelang Regency Government. The results of the activities achieved were that 60% of participants actively participated in the FGD, 85% understood the importance of doing free-range chicken business, 70% of participants considered the activities to be in accordance with their needs. Chickens fed MOL lay eggs (40%), participants were able to make MOL and were ready to practice it 25%, active in maintenance in the demonstration plot there were 4 people (40%). Participants were very enthusiastic (practicing) the production triangle by 60% by realizing the need to prevent chicken disease (75%) and feeding locally made with fermentation technology (80%) and felt able to be a native chicken entrepreneur with a business orientation through an intensive cage system (85%). It was concluded that this activity was very beneficial for the PKH group, improving knowledge and skills in raising free-range chickens. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of the exam questions tested on students in the even semester of grade 5 of elementary school. This study is a qualitative study. The data collection in the form of exam questions and student answer keys will be examined using Anates ver.0.9 media technology to determine the level of quality of the tests tested on students. The results of this study prove that there is a sufficient level of conformity between the question grids that have been provided with the questions that have been evaluated. When viewed from the characteristics of the questions based on Bloom's Taxonomy in the even semester exam questions, both thematic and topic questions, many questions use low characteristics, in fact not a single question was found that fell into the high characteristic category. There is a contrast or difference in effectiveness between exam questions that use thematic and exams that use subjects. The number of valid questions related to thematic test topics in SD Negeri 081234 and SD Negeri 084081 is fewer than the number of questions related to subjects in SD Negeri 084087 and SD Negeri 081224. Reliability scores are higher for level assessments, as well as for questions that focus more on themes than specific subjects. The level of difficulty of the questions is determined by the number of questions other than subject matter that are included in the difficult category.

Abstract

Aksi peduli kemanusiaan ini merupakan kegiatan sosial yang bertujuan untuk membantu masyarakat terdampak banjir di Dusun Gempol Rawa, Kelurahan Tanjungpura, Kecamatan Karawang Barat, Kabupaten Karawang. Banjir yang terjadi menyebabkan terganggunya aktivitas warga serta menimbulkan kebutuhan mendesak akan bahan pangan pokok. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan penyaluran bantuan sembako sebagai bentuk kepedulian dan solidaritas terhadap korban bencana. Kegiatan ini meliputi proses pengumpulan bantuan, pendistribusian sembako secara langsung kepada warga terdampak, serta koordinasi dengan pihak setempat agar bantuan tepat sasaran. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meringankan beban masyarakat, memenuhi kebutuhan dasar sementara, serta memperkuat semangat gotong royong dan kepedulian sosial di tengah situasi bencana.
