Abstract

Pendahuluan : Program Generasi Berencana (GenRe) menjadi salah satu program yang dituntut untuk melakukan penyesuaian karena target Group dari program ini adalah remaja yang tidak lain merupakan generasi Zilenial (remaja usia 10-24 tahun). Program ketahanan remaja harus didesain dan dilaksanakan berdasarkan prinsip pelibatan remaja secara bermakna (meaningful Youth Participation). Remaja harus benar benar menjadi subjek, tahapan program mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan hingga monitoring dan evaluasi (Nasional, 2020).Dirintis di tahun 2005, pada 2007 mulai dibentuk Pusat Informasi dan Konseling Remaja (PIK Remaja) seiring dengan komitmen untuk memperhatikan kesehatan dan hak-hak reproduksi dalam program BKKN. Pusat Informasi dan Konseling Remaja (PIK Remaja) merupakan wadah kegiatan yang dikelolah dari, oleh dan untuk remaja sebagai upaya pemberian akses informasi, pendidikan dan konseling kesehatan produksi dan perencanaan kehidupan berkeluarga bagi remaja (Nasional, 2020).Metode Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain penelitian deskriptif untuk memahami suatu fenomena atau kejadian secara mendalam, sehingga peneliti memperoleh data yang relatif lengkap dan akurat, dan juga dilakukan interpretasi terhadap berbagai fenomena yang ditemui di lapangan dengan melakukan pengamatan untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai peran PIK Remaja dalam pencegahan Stunting di Kecamatan Banggae Timur Kabupaten Majene.Waktu dan lokasi Penelitian Penelitian ini di laksanakan pada bulan April – bulan Mei tahun 2023 di Kabupaten Majene. Hasil: Peneliti mewawancarai informan dengan pertanyaan Bagaimana sistem pelaksanaan kegiatan kelompok PIK Remaja di tempat Anda? Maka di peroleh jawaban sebagai berikut:Menurut informan RA perempuan 22 tahun bahwa, “kalau saat ini PIK R pondok indah Unsulbar itu masih belum melakukan kegiatan sosialisasi atau kegiatan apapun karena memang belum aktif i kalau program PIK Runsulbar tersendiri belum ada tetapi kalau saya dan anggota-anggota PIK R yang lain biasa ji turun kelapangan tapi atas nama forum GenRe” (Saat ini PIK-R Pondok Indah UnSulbar masih belum melakukan apapun, kecuali atas nama forum jadi fasilitator).Pembahasan : Pencegahan Stunting Berdasarkan penelitian ini, stuntimg sudah tidak asing lagi bagi seluruh responden, hal ini dapat diihat dari keterangan yang telah mereka berikan bahwah Stunting adalah Stunting adalah masalah besar bagi Negara Indonesia yang akan dihadapkan dengan bonus demografi dimana produktif lebih tinggi daripada konsumtif. anak-anak Stunting cenderung memiliki kesehatan yang kurang baik sehingga nantinya akan sulit bersaing di dunia kerja maupun pendidikan dan Indonesia sendiri memiliki tingakat prevalensi Stunting yang sangat tinggi. Stunting ini isu kependudukan yang sangat trending sekarang apalagi pak Jokowi menginginkan penurunan karena di Sulawesi Barat menduduki posisi ke dua setelah NTT.Terus kasus di Majene posisi kedua setelah polewali Mandar jadi salah satu penyumbang terbanyak anak Stunting adalah anak pelaku pernikahan usia anak. Stunting dikhususkan kepada ibu-ibu hamil yang menikah diusia dini dan anaknya kekurangan gizi,karena gizi yang didapati oleh remaja yang kepada anaknya sehingga dapat terjadi Stunting. Kesimpulan Kehamilan pada remaja perlu dihindari sebagai remaja belum saatnya bagi remaja untuk hamil karena masih dalam proses pertumbuhan, karena pada saat keadaan hamil remaja sangat memerlukan nutrisi pada pertumbuhannya dan juga perkembangan janinnya, jadi akan mengalami perebutan gizi antara ibu dan janin dan remaja pun belum paham mengenai pola asuh pasti akan berbeda kapasitasnya seorang ibu yang telah siap mempersiapkan kehamilan dengan anak remaja yang masih dalam proses pertumbuhan dan perkembangannya.

Abstract

Background:In the last decade, occupational psychosocial factors have become a major concern in occupational health. Changes that have occurred in the labor market, increased globalization, competition, flexibility, service sector development and new forms of work organization. The increasing prevalence of occupational psychosocial factors exposure to the working population. Method:This research is an analytic observational study with a cross sectional study approach. The research sample was 147 nurses who were determined by the total sampling method. Data were collected using a questionnaire and then analyzed by logistic regression test at a confidence level of 95% (x = 0.05). Results:The results of this study obtained that there is a significant effect between workload on performance (p value = 0.815) work stress on performance, (p value 0.094) interpersonal relationship on performance, (p value 0.058), responsibility for performance (p 0.001) . The multivariate result that has the most influence on performance is responsibility, because it has the largest p value, which is 0.001. Conclusion:Responsibility is a variable that greatly affects performance. The author suggests to the hospital to pay attention to the psychosocial factors of nurses at work.

Abstract

Background: Healthy City depicts a clean, comfortable, safe, and healthy city condition for residents to live in. The establishment is achieved through the implementation of several arrangements with integrated activities agreed by the community and local government (Firman et al., n.d.). The purpose of the study was to determine the evaluation of the implementation of a Healthy City in Palopo Regional Government in 2022. Methods: This study performed mixed research that researchers applied a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches to be carried out together in this study so that the results obtained more comprehensive, valid, reliable, and objective data. In quantitative research, this study took place at Healthy City Forum based on the achievement such as indicators and arrangements for Healthy Cities. While, in a qualitative approach, it involved informants, including the Chair of the Healthy City Development Team in Palopo and the Head of SKPD at each research locus. Results. The results of the study based on the results of the achievement review of a healthy city arrangement in Palopo City consisted of the Settlement of Facilities and Infrastructure of 94.02% (Healthy), Order of Traffic Order Areas of 98% (Healthy), Industrial and Healthy Office Arrangements of 94.11% (Healthy). ), Healthy Tourism Order of 90.62% (Healthy), Food Security and Nutrition Order of 89.58% (Healthy), Healthy Independent Community Life Order of 96.05% (Healthy), and Healthy Social Life Order of 91 ,66% (Healthy). Conclusions and recommendations. The evaluation of the implementation of a Healthy City in Palopo government operates in accordance with the procedures that have been set and Healthy City Forum prepares for a Healthy City upcoming assessment in 2023. It is recommended that the government should act more actively in coordination, socialization, monitoring, and guidance in this healthy city program properly to create a clean, safe, comfortable, and healthy city that can improve facilities and productivity as well as the community economy in Palopo. Therefore, strong cooperation is required among the community, government, and the private sector in accordance with their respective roles and objectives in each healthy city program.

Abstract

Pringgasela Village possesses abundant agricultural potential, particularly in pineapples and cassava crops. However, the utilization of these agricultural products remains limited due to a lack of processing innovation, access to modern technology, and effective marketing strategies. The Community Empowerment Field Study Program (KKN-PMD) of Universitas Mataram 2024-2025 aims to enhance the added value of these agricultural products through product innovation and the digitalization of marketing based on the creative economy. The innovations implemented include processing pineapples into syrup and jam, as well as transforming cassava leaves into chips. In addition, the program encompasses community outreach and digital marketing training to broaden the market reach of local products. The methods employed consist of observation, interviews, product development, and digital marketing training using the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach. The results indicate that product innovation and digital marketing strategies have a positive impact on increasing community understanding of product processing and technology-based marketing. With this program, it is expected that the community will become more self-reliant in developing businesses based on local potential, thereby enhancing the village’s economic welfare.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the application of Autonomy learning in English teaching modules. Participants of this study were seventh grade students at SMP Negeri 20 Padang which amounted to 276 students divided into 9 classes. In determining participants, researchers used purposive sampling technique because researchers only examined classes that applied learning independence so that participants were obtained in 1 class, namely class VII.4 which amounted to 29 people. Data collection techniques using video recording and observation checklist, then observed and analyzed based on the application of student learning independence in each class in the process of English learning activities, and the results showed that every student of the 29 students who had been studied had learning independence. Thus, it can be concluded that students can implement learning independence in the process of learning English.

Abstract

Associated Ventilator Pneumonia (VAP) is defined as pneumonia that occurs 48 hours or more after a mechanical ventilator is administered. Associated Ventilator Pneumonia (VAP), is the most common form of nosocomial infection encountered in intensive care, especially in patients who use mechanical ventilators (Wiryana, 2007). The purpose of this study is to know the relationship of nurse characteristics to VAP knowledge level in ICU / ICCU Room of Husada Hospital, Central Jakarta. The results showed that there was a significant correlation between age, duration of work, education level with nurse knowledge level about VAP (p value <0,05). Nurses need to improve their ability to use mechanical ventilators to improve the quality of nursing care.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Tekanan darah adalah kekuatan darah yang menekan dinding arteri dari kekuatan jantung ketika memompa darah. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi peningkatan tekanan darah atau terjadinya hipertensi adalah obesitas. Obesitas dapat mempengaruhi tekanan darah melalui dua mekanisme, yaitu peningkatan aktivitas saraf simpatis dan retensi natrium. Pengukuran Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT) merupakan pengukuran yang paling sederhana dan paling sering digunakan untuk mengetahui kondisi lemak dalam tubuh Tujuan : Mengetahui hubungan Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT) dengan tekanan darah pada mahasiswa angkatan 2021 Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Baiturrahmah. Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian analitik  observasional dan menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional. Populasi terjangkau pada penelitian adalah seluruh mahasiswa Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa angkatan 2021 Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Baiturrahmah dengan 131 responden. Hasil : Total 131 responden yang terdiri dari laki-laki 34 orang (26%) dan perempuan 97 orang (74%). Pada penelitian ini didapatkan rata-rata tekanan darah sistolik mahasiswa angkatan 2021 adalah 122 mmHg dan diastolik 80 mmHg. Nilai rata-rata indeks massa tubuh mahasiswa angkatan 2021 adalah 23,08 Kg/m2. Kesimpulan : Terdapat hubungan antara indeks massa tubuh dengan tekanan darah pada mahasiswa angkatan 2021 Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Baiturrahmah.Kata kunci : Indeks Massa Tubuh, Tekanan Darah, Mahasiswa Kedokteran

Abstract

Development of children's literacy through learning methods is one of the supporting factors in the implementation of learning carried out in schools. This is a capital for a teacher to create a pleasant and not boring classroom atmosphere, not only that by using good learning methods it greatly affects children's learning outcomes. However, the fact is that teachers at SDN 3 Bengkaung do not understand and pay attention to this. The learning method used is still low order thinking skills. The teaching materials used so far are teaching materials that are oriented towards mastery of concepts in accordance with the material in textbooks that apply nationally. This is what causes the lack of children's learning outcomes, as well as the low literacy skills of children at SDN 3 Bengkaung. That is why the community service activities which are located at SDN 3 Bengkaung, Batu Layar District, West Lombok Regency were carried out by PPKN students at the University of Mataram, by implementing several solutions in the form of innovative and active teaching methods, such as carrying out morning literacy activities, showing educational videos, and coloring the sketch. This is proven to be able to create an active learning atmosphere and restore children's enthusiasm for learning, and provide new knowledge to children.

Abstract

Bridges represent a vital component of strategic infrastructure, facilitating the movement of traffic and the distribution of logistics. Bridges facilitate connectivity between disparate geographical regions. It is of the utmost importance to prevent damage and failure of bridge structures. Bridge structure failure is the formation of local scour at the pillars and abutments of the bridge. The objective of this research is to assess the safety of the Way Sumanda-Sukamulya Bridge in regard to the potential for scour at the pillars and abutments. Topographic surveys, instantaneous discharge, and riverbed sediment gradation were conducted for the purpose of collecting data regarding the potential for scour. Ten years of rainfall data were obtained from the Mesuji-Sekampung BBWS, which served to corroborate the design flood discharge. An evaluation of scour was conducted using the HEC-RAS 1D.  The scour depth at the pillars ranged from 1.60 m to 1.89 m, while the scour depth at the abutments reached 2.28 m to 3.17 m. It was observed that the outer bend of the river presented a greater scour depth than the inner part. It is imperative that the Way Sumanda Bridge be periodically assessed to ensure that the risk of local scour is kept to an absolute minimum.
