Individuals with mental disorders are categorized as mentally disabled, according to the provisions of the article, individuals with mental disorders are guaranteed their rights to receive special care and assistance at the expense of the State to ensure a decent life in accordance with their human dignity. The objectives of this research are: 1) To understand and analyze the role of the Department of Social Affairs in efforts to fulfill the rights of People with Mental Disorders according to Law Number 18 of 2014 concerning Mental Health in the City of Kuala Tungkal. 2) To understand and analyze the obstacles in the implementation of the role of the Department of Social Affairs in efforts to fulfill the rights of People with Mental Disorders according to Law Number 18 of 2014 concerning Mental Health. 3) To understand and analyze the efforts made by the Department of Social Affairs in efforts to fulfill the rights of People with Mental Disorders according to Law Number 18 of 2014 concerning Mental Health.

This study aims to examine the quality of interactive e-modules based on articulate storyline to improve the evidence-based reasoning abilities of junior high school students in learning natural sciences. The type of this research is research and development (Research and Development) with the ADDIE development model. The stage of e-module development consist of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The data collection techniques include interviews, observation, and documentation. The data from student response questionnaires and observation of learning implementation were analyzed with percentage analysis. The data of evidence-based reasoning ability were analyzed with n-gain analysis. The results showed that the validity of the interactive e-module was 94.25%, with a very valid category. Student response to interactive e-modules was 81.88% with positive criteria, and the implementation of learning using interactive e-modules was 90% with perfect types. The n-gain analysis show that learning using interactive e-modules can increase evidence-based reasoning abilities by 0.31 in the moderate category.

Biologi merupakan ilmu luas karena mempelajari semua makhluk hidup yang ada diseluruh permukaan bumi. Pada pembelajaran Biologi SMP dan SMA terdapat materi klasifikasi makhluk hidup. Klasifikasi makhluk hidup yaitu proses pengelompokan makhluk hidup berdasarkan ciri yang dimiliki. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dibutuhkan sumber belajar. Peserta didik dapat menggunakan laboratorium alam yaitu lingkungan sekitar, sehingga peserta didik akan mendapatkan fenomena yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai tempat atau sumber belajar yang efektif. Metode untuk mengidentifikasi sampel tumbuhan berbiji (Spermatophyta) yaitu metode plot. Hasil identifikasi digunakan sebagai sumber belajar. Upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran menggunakan lingkungan alam yaitu sumber belajar cetak ensiklopedia, karena ensiklopedia memuat infomasi yang ringkas, menarik serta terdapat berbagai representasi gambar. Produk sumber belajar ensiklopedia divalidasi oleh 3 validator ahli biologi. Hasil validasi ensiklopedia tumbuhan berbiji (Spermatophyta) diperoleh skala 88,3% dimana nilai tersebut menunjukkan bahwa ensiklopedia layak digunakan sebagai sumber belajar Biologi.

Argumentation as the one of important skills must be included in the science learning. With argumentation skills, students can show their opinion include evidence and justification logically. Argumentation is important for students, but it seldom integrate in physic learningÂ based inquiry. Participation of students who decrease in the learning can influence to argumentationâ€™s ability of students. Physic learningÂ based inquiry which include argumentation section can grow up the action students to give argumentation. Component of argumentationâ€™s ability are evidence and justification for argument, counter argument, and rebuttal. This research is conduct for three meetings on the fluid staticâ€™s chapter inÂ Senior High School of one Gambiran. Studentsâ€™ argumentation skills measure from argumentation section and studentsâ€™ worksheets has consisted componentâ€™s of argumentation. Purpose of this research is describe of studentsâ€™ argumentation skills on physics instruction based inquiry. Result of this research is shown that studentsâ€™ argumentation skills increase on last meeting of physics instruction. This study explores the characteristics of Written Communication Skills (WCS) of pre-service science teachers from a gender perspective. WCS is a skill related to the ability to convey ideas in writing so that they can express their ideas, information, and arguments. WCS is important for pre-service science teachers to succeed in their studies and the workplace, especially when they teach in the classroom. This research is based on the differences in communication characteristics of female and male pre-service science teachers that have the potential to influence the way they write on the blackboard media. However, until now, references related to the characteristics of WCS, especially pre-service science teachers and their gender roles, have not been explored. To explore in depth the WCS of both gender groups with more flexibility, explorative is the method used in this study. This study involved 101 pre-service science teachers from three universities with similar regional characteristics. The data collection methods used included written tests. Exploratory results illustrate that pre-service science teachers covering the components of organization, development, expression, and content are at moderate and very good WCS levels. Mann-Whitney analysis showed that gender had no significant effect on WCS. However, the mean review illustrates that in the organization and development components, the mean of female is higher than male. In contrast, male have a higher mean than female in the expression and content components. Thus, there is no need for special treatment by considering gender differences when honing WCS. To increase the level of WCS of pre-service science teachers, educators in universities are seen as only needing to provide opportunities for pre-service science teachers to carry out problem formulation and self-group reflection. Scientific explanation skill is one of the essential skills for students in science learning today. Scientific explanation is a reasoning skill that relates claims, evidence, and reasoning. Students can understand, articulate, and explain scientific phenomena accompanied by evidence and reasoning with scientific explanation skills. However, in reality, students are still lacking in scientific explanation skills. In an effort to improve scientific explanation skills, teaching material is needed to be developed in the form of e-modules. The use of e-modules in learning is expected to train students' thinking skills, one of which is scientific explanation skills. This study aims to determine the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of e-modules to improve the scientific explanation skills of junior high school students in science learning. The development of the e-module is carried out in three stages, namely preliminary research, prototyping stage, and assessment phase. The results showed that e-modules were included in the valid, practical, and effective categories. Computational thinking has become a crucial skill for students because it gives them the tools to solve complicated issues using organized methods. Implementing Problem-based learning and Design-based learning in science learning has significantly enhanced students' skills. This research aims to ascertain which of the two models is better for facilitating computational thinking skills among middle school students in science learning. The study used a sample of 69 middle school students selected through random sampling. This research employs a quasi-experimental, multi-group, post-test-only design. The instrument utilized in this research is a computational thinking skills test comprising five questions. The data were analyzed using one-way ANOVA to test the hypotheses. Tukey test results indicate that the mean difference score between the PBL and DBL groups is 1.2609, with a significance value greater than 0.05. The study confirms that Problem-based learning is more effective than Design-based learning in facilitating students' computational thinking skills. However, the difference between the two is not particularly noteworthy. PBL and DBL represent viable pedagogical approaches that can enhance middle school students' computational thinking skills in science learning. Collaboration is one of the essential skills that students must have in the global era. With collaboration skills, students can interact in groups and take responsibility for solving problems, impacting learning outcomes. However, integrating collaboration skills in learning still challenges teachers and students. Therefore, it is necessary to pilot innovative learning media to promote collaboration skills in learning activities. This study examined the impact of using STEM-based 3D audio-visual protein synthesis kit box learning media on collaboration skills and learning outcomes. The study was conducted on SMA Negeri 1 Tanggul students, Jember Regency, East Java. The study used a pre-test and post-test control group design. The experimental class was treated using the TGT learning model with STEM learning media, while the control class applied traditional learning. This study used two types of groups, namely large groups and small groups, which aimed to determine the effect of the number of members in the group on collaboration skills. Based on the one-way ANOVA test analysis in the control and experimental classes, the research results obtained a sig < 0.05 with the hypothesis Ha rejected, which means there is a difference in collaboration skills between students in large and small groups. The one-way ANOVA test analysis results in the control and experimental classes obtained a sig < 0.05 with the hypothesis H0 rejected, which means there is a difference in student learning outcomes. Argumentation skills are still a challenge in science learning. Teachers must develop innovative learning to promote various thinking skills, one of which is argumentation skills. This research aims to develop valid, practical, and effective modules based on the web. The type of research applied was educational development research (EDR) with the ADDIE development model. The data collection techniques and instruments include validation sheets, practicality sheets, tests, observations, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The research sample was class VIII-B SMPN 1 Sukowono, with 26 students. The data analysis results of the validity of the modules based on the web got an average score of 85% with highly valid criteria. The results of the learning implementation analysis got an average score of 85%, which is an outstanding category from the assessment of the three observers. Product effectiveness is obtained from test results and student response questionnaire sheets. The results of the product effectiveness analysis using the N-Gain test got an average score of 0.74 in the high criteria. Students can learn in various places and situations by accessing modules and collaborating with other students and other learning resources available on the network. Kurikulum Merdeka telah diimplementasikan di satuan Pendidikan. Kurikulum Merdekat terdiri dari kegiatan intrakurikuler dan projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila. Projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila tersebut merupakan pendukung kegiatan intrakulikuler dalam kurikulum merdeka. Para guru sering merasa kesulitan dalam mengimplementasikan proyek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila tersebut dalam pembelajaran. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman Guru SD di kecamatan Bangorejo Kabupaten Banyuwangi terkait dengan Desain Penguatan Projek Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 tahapan yaitu tahap persiapan dan pelaksanaan. Masing-masing tahapan tersebut terdiri dari tiga langkah. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah kegiatan pendampingan desain projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila berjalan dengan baik. Peserta tampak antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan. Respon yang baik juga disampaikan oleh peserta kegiatan. Peserta kegiatan juga melaksanakan praktik projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila secara mandiri sesuai dengan yang telah dilatihkan sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa pemahaan guru terkait dengan projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila tersebut meningkat.
