Abstract

This research examines the role of petatah petitih, or traditional proverbs, in the context of customary law from a legal philosophy perspective. Deeply embedded in Jambi Malay traditions, petatah petitih serve as moral and legal guidelines passed down through generations. Unlike formal legal systems, petatah petitih function as informal norms that regulate social behavior and resolve conflicts. This study explores how these proverbs reflect the relationship between law, morality, and social harmony within the community. As non-coercive legal principles, petatah petitih convey cultural values that promote justice, respect, and responsibility among individuals. The research also highlights the pedagogical value of petatah petitih in transmitting cultural wisdom, educating younger generations about community norms, and preserving traditional legal systems. Furthermore, the study addresses the relevance of these proverbs in modern times, especially in the face of social change, emphasizing their role in maintaining cultural identity and continuity.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan hasil observasi diperoleh kemampuan bertanya dan hasil belajar IPA siswa di SDN Gebang 03 masih rendah. Salah satu upaya untuk menatasi permalsahan tersebut dibutuhkan media pembelajaran multimedia yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa era digital. Peneliti dalam hal ini mengembangkan e-worksheet berbasis pendekatan saintifik dalam pembelajaran IPA. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan e-worksheet berbasis pendekatan saintifik dengan pendekatan saitifik dalam pembelajaran IPA yang valid, praktis, dan efektif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah R&D menggunakan model ADDIE dengan subjek penelitian adalah semua siswa kelas VI di SDN Gebang 03 Kecamatan Patrang Kabupaten Jember. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kevalidan silabus, RPP, e-worksheet, bahan ajar, tes hasil belajar diperoleh kategori nilai modus 4 yang berkategori sangat valid. Kepraktisan e-worksheetberbasis pendekatan saintifik berdasarkan hasil penilaian tiga observer pada dua kelas menyatakan bahwa e-worksheetyang dikembangkan sangat praktis dengan berada pada 98,82%. Keefektifan E-LKPD berbasis pendekatan saintifik berdasarkan hasil N-Gain yang diperoleh dari pre-test dan post-test diperoleh kategori tinggi, sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa E-LKPD berbasis pendekatan saintifik dinyatakan efektif digunakan dan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan bertanya dan hasil belajar siswa.Abstract:  This study was conducted based on the results of observations obtained that the ability to ask questions and science learning outcomes of students at SDN Gebang 03 were still low. One effort to overcome this problem requires multimedia learning media that is in accordance with the needs of students in the digital era. Researchers in this case developed e-worksheets based on a scientific approach in science learning. The purpose of this study was to develop e-worksheets based on a scientific approach with a scientific approach in science learning that is valid, practical, and effective. This type of research is R&D using the ADDIE model with the research subjects being all sixth grade students at SDN Gebang 03, Patrang District, Jember Regency. The results showed that the validity of the syllabus, lesson plans, e-worksheets, teaching materials, and learning outcome tests obtained a category of mode 4 which is categorized as very valid. The practicality of e-worksheets based on a scientific approach based on the assessment results of three observers in two classes stated that the e-worksheets developed were very practical at 98.82%. The effectiveness of E-LKPD based on a scientific approach based on the N-Gain results obtained from the pre-test and post-test obtained a high category, so it can be stated that E-LKPD based on a scientific approach is effective to use and can improve students' questioning skills and learning outcomes.

Abstract

The high demand for land causes the state to regulate the land ownership and registration system to create an orderly land administration. Unfortunately, according to the Ministry of ATR/BPN in 2024, 45 percent of land has not been registered administratively, either through systematic or sporadic registration. This situation creates an opportunity for irresponsible individuals to control land through the use of land mafia networks illegally. This study aims to find the legal certainty of electronic land registration. The problem is whether or not electronic land registration can prevent land mafia practices. Through normative legal research, it is concluded that one such model that works well to ensure the prevention of land mafia is the implementation of an electronic land registration system. This approach is aligned with the use of technology in the digital era, offering more practicality and modernity, while also providing enhanced legal certainty over land ownership. Thus, electronic land registration is essential for the anti-land mafia

Abstract

Konsep andragogi terus berkembang seiring dengan perubahan zaman dan kemajuan dalam ilmu pendidikan. Pendidikan orang dewasa di Indonesia, khususnya di sektor maritim, telah mengalami perkembangan signifikan dengan hadirnya Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Pelayaran (STIP) Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan prinsip andragogi dalam pendidikan formal dan nonformal di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Pelayaran (STIP) Jakarta, dengan fokus pada metode pengajaran, pengalaman belajar, dan motivasi peserta. Metodologi yang digunakan meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen kurikulum, yang melibatkan mahasiswa dan peserta diklat di berbagai tingkat. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan prinsip andragogi secara signifikan meningkatkan keterlibatan peserta didik, dengan mahasiswa dan peserta diklat menunjukkan motivasi tinggi untuk meningkatkan keterampilan yang relevan dalam dunia kerja. Sajian dan analisis data mengindikasikan bahwa metode pengajaran yang berfokus pada kemandirian, pengalaman hidup, dan relevansi materi meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran, serta menunjukkan perlunya pengembangan kurikulum yang lebih adaptif dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan peserta didik dewasa. Penerapan prinsip andragogi dalam pendidikan di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Pelayaran (STIP) Jakarta menunjukkan bahwa metode pembelajaran yang berfokus pada kemandirian, pengalaman hidup, dan relevansi materi dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan keterlibatan peserta didik, baik dalam konteks pendidikan formal maupun nonformal. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di sektor maritim.

Abstract

This study aims to produce e-modules for science lessons that are valid, practical, and effective to improve junior high school students' digital literacy and learning outcomes. This study used research and development methods with the ADDIE model. The data collection techniques were observation, interviews, validation sheets, student activity sheets using e-modules, learning outcomes tests, digital literacy assessment rubrics, student response questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this study were validity test techniques, practicality tests and effectiveness tests. The results of the validation data analysis obtained a validation value of 91% with a very valid category, including aspects of content and construct validation. The practicality analysis results obtained a value of 91.20% with an efficient category. The results of the effectiveness analysis were based on the increase in learning outcomes, which resulted in an n-gain of 0.61 with a moderate category. Meanwhile, the results of the effectiveness analysis based on the ability of digital literacy indicators got an n-gain of 0.71 with a high category. The results of the effectiveness analysis were seen from student questionnaires, which scored 83.23% in the excellent category. Thus, the e-module product that has been developed is said to be feasible to be implemented in junior high school science learning to improve digital literacy and learning outcomes of junior high school students.

Abstract

Science learning encourages students to learn concepts scientifically, this certainly trains students' thinking processes. Science learning becomes uninteresting for students because they face difficulties in understanding science concepts. The selection of learning models that are still teacher-orientated causes students to be less critical in addressing problems because students are accustomed to receiving material passively. The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of students' critical thinking skills using guided inquiry learning model accompanied by multirepresentation-based LKPD. This type of research is a quasi-experiment with a non-equivalent (pre-test and post-test) control-group research design. This research was conducted at SMPN 1 Tempeh which consisted of 9 classes then 2 classes were selected as samples. Methods used for data collection were pretest and posttest, observation, interview and documentation. Data were analysed using normality test, homogeneity test, independent sample t-test and N-gain test. The results showed that there was an effect of guided inquiry learning model accompanied by multirepresentation-based LKPD on critical thinking skills of junior high school students.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkaji pengaruh dan peningkatan pemanfaatan video fenomena alam terhadap kreativitas ilmiah siswa. Penelitian eksperimen ini menggunakan desain penelitian eksperimen quasi dengan rancangan nonequivalent control-group design. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes kreativitas ilmiah yang hasilnya dianalisis menggunakan uji N-Gain dan independent sample t-test. Berdasarkan hasil uji N-Gain, diperoleh peningkatan kreativitas ilmiah pada kelas eksperimen dalam kategori sedang dan pada kelas kontrol dalam kategori rendah. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan perbedaan nilai yang signifikan antara kelas control dan eksperimen. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil bahwa pemanfaatan video fenomena alam dalam pembelajaran IPA materi lapisan bumi dapat meningkatkan kreativitas ilmiah siswa dalam kategori sedang serta berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kreativitas ilmiah siswa MTsAbstract The purpose of this study was to examine the effect and increase in the use of videos of natural phenomena on students' scientific innovation. This experimental study used a quasi-experimental research design with a nonequivalent control-group design. The research instrument was a scientific creativity test, the results of which were analyzed using the N-Gain test and independent sample t-test. Based on the results of the N-Gain test, there was an increase in scientific creativity in the experimental class in the medium category and in the control class in the low category. The results of the hypothesis test showed a significant difference in values between the control and experimental classes. The conclusion that can be drawn is that the use of videos of natural phenomena in natural science learning for earth layer material can increase students' scientific creativity in the medium category, which has a significant effect on scientific innovation of junior high school students.

Abstract

The reality that emerges in the field is that not all teachers are able to implement differentiated learning that is suitable for students' ability levels, students' interests and can attract students to learn. The age of the teacher, the level of creativity, the facilities and infrastructure available at school and the support of various parties are also some of the reasons for this differentiation not happening, so that the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum has not been fully optimized in accordance with government expectations. The non-optimal implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum is the cause of students' lack of scientific reasoning and the resulting decline in learning outcomes, especially in IPAS learning.  In connection with this problem, the purpose of this study is to examine the validity of practicality, and the effectiveness of multirepresentation-based LKPD with a scientific approach to improve scientific reasoning and learning outcomes of elementary school students in IPAS learning. This research uses a development research design (Research and Development), where the method used is research that produces products, namely in the form of multirepresentation-based LKPD with a scientific approach to force material. This research was conducted at SD Negeri Jarit 01 Candipuro District, Lumajang Regency with respondents from class IV totaling 44 students. Based on the test of the effectiveness of the product obtained N-Gain value> 70, it can be concluded that the use of multirepresentation-based LKPD using scientific approach.

Abstract

Kurikulum Merdeka telah diimplementasikan di satuan Pendidikan. Kurikulum Merdekat terdiri dari kegiatan intrakurikuler dan projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila. Projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila tersebut merupakan pendukung kegiatan intrakulikuler dalam kurikulum merdeka. Para guru sering merasa kesulitan dalam mengimplementasikan proyek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila tersebut dalam pembelajaran. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman Guru SD di kecamatan Bangorejo Kabupaten Banyuwangi terkait dengan Desain Penguatan Projek Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 tahapan yaitu tahap persiapan dan pelaksanaan. Masing-masing tahapan tersebut terdiri dari tiga langkah. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah kegiatan pendampingan desain projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila berjalan dengan baik. Peserta tampak antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan. Respon yang baik juga disampaikan oleh peserta kegiatan. Peserta kegiatan juga melaksanakan praktik projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila secara mandiri sesuai dengan yang telah dilatihkan sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa pemahaan guru terkait dengan projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila tersebut meningkat.

Abstract

Lemahnya proses pembelajaran di kelas serta rendahnya motivasi belajar peserta didik merupakan faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan rendahnya keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa setelah proses pembelajaran IPA menggunakan media komik manga chibi digital. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah one-group pretest–posttest design. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah observasi, tes, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi adalah tes yang terdiri dari pre-test dan post-test. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji N-Gain yang digunakan untuk mengetahui peningkatan nilai skor pre-test dan post-test. Rata-rata nilai hasil pre-test keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi peserta didik adalah 42,18, dengan nilai terendahnya 10 dan nilai tertingginya 70. Rata-rata hasil post-test keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi peserta didik adalah 63,12 dengan nilai terendah adalah 30 dan nilai tertinggi adalah 80. Nilai rata-rata skor N-Gain yang diperoleh adalah sebesar 0,31. Skor N-Gain tersebut termasuk ke dalam kategori sedang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran berbentuk komik manga chibi dapat membantu peserta didik dalam mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir tinggi. Implikasi penelitian ini diharapkan guru agar dapat memanfaatkan media pembelajaran yang inovatif dan dapat menarik minat siswa.
