Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis adanya pengaruh yang signifikan dan peningkatan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa dalam penggunaan model pembelajaran Problem-Based Learning dengan LKPD berbasis multirepresentasi pada pembelajaran IPA di SMP dengan topik materi pencemaran lingkungan. Kegiatan penelitian tergolong penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan jenis kuasi eksperimen dengan desain nonequivalent control group design. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tes untuk melihat tingkat awal kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa dan peningkatan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji statistik berupa uji normalitas dan uji N-Gain. Sampel penelitian diambil dari kelas VII F sebagai kelas kontrol dan kelas VII G sebagai kelas eksperimen, Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Data penelitian kemudian dianalisis melalui aplikasi SPSS Statistics 25. Kedua data dari hasil analisis data diketahui berdistribusi normal, sehingga dilanjutkan menggunakan uji Independent Sample t-test yang diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 < 0.05, menunjukkan dari selisih nilai pre-test dan post-test kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan. Uji T pihak kanan didapatkan hasil T-hitung (13.591) > T-tabel (1.669) yang berarti nilai kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa di kelas eksperimen lebih baik daripada kelas kontrol. Analisis data nilai pre-test dan post-test juga menggunakan N-Gain Score yang didapatkan nilai rata-rata kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa tergolong kategori tinggi.

Abstract

Marriage cannot be separated from the religious aspect, especially when Law No.1 of 1974 concerning Marriage emphasizes the importance of the religious aspect in the conditions for the validity of a marriage as regulated in Article 2 paragraph (1) "Marriage is valid, if it is carried out according to the laws of each religion and his beliefs", confirmed by MUI fatwa Number 4/MUNAS/VII/- MUI/8/2005 that Muslim women are prohibited from marrying non-Muslim men or Muslim men are prohibited from marrying women from people of the Book, in the Bandung District Court Decision. Number: 87/Pdt.G/2020/PN.Bdg, there was a divorce case that was caused by one of the parties changing religion. The formulation of the problem discussed in this thesis is: 1. Judge's Considerations in Deciding Divorce Case No.87/Pdt.G/2020 PN.Bdg which was caused by one of the spouses changing religion at the Bandung District Court and the legal consequences of divorce caused by one of the spouses Changing Religion in Bandung District Court. Abstract

Abstrak: Rendahnya kemampuan komunikasi siswa berpengaruh terhadap argumentasi ilmiah, dalam berargumentasi dibutuhkan kemampuan bernalar kritis yang merupakan salah satu dimensi Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Pemanfaatan bahan ajar berperan penting dalam suatu pembelajaran sehingga dapat menstimulasi dan merangsang aktivitas belajar siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan e-modul dalam pembelajaran IPA berbasis Socio-Scientific Issues dengan fokus materi bumi dan tata surya dalam meningkatkan argumentasi ilmiah dan Profil Pelajar Pancasila yang valid dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan di lapangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan dengan mengadaptasi model pengembangan Plomp. Model Plomp terdiri dari tahapan Preliminary Research, Prototyping Phase, serta Assesment Phase namun penelitian ini dibatasi hanya pada Prototyping Phase. Hasil validitas e-modul pembeljaran IPA berbasis Socio-Scientific Issues oleh tiga validator meliputi beberapa aspek, diantaranya : aspek kegrafikan, bahasa, kepraktisan, materi serta penyajian dengan persentase rata-rata sebesar 93% dengan kategori sangat valid. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa e-modul yang telah dikembangkan memiliki kualifikasi layak digunakan.Abstract: Low student communication skills influence scientific argumentation, in arguing requires critical skills that are one of the dimensions of Student Profile Pancasila. The use of teaching materials plays an important role in learning so that it can stimulate and stimulate student learning activity. The aim of this research is to produce an e-module in IPA learning based on Socio-Scientific Issues with a focus on earth and solar system matter in improving scientific arguments and valid and relevant Pancasila Student Profiles in accordance with the needs of the field. The method used is research and development by adapting the Plomp development model. The Plomp model consists of the Preliminary Research, Prototyping Phase, as well as Assessment Phase but this research is limited only to the Prototypping Phase. The validity of the e-module of IPA publishing based on Socio-Scientific Issues by three validators covers several aspects, among them: graphics, language, practicality, material and presentation with an average percentage of 93% with a very valid category. It shows that the e-module that has been developed has a qualifying worth using.

Abstract

This research aimed to investigate the cultural categories and dimension inculded in Kurikulum Merdeka English textbook ‘Work in Progress' issued by the Ministry of Education for Senior High School grade ten. The reseacher focus on analyzing the content in form of pictures. Thre are 79 pictres being analized from 6 chapters in total. The cultural categories theory by Chao (2011) and cultural dimension theory by Moran (2001) used to analyzed the cultural content on the book. From the 79 pictures being analyzed, there was 53% included in Universality across Culture (UC), 36% Source Culture (SC), 6% International Culture (IC), 5% intercultural Interaction (ICI), and 0% Target Culture (TC). Meanwhile, for the cultural dimension, 47% were in ‘product dimension, 23% in ‘person' dimension, 21% in ‘practice' dimension, 6% in ‘perspective' dimension, and 3% in ‘community' dimension. The researcher conclude that the English Tetxbook ‘Work in Progress' for Senior High School grade ten need more consideration to the cultural content because it does not have a balance portion of cultural categories and dimension that can affect cultural bias and awarness into students perseption. The study underscores the need for greater attention to cultural content within the "Work in Progress" English textbook.

Abstract

Kalimantan Selatan merupakan salah satu Provinsi di Indonesia yang memiliki potensi lokal dalam budidaya cabai rawit yaitu cabai hiyung. Kearifan lokal merupakan suatu pengetahuan yang diperoleh dari pengalaman sebelumnya berdasarkan lingkungan sekitar yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk penyelesaian masalah dan pemenuhan kebutuhan sehari-hari. Salah satu bentuk potensi lokal yang ada di Kabupaten Tapin Kalimantan Selatan yaitu cabai hiyung. Dengan cabai hiyung tersebut dapat diimplementasikan pada pembelajaran IPA yaitu Mata Kuliah Fisiologi Tumbuhan dan Perkembangan Penelitian ini betujuan untuk menganalisis potensi lokal cabai hiyung dalam pembelajaran IPA terhadap aspek tehnis budidaya dan aspek parameter lingkungan. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan metode observasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa potensi lokal cabai hiyung memiliki pengetahuan lokal (indigeneous science) dari aspek budidaya dan aspek parameter lingkungan yang memuat konsep IPA sehingga diharapkan Dosen dapat menggunakan konteks budaya lokal dalam proses pembelajaran IPA.

Abstract

At present there are many modern markets establishing in Jambi City. The existence of modern markets on the one hand is able to improve the community's economy and regional income, on the other hand it has an impact on traditional traders. The aim of this research is to analyze juridically the impact and strategies of clothing traders in traditional markets in facing competition with modern markets in Jambi City. The research method used is juridical-empirical research, namely examining social phenomena that occur in society in relation to applicable legal regulations, and analyzed using a socio-legal approach. The results of the research show that economically the establishment of modern markets has had a negative impact on traditional traders in the form of decreased sales turnover, lack of buyers, permanent closure of stalls and layoffs of employees in Jambi City, Juridically, the existence of modern markets does not pay attention to the provisions of applicable laws and regulations such as distance provisions, not being able to detrimental to traditional markets and the need to establish partnership programs with MSMEs and so on.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of using Edmodo in science learning on student learning outcomes and critical thinking in learning organizational life systems. The type of research used is a quasi-experimental design with a posttest-only control group design. Determination of the sample using the purposive sampling method. The research population includes all seventh-grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Glenmore Banyuwangi. The samples used were students of class VII A as the experimental class and class VII B as the control class. Methods of data collection using tests. The data analysis technique used an independent-sample t-test. The independent sample t-test on learning outcomes obtained a significance value of 0.047 less than 0.05, which means that there are differences in learning outcomes between the experimental class and the control class. The independent sample t-test of students' critical thinking skills obtained a significance of 0.013 less than 0.05, which means that there is a significant difference in critical thinking skills between the experimental class and the experimental class. Edmodo can be used as an alternative media for online learning during the pandemic and classroom learning. In its implementation, teachers must have good classroom management skills so that learning can take place and provide good learning outcomes.Pengaruh Edmodo dalam pembelajaran IPA terhadap hasil belajar dan berpikir kritis siswaPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh penggunaan Edmododalam pembelajaran IPA terhadap hasil belajar dan berpikir kritis siswa dalam pembelajaran IPA pada materi sistem organisasi kehidupan. Jenis penelitian digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan posttest only control group design. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Populasi penelitian meliputi seluruh siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Glenmore Banyuwangi. Sampel yang digunakan adalah siswa kelas VII A sebagai kelas eksperimen dan siswa kelas VII B sebagai kelas kontrol. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan tes. Teknik analisisa data menggunakan uji independent sample t-test. Hasil uji independent sample t-test pada hasil belajar diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,047 lebih kecil dari 0,05 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar antara kelas eksperimen dengan kelas kontrol. Hasil uji independent sample t-test kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa diperoleh signifikansi  0,013 lebih kecil dari 0,05 yang berarti bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan kemampuan berpikir kritis antara kelas eksperimen dengan kelas eksperimen. Edmodo bisa dijadikan alternatif media dalam pembelajaran online selama masa pandemi maupun pembelajaran di kelas. Dalam implementasinya, guru harus memiliki kemampuan mengelola kelas yang baik agar pembelajaran dapat berlangsung dan memberikan hasil belajar luaran yang baik.

Abstract

Scientific argumentation skills are an essential foundation in science learning, as they help students think critically, express opinions scientifically, and make decisions based on evidence. Unfortunately, this skill has not yet been optimally developed among junior high school students, mainly due to limited opportunities to practise in a supportive classroom environment. This study aims to identify the need for developing Student Worksheets (SW) based on Problem-Based Learning (PBL) integrated with Local Socio-Scientific Issues (LSSI), as an effort to enhance students' scientific argumentation skills. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, this study involved an initial argumentation skills test and a needs survey distributed to science teachers. The results showed that most students still fall into the low category regarding scientific argumentation skills, and many teachers do not yet have teaching tools to support these skills. However, there is significant potential for integrating the SSI-based approach into science education, mainly since teachers are already accustomed to using active methods in topics such as environmental pollution. These findings are an essential foundation for designing contextual and relevant worksheets, enabling students to learn science and become critical thinkers and caring citizens engaged with the issues around them.
