Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of domestic violence (DV) management in Indonesia, identifies barriers in the conventional legal system, and evaluates the potential for restorative justice. Through normative legal analysis, the study finds that shortcomings in legal implementation and erroneous social perceptions often hinder the justice process for victims. The findings suggest that restorative justice offers an alternative approach that is more humane and inclusive, potentially improving the DV management system. The study recommends significant legislative reform, increased capacity and sensitivity of law enforcement, and promotion of public education and awareness to effectively address DV.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi jurnal yang telah diterbitkan mengenai aspek kewirausahaan (entrepreneurship) bagi tentara yang telah mengalami purna tugas (veteran) serta menjelaskan sifat dari penelitian-penelitian tersebut. Metode analisis bibliometrik diterapkan dalam studi ini untuk menyelidiki karakteristik publikasi dalam sektor entreprenurship bagi veteran serta untuk memahami tren penelitian di area ini. Setelah melakukan penyaringan data dari database Scopus, diperoleh sebanyak 33 publikasi yang relevan. Publikasi-publikasi ini akan dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis bibliometrik dengan memanfaatkan berbagai aplikasi, yang mencakup tren publikasi, sitasi, distribusi jurnal, inovasi, institusi pendidikan tinggi, serta fokus penelitian yang berkaitan dengan kewirausahaan bagi veteran dalam rentang waktu 2000 hingga 2025. Microsoft Excel dan Harzing's Publish or Perish akan digunakan untuk menghitung nilai h-index dan g-index, serta untuk mengumpulkan informasi lain terkait sitasi. VOSviewer akan berfungsi untuk memvisualisasikan kemunculan kata kunci yang mencerminkan fokus penelitian, serta untuk mengidentifikasi metode dan materi pembelajaran yang menjadi perhatian dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil dan analisis yang telah disebutkan sebelumnya, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan jumlah publikasi mengenai kewirausahaan (entrepreneurship) bagi veteran dari tahun 2000 hingga tahun 2025. Tahun 2023 tercatat sebagai tahun dengan jumlah publikasi tertinggi dan juga tahun 2011 menjadi tahun dengan jumlah pengutipan tertinggi dengan total 192 kutipan. Kata Kunci: Bibliometrik, Entrepreneurship, Kewirausahaan, Veteran.

Abstract

The basic right to life is a human right protected in the Indonesian constitution. In this case, residents of the assisted communities still have the right to life as part of their human rights so that the state is obliged to try to protect them from the dangers of the Covid-19 pandemic which threatens the location of prisons where assisted residents live. The implementation of the policy of the Decree of the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia Number M.Hh-19.Pk.01.04.04/2020 has not been very effective because there are still prisoners and children who are returned to prisons or detention centers for returning to commit crimes. In the field of supervision, there are still shortcomings, namely that supervision only involves elements of the Bapas and the Prosecutor's Office which are limited.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of process-based differentiation learning on student learning outcomes at SMA POMOSDA Tanjunganom. With a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental research design, this study involved two groups: an experimental group that applied differentiated learning and a control group that used conventional methods. The study results showed that applying process-based differentiated learning can significantly improve student learning outcomes. These findings are expected to contribute to developing more effective learning methods and encourage educators to use a more responsive approach to students' needs. Process-based differentiation learning has a significant favorable influence on student learning outcomes. The research results can also provide educators insight into designing more exciting and adaptive learning strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Financial Performance of the Ternate City Government in the period before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is a comparative descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The results of the study show that 1) The level of regional financial independence ratio does not change the level of regional financial independence before and during the Covid-19 Pandemic; 2) The level of PAD effectiveness ratio does not change the effectiveness ratio of Ternate City's original income for the period before and during the Pandemic. Covid-19; 3) The level of regional expenditure efficiency ratio there is no change in the level of regional financial efficiency of Ternate City before and during the Covid-19 Pandemic; 4) The level of regional financial growth ratio there is a decrease in regional financial growth during the covid-19 pandemic; 5 There is no change in the level of compatibility of spending in the Ternate City area before and during the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Abstract

Learning fiqh in Islamic elementary schools are often less attractive and tend to be boring for students. In learningfiqh in MI students sought more active and keen to follow the lesson order learning process takes place in a conducive,effective, creative, efficient and fun. CTL approach is appropriate in the eyes pelajaranyang jurisprudence as applicableand can encourage students to live at once untukmengamalkan rules of Islam in daily life coupled with the use of videomedia so hopefully learning fiqh is not boring for students. This study aims to (1. To know the effect of CTL againststudent motivation (2. To Know video media influence on student learning outcomes (3. To know the effect of the CTLand Media Video on the students motivation. The method used in this study is an experimental method that reveal therelationship between two variables or more, or look for the influence of a variable to the other variables through theseexperiments can be obtained from the data on effects of CTL and Media Video on the motivation of the students on thesubjects of fiqh in MIN Muara siban Fences natural. After testing the equality of two average by using t-test result, theexperimental class posttest scores differed significantly from the control class posttest score thitung 3.79> 2.01 ttable to thesignificant level of 5%. This quasi-experimental research results indicate that the effect of CTL and video media in MuaraMIN Siban Pagar Alam on Students’ motivation has proven successful in increasing student motivation.

Abstract

This research aims to answer how the death penalty is regulated in the context of Islamic law and positive criminal law in Indonesia by parsing the challenges and implications. This type of research is conducted with a normative approach, namely by analysing the problem through an approach to legal principles and referring to legal norms contained in legislation. The results show that the death penalty in Islam triggers controversy, where the cons argue that the death penalty does not originate from the Qur'an and Al-Hadith, but is a derivative of the history of the prophet and the Arabs; they are also concerned about human intervention in its implementation so that it is considered not truly from God. On the other hand, the pro side argues that the death penalty is God's will without human intervention. Moreover, in positive criminal law, the death penalty is used to protect the fabric of life and is considered legitimate even though every individual has the right to life. Thus, the state is considered to protect its citizens from unlawful acts.

Abstract

Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) berencana mengubah penerapan manfaat kategori 1, 2, dan 3 di fasilitas kesehatan menjadi kategori standar atau seragam. KRIS JKN sendiri terakreditasi berdasarkan Pasal 23(4) Undang-Undang Skema Jaminan Sosial Nasional (SJSN) yang menyatakan bahwa apabila peserta memerlukan perawatan rumah sakit maka akan diberikan berdasarkan kategori standar. Rumah sakit harus siap menerima implementasi KRIS JKN dan diharapkan mampu mengembangkan rencana strategis seperti manajemen tarif, pembiayaan, kepegawaian dan fasilitas yang diperlukan. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk memperkenalkan standar KRIS kepada para manajer dan staf RS Pertamina Bintang Amin. Metodenya terdiri dari pertanyaan, presentasi, diskusi dan tanya jawab untuk pra-ujian dan untuk mengikuti pasca-ujian. Berdasarkan hasil pre-test proporsi informasi dengan frekuensi informasi buruk sebesar 26,7%, dengan frekuensi informasi baik sebesar 73,3%. Informasi tentang hasil post test naik menjadi 100 persen. Berdasarkan uji-t diketahui bahwa sig. (2 sisi) 0,003 0 t tabel 2,0452 maka dapat disimpulkan HO ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dari sini dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan rata-rata antara sikap sebelum dan sesudah tes, yang berarti bahwa sosialisasi KRIS memiliki efek pengetahuan pada manajemen dan staf RS Pertamina Bintang Amin Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

Corona Virus Disease-2019 (Covid-19) is a disease that causes an epidemic with a high number of deaths and morbidity in Indonesia. Covid-19 sufferers often experience respiratory failure, so they need to receive mechanical ventilation assistance. This research aims to find out the rules for legal protection for health workers in the act of installing mechanical ventilation for Covid-19 patients in hospitals and to find out the implementation of legal protection. This type of research is normative juridical based on a legal approach. Data collection is based on literature study, taken from legislation, research results and literature books. The results of the research found that the provision of health services was carried out responsibly, safely, of good quality and evenly and non-discriminatory. The position faced by medical personnel or health workers is sometimes problematic because installing mechanical ventilators for Covid-19 patients from a criminal law perspective is a mistake if it is done outside of their authority, even though the medical personnel or health workers are dealing with the function and task of carrying out actions. for patient safety which is of course tied to the Hippocratic Oath as an ethical and moral basis. The suggestion in this research is that the government must provide legal protection to medical personnel whose rights are not fulfilled by policy organizers, even though their obligations have been fulfilled by health personnel.
