Abstract

Quadruped, a robot that resembles four-legged animals, is developed for many purposes, such as surveillance and rescue. Such a caveat requires the robot to have the capability to overcome various terrain and obstacles. When moving across such a landscape, it is essential to maintain the robot's orientation steadily. Inclined terrains such as stairs have posed another challenge to the control strategy as the robot is unstable while climbing. Therefore, the contribution of this work is to address the need for heading control because of the relatively longer stairs used for the current competition compared to the past. The proposed control system simultaneously maintains the heading while keeping the body stable. The inertial measurement unit sensor carried by the robot would provide the pose needed for heading control calculations. The robot's heading becomes the base for the PD controller calculation. The final pose that stabilizes the robot while tackling heading error is a combination of correction from the PD controller and the stabilization part of the control strategy. Then, the leg servo angle determination deployed the inverse kinematics calculation from the suitable robot pose. The proposed method enabled the designed robot to maintain its heading with a 4.4-degree margin of error and stabilize the body. The quadruped also completes the stair climbing at the shortest time of 20 seconds with a speed of up to 5.5 centimeters per second.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the Political Participation of the Community in the Implementation of the 2020 Simultaneous Regional Elections in Soppeng Regency and also to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors of Community Political Participation in the Implementation of the 2020 Simultaneous Regional Elections. The type of research used is a qualitative research method and the type of research is descriptive. Data collection techniques using observation and interviews. The process of data analysis was carried out in several stages, namely checking all data, interview results, data reduction, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the Political Participation of the Community in the Implementation of the 2020 Simultaneous Regional Head Elections in Soppeng Regency is influenced by several indicators, namely (1) Social and Economic Status. (2) Situation (3) Political awareness (4) Trust in the government. The supporting factor in public political participation is the political awareness of the community to choose its leader, while the inhibiting factors are bad weather, Covid-19, and the number of immigrants.

Abstract

The objective of the study is to ascertain the strategy employed by the General Election Commission to enhance voter participation in light of the Covid-19 pandemic. The study included a total of 8 informants. This study employs a qualitative research methodology. The research is based on Soerjono Soekanto's theory, which incorporates Normative Strategic, Ideal Strategy, and Factual Strategic. The research findings indicate the presence of a normative strategy, specifically demonstrating the diligent efforts of the KPU to establish norms among the residents of Makassar City in order to facilitate the peaceful conduct of elections. (b) The optimal approach demonstrates the effective execution of the KPU's responsibilities towards the community, enabling the community to express their desires through general elections by exercising their right to vote. The factual approach demonstrates the KPU's ongoing efforts to engage in outreach activities at both the sub-district and sub-district levels, as well as through the media. As election organisers, it is imperative that we enhance our pool of skilled personnel in order to cultivate proficient organisers, boost voter engagement, and improve the overall quality of our operations.

Abstract

This study discusses Symbolic Domination (a study of the interaction of aristocratic power in village head elections in Bonto Tappalang Village, Bantaeng Regency). The aim to be achieved in this study is to find out how symbolic domination is in the interaction of aristocratic power in village head elections in Bonto Tappalang Village, Bantaeng Regency and how are the supporting and inhibiting factors of symbolic domination in the interaction of noble power in village heads. Election in Bonto Tappalang Village, Bantaeng Regency. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method. Sources of data used in this study were primary data and secondary data, the number of informants in this study were 7 people. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews and documentation. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews and documentation. The results of the discussion in this study which dominated the nomination of village heads can be achieved using 3 theories, namely Habitus, Modality, and Field or Arena. The Habitus results show that the activities carried out by the village head candidate are to behave well towards the community and must follow the traits of the noble predecessors in order to gain support from the community leadership. Furthermore, the modality results show that in order to win the contestation in the village head election, capital is needed for the elected village head candidates, namely economic capital, social capital and symbolic capital, the more capital combined, the greater the opportunity for profit . Public trusts. Then the results from the field or arena show that the elected village head candidate must have the space or place to rule in the election.

Abstract

Dalam bidang pendidikan, mempunyai banyak pengaruh terhadap berkem angnya teknologi, Akhir-akhir ini banyaknya bermunculan aplikasi pem belajaran interaktif dalam dunia pendidikan yang membantu proses belajar dan menampilkan merupakan dampak dari berkembangnya teknologi dalam bidang pendidikan. Menampilkan objek virtual ke dalam dunia maya ialah augmented reality, adanya interala dalam benda 3 dimensi AR berjalan secara realtime. Kamera yang beresolusi tinggi dan sensor-sensor yang mendukung merupakan fasilitas perkembangan mobile teknologi AR. Maka semakin besar kemungkinan siswa dan siswi cepat paham pada materi yang disampaikan oleh guru. Belajar menggunakan media pembelajaran Augmented reality tentu akan lebih menarik siswa dan siswi. Sebelum kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dilaksanakan, untuk tahapan awal yang dilakukan yaitu survey dan observasi tempat. Selanjutnya adalah penyusunan muatan materi yang akan disampaikan serta studi kasus yang ada di dalamnya. Kemudian presentasi materi dan diskusi yang merupakan tahapan utama ini. PkM ini untuk mengenalkan teknologi AR para mahasiswa untuk pembelajaran interaktif yang dihadapkan, sistem untuk metode membaca sehari-hari.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pengaruh dari beberapa variabel yaitu atribut produk, periklanan, kepuasan pelanggan dan keputusan pembelian. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan survei untuk menjelaskan hubungan kausal dan pengujian Hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa atribut berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan melalui keputusan pembelian, hal ini mengindikasi bahwa keberadaan variable keputusan pembelian mampu meningkatkan hubungan atribut terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Artinya bahwa dengan melalui variable keputusan pembelian maka kepuasan pelanggan cenderung naik yang disebabkan oleh variable Atribut. Dengan demikian hipotesis yang diajukan dapat diterima. Periklanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan melalui keputusan pembelian, hal ini mengindikasi bahwa keberadaan variable keputusan pembelian mampu meningkatkan hubungan atribut terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Artinya bahwa dengan melalui variable keputusan pembelian maka kepuasan pelanggan cenderung naik yang disebabkan oleh variable Atribut. Dengan demikian hipotesis yang diajukan dapat diterima. Karena hal ini menjadi factor yang dipertimbagkan konsuen dalam kepuasan pelanggan melalui keputusan pembelian. Dan hendaknya kepada produsen produk IPhone untuk mempertahankan atribut produk selama ini, namun jika perlu fitur-fitur pada produk Iphone dapat ditambahkan sesuai dengan perkembangan Iptek dan kebutuhan masyarakat sekarang ini. Disarankan kepada produsen produk IPhone untuk metode periklanan yang selama ini digunakan juga dipertahankan mengingat periklanan baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Sehingga konsumen akan tetap merasa yakin untuk membeli dan menikmati produk Smart Phone Iphone Di Kota Gorontalo.

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to strengthen the managerial capacity of the Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) "Bangun Mandiri" in Bekiung Village through optimization of micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM) based on local products to encourage the improvement of the village economy. The methods used in this activity include need assessment for mapping local problems and potentials, a participatory approach in community involvement, training to strengthen BUMDes managerial capacity, and mentoring for local business incubation based on village potential. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in the understanding and managerial skills of BUMDes administrators, as well as the development of local MSME capacity in terms of legality, branding, and digital marketing. This activity proves that the synergy between strengthening village institutions and empowering the community economy based on local products can be an effective strategy in encouraging the independence and sustainability of the village economy.

Abstract

Advances in information technology, particularly artificial intelligence (AI) and generative language models like ChatGPT, can be leveraged in presentation creation. This technology opens up opportunities to automate and simplify creative tasks, including the development of presentation materials. This training aimed to explore the use of AI and ChatGPT to accelerate workflows, improve content quality, and create engaging presentations for students at SMK Media Informatika Dasana Indah, Tangerang. The methods used included case studies and comparative experiments between conventional and AI-based presentation creation. Data was obtained from analyses of quality, design, processing time, and user feedback. The results showed that AI and ChatGPT significantly saved time in developing presentation outlines, ideas, and text drafts. Integrating AI into platforms like Canva or Google Slides also facilitates the selection of professional templates and automated design. However, challenges were identified, such as the limitations of human creativity, the risk of misinterpretation by AI, and the need for content verification.

Abstract

The development of information technology encourages educational institutions to adopt digital systems to improve service efficiency, including in library management. SMK Wiyata Satya Jakarta still uses a manual system for the process of borrowing and returning books, member data collection, searching collections, and preparing reports, which causes inefficiency and is prone to errors. The purpose of this study is to analyze and design a web-based library information system that can overcome these problems and improve service effectiveness. This study uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall model, through the stages of planning, analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The resulting system has features such as member data management, book catalogs, automatic borrowing and returning processes, fine calculations, and structured report generation. The implementation results show that the system is able to speed up the service process and minimize recording errors. The conclusion of this study is that the web-based library information system can improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, and service quality at the SMK Wiyata Satya Jakarta library.

Abstract

Housing is a private palace that is safe, comfortable, and private. Techno-economic optimization of hybrid renewable energy systems and energy management for realizing green energy is a fundamental concept for ensuring security, comfort, and privacy in green housing for its residents, enabling them to carry out activities in their environment. The application of techno-economic optimization and renewable energy management to manage electrical energy so that it can be saved so that electricity costs can be reduced as one of the energy efficiency models. The problem of waste emissions and environmental pollution cannot be avoided. Therefore, a techno-economic optimization model for integrated power generation is needed, which is environmentally friendly and related to the housing problem discussed in this study. This study supports the concept that hybrid housing development is the best way to address environmental pollution, emissions, and waste in future housing and can be used as a benchmark for future housing development. In addition, the techno-economics of renewable energy used in households was also discussed.
