Abstract

This study aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of the concept, legal foundation, and implementation of Sharia annuities in retirement programs. this article will project the prospects for the development of Islamic annuities in Indonesia and globally, considering the driving and inhibiting factors of their growth, as well as the implications for the Islamic financial industry and societal welfare. The research employs a qualitative library research method by analyzing literature, DSN-MUI fatwas, and Islamic accounting standards. The findings reveal that Sharia annuities offer an Islamic-compliant retirement investment alternative that avoids riba, gharar, and maisir. The use of the annuity method in murabahah profit recognition has progressed significantly following the issuance of DSN Fatwa No. 84/DSN-MUI/XII/2012, although it still faces regulatory and accounting implementation challenges. Overall, Sharia annuities demonstrate promising prospects as a sustainable and inclusive retirement finance instrument, particularly in Muslim-majority countries like Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Musyarakah Mutanaqisah (MMQ) scheme in the iB Muamalat Asset Refinancing Syariah product at Bank Muamalat Indonesia. MMQ is a joint ownership contract with a gradually decreasing share, combining elements of musyarakah and ijarah as a Sharia-compliant alternative to conventional refinancing. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach using a case study method, involving in-depth interviews, product document analysis, and literature review, including fatwas from the DSN-MUI and regulations from the OJK. The findings indicate that the implementation of MMQ complies with Sharia principles and applicable regulations. This scheme offers benefits to customers in the form of gradual asset ownership without interest, and provides profitability and payment certainty for the bank. However, operational challenges such as limited customer understanding, complex administrative procedures, and suboptimal digital systems need to be addressed. Enhancing public education, training for human resources, and strengthening technological infrastructure are necessary to support the sustainability and scalability of the MMQ product.

Abstract

The pañcatathāgata statues at Candi Bubrah are functionally valuable in the large structure of the temple as a maṇḍala. The symbolic and semiotic dimensions of the pañcatathāgata archaelogical artifact at Candi Bubrah, which represent the objects of meditation in the stages of achieving Buddhahood, need to be studied. This research aims to describe the doctrinal reasons behind the presence of the pañcatathāgata in Candi Bubrah; analyze their function in meditation practices; and explain the significance of these function for the achievement of Liberation. Peirce’s trichotomy relations analysis and Strauss’s structuralism approach with qualitative methods are used to examine the material objects of this study. The pañcatathāgata at Candi Bubrah serves as a guide in practicing Buddhist meditation. The meditative functions of the pañcatathāgata statues, each with its own characteristics, as objects of meditation for the development of tranquility, are as follows: Akṣobhya, representing the bhūśparsa mudra, the east, the blue element, the vajra symbol, the physical element, rejection, mirror-like knowledge; Ratnasambhava, with the varada mudra, the south, the yellow element, the jewel, perception, arrogance, knowledge of equality; Amitābha, reflected by the samādhi mudra, the west, the red element, the lotus, the forms of the mind, greed, knowledge of differentiation; Amoghasiddhi, with the characteristic of the abhaya mudra, the north, the green element, the viśvavajra, the knower, jealousy, knowledge of attainment; and Vairocana, with the dharmacakra mudra, the center, the white element, the wheel, feelings, misunderstanding, knowledge of what is. The meditative functions of the pañcatathāgata statues, which represent mental qualities, significantly lead someone to Liberation.

Abstract

This research aims to find out human resource management in the formation of a lifelong learning spirit at SDIT Mutiara Insan Sukoharjo. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method of research typefield research. The results of the research on human resource management in the formation of a lifelong learning spirit at SDIT Mutiara Insan Sukoharjo which has been conducted are as follows: a) recruitment and selection, recruitment and selection teacher SDIT Mutiara Insan Sukoharjo is strict in ensuring that teachers have competencies and visions that are in line with the school. b) Professional Development, Professional self-development of teachers towards rapid technological developments and the ever-changing needs of students needs to be done so that teachers can adapt quickly. c) Performance Evaluation, carried out as a control for teachers who may still use old methods that may no longer be suitable for the needs and diversity of today's students in order to build a culture of critical and contextual thinking. d) Motivation and Empowerment, starting to become a teacher Life Long Learnerwhich is fun, can be done such as: creating learning goals, learning from small things, changing the way of learning to be fun, building an ecosystem of learning teachers, leadership support.

Abstract

Pengembalian Aset hasil tindak pidana korupsi yang dilarikan ke luar negeri berbanding terbalik dengan aset yang berhasil dikembalikan ke Indonesia. UU Ekstradisi Indonesia dan UU Bantuan Hukum Timbal Balik Dalam Masalah Pidana milik Indonesia belum dapat dilaksanakan secara maksimal sehingga perlu adanya solusi permasalahan Ekstradisi dan MLA yang dihadapi Indonesia. Jenis artikel ilmiah ini termasuk kategori socio-legal research. Pendekatan penelitian yang diterapkan dalam penulisan artikel ilmiah ini menggunakan statute approach, conceptual approach dan case approach yang sesuai dengan topik permasalahan. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penulisan ini adalah studi lapang mengambil data melalui interview ke Direktorat Otoritas Pusat dan Hukum Internasional, Kementerian Hukum dan HAM.

Abstract

The protection of Protected Rice Fields (LSD) serves as a strategic instrument for safeguarding national food security, as mandated by Law No. 41 of 2009 and Law No. 26 of 2007. However, its implementation is frequently hindered by inconsistencies between satellite-based LSD maps and Regional Spatial Planning (RTRW), resulting in legal uncertainty and economic losses, particularly for parties bound by contracts established prior to the policy’s enactment. This study employs a normative-juridical approach, incorporating legislative, conceptual, and case-based analyses to examine the legal framework, implementation practices, and normative–empirical gaps. The findings reveal weak synchronization between central and regional policies, the absence of derivative regional regulations, and the lack of transitional mechanisms for preexisting contracts. It concludes that effective LSD protection requires policy harmonization, integration into the RTRW, on-site verification, compensation mechanisms, and enhanced public participation to ensure fairness, legal certainty, and the sustainable use of agricultural land

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the implementation of the deep learning approach and identify challenges and solutions in its application at Islamic Elementary Schools (Madrasah Ibtidaiyah) in Central Java Province. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and document analysis. The research subjects consist of teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah located in the Central Java Province. The findings reveal that deep learning was implemented through three core elements:  1) mindful learning; 2) meaningful learning, and 3) joyful learning. However, teachers faced challenges such as: 1) The absence of instructional resources that facilitate deep learning; 2) Challenges in incorporating deep learning principles and formulating lesson plans, especially in organizing classroom activities and instructional materials suited to students' proficiency levels and requirements. Proposed solutions include: 1) Schools should be supported in creating and modifying relevant and practical teaching modules and 2) Facilitating specialized training for educators and learners on utilizing technology in education, encompassing the usage of online learning platforms. The study finds that the deep learning approach can be effectively utilized in the educational process to enhance students' innovative capabilities, collaborative preparedness, and capacity to address real-world situations.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kecepatan aliran disekitar pier jembatan Ruas Noling-Padang Tujuh Kecamatan Bua Ponrang Kabupaten Luwu. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya ketidakstabilan aliran. Hal ini ditandai dengan perubahan kecepatan aliran yang naik dan turun secara tidak teratur dalam waktu pengamatan yang singkat. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kecepatan aliran maksimum di bagian hulu sungai sebesar 1,7 m/s, kecepatan aliran maksimum di sekitar pier jembatan sebesar 2,3 m/s dan kecepatan aliran maksimum di bagian hilir sungai sebesar 1,6 m/s. Pola ini menunjukkan bahwa kondisi aliran tidak mencapai kestabilan hidraulik, sehingga kemungkinan besar terjadi transisi antara aliran laminar dan turbulen. The purpose of this study was to determine the flow velocity around the pier of the Noling-Padang Tujuh Bridge in Bua Ponrang District, Luwu Regency. The results showed flow instability. This was characterized by irregular changes in flow velocity that rose and fell within a short observation period. The results showed that the maximum flow velocity in the upstream part of the river was 1.7 m/s, the maximum flow velocity around the bridge pier was 2.3 m/s, and the maximum flow velocity in the downstream part of the river was 1.6 m/s. This pattern indicates that the flow conditions did not reach hydraulic stability, so that a transition between laminar and turbulent flow was likely to occur.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the total taxpayers, land area, the total of buildings, and inflation rate for land and building tax (PBB). In this study, the total taxpayers is measured by the number of taxpayers based on Surat Tanda Terima Setoran, land area and the number of buildings based on the Surat Pemberitahuan Pajak Terutang, and the rate of inflation based on the Consumer Price Index for expenditure group.The object of this research is the receipt of PBB in each district in the city of Tangerang from period 2010 to 2013. The sample was selected using all of the population as a sample and secondary data used in this study were analyzed using multiple regression method. In total there are 13 districts in the city of Tangerang observed by the researcher.The results of this study are the total of taxpayers, land area, and the total of buildings individually have a significant influence on the receipt of PBB, while the result for inflation rate is not significant. The total of taxpayers, land area, total of buildings, and inflation rate have significant influence on the receipt of PBB simultaneously. Abstract

Tax Revenue is one of the most important sources of revenue for making the state expenditure budget (APBN). As a revenue dominant source for APBN derived from tax sector. The main objective of this study is to analyze the effect of tax sanctions and tax service quality on individual tax compliance. This study focus on individual entrepreneurs tax payer those registered at the Primary Tax Office Tigaraksa (KPP Pratama Tigaraksa) especially in Gading Serpong Tangerang. Samples were selected by convenience sampling method, the data used in this study is primary data. The results show indicate (1) tax sanction has significantly affect to individual tax compliance, (2) tax service quality has significantly affect to individual tax compliance, (3) tax sanction and tax service quality have significantly affect to individual tax compliance.
