Abstract

Traditionally, air quality detection is done manually by means of air samples obtained locally and sent for analysis to a laboratory, which takes a long time, is expensive, and requires human resources. This technique does not provide real-time data. Therefore, there is a need for innovation and new technology that makes it easier to monitor and analyze air quality data in real-time with a microcontroller approach and certain water quality sensor parameters, where the recorded data will be recorded and sent via wireless with the Internet of Things (IoT) approach. Parameter values such as temperature, humidity, water level, turbidity, and pH in general can be properly recorded by each sensor. The goal of this research is to create measuring equipment for aquatic characteristics such as pH, water turbidity, water level, ambient air temperature, and humidity using the Thingspeak website and telegram. System design, programming the ATmega2560-based Arduino Mega microcontroller and ESP8266-based NodeMCU using the Arduino IDE, and constructing and testing equipment on a prototype scale and directly in the field are the methods employed in this research. According to the results of field testing, the water temperature sensor is capable of capturing fluctuating values ranging from 32.4 to 34.1 oC. Meanwhile, the air humidity sensor measured 33.5-35.6% humidity. The ultrasonic sensor records the height of the river water level pretty well, with a value of 28-71 cm. A pH sensor measures the pH of the water and records data in the form of water voltage ranging from 3.34 to 5.38 volts. Based on IoT, the sensor recording results are subsequently sent online and received via the Telegram application.

Abstract

The existence of organizations is essential because human beings, as social creatures, cannot fulfill all of their needs individually. This study examines the fundamental concepts underlying organizations. Its primary objective is to identify and understand the key elements encompassed within the basic framework of organizational theory. Employing a qualitative methodology with a literature review approach, the research draws upon digital literacy sources and other relevant data pertinent to the topic. Through analyzing various scholarly references, particularly conceptual frameworks and the Qur'anic perspective on organizational principles, this study explores definitions, essential components, organizational management principles, structural elements, and the broader social role of organizations. The findings indicate that robust theoretical foundations support organizational theory and harmonize the spiritual values embedded in Islamic teachings. Findings from the literature also emphasize that an ideal organization is not solely built upon structural systems, procedures, and work efficiency, but also supported by rooted values of ethics, morality, and spirituality deeply.

Abstract

Abstract

Multi-service financing (MSF) and ultra-micro financing (UMi) are financial innovations designed to enhance financial access for micro, small, and low-income communities. MSF combines various financial services such as credit, insurance, and savings, while UMi provides financing with very small loan ceilings and simple requirements. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness, challenges, and development strategies of both financing models in supporting financial inclusion and the growth of MSMEs in Indonesia. The research method employs a qualitative and quantitative approach, with secondary data analysis from financial reports, case studies, and interviews with industry stakeholders. The results indicate that MSF and UMi have successfully increased financial access, but still face challenges such as low financial literacy, limited infrastructure, and financing risks. Policy recommendations include enhancing collaboration among institutions, strengthening regulations, and leveraging digital technology.

Abstract

This study analyzes the potential and challenges in developing Waqf Sukuk, particularly Cash Waqf Linked Sukuk (CWLS), as an Islamic social finance instrument in Indonesia. CWLS, which integrates cash waqf with state sukuk, offers great potential in a safe and impactful Islamic investment alternative, as well as expanding the investor base, and mobilizing funds for social projects and infrastructure projects that can empower communities, supported by existing regulations and examples of success in other countries as supporting facts. However, the challenges are quite severe, which include low Islamic financial literacy, religious dimensions that need to be strengthened, and limited development of supporting ecosystems. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach and literature study to provide comprehensive policy recommendations to encourage community participation in CWLS to realize its strategic role in sustainable development in Indonesia and to become a global model in the development of Islamic social finance. Abstract

Sharia tourism, which includes aspects of halal food, worship facilities, and governance is one of the strategic sectors in the development of the national sharia economy. This study aims to evaluate the extent to which the guidelines for organizing sharia-based tourism have been implemented in the Indonesian tourism industry, by referring to the DSN-MUI Fatwa Number 108/DSN-MUI/X/2016. Through a qualitative descriptive approach, data were obtained from literature studies, field observations, and interviews with tourism industry players. The results of the study indicate that the application of Islamic values ??in the tourism sector has made partial progress, but has not been fully integrated into the regulatory system and business practices. The main challenges include low sharia literacy, limited competent human resources, and minimal technical policy support. This study recommends strengthening derivative regulations, HR training, and digital-based promotional innovation as strategies for developing sustainable sharia tourism. This study contributes to the discourse on strengthening the sharia economy through an ethical and inclusive tourism sector.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the concept and implementation of multi-service financing and ultra-micro financing in Islamic financial institutions. Multi-service financing uses the ijarah contract. This allows customers to benefit from a service, while ultra-micro financing is intended for micro-enterprises that have limited ceilings. This journal uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach to understand the theory and related information. The results of the study indicate that multi-service and ultra-micro financing must be in accordance with sharia principles and avoid parties who oppress and are oppressed. Multi-service financing includes various products such as education financing, hajj, and umrah, with a service fee (ujrah) agreed upon in advance. Ultra-micro financing itself is a continuation of the social assistance program distributed through Non-Bank Financial Institutions (LKBB) with the aim of making micro-enterprises independent.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the potential and challenges of implementing digital cash waqf in economic development in Indonesia, especially in supporting the micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) sector. The method used is a literature study with a qualitative descriptive approach, reviewing literature, journals, and secondary data related to the research theme. The results of the study show that digitalization of cash waqf facilitates the process of collecting and managing funds, increasing transparency, and expanding the reach of waqf through online platforms. The collected waqf funds can be allocated productively to support MSMEs, education, health, and social infrastructure, thereby contributing to economic growth and community welfare. However, the main challenges faced include low public literacy about productive waqf, limited human resource capacity in the management institution, and regulatory constraints and trust in digital platforms. To optimize the potential of digital cash waqf, collaboration between various parties and increased public education are needed so that this innovation can become a driving force for sustainable economic development in Indonesia.

Abstract

Waqf sukuk is an innovative sharia financial instrument that integrates sukuk and waqf principles to optimize community empowerment in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the influence of waqf sukuk on community empowerment using a literature review method from various related literature, documents, and regulations. The findings indicate that waqf sukuk, particularly through the Cash Waqf Linked Sukuk (CWLS) scheme, plays a significant role in supporting the financing of sustainable social projects in education, health, and the economy, while also expanding the benefits of waqf beyond the religious sector. The issuance of CWLS in Indonesia has involved various nazhir institutions and distribution partners that channel returns for economic empowerment programs, scholarships, health facility development, and strengthening MSMEs. However, the optimization of waqf sukuk still faces challenges such as community literacy, management trans parency, regulation, and technology utilization. Therefore, enhancing understanding, cross-sector collabo ration, and comprehensive policy support are essential to maximize the potential of waqf sukuk as an economic empowerment instrument and to achieve sustainable development goals in Indonesia.
