Abstract

Era 5.0 is characterized by deeper integration between technology and human life, where Artificial Intelligence (AI) plays a key role in various sectors, including digital marketing. This study aims to explore how AI in the MSME world of Palembang city is applied in digital marketing, as well as its impact on marketing management strategies and results. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method to analyze various applications of AI in digital marketing promotions. The research results show that AI is able to increase operational efficiency, personalize content, and deeper data analysis. Apart from this, AI also helps in advertising optimization, market trend prediction, and improving customer experience. The application of AI in digital marketing faces challenges, such as data privacy issues, implementation costs, and the need for specialized expertise. AI has great potential to revolutionize digital marketing management in MSMEs, but requires a strategic and ethical approach to overcome existing challenges.

Abstract

One of the problems related to the issue of damage to aquatic ecosystems due to environmental pollution in Indonesia is the use of surfactant-based detergents, which make it difficult for people to degrade naturally. Making environmentally friendly liquid detergent products made from MES surfactants can be a learning experience for students using the low-carbon STEM project-based learning model concept. This model is a more practical approach to developing creative thinking skills and is part of a learning community for continuous learning. This service activity is collaborative between universities and schools in applying STEM to chemistry learning. This activity is an alternative form of learning chemistry to stimulate students' fascination and interest in learning material, which is often considered challenging. The activity method uses group simulation and experimental methods to optimize material delivery. Based on evaluation data that was paired t-tested, there was a significant increase in students' understanding of the material (p<0.05) with an increase in the average test score from 40.44 to 89.56. Apart from that, most of the activity participants also showed active participation and enthusiasm.

Abstract

Wood ear mushroom is one of the edible mushrooms that are in great demand by the community and widely consumed in Indonesia. Wood ear mushroom cultivation has been inefficient; however, it has economic and nutritional value. Wood ear mushrooms naturally grow on woody media containing cellulose and hemicellulose. The aim of this study was to determine the potential of bamboo waste as a growing medium for the growth and yield of wood ear mushrooms. This research was conducted using Randomized Block Design (RBD) with one factor and five replicates. The treatments used are different baglog media compositions: B1: 100% sawdust waste; B2: 100% bamboo waste; B3: 75% bamboo waste + 25% sawdust waste; B4: 50% bamboo waste + 50% sawdust waste; B5: 25% bamboo waste + 75% sawdust waste. Each experimental unit consisted of 10 baglogs. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance and 5% of the Tukey HSD test. This study provides the following result: mycelium filled the baglog at 70 days after inoculation (DAI), B1 and B5 had the fastest time of mycelium growth and filled the baglog at 42 DAI. The fastest primordia appearance times were at B1 and B5 at 51 DAI and 52 DAI. The optimal treatment overall is the B5 treatment, indicating that bamboo waste can only replace 25% of the whole mixed media with sawdust

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Reputasi, Biaya dan Promosi terhadap Keputusan Mahasiswa dalam Memilih Perguruan Tinggi swasta universitas indo global mandiri.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap mahasiswa sebagai responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa reputasi, biaya, dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan mahasiswa dalam memilih perguruan tinggi, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Reputasi menjadi faktor yang paling dominan dalam memengaruhi keputusan mahasiswa. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi perguruan tinggi dalam merumuskan strategi peningkatan daya saing dan menarik minat calon mahasiswa.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has affected the social, economic, and educational interaction patterns of the community, including in rural areas. This study aims to analyze the trend of using Professional Facebook (FB-Pro) in Ranggo Village by reviewing differences based on gender and its relevance in the perspective of Islamic Education. The research used a descriptive qualitative method with interview, observation, and documentation techniques on 10 content creators (5 men and 5 women) and 2 religious figures. The data is analyzed with a thematic approach to identify key patterns, themes, and categories. The results of the study show that FB-Pro is used by the public not only as a means of entertainment, but also as an economic opportunity through content monetization. The gender difference is quite significant: men tend to be limited to personal content and hobbies, while women are more creative, expressive, and successfully use FB-Pro for economic purposes. In terms of Islamic education, religious leaders emphasized that social media should be directed to useful activities, such as da'wah, education, and the dissemination of positive information. This study concludes that FB-Pro has great potential as a medium for da'wah, learning, and community empowerment, although it is currently more predominantly used for entertainment. Therefore, digital education based on Islamic values that emphasizes ethics, responsibility, and gender equality is needed so that the use of social media can provide benefits for the people.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effects of the work environment and job stress on employee performance at the Transportation Agency of South Sumatra Province. A quantitative approach with a survey design was employed, involving 99 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression after passing validity and reliability tests to ensure data quality. The results indicate that both the work environment and job stress have positive and significant effects on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. A supportive work environment enhances employee comfort and productivity, while job stress at an optimal level can stimulate motivation in task completion. These findings highlight the importance of organizational efforts to create a conducive work environment and to effectively manage job stress to sustainably improve employee performance. In addition, this study offers practical implications for public sector institutions seeking to enhance human resource effectiveness.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of influencer marketing, live shopping, and fear of missing out (FOMO) on purchase decisions for Skintific products through TikTok Shop among students of the Faculty of Economics at Universitas Indo Global Mandiri. The research employed a quantitative, survey-based approach. Data were collected from respondents who had experience purchasing Skintific products via the TikTok Shop and were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings reveal that influencer marketing, live shopping, and fear of missing out each have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. These results indicate that digital marketing strategies supported by psychological consumer factors play a significant role in shaping purchasing behavior on social commerce platforms. This study also demonstrates that interactive shopping experiences and social influence can increase consumer interest and encourage purchasing decisions. The novelty of this research lies in integrating influencer marketing, live shopping, and fear of missing out within the TikTok Shop context, particularly among university students as digital consumers in emerging online marketplaces.

Abstract

Glioma is a type of primary malignant brain tumor. The presence of gliomas can be characterized by a mutation R132H of isocitrate dehydrogenase type 1 (IDH1). IDH1 (R132H) contains specific immunogenic epitopes to the tumor. It is appropriate to be used as a gliomas vaccine. Therefore, it was necessary to do homology modeling for IDH1 (R132H) epitopes. TMHMM, MEMSAT-SVM and MEMSAT3 were used to predict transmembrane topology of IDH1 (R132H). Analysis of IDH1 (R132H) epitopes was performed using NetMHCII and IEDB®. The antigenicity of epitopes were predicted using VaxiJen to obtained 91 epitopes. Homology modeling using Modeller, I-TASSER and (PS)2 was established for the epitopes that have probability as tumor antigen. The results of homology modeling of IDH1 (R132H) epitopes were validated by MolProbity, ProSA-web dan QMEAN. A 3D stucture model of the epitopes was selected from three models from the homology modeling based on the validation results. Refinement was established on the epitopes using GalaxyRefine and GROMACS for energy minimization.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to assess the proficiency of non-locomotor basic movement skills among students of class 1 at SDN 161 Pekanbaru. The research conducted is a quantitative descriptive study, employing survey methods and data collection techniques involving tests and observations. The research indicates that the proficiency of non-locomotor basic movement skills falls into several categories: Very Low: 2 students, accounting for 7.14%,  Low to Above Average: 4 students, comprising 14.28%, Below Average: 6 students, representing 21.24%, Many students still fall into the average category, with 12 students, or 42.85%. These findings serve as a basis for developing non-locomotor basic movement skills among first-grade students at SDN 161 Pekanbaru, as well as data for evaluating the programs that have been implemented. Thus, this research holds significant relevance in enhancing the understanding and development of non-locomotor basic movement skills at the elementary school level.

Abstract

This study aims to develop Toonly-based animated videos to support the teaching of pre-intermediate Japanese grammar (Bunpō Shōchūkyū) in Indonesia and to evaluate their feasibility. The research employed the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC), consisting of six stages. The six stages are concept, design, material collection, assembly, testing, and distribution. A total of twelve animated instructional videos were developed based on grammar points from Chapters 38 to 49 of Minna no Nihongo II. The feasibility testing involved an alpha test dan beta test. Alpha test conducted by a media expert and a content expert. Beta test conducted by the course lecturer and six second-semester students from the Japanese Language Education Study Program at Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha. Data were collected through mixed-format questionnaire and semi-structured interviews. The media expert gave a score of 57.75 (Excellent), while the content expert gave 50.25 (Good). The beta test conducted by the lecturer yielded a score of 109 (Excellent), and the small-group test yielded 106.6 (Good). These results indicate that the developed animated videos are feasible and suitable as supplementary learning materials for teaching Bunpō Shōchūkyū using Minna no Nihongo II at Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha. Overall, these findings highlight the potential of animation-based media to make Japanese grammar learning more engaging, accessible, and meaningful for students.
