Abstract

Objective: This study aims to analyze the trend of scientific publications on Public Administration studies published in Scopus indexed journals based on 2014 to 2024. Methods: Data was obtained based on the Scopus database in October 04, 2024 at 21:30 WIB using the word “Public Administration” and found 19,743 document results that were used to search in several categories, including tittle, abstract and keywords. The author conducts content analysis using VOSviewer software version 1.6.17 which functions to visualize the interactions that occur in the research data obtained. The data collection process was carried out using analyze search in the document output. Meanwhile, data analysis is carried out based on infographic mapping of the development of research documents, mapping documents against data such as affiliation, country, subject area, type of publication which in the end sees the interaction of relationships that occur in research that studies Public Administration. Results: The study of public administration based on the 2014-2024 range conducted by several researchers continues to grow based on year to year seen in the infographic there are 19,743 published documents discussing Public Administration in various countries. The affiliation that actively conducts Public Administration studies is the research forum of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, namely 161 documents conducted & the United States is the country that ranks first for scientific publications, namely 3,151 Scopus indexed documents.

Abstract

Gangguan metabolik mampu menyebabkan beberapa penyakit salah satunya ialah diabetes melitus. Gejala umum yang sering muncul pada kasus diabetes melitus yaitu hiperglikemia. Hiperglikemia yang berkepanjangan dapat mengakibatkan berbagai macam komplikasi diantaranya komplikasi mikrovaskuler dan makrovaskuler. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan kadar gula darah sewaktu dengan gejala neuropati perifer penderita diabetes melitus tipe 2. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel 32 penderita diabetes melitus yang dipilih melalui teknik simple random sampling, penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Kedung Dowo Kecamatan Nganjuk. Berdasarkan uji statistik Fisher’s Exact Test didapatkan p value 0.002 (p value < 0.05) yang berarti terdapat hubungan antara kadar gula darah sewaktu dengan gejala neuropati perifer penderita diabetes melitus tipe 2.

Abstract

Religious groups today often experience social conflict. However, this is not the case in the community of Ngadas Village, Poncokusumo Subdistrict, Malang Regency, which consists of Buddhists, Muslims, and Hindus. Family resilience becomes a challenge when family members adhere to different religions and live in a religiously pluralistic environment. The purpose of this study is to identify strategies for religiously pluralistic family resilience and analyze them using Peter L. Berger and Thomas Luckmann's social construction theory. This study employs an empirical research method with a sociological approach. Data were collected through interviews and documentation. The data were then processed in several stages: data examination, data classification, data verification, data analysis, and conclusion. The results of the study show that the resilience strategies of religiously pluralistic families include adaptation to the environment through active involvement in social and cultural activities, tolerance, the role of the family in shaping open-mindedness and empathy, and cultural traditions as the foundation of community life. Family resilience in religiously pluralistic communities is examined from a social construction perspective through three processes: First, the process of externalization, where the Ngadas village community creates the habit of living in harmony and respecting customs. Second, the process of objectification, where these habits are accepted as legitimate and binding social norms. Third, the process of internalization, where these values are embedded in each individual as part of their identity as Tengger people.

Abstract

This paper is to determine the Role of PBM Wahana Intradermaga Niaga in the Dry Bulk Unloading Process at PT. Pelabuhan Belawan. Unloading activities are activities to unload goods from the ship's hold to the dock in the ship's hull or vice versa (stevedoring), activities to move goods from the dock using a conveyor to the warehouse/stacking yard or vice versa (cargodoring) and activities to pick up goods from the warehouse/yard carried onto a truck or vice versa (receiving/delivery). A dry bulk carrier is a ship specifically designed to be able to transport various dry bulk loads. In the distribution of dry bulk cargo there is an unloading process. Unloading aims to lower and raise goods from the ship to the port or vice versa. And in supporting this goal requires unloading equipment. The unloading equipment in question comes from the port. In carrying out the unloading process, MV. S Grace has obstacles in carrying out unloading. So that the purpose of unloading is not achieved optimally. Therefore, an analysis is needed to determine the factors that inhibit the productivity of dry bulk unloading so that unloading activities can run optimally. From the results of reading and observing this paper, the author states that the implementation of unloading has inhibiting factors, namely external factors. Crane breakdown and bad weather are inhibiting factors in the dry bulk unloading process. Based on these factors, it has an impact on unloading delays that are not according to schedule and increase ship queues. Therefore, the author suggests that port operators or ship crews carry out routine maintenance on the equipment used for loading and unloading so that dry bulk loading and unloading can run optimally. This paper uses the field research method and the library research method (data collection from the library).

Abstract

Critical reasoning in elementary school students in the era of fast and easily accessible information requires the ability to sort, identify, analyze, and make the right decisions. This fact requires a reading corner literacy program as an effort to foster critical reasoning characters. This study aims to analyze students' perceptions of the implementation of the reading corner program in fostering critical reasoning characters at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Gempol. The subjects of this study were 25 students. The research approach used qualitative with a phenomenological research type. Data collection used in-depth interviews, participant observation, documentation, and questionnaires. Data analysis in this study used interactive analysis techniques of the Miles and Huberman model with three interrelated and simultaneous activities until this study was completed, namely data coding, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity testing used triangulation of sources and methods. The findings of this study indicate that the reading corner literacy program in the corner of each class provides a variety of interesting and easily accessible reading materials as a means to bring books closer to students, foster a diligent attitude in learning, and interest in reading and foster critical reasoning characters through reading activities. The literacy corner program is felt by students to be able to grow critical reasoning characters with three indications. First, students' habit of reading in the reading corner in every corner of the classroom and being able to draw conclusions based on existing evidence. Second, being able to identify problems when explaining the material being read. Third, being able to analyze cause-and-effect relationships that show logical and analytical thinking as a strong foundation for critical reasoning characters.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out in Dahu Village, Pandeglang Regency, with the main objective of introducing and implementing biopore infiltration hole technology as a simple and environmentally friendly solution to address waterlogging and organic waste management. Biopores are small-diameter vertical holes dug into the ground and then filled with organic waste, such as dry leaves, vegetable scraps, or food scraps. This organic waste will naturally decompose through a decomposition process, producing compost that is useful for fertilizing the soil. Furthermore, the presence of biopore holes can improve the groundwater absorption capacity, thereby reducing the risk of waterlogging and minor flooding around residential areas. During the implementation, we as students not only provided theoretical explanations through socialization sessions but also actively participated directly in the field. Together with residents, we practiced making biopore holes, starting from the stages of preparing tools and materials, the process of drilling the soil, and filling the holes with organic waste. This practical activity was designed to help the community understand the steps for making biopores independently and utilizing them sustainably. The results of the activity showed an increase in community understanding and awareness of the importance of easy, affordable, and beneficial waste management. The community is beginning to realize that waste processing does not always require large costs or complicated technology. Biopore holes have been proven effective in accelerating rainwater absorption, reducing household waste volume, and improving soil fertility. Beyond the environmental impact, this activity also strengthens relationships between students and villagers through the collaboration established during the biopore construction process. Thus, this program is expected to be the first step towards a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable village.

Abstract

Centella asiatica (locally “rendeng”) is often considered a weed despite its nutritional and economic potential. This community-engaged study aimed to develop an innovative Rendeng chip product and evaluate a digital marketing strategy to empower residents of Laranganlor Village. The method was a qualitative community service approach consisting of stakeholder confirmation, community socialization, hands-on product training, packaging instruction, and guided digital marketing (WhatsApp Business, e-commerce, simple visual content). Key findings: local government support facilitated implementation; technical training and improved packaging raised product quality; digital marketing expanded market reach and produced initial sales inquiries; monitoring revealed gaps in recipe standardization, equipment (precision scales, oil thermometers), and digital literacy that must be addressed to ensure sustainability and scale-up.

Abstract

Volleyball is a fun and easy game to play together in a team. In the game of volleyball, players must understand four basic techniques: serve, passing, block, and smash. A very important basic technique in earning or scoring points is smash. This study aims to determine the effect of smash training using hanging balls on smash accuracy in female athletes at the Poncogati Club, Blitar Regency. The method used in this study is a quantitative method of experimentation with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design research design. The population and sample in this study were 21 junior high school students using the purposive sampling method, which means the entire population is taken randomly according to certain criteria. The data analysis techniques applied are descriptive analysis tests, hypothesis tests, and normality tests. The results of this study showed that the Sig.(2-tailed) value of 0.00 in the T test could be concluded that there was a significant influence between the variation of smash training using hanging balls on the accuracy of smashes in young female volleyball athletes of the Poncogati club.

Abstract

It can be seen that this study has one goal, namely to determine the effeck of running with the ball exercise on improving the dribbling skill of SBB Singojoyo football players, Malang Regency. This study used a sample off all 13-15 years old SSB Singojoyo soccer athletes in Malang, totaling 20 people using a sampling technique. In this study, the experimental method was applied, with the One-Group Pretest-Postest experimental design. The instrument used is the Test Course of the Sport Dribbling test which is used during the pretest dan posttest. The results of this study used the normality test and paired sample t test, which showed that there was a significant effect on improving dribbling skills by giving running with the ball exercises. This can be seen by looking at the results of data analysis on the calculation of the t test which shows that t count is greater than t table (4,162>2,093) with a significance test (∝) = 0.05 and a total sample (N = 20), the hypothesis is accepted and has an effect. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that running with the ball exercise has a significant influence of tge dribbling skills of SSB Singojoyo Malang Regency aged 13-15 years.

Abstract

The community service of UNNES GIAT 9 students aims to introduce and train the making of hydroponic plants to PKK mothers in Undaan Lor Village, Karanganyar District, Demak Regency. In this village there is no application of the hydroponic method, while this method has the potential to improve food security and farming efficiency on limited land. The method used was community service and training in the form of socialization and hands-on training. The socialization was held on July 9, 2024 at Undaan Lor Village Hall, covering the basic introduction of hydroponics, its benefits, and applications. Practical training was conducted on July 20, 2024 at the post, including seeding and planting vegetable plants hydroponically. The results of the activity showed high enthusiasm from the participants, increased understanding of hydroponics, and the ability of the participants to practice the method. The evaluation showed the success of the program, with participants being able to make hydroponic plants according to the material taught and intending to apply it in their respective homes. This activity succeeded in introducing an efficient and environmentally friendly alternative farming method to the people of Undaan Lor Village.
