Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menguji pengaruh dari perilaku karyawan yang inovatif (Innovative Behavior) dan permasalahan yang terjadi di lingkungan keluarga maupun kerja (Work Family Conflict) yang dimediasi oleh kelelahan secara berlebihan (Job Burnout) terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan (Job Satisfaction) pada karyawan PT XYZ. Objek pada penelitian ini merupakan 107 karyawan PT XYZ. Program SPSS versi 23 digunakan pada penelitian ini untuk menguji validitas dan rliabilitas. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulan yaitu terdapat pengaruh Innovative Behavior dan Work-Family Conflict yang dialami karyawan dapat memicu adanya rasa jenuh serta kelelahan berlebih dalam menjalankan pekerjaannya. Dari permasalahan tersebut dapat mengakibatkan karyawan mengalami Job Burnout sehingga karyawan tidak dapat menangani secara positif kewajiban pekerjaannya. Dengan demikian, hal tersebut menyebabkan pada penurunan produktifitas karyawan sehingga menimbulkan perasaan tidak puas karyawan terhadap pekerjaan yang dilakukan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perceived risk associated with COVID-19 dan workplace safety management terhadap workplace anxiety melalui variable mediator perceived job insecurity. Pandemi COVID-19 memberikan imbas terhadap aktivitas bisnis start-up di Indonesia. Penelitian ini penting, dalam rangka menganalisis kondisi karyawan start-up yang hingga kini bekerja di era new normal. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 karyawan yang berasal dari start-up yang bergerak di berbagai industri. Uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini mengunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, perceived job insecurity memiliki peran mediasi bagi perceived risk associated with COVID-19 dan workplace safety management terhadap workplace anxiety. Diperoleh hasil bahwa perceived risk associated with covid-19 berpengaruh secara positif terhadap workplace anxiety dengan adanya mediasi perceived job insecurity. Sedangkan, pengaruh negatif ditunjukkan oleh workplace safety management terhadap workplace anxiety yang juga dimediasi oleh perceived job insecurity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari supervisor support terhadap employee performance dengan organizational identification dan office de-clutter sebagai variabel intervening pada karyawan Generasi Z perusahaan bidang Jasa di Jakarta. Karyawan Gen-Z sering kali dikenal sebagai individu yang bersemangat dan inovatif, namun juga memiliki ekspektasi yang tinggi terhadap lingkungan kerja yang menunjang kinerja yang optimal. Oleh karena itu, perhatian terhadap faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan Gen-Z sangat penting untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan efektivitas organisasi. Data dikumpulkan dari sampel berjumlah serratus lima puluh responden. Uji hipotesis penelitian ini menggunakan SEM (Structual Equation Modelling). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh positif antara Supervisor Support dan Employee Performance, Supervisor Support dan Office De-clutter, serta Supervisor Support dan Organizational Identification pada karyawan Generasi Z di perusahaan bidang Jasa Jakarta. Selain itu, juga terdapat pengaruh positif antara Office De-clutter dan Employee Performance, serta Organizational Identification dan Employee Performance. Namun, tidak ditemukan pengaruh tidak langsung peran mediasi Office De-clutter antara Supervisor Support dan Employee Performance, sedangkan terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung peran mediasi Organizational Identification antara Supervisor Support dan Employee Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the description of the employees of the Grand Mercure Hotel Kemayoran Jakarta, to determine and analyze the influence of Emotional Dissonance on Service Sabotage, to determine and analyze the influence of Emotional Intelligence on Service Sabotage, and to determine and analyze the influence of Emotional Exhaustion on Service Sabotage. The population in this study were all employees of the Grand Mercure Hotel Kemayoran Jakarta. In this research, a quantitative method approach was used with a survey and a sample of 225 people was obtained using a purposive sampling technique. Survey research is carried out by distributing questionnaires. Previously, the questionnaire was tested for validity and reliability first. The data analysis technique in this research uses descriptive analysis and linear regression analysis. Description of the employees of the Grand Mercure Hotel Kemayoran Jakarta, most of whom are male, most employees are under 35 years old, and most employees have worked at the hotel for 0-2 years. The results of this research explain that Emotional Dissonance has a positive and significant effect on Service Sabotage with p-value of 0.012. Emotional Intelligence has a negative and significant effect on Service Sabotage with p-value of 0.023. Emotional Exhaustion has a positive and significant effect on Service Sabotage with p-value of 0.045.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze Knowledge Hiding (KH), Psychological Distress (PD), Psychological Stress (PS) on Employees at Mutiara Sukma Mental Hospital NTB. Research Methodology: The sample used was purposive sampling to 125 employees of RSJ Mutiara Sukma NTB by distributing online questionnaires. Using the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method with SPSS version 23 program. Result: The results showed that KH had no effect on Job Performance (JP), PD had a positive effect on JP, while PS had a negative effect on JP. Limitation: This research was only carried out at Mutiara Sukma Hospital, NTB, so it cannot represent organizations engaged in other fields. The variables in this study contain KH, PD, PS, to see their effect on Job Performance. ContributionResearchers hope this research is able to provide an overview to management about the conditions that occur in the organization, and hopes to provide views on managing, and maintaining a healthy work environment so that it can affect the performance of members. Researchers found different results with previous studies. In this study, PD has a positive effect on JP, and KH has no effect on JP.

Abstract

The importance of systematic human resource management for each company to be able to compete in the global market, including PT New Era Mobile and PT Ribhi Ponsel. PT New Era Mobile is a company engaged in buying and selling electronic goods by selling online and offline and serving the repair of damaged goods. While PT Ribhi Mobile is a subsidiary of the same PT New Era Mobile that conducts digital operations. This study aims to analyze the influence of Organizational Commitment, Human Resource Development, and Follower-Leader Goal Congruence on PT. New Era Mobile, as well as to evaluate the impact of Organizational Commitment and Human Resource Development on Turnover Intention in the company. The research method used is Hypothesis Testing with the aim of testing hypotheses that explain the relationship between variables, especially Organizational Commitment, Human Resource Development, and Follower-Leader Goal Congruence to Turnover Intention in PT employees. New Era Mobile Phones. Data were collected using correlational studies with a cross-sectional approach. research results, an overview of the situation of PT. New Era Mobile shows that the level of Organizational Commitment, Human Resource Development, Follower-Leader Goal Congruence, and Turnover Intention of employees tends to be positive. The results of hypothesis testing show that there is a significant negative influence between Organizational Commitment, Human Resource Development, and Follower-Leader Goal Congruence on Turnover Intention.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Job Satisfaction, Conflict Management, Leadership Style on Employee Commitment. This research was conducted using quantitative approach and survey method by taking samples from employees at Bina Media Tenggara company. The data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis techniques. A total of 225 samples were collected. The results showed that Job Satisfaction, Conflict Management and Leadership Style significantly affect Employee Commitment. This finding shows that employees with high Job Satisfaction, positive Conflict Management roles, and good Leadership Style can increase Employee Commitment in the company. This research provides practical implications for companies in increasing Employee Commitment. It is very important for companies to pay attention to these factors, because it can increase Job Satisfaction which affects Employee Commitment to achieve company goals.

Abstract

Perusahaan yang berbasis di sektor perdagangan khususnya dibidang digitalisasi harus dapat mengiktui perkembangan teknologi yang berkembang cepat dengan harapan karyawannya dituntut dapat memaksimalkan keahliannya dalam penggunaan teknologi. Tetapi, tuntutan yang berlebih terhadap karyawan akan berdampak buruk bagi perusahaan karena akan menyebabkan meningkatnya Turnover Intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Ethical Leadership, Despotic Leadership, Narcissistic Leadership, dan Affective Commitment terhadap Turnover Intention di PT. Elang Pangarep Indonesia. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian berupa uji hipotesis untuk membuktikan pengaruh Ethical Leadership, Despotic Leadership, Narcissistic Leadership, dan Affective Commitment terhadap Turnover Intention di PT. Elang Pangarep Indonesia. Data yang digunakan bersifat cross-sectional, dikumpulkan satu kali pada individu sebagai unit analisis, yaitu karyawan dari PT Elang Pangarep Indonesia, PT Elang Pixiu, dan PT Ezy Pulsa, menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh antara Ethical Leadership, Despotic Leadership, Narcissistic Leadership, dan Affective Commitment terhadap Turnover Intention di PT Elang Pangarep Indonesia dan anak perusahaannya. Implikasi manajerial dari penelitian ini memberikan wawasan kepada PT Elang Pangarep Indonesia untuk terus meningkatkan Ethical Leadership, mengurangi tingkat Despotic dan Narcissistic Leadership, serta mempertahankan Affective Commitment agar dapat mengurangi intensi pergantian karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Ethical Leadership and Proactive Personality on Innovative Work Behavior mediated by Work Engagement among Generation Z employees working in startup companies in Jakarta. A quantitative approach was applied through the distribution of questionnaires to 145 respondents using a purposive sampling method. The findings indicate that Ethical Leadership has a positive effect on Innovative Work Behavior, while Proactive Personality shows a negative direct influence. However, when mediated by Work Engagement, Proactive Personality exerts a positive effect on innovative behavior. These results suggest that proactive traits do not always directly result in innovation but can foster it when employees feel engaged and energized in their work. This study is limited to startups in Jakarta; therefore, future research is encouraged to broaden the geographical scope and incorporate additional variables to enhance understanding. Abstract

The growth of the hospitality industry in the Cibubur area demands improved human resource quality, particularly among Generation Z employees who now form an important segment of the workforce. This study aims to analyze the effect of green human resource management on sustainable performance, with creativity and exploratory green innovation as mediating variables. A quantitative method was employed using an explanatory research design involving 130 Generation Z employees from four-star hotels in Cibubur. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire (1–5) and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling. The results show that green human resource management positively influences creativity and exploratory green innovation, and directly enhances sustainable performance. Additionally, creativity and exploratory green innovation partially mediate the relationship between green human resource management and sustainable performance. These findings emphasize that green human resource practices can optimize sustainable performance when accompanied by strengthened creativity and exploratory green innovation in line with the needs of the modern hospitality industry. Thus, implementing green human resource management not only supports operational efficiency but also reinforces creative, innovative, and environmentally oriented behavior, thereby increasing hotels’ sustainable competitiveness. This practice also fosters a more adaptive, collaborative, and responsive work culture in addressing the evolving sustainability demands within today’s hospitality sector.
