Abstract

AbstrakKaidah fiqh tidak hanya berkutat dipermasalahan ibadah saja tetapi menyangkut kepada bidang-bidang lain, salah satunya yang dibahas dalam makalah ini adalah Qawaid Fiqhiyyah dalam bidang Ekonomi. Merujuk pada konteks ekonomi islam yang bergema akhir-akhir ini, qawa’id al-fiqhiyyah pun berperan menentukan layak atau tidaknya transaksi yang berlaku dalam ekonomi islam saat ini. Berikut akan dibahas ”Qowaid Fiqhiyyah dan Isu Masalah Kontemporer Bidang Ekonomi”. Dengan qawa’id fiqhiyyah para ulama dan fuqaha dapat menyiapkan garis panduan hidup bagi umat Islam dalam lingkup yang berbeda dari waktu ke waktu dan tempat ke tempat. Islam memberi kesempatan kepada umatnya melalui mereka yang memiliki otoritas yaitu para ulama untuk melakukan ijtihad. Demikian pula, dalam kehidupan ekonomi, atau yang dalam khazanah karya para fuqaha terdahulu biasa disebut muamalat, pemakaian qawa’id fiqhiyyah menjadi sesuatu yang amat penting.Kata Kunci: Qowaid Fiqhiyyah, Ekonomi Islam, Ekonomi Kontemporer

Abstract

Desa Senggigi, salah satu daerah yang terletak di Kabupaten Lombok Barat merupakan salah satu wilayah yang memiliki wilayah pantai yang luas, berbagai budaya, serta daerah hutan dengan keberagman flora dan fauna yang dapat dikembangkan menjadi objek wisata.. Salah satu potensi yang ada dan belum banyak dikembangkan adalah Taman Wisata Alam (TWA) Kerandangan. Keberadaan fauna ini seringkali menjadi daya Tarik tersendiri untuk wisatawan mancanegara untuk berkunjung ke Taman Wisata Alam Kerandangan. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya pembekalan dan pengembangan pengetahuan konsep ekowisata birdwatching yang membutuhkan partisipasi aktif masyarakat sekitar. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, KKN Universitas Mataram di Desa Senggigi berencana membantu memecahkan masalah-masalah tersebut. Metode yang diterapkan selama proses pelaksanaan kegiatan program kerja KKN Tematik Universitas Mataram adalah metode Participatory Rural Apparaisal (PRA). Observasi dilakukan dua minggu sebelum dimulainya pelaksanaan KKN. Kegiatan pengamatan burung di Taman Wisata Alam kerandangan dilaksanakan selama enam hari, pengamatan dilakukan di dalam dan luar kawasan TWA yang juga merupakan wilayah pemukiman warga. Pengamatan dilakukan pada empat titik, dengan tiga titik berada di dalam kawasan TWA dan satu titik berada di luar kawasan TWA. Pengamatan dilakukan dengan bantuan teropong dan google earth pro sebagai instrument penentuan titik koordinat pengamatan. Hasil yang diperoleh berupa pembaruan data burung yang ada di TWA Kerandangan, booklet, dan leaflet.

Abstract

This paper is intended to organize a comprehensive understanding in the development of the Islamic education curriculum so that an organized curriculum is obtained in an integrated manner between its components in an adequate operational standard. With the hope that the curriculum is able to form a true Muslim personality. The writing method uses literature review, then is analyzed descriptively and argumentatively. In developing the Islamic education curriculum in the Society 5.0 era, it should be done proportionally and not get stuck in the character or learning model of the 21st Century and the concept of independent learning. The development of an Islamic education curriculum does not necessarily welcome the paradigm and standard of the 21st Century learning process which absolutely requires high-level thinking skills. The success of learning Islamic education is not only measured by the ability to think analytically, critically and creatively. Learning Islamic education requires the ability to think as a whole and thoroughly, without dichotomizing high-level thinking skills with low-level thinking skills. In order to understand and learn the main points of Islamic teachings, it is necessary to involve the ability (to think) to know, understand, live, believe, to then believe in and practice according to instructions originating from the Al-Qur'an and Hadits. In forming a true Muslim personality, it is absolutely necessary to have the ability to think in a realm which, according to the paradigm of thinking in this century, belongs to the realm of low-order thinking skills or what is called Low Order Thinking Skills (LOTS).

Abstract

The hypothetic model is a temporary produced product of a model development process. The hypothetic model in this study is in the form of a model book of physics Laboratory activities to strengthen curiosity with the quality of products assessed using the valuation criteria according to Nieeven which cover the validity of the products developed . The instruments used in this study include a model book assessment of a physics laboratory activity to strengthen curiosity. The students subject to the development target of this hypothetic model are those with the lowest curiosity of each of 1 (one) person based on the public university entrance. The results of this study showed that the hypothetic model of physics laboratory activities to reinforce the curiosity was stated to be very valid by expert assessment after through the process of validation, revision, and focus group Disscussion (FGD joint Validator). So that the hypothetic model of physical laboratory activities is considered valid to strengthen student curiosity

Abstract

This research was conducted in Kampili Watershed, South Sulawesi. This research was conducted from February to April 2021. This study was conducted using USLE method and USLE formula as an analysis tool to determine the rate of erosion and tolerable erosion as well as identification of damaged land in the Kampili watershed of south Sulawesi. The results showed the rate of erosion that occurs in each land use, namely, in plantation land use has an erosion rate of 94.54-ton ha-1 per year, in the use of mixed plantation land medium density has an erosion rate of 281.10-ton ha-1 per year, in the use of rice fields has an erosion rate of 4.13-ton ha-1 per year and in the use of open land has an erosion rate of 853.53-ton ha-1 per year. The value of erosion that can be tolerated (T) of each land use is, in the use of farmland has a value of T of 17.66-ton ha-1 per year, in the use of mixed garden land density has a value of T of 15.99-ton ha-1 per year, in the use of rice fields has a value of T of 16.40, in the use of open land has a value of T of 12.25-ton ha-1 per year. Meanwhile, for the identification of damaged lands is determined by looking at the value of erosion class that is light, very light, medium, heavy and very heavy.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research discusses the representation of expectations contained in bts' "Permission to Dance" video clip. The purpose of this study is to reveal how the representation of expectations conveyed by BTS on the "Permission to Dance" video clip is denotative, connotative, and mythical. The benefits of this research the author hopes to make a theoretical contribution as a reference for future research that will take the same concepts, theories, and methodologies as this research academically. for the community, this research is expected to be useful for the community, in order to have a more open view in facing difficulties with good and positive expectations to welcome the future. The research method used to analyze the "Permission to Dance" video clip is content analysis using a qualitative approach with semiotic analysis in the perspective of Roland Barthes.. The data collection technique uses documents in theform ofvideo clips. The results ofthisstudy show that there is a meaning of hope in BTS's "Permission to Dance" video clip. Finally, the author can conclude that the signs of hope contained in BTS' "Permission to Dance" video clip are flying purple balloons, divination magazines, removing masks, and dance movements. Abstract

Pendahuluan: Masalah sosial akibat penyakit kusta muncul akibat ketakutan yang dialami penderita kusta di masyarakat (leprophobia). Rendahnya pengetahuan, kurang bersosialisasi di masyarakat, dan stigma buruk di masyarakat, sehingga berakibat pada kurangnya peran serta masyarakat dalam pemberantasan penyakit kusta. Setelah India dan Brazil, Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara berkembang dengan angka tertinggi penderita baru terdiagnosis. kasus kusta. tertinggi ketiga di dunia. Tujuan: Tujuan pengabdian kepada masayarakat ini untuk meningkatan pemahaman masyarakat dalam deteksi dini Penyakit Kusta di Kelurahan KoloKota Bima. Metode: Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah dengan penyuluhan kesehatan dan pelatihan mengenai identifikasi penyakit kusta oleh kader tangguh peduli kusta. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan di aula pusksemas kolo kota bima, yang dihadiri oleh 15 Kader, 5 enumerator, Kepala Pusksemas kolo, KTU puskesmas kolo, dan pengabdi. Kegiatan ini adalah pelatihan bagi kader dan penyuluhan mengenai penyakit kusta meliputi pengertian, tanda, gejala, penatalaksanaan, proses penularan penyakit kusta. Hasil: Hasil pengabdian masyarakat pre-test sebanyak 27% kader berpengetahuan baik. Sedangkan post test 100 % kader berpengetahuan baik. Hasil pengabdian ini penting untuk membantu upaya pemerintah dalam meningkatkan pembangunan kesehatan nasional. Kesimpulan dan Rekomendasi: Seluruh kader tangguh peduli leopra yang menjadi sasaran telah memahami terkait tanda dan gejala penderita kusta. Diharapkan pengabdian

Abstract

Intisari — Pada dc-dc boost converter, arus masukan dan tegangan keluaran masih menghasilkan ripple yang cukup besar. Ripple merupakan masalah yang mengurangi kehandalan dari konverter itu sendiri. Sehingga diperlukan metode perbaikan untuk mengurangi ripple pada boost converter. Pada penelitian ini metode yang ditawarkan adalah menggunakan teknik interleaved pada boost converter. Teknik tersebut terbukti dapat mengurangi besar nilai ripple pada arus masukan dan tegangan keluaran secara signifikan. Dari hasil simulasi dan pengujian perangkat keras interleaved boost converter dengan nilai duty cycle yang bervariasi terlihat penurunan besar nilai ripple pada arus masukan dan tegangan keluaran boost converter jauh lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan hasil boost converter konvensional. Kata kunci — Interleaved Boost Converter, Boost Converter, Ripple. Abstract — In the dc-dc boost converter, the input current and the output voltage still produce large enough  ripple. Ripple is the problem that reduces the reability of the converter itself. So it needs some method to reduce the ripple of boost converter. In this thesis the method that is offered is to use the interleaved technique to boost converter. The technique is proven can reduce the ripple’s value on the input current and the output voltage significantly. Based on the result of simulation and hardware testing of interleaved boost converter with variation of the duty cycle value, a decrease in the input current and output voltage boost converter were more smaller than a conventional boost converter. Abstract

This study was an effort to understand the Sasak people migration phenomena to Malaysia and how those activities were placed in the local development policies This study was also done to understand its contribution in development process. This research was carried out in East Lombok and some sub.districts had been taken as area research sample, such as Pringgasela, Masbagik, Kerrie:1k and Sakra. The sample of research areas were chosen because statistically, were the most potential international migration sources in East Lombok and Lombok island in general. Based on this research, there are three conditions that forte the Sasak people migrate from their area of origin to Malaysia, e.g: poverty, lack of opportuniD4 and low wage compare to destination country. The inability of localgovernment to create new opportunity has become a main factor in all of the migration process. The increasing of employment growth that unbalanced with the growth of opportunity also creates open unemployment and under unemployment at the origin. This fact caused frustration among those of productive age that pushed them to get a better alternative of theirown. The fact also shows that localgovernmentfaced difficulties to put returnees in a clearposition in local development process. This was because there is no regulation that gives possibilities for returnees to involve in all of development process and policy implementation. Migrant participation in a whole development process, therefore, cannot be seen as a program made by government in order to give chance to the returnees directly involved. The other facts show of migrant workers' contribution in local economic development. The increasing of economic activities and local treading, workers substitution from farm to non farm are the real phenomenon that can be seen as their contribution in the whole of development process At the macro level, rnigrans' contribution has created new opportunity to improve economic activities. This phenomenon may causes that specific group such as labor agents, and "calos" (middlemen) will dominate local capital. It can't be denied, however, that the involvement of Sasaknese migrants creates a balance of local labor market, specifically in their origin that also create a new polarization based on classical reasons such as skills and training. Finally it cannot avoid that the polari;-.ation will create differentiation based on skill and working status. Furthermore, these facts will create broader opportunity and labor market competition in formal and informal sectors that motivate small and medium economic activities at the origin.
