Abstract

This research explains the effect of learning capability to work experience and employee loyality: Moderation effect resilience to change. This research is survey research using to the technique of distributing questionnaires to the sample used in this research of 85 pouple, the hypothesis was tested using Partial Least Square with SmartPLS 4.0 Software. Variable measurement uses a Likert scale of 1 to 5. Thaat results of this study show that: (1) tihere is a significanti positiive influence of learning capabilitiy on work experience. (2) tihere is a significanti positiive influence of learning capability on employee loyality. (3) tihere is a significanti positiive influence of work experience in employee loyality. (4) tihere is a significanti influence of resilience to change on work experience. (5) tihere is a significanti positiive influence of resilience to change o employee loyality.(6) there is a insignificant negative influence of resilence to change on learning capability and work experience.(7) there is a insignificant negative effect of resilience to change on learning capability and employee loyality.

Abstract

Lusi Island is a river island that was formed from a natural disaster, where this river island was formed from silt deposited as a result of being dumped into the Porong river. Lusi Island has an area of 83.4 hectares where this island is located at the mouth of the Porong River, Jabon District, Sidoarjo Regency. Many of these mud deposits were then planted with mangrove plants. The Lapindo Mud was the first cause that caused rapid deposition and also affected the development of the area of Lusi Island. In 2017 Lusi Island was managed by the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries where previously Lusi Island was managed by the Sidoarjo Lapindo Mud Management Executing Agency (BPLS). The Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries has plans to utilize Lusi Island as a place for restoration and learning about mangrove plants, where the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries is also building various facilities to support and support Lusi Island as a place of learning and also a tourist spot after the Sidoarjo Lapindo mudflow disaster. In this study, the researcher wanted to conduct a direct review of the field and also wanted to find out how big the impact of this Lusi Island tourist attraction was on the economy of the surrounding community. Researchers conducted research with a quantitative descriptive system where researchers in collecting data used analysis SWOT.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi penguatan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (PTSP) di Kejaksaan Negeri Bangil dalam mendukung pengelolaan data administrasi hukum secara efisien dan transparan. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara selama kegiatan PKL. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penguatan PTSP mencakup digitalisasi surat-menyurat melalui SIPEDE, pencatatan SPDP menggunakan CMS, distribusi manual berkas perkara, serta pelayanan tamu. Temuan ini mengindikasikan perlunya pendekatan hybrid antara sistem digital dan manual untuk menjawab keterbatasan infrastruktur. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan model layanan publik hukum berbasis integrasi teknologi dan manajemen adaptif. This study aims to describe the strategy for strengthening the One-Stop Integrated Service (PTSP) at the Bangil District Attorney's Office in supporting efficient and transparent legal administration data management. The method used is descriptive qualitative through observation, documentation, and interviews during PKL activities. The results show that strengthening PTSP includes digitizing correspondence through SIPEDE, recording SPDP using CMS, manual distribution of case files, and guest services. These findings indicate the need for a hybrid approach between digital and manual systems to address infrastructure limitations. This study contributes to the development of a legal public service model based on technology integration and adaptive management.

Abstract

Employee innovation has become an important factor in ensuring organisational success in a dynamic and competitive business environment. The concept of organizational justice plays an important role in promoting employee innovative work behaviour in each employee. This study aims to explore the relationship between organizational justice and employee innovative work behaviour by adding the mediating effect of learning capacity variables and the moderating effect of blue ocean leadership variables to complete the gap of previous studies. This study sampled employees with why generation criteria in East Java with a total sample of 383. Analysis using process macros Hayes model 7. The results of this study indicate that organizational justice has a significant positive effect on employee innovative work behaviour, then organizational justice has a significant negative effect on learning capacity, besides the results of the analysis also show that blue ocean leadership as a moderator variable can strengthen the relationship between organizational justice and learning capacity, learning capacity has a significant positive effect on employee innovative work behaviour, and organizational justice affects employee innovative work behavior through learning capacity

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh keadilan organisasi dan penanganan keluhan terhadap kepuasan kerja yang dimoderatori oleh kesejahteraan objektif pada karyawan RSI Siti Hajar. Dalam mengumpulkan data, penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling untuk mengumpulkan data dari sekelompok 454 karyawan, yang terdiri dari 75 orang yang menjawab. Untuk mengatur variabel, seorang bot diberi skor 1 hingga 5, dan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah partial least squares (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ada dampak negatif yang tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi; (2) ada dampak negatif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi; (3) ada dampak negatif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi; (4) ada dampak negatif terhadap kinerja organisasi; dan (5) ada dampak negatif terhadap kinerja organisasi yang signifikan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari studi kesehatan mental lulusan baru dalam kesiapan kerja ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesehatan mental mereka selama masa transisi menuju dunia kerja, mengevaluasi dampak kesehatan mental terhadap adaptasi, produktivitas, dan kesuksesan karir, serta merancang intervensi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan kesehatan mental dan kesiapan kerja. Perlunya penelitian ini digaris bawahi oleh fakta bahwa banyak perusahaan yang secara konsisten berusaha merekrut lulusan baru. Namun, kurangnya kesiapan diantara para lulusan baru sekarang berkontribusi pada meningkatnya jumlah pengangguran, seringkali karena kesehatan mental mereka. Hal ini termasuk tekanan untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan, adaptasi terhadap lingkungan kerja yang baru, perasaan tidak mampu atau tidak berharga, dan ketidakpastian akan masa depan. Para peneliti menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang telah disebarkan dan melakukan uji data dengan Smart PLS 4.0. Temuan dari penelitian kesehatan mental lulusan baru dalam studi kesiapan kerja ini menunjukkan bahwa kesehatan mental yang baik berhubungan dengan adaptasi yang lebih baik terhadap lingkungan kerja yang baru, peningkatan produktivitas, dan kepuasan kerja yang lebih tinggi. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor seperti dukungan sosial, ketahanan, dan kapasitas untuk mengelola depresi, kecemasan, stres, dan religiusitas yang tinggi dapat mempengaruhi kesehatan mental dan kesiapan kerja.

Abstract

Information technology plays an important role in everyday life, including in communicating and facilitating work or daily activities, but the management organization of the al- hidayah boarding school has a slight difference in the implementation of the running of the organization, namely by not using a hand phone (hp) due to the permanent regulation of the al-hidayah Ketegan Tanggulagin boarding school that prohibits all students in the al hidayah Ketegan Tanggulangin boarding school from carrying hand phones (hp) and other electronic devices. The purpose of this research is to utilize information technology in terms of increasing communication effectiveness and overcoming the problem of communication failure in organizing and coordinating in each division. This research was conducted qualitatively and this research is descriptive, and is intended to explain organizational social events in detail. Information technology is a system or tool consisting of hardware and software that processes data systems quickly which aims to facilitate daily work or communication. communication is a reciprocal process of mutual understanding and understanding between individuals or both parties or more. As a result, communication in the boarding school management organization is more effective and failures in communication have been minimized both within the scope of all members or each division, by creating WhatsApp groups, using Hand talkies, making Youtube Chanels, payment applications and others.

Abstract

This research examines the role of leadership in managing organizational change. The role of leadership in today's organizations, organizational change has become a major and important thing. The role of an effective leader aims to successfully manage change. The aim of this research is to determine the role of leadership in the organizational change process, as an influence on future progress. Literature review and theoretical analysis are combined with qualitative research methodology in this work. Based on the research results, examine the meaning of leadership, the role of leadership for the organization and the leader's efforts to change the organization. Members inspire and motivate change when they participate in decision making and accept change under leadership. Planning, directing and implementing necessary changes becomes easier with collective decisions and those of a single leader. Department members who want to better manage organizational change will greatly benefit from this research.

Abstract

Online drivers are one of the alternative jobs in the informal sector. In the development of women's increasingly active roles, work flexibility and work environment are key factors that influence the job satisfaction of female drivers. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between work flexibility, work environment, and job satisfaction in female drivers. In addition, this study was conducted to examine whether generalized anxiety disorder can moderate this relationship. The method used is quantitative method, using purposive sampling technique based on 99 female drivers. Data collection was done through online questionnaire distribution (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp). The results of this study indicate that flexibility has no significant effect on job satisfaction, and the work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Generalized anxiety disorder has no significant impact on job satisfaction. While as a moderating variable, generalized anxiety disorder weakens the relationship between flexibility and work environment on job satisfaction.

Abstract

Pada program pengembangan kewirausahaan unggulan yang berbasis sistem pesantren ini, tim menyelenggarakan pelatihan produksi batik. Tujuan utama dari pelatihan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan produksi dan merangsang pertumbuhan ekonomi di Pondok Pesantren Roudlotul Muta'allim Wal Muta'allimat yang terletak di Kota Sidoarjo. Pendampingan Santri dianggap penting dalam rangka meningkatkan kemandirian keuangan mereka. Lebih lanjut, klaim tersebut diperkuat lagi dengan penelitian yang dilakukan oleh PP. Roudlotul Muta'allimin Wal Muta'allimat di Kota Sidoarjo yang memungkinkan para santri menjadi wirausahawan untuk memulai santri mandiri secara finansial. Melalui program bakti yang saya selenggarakan dan bekerjasama dengan Pengusaha Batik di Kedungcangkring ini, saya sangat berharap akan lahir pengusaha-pengusaha baru dan pengusaha santri di bidang keuangan yang dapat menjalankan usahanya Untuk memperbaiki diri. Kegiatan ini disusun dalam lima tahapan yang berbeda, yaitu observasi, pemetaan program, penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan pendampingan.
