Abstract

This research examines the optimization of the Merdeka Curriculum as a learning plan to enhance teaching effectiveness in elementary schools. The Merdeka Curriculum, introduced in response to modern educational demands, offers a more flexible and learner-centered approach. This study investigates the challenges and opportunities in integrating the principles of the Merdeka Curriculum into daily teaching practices, focusing on the development of core competencies such as literacy, numeracy, and character. The research methodology involves qualitative analysis of curriculum implementation in various elementary schools, interviews with educators, and classroom observations. The findings indicate that optimizing the Merdeka Curriculum requires a paradigm shift in teaching, enhancement of teachers' skills in designing contextual learning, and ongoing evaluation and adjustment of teaching strategies. The study concludes that with the right approach, the Merdeka Curriculum can serve as an effective catalyst for improving the quality of learning in elementary schools, preparing students to face the challenges of the 21st century.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the culture-based curriculum of Malay Riau at SD Negeri 189 Pekanbaru. This curriculum is expected to introduce local wisdom and shape students' character to love their regional culture. Although it has been integrated into the learning activities, the implementation of this culture-based curriculum still faces various challenges. One of the main challenges is the lack of deep understanding among teachers regarding Malay Riau culture, as well as students' perceptions that local culture is irrelevant to their current lives. This study uses interviews and observations to gather data from teachers. The results indicate that although this curriculum positively impacts students' cultural understanding, its implementation still requires improvement in terms of resource support and community involvement. It is hoped that with continuous evaluation and improvement, the culture-based curriculum of Malay Riau can be more effectively applied to preserve local culture and develop better character among students.

Abstract

This research discusses the problems in implementing the Independent Learning Curriculum at Pekanbaru Technology Elementary School, with a focus on the obstacles faced by teachers in its implementation. Issues raised included limited supporting resources, difficulties in the process of adapting to the new curriculum, as well as obstacles in the assessment system, both formative and summative assessments. Research data was obtained through an interview with several teachers who was directly involved in implementing the Independent Curriculum at the school, where the interview was conducted using Google Forms. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis methods, where the results of interviews are analyzed to identify the main obstacles that hinder curriculum implementation. The research results show that Pekanbaru Technology Elementary School faces a number of challenges, including limited project-based learning facilities, teachers' difficulties in designing flexible and innovative learning, and a lack of synchronization between formative and summative assessments. From these findings, it is recommended that schools increase resources and provide more intensive training to teachers, as well as develop more structured assessment strategies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji peran guru dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi pada Kurikulum Merdeka disekolah dasar, yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan fleksibilitas, kreativitas, dan relevansipembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam terhadaplima guru di SDN 007 Simandolak. Tujuannya adalah untuk memahami sejauh mana pemahamanguru terhadap integrasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran, tantangan yang mereka hadapi selama prosespengajaran, serta dampak teknologi terhadap keterlibatan dan hasil belajar siswa. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa guru memiliki kesadaran tinggi tentang pentingnya teknologi dalammenciptakan pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan dinamis. Meskipun demikian, merekamenghadapi hambatan seperti keterbatasan akses terhadap perangkat digital, koneksi internet yangtidak stabil, dan kurangnya pelatihan teknologi yang memadai, terutama bagi guru senior. penelitianini menegaskan bahwa integrasi teknologi dalam pendidikan memiliki potensi besar untukmeningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran, tetapi keberhasilannya sangat bergantung pada dukunganinfrastruktur dan peningkatan kapasitas guru melalui pelatihan berkelanjutan. Oleh karena itu,perbaikan sarana teknologi di sekolah serta program pelatihan yang sistematis menjadi langkah yangsangat penting. Dengan upaya tersebut, diharapkan teknologi dapat diintegrasikan secara optimal dankonsisten dalam pembelajaran, sejalan dengan tujuan utama Kurikulum Merdeka, yaitu menciptakanpengalaman belajar yang lebih relevan dan menyenangkan bagi siswa.

Abstract

Perubahan kurikulum di Indonesia, terutama dengan diperkenalkannya Kurikulum Merdeka, menuntut guru untuk memainkan peran yang semakin kompleks. Guru tidak hanya sebagai penyampai materi, tetapi juga sebagai fasilitator yang dapat memotivasi dan menginspirasi siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami peran guru dalam menghadapi tantangan dan peluang perubahan kurikulum, khususnya di SDN 039 Ujung Tanjung. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, wawancara mendalam dan diskusi kelompok terfokus (FGD) dilakukan secara daring terhadap lima guru SD. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru merespons perubahan kurikulum dengan meningkatkan kapasitas diri melalui pelatihan, belajar dari berbagai sumber, serta menyesuaikan metode pengajaran dengan karakteristik siswa. Guru juga mengidentifikasi tantangan seperti keterbatasan teknologi dan akses pembelajaran jarak jauh, namun tetap berinovasi dalam menciptakan pembelajaran yang lebih relevan dan adaptif. Kesimpulannya, Kurikulum Merdeka memberikan peluang besar bagi guru untuk memberdayakan siswa dalam menghadapi tantangan masa depan melalui pembelajaran yang lebih fleksibel dan inspiratif.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan workshop implementasi kurikulum merdeka di SDIT Raudhaturrahman Pekanbaru dilaksanakan dengan latar belakang rendahnya pemahaman dan konsep guru dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka diantaranya dalam pengembangan model pembelajaran, penguatan P5, dan pelaksanaan Asessment. Pelaksanaan workshop dilakukan dengan langkah perencanaan yaitu merencanakan kegiatan workshop, pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan cara penyajian materi dan praktik menggunakan lembar kerja. Analisis hasil kegiatan dilakukan dengan melihat hasil pekerjaan peserta workshop dan angket yang disebarkan kepada peserta workshop. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan workshop yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil guru memiliki pemahaman tentang konsep implementasi kurikulum merdeka, pengembangan modul pembelajaran, pengembangan modul P5 serta membuat asessment pembelajaran.

Abstract

Kegiatan Bimbingan Teknis (Bimtek) ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat pendidikan karakter berbasis nilai Pancasila melalui peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun modul Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) di SDN 013 Petai Baru dan SDN 007 Sungai Kuning. Kegiatan ini meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan, penyampaian materi tentang P5, sesi praktik penyusunan modul, dan simulasi penerapan modul di kelas. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman guru sebesar 90% setelah mengikuti bimbingan teknis, serta kepercayaan diri guru dalam menyusun modul berbasis P5. Peserta berhasil merancang modul dengan tema yang sesuai dengan konteks lokal, dan penerapan modul di kelas menghasilkan keterlibatan siswa yang lebih aktif. Dampak dari kegiatan ini menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang dinamis dan relevan, mendukung tercapainya tujuan pendidikan yang berorientasi pada penguatan karakter siswa sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila.

Abstract

This research is a development research to produce learning media in the form of MUTA (monopoly snake and ladder) game on integer arithmetic operations using the guessing method. The purpose of this development research is to develop a media game "MUTA" which is valid to be used as a medium for learning Mathematics for grade IV elementary school students in learning materials for multiplication and division counting operations. This type of research is development research using a 4-D model (define, design, development, and dissemination). The results of this study were obtained from the results of product feasibility validation from media expert validators and media content expert validators which stated that the "MUTA" game media product as a Mathematics learning medium for elementary school students developed by the researcher was very valid to be used with an average percentage gain. from media expert validators by 91.66% and content expert validators by 85%. For the teacher response test, the average percentage was 92.86% with a very decent category. To test the student's response to the "MUTA" game media product, it was done by giving a student response questionnaire sheet to 8 fourth grade students. From the results of the student response sheets that were distributed, an average percentage of 90.70% was obtained with the acquisition of a very decent category.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) find and analyze how big the contribution of the homeroom leadership style, organizational culture and homeroom leadership style to the effectiveness of classroom management at SMP Negeri Bathin Solapan District, Bengkalis.The population in this study amounted to 110 people at 9 State Junior High Schools, the sample/respondent of the study was 87 homeroom teachers in State Junior High Schools in Bathin Solapan District, Bengkalis Regency. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. Processing of data for descriptive statistical analysis in this study using Microsoft Excel and SPSS version 23 for Windows.The research results include; (1) Obtained a significant relationship and a positive contribution of the homeroom leadership style variable (X1) to the effectiveness of classroom management (Y) in public junior high schools in Bathin Solapan District, Bengkalis Regency, (2) Obtained a significant relationship and positive contribution to the variable Organizational Culture (X2) on the Effectiveness of Class Management (Y) in Public Junior High Schools in Bathin Solapan District, Bengkalis Regency, (3) There was a significant relationship and positive contribution of the homeroom leadership style variables (X1) and organizational culture (X2) together on Effectiveness of Class (Y) S Management in Public Junior High Schools in Bathin Solapan District, Bengkalis Regency

Abstract

This study aims to produce digital comic media based on cultural diversity in learning energy sources class IV theme II in elementary schools. This type of research is development research (R&D) using the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). The data in this study were obtained using a questionnaire (questionnaire). The results of the validation carried out by validators and practitioners on digital comic media consisting of 6 aspects of the assessment got an average score of 89.75% with a very valid category. The validation carried out by media experts got a score of 92.31%, the validation carried out by material experts got a score of 86.54%, the validation carried out by linguists got a score of 99.04%, the validation carried out by practitioner I got a score of 82.69 %, and the validation carried out by practitioner II got a score of 93.27%. The subjects of this study were fourth grade elementary school students at SDIT Raudaturrahmah Pekanbaru. The results of the one-to-one trial obtained an average score of 84% by indicating a very feasible category. The results of the limited trial got an average score of 84.81% with a very decent category. Based on the description above, it can be concluded that comics media based on cultural diversity in class IV energy source learning in elementary schools are appropriate for elementary school students.
