Abstract

The product produced by this development research is a learning media in the form of a quartet card on Natural Resources material. This learning media product was created and designed with the aim that it can be applied as a teacher's tool in delivering material, literacy activities and as a source of independent learning by students. The purpose of this research is to produce a product for developing Kakli learning media (Quartet Literacy Cards) on Natural Resources material. This research is included in research and development (R&D) using the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) because it is seen as a suitable design model for the development of learning media in the form of this Literacy Quartet Card. The data collection instrument used in the study was a questionnaire (questionnaire). In this research and development, researchers conducted quantitative and qualitative data analysis. The results of the research conducted, it can be concluded as follows: The media of the natural resource material literacy quartet card is classified as very valid with a score of 83% for material validation, and for the validation of the natural resource material literacy quartet card media it is declared a valid category so that it has met validity criteria and can be used in schools, then categorized in the game media which is very feasible in the teacher response test and student response test with a score of 92% and 86.33%, which is above 81.25%

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah terdapat Pengaruh Model Inquiri Terbimbing Berbantuan KIT IPA Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas IV di SDN 184 Pekanbaru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif serta menggunakan metode quasi experiment. Desain dalam penelitian ini ialah Pretest Posttest Control Group Design yaitu menggunakan dua kelas, yakni kelas IV A sebagai kelas eksperimen dan IV C sebagai kelas kontrol yang dipilih secara acak. Kelas eksperimen akan diberikan perlakukan (treatment) dan kelas kontrol tidak mendapatkan perlakuan (treatment). Penelitian ini memberikan pretest sebelum mendapatkan perlakuan dan memberikan posttest sesudah mendapatkan perlakuan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data uji hipotesis yang telah peneliti lakukan, diperoleh hasil dengan nilai yang signifikan (2-tailed) untuk nilai posttest dari kelas eksperimen. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut didapatkan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model inquiri terbimbing berbantuan KIT IPA terhadap hasil belajar IPAS siswa kelas IV di SDN 184 Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Kegiatan Bimbingan Teknis (Bimtek) ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat pendidikan karakter berbasis nilai Pancasila melalui peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun modul Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) di SDN 013 Petai Baru dan SDN 007 Sungai Kuning. Kegiatan ini meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan, penyampaian materi tentang P5, sesi praktik penyusunan modul, dan simulasi penerapan modul di kelas. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman guru sebesar 90% setelah mengikuti bimbingan teknis, serta kepercayaan diri guru dalam menyusun modul berbasis P5. Peserta berhasil merancang modul dengan tema yang sesuai dengan konteks lokal, dan penerapan modul di kelas menghasilkan keterlibatan siswa yang lebih aktif. Dampak dari kegiatan ini menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang dinamis dan relevan, mendukung tercapainya tujuan pendidikan yang berorientasi pada penguatan karakter siswa sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the values ​​of character education in the rewang tradition and integrate them as teaching materials in science (natural and social sciences) subjects at the elementary school (SD) level. The rewang tradition, which is an activity of community cooperation in helping organize certain events such as weddings, reflects various positive values. The research methodology used is qualitative ethnography which refers to direct observation and awareness of the culture and social systems of certain groups or communities to provide descriptive explanations and interpretations. The study was conducted in June-August 2024 in Muara Bahan Village. The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. The data collection instruments used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and verification, after data collection and recording. The results of the study show that there are three character values ​​in the rewang tradition, the first is the value of faith and devotion to God Almighty and noble character, the second is the value of mutual cooperation and the third is the value of global diversity. These three values ​​can be used as teaching materials for science in Chapter 6 "My Indonesia is Rich in Culture, in Topic A Uniqueness of the Habits of the People Around Me".

Abstract

This study aims to analyze teachers' readiness to adapt to the Merdeka Curriculum at SDN 183 Pekanbaru. The research employed a qualitative method, using direct interviews with four teachers and one principal. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that although the teachers have understood the basic concepts of the Merdeka Curriculum, there are gaps in its technical implementation, particularly in terms of pedagogical readiness. Teachers are still accustomed to conventional teaching methods that focus on repetition rather than the facilitation of knowledge. They also require more time and additional training to effectively apply student-centered learning approaches. Furthermore, challenges remain in utilizing diverse learning resources and implementing comprehensive assessment methods. Support from the school environment—such as training programs and adequate infrastructure—is crucial to enhance teachers’ readiness to implement the Merdeka Curriculum effectively.

Abstract

The pandemic phenomenon has forced the world of education to change the work pattern of services from conventional to online-based education and learning services. This study aimed to describe and analyze the level of teachers’ 21st century proficiency and its effect on teachers’ performance in online learning due to Covic-19. This research was conducted at the Alkautsar Integrated Islamic Education Foundation School, with a population of 90 teachers and a sample of 68 teachers. This is a descriptive quantitative research conducted by a survey design. The main tool for data collection is a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics by calculating the mean value of teachers' 21st century competence and teachers’ performance in online learning due to Covic-19. Inferential statistical analysis was also carried out to find the magnitude of the relationship and influence between variables. The results showed that the average score of level of teachers’ performance in online learning was 3.56 in the high category. The 21st century proficiency level of teachers with a mean value of 3.72 was also in the high category. It was also found that there is a significant relationship between 21st century proficiency variables and teachers’ performance in online learning of 0.809. The effect of 21st century skills on teachers’ performance in online learning was 65.50%. The conclusion is that the better the 21st century skills of teachers, the better the teacher's performance in online learning due to Covid-19.

Abstract

This study examines the role of the andragogical approach, social support, and community participation in accelerating stunting reduction in Sibuak Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency. The objectives of the study are to assess the levels of these three factors and to analyze their influence on stunting reduction efforts. Specifically, the study aims to (1) evaluate the extent of the andragogical approach applied in stunting reduction, (2) measure the level of social support provided, (3) assess the level of community participation, and (4) determine the effects of social support and community participation on the andragogical approach in the context of stunting reduction. To do so, this study employs a quantitative design with a sample of 126 fertile couples from a population of 183 in the village. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics to determine central tendencies and inferential statistics to explore relationships between the variables. The results show a significant positive influence of social support on the andragogical approach, accounting for 75.1% of the variance. Community participation also had a significant positive influence, explaining 73.7% of the variance. Additionally, combined social support and community participation had a significant impact on the andragogical approach, with a total effect of 75.3%. The findings suggest that enhancing social support and encouraging community participation are crucial for strengthening the andragogical approach in reducing stunting. These insights can inform policymakers and health practitioners in designing more effective stunting reduction programs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran supervisi pendidikan dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SMP Negeri 3 Bangkinang. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa supervisi pendidikan memiliki kontribusi signifikan dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan, baik melalui peran sebagai koordinator, konsultan, pemimpin kelompok, maupun evaluator. Pelaksanaan supervisi yang sistematis dan berkelanjutan berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru dan kualitas proses pembelajaran. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa supervisi pendidikan merupakan instrumen strategis dalam mendukung tercapainya tujuan pendidikan yang berkualitas di tingkat satuan pendidikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran supervisi dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di daerah terpencil, khususnya di SMP Negeri Satu Atap Batu Sanggan. Supervisi pendidikan merupakan serangkaian kegiatan pembinaan yang dilakukan oleh pengawas atau kepala sekolah terhadap guru untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan manajemen sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, yang melibatkan kepala sekolah dan guru sebagai subjek penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumentasi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan mengenai tantangan dan peluang dalam pelaksanaan supervisi di daerah terpencil, serta memberikan pemahaman lebih dalam tentang bagaimana supervisi dapat menjadi alat yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Temuan dari penelitian ini akan bermanfaat dalam merancang strategi penguatan supervisi pendidikan di daerah dengan keterbatasan sumber daya.

Abstract

Supervisi akademik merupakan salah satu strategi penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan kompetensi guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi supervisi akademik dan dampaknya terhadap pengembangan kompetensi guru di SMP Negeri 26 Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, serta analisis data tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi akademik berjalan secara terstruktur dan kolaboratif, tetapi masih menghadapi kendala berupa keterbatasan waktu, kurangnya intensitas, dan pelaksanaan yang lebih fokus pada aspek administratif daripada pembinaan profesional. Supervisi akademik memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kompetensi guru pada aspek pedagogik dan profesional, meskipun pengembangan tersebut masih bersifat individual dan belum terorganisasi dalam suatu sistem pembinaan yang konsisten. Implikasi penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya penguatan program supervisi yang lebih reflektif, berkelanjutan, dan berorientasi pada pengembangan seluruh kompetensi guru, guna mendukung pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan inovatif
