Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions for Skintific skincare. This study uses descriptive quantitative research explaining that this method is based on the philosophy of positivism, used in examining samples and research populations using Non-Probability Sampling with Convenience Sampling techniques. The research population is people in Medan City who use or have used Skintific skincare products. This sample was obtained as many as 96 respondents. Data was collected using a questionnaire. The data analysis used in this study used multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS 26.0 software program. Partial hypothesis testing shows that the product quality variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a sig value. 0.000 <0.05 and the tcount value is 3.621> t table 1.986. Then for the price variable, it has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with sig. 0.005 <0.05 and the t count value is 2.870> t table 1.986. While simultaneously showing that product quality and price both have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a sig value. 0.000 <0.05 and the value of fcount 39.022> ftable 3.09.

Abstract

The Structural Position Mutation System for Sub-district Heads within the Bireuen Regency Government is not based on educational background and competence in its implementation. Unfortunately, there has been a neglect of Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government. This study aims to describe the structural job mutation system of sub-district heads in the Bireuen Regency Government using three bases, namely the Merit System, Seniority System and Spoil System, and to analyze the inhibiting factors for structural job mutations of sub-district heads in Bireuen Regency including budget limitations, lack of human resources who master technical knowledge of government and bureaucratic culture. Qualitative methods with a descriptive approach have been used in this study. Researchers used observation, interviews, and documentation to answer two research objectives. The results of this study found that the implementation of the Merit System foundation has not been fully optimal, the Seniority System runs by prioritizing work period and work experience but not for age, the Spoil System can still provide gaps for politicization. The obstacles to its implementation are budget limitations, lack of human resources who master technical knowledge of government and bureaucratic culture. This study suggests that the Bireuen Regency government optimizes the performance assessment team in making mutation decisions using the Merit System, Seniority System and Spoil System foundations and optimizes the budget for the competence of prospective sub-district heads.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of service quality and promotion on consumer repurchase intention of Bolu Meranti Shop in Medan City. This study is motivated by the high competition in the regional souvenir industry which requires every business actor to continue to maintain customer loyalty. The number of respondents in this study was 100 people, selected using a purposive sampling technique. The analytical method used was multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 30 program. The results of the study indicate that partially, the service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on consumer repurchase intention, so that the first hypothesis (H1) is accepted. Similarly, promotion also shows a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, so that the second hypothesis (H2) is accepted. Simultaneously, both variables have a significant effect on consumer repurchase intention of Bolu Meranti Shop, so that the third hypothesis (H3) is accepted. These findings indicate that good service quality and appropriate promotional strategies can increase consumer repurchase intention. Therefore, Bolu Meranti Shop needs to continue to innovate in improving service quality and developing attractive promotional strategies to maintain consumer loyalty amidst competitive market competition.

Abstract

Dalam menentukan pemilihan guru terbaik merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam bidang pendidikan, karena memberikan semangat kepada para pengajar yang sudah mendidik peserta didik. Beberapa guru dapat diapresiasi dalam pemilihan guru terbaik. Namun untuk saat ini, proses pendataan kurang terorganisir dengan baik sehingga menyebabkan untuk menentukan pemilihan guru terbaik kurang maksimal. Oleh karena itu, penulis menggunakan sistem pendukung keputusan dengan menerapkan metode PSI (Preference Selection Index). Untuk menghitung nilai kompentesi pada setiap guru serta melakukan perangkingan terkait dalam menentukan guru terbaik. Metode PSI merupakan metode yang tidak memerlukan kepentingan relatif antar atribut. Metode ini digunakan ketika ada masalah dalam menentukan kepentingan relatif antar atribut. Dengan adanya sistem pendukung keputusan menerapkan metode PSI(Preference Selection Index) diharapkan dapat membantu dalam menentukan pemilihan guru terbaik di SMA Al-Washliyah 3 Medan. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini dapat membantu pihak SMA Al-Washliyah 3 Medan untuk mengambil sebuah keputusan dalam hal menentukan pemilihan guru terbaik secara akurat dan efektif serta terstruktur.

Abstract

Violence, neglect, and discrimination against children are serious issues that require special attention from various parties, especially parents. This article discusses the importance of educating parents about fulfilling children's rights as a preventive measure to combat various forms of violence and unfair treatment against children. Through a qualitative approach, this study explores parents' understanding of children's rights and how this knowledge can be applied in daily life. The findings indicate that adequate education can enhance parents' awareness of the importance of respecting and fulfilling children's rights, encouraging them to create a safe and supportive environment for their children's development. Additionally, the article provides recommendations for educational institutions and communities to develop programs that support parents in understanding and implementing children's rights. Thus, it is hoped that educating parents about children's rights can contribute to preventing violence, neglect, and discrimination, ultimately creating a healthier and more competitive generation.

Abstract

Pemenuhan hak atas kesehatan merupakan bagian fundamental dari tanggung jawab konstitusional negara, namun implementasinya masih menghadapi tantangan, terutama di komunitas rentan yang terdampak isu lingkungan dan keterbatasan akses teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi peran inovasi teknologi dan pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam mendukung keberlanjutan sosial, ekonomi, dan lingkungan melalui program pengabdian masyarakat hybrid di Ramindra, Bangkok. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif dengan desain studi intervensi berbasis komunitas, melibatkan 120 peserta yang mengikuti sesi psikoedukatif, pelatihan teknologi, dan pendampingan komunitas. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan literasi lingkungan sebesar 30%, perubahan sikap pro-lingkungan pada 25% peserta, penurunan eco-anxiety pada 15%, serta terbentuknya komunitas pemuda peduli lingkungan. Diskusi menegaskan bahwa integrasi teknologi inovatif dengan partisipasi aktif komunitas mampu memperkuat kapasitas sosial-ekologis dan memperluas dampak program kesehatan berkelanjutan. Studi ini menyimpulkan pentingnya pendekatan berbasis teknologi dan pemberdayaan komunitas dalam mewujudkan pemenuhan hak kesehatan yang inklusif, adaptif, dan berdaya transformasional.

Abstract

Transformasi ekonomi di tingkat kelompok tani menjadi strategi penting dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani dan ketahanan pangan lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak integrasi usaha ayam broiler terhadap perubahan ekonomi kelompok tani, baik dari segi pendapatan, efisiensi usaha, maupun pemberdayaan anggotanya. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif dengan studi kasus pada beberapa kelompok tani yang telah mengadopsi integrasi usaha peternakan ayam broiler di wilayah pedesaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi usaha ayam broiler mampu meningkatkan pendapatan kelompok tani secara signifikan, mendorong diversifikasi usaha, serta menciptakan lapangan kerja tambahan bagi anggota kelompok. Selain itu, transformasi ini juga memperkuat posisi tawar petani dalam rantai pasok serta meningkatkan akses terhadap pasar dan teknologi. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa integrasi sektor peternakan dengan kegiatan pertanian dapat menjadi model pengembangan ekonomi kolektif yang berkelanjutan di pedesaan.

Abstract

Tidur merupakan suatu kondisi dimana terjadi penurunan atau hilangnya persepsi dan reaksi terhadap lingkungan, namun individu masih dapat dibangunkan kembali dengan rangsangan yang cukup kuat. Kualitas tidur merupakan suatu fenomena kompleks yang meliputi aspek kuantitatif dan kualitatif tidur seperti lamanya tidur,waktu yang dapat diperlukan untuk bisa tidur,kualitas yang buruk terhadap responden dapat menyebabkan gangguan konsentrasi. Penelitian ini dapat bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kualitas tidur dengan tingkat konsentrasi belajar pada Mahasiwa. Penelitian design analitic observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Subjek adalah Mahasiwa yang berjumlah 22 orang yang diperoleh melalui teknik random sampling. Kualitas tidur diukur menggunakan PSQI dan konsentrasi menggunakan strop test. Uji statistic menggunakan Koefisien Kontigensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat 4 orang memiliki kualitas tidur buruk dengan tingkat konsentrasi yang baik 9 orang yang memiliki kualitas tidur baik dengan konsentrasi buruk. Uji analisi koefisien kotegensi menunjukan adanya hubungan kualitas tidur dengan tingkat konsentrasi dengan nilai p-value,0,80 (<0,30). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukan adanya hubungan antara kualitas tidur dengan tingkat konsentrasi belajar Mahasiwa.

Abstract

The Slum-Free City Program is one of the strategic initiatives by the Indonesian government aimed at reducing slum areas in urban regions and improving the quality of life for the community. The establishment of Qanun Lhokseumawe City No. 11 of 2018 has made the Slum-Free City Program an effort to address slum settlement issues in Lhokseumawe City. This study aims to analyze the barriers faced in the implementation of the Slum-Free City Program in Lhokseumawe City. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach, and the data were collected through interviews, observations, documentation, and literature review. The results of the study show that the barriers in the implementation of this program include insufficient budget allocation to meet all program needs, social, economic, and cultural constraints within the community, technical and infrastructure challenges, low public participation and awareness regarding the importance of cleanliness and supporting the Slum-Free City Program, and a lack of coordination among the various institutions (government, NGOs, and private sector) involved in the program. Additionally, legal issues related to land ownership and the limitations of regulations that support the Slum-Free City Program are also significant barriers. Based on these findings, the recommendations include increasing budget allocation, strengthening inter-agency coordination, improving socialization and education for the community, and enhancing technical and administrative mechanisms. This research is expected to contribute to improving the implementation of the Slum-Free City Program in the future and help realize cities free from slum areas.

Abstract

Farmer groups play a crucial role in supporting gender justice in Cavendish banana and coffee businesses. They focus not only on production but also on empowering women across various aspects of the business, from harvesting to coffee sorting. Programs implemented aim to improve group welfare while considering gender equality and enhancing family economic welfare. In managing these businesses, farmer groups involve local communities as laborers, creating opportunities for women to actively participate in production processes through the development of supportive infrastructure and resources. This research aims to identify the roles of men and women within the social and economic structure and their impact on gender equality in Cavendish banana and coffee activities. The research method used is literature study, gathering data from relevant books and sources. The findings indicate that the contributions of both men and women are mutually necessary. For example, the Women's Farmer Group (KWT) in coffee management requires male labor to facilitate their work, highlighting the importance of gender collaboration in enhancing business effectiveness.
