Abstract

Rumah sakit harus mampu bersaing dalam memberikan pelayanan terbaik dan mampu bersaing dengan para competitor untuk memberikan kualitas pelayanan terbaik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja, beban kerja, penghargaan dan sanksi kerja pada perawat poliklinik RSUD palembang BARI. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif denga teknik pengumpulan data dengan melakukan wawancara kepada perawat poliklinik RSUD palembang BARI.. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa stres kerja ini berdampak negatif pada kinerja perawat, seperti penurunan produktivitas, konflik antar rekan kerja, dan peningkatan kesalahan kerja. Beban kerja cukup berpengaruh pada kinerja dan produktifitas perawat sehingga digunakan beragam cara mengurangi beban kerja salah satunya pelatihan kerja adalah cara paling efektif. Penghargaan memiliki pengaruh yang beragam terhadap motivasi dan kinerja perawat. Mayoritas responden merasa bahwa penghargaan penting dan efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi serta kinerja mereka. Bentuk penghargaan yang diberikan termasuk penghargaan karyawan terbaik, bonus berdasarkan kinerja, dan liburan. Penerapan sanksi memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap motivasi dan kinerja perawat. Jenis sanksi yang diterapkan bervariasi sesuai dengan tingkat kesalahan yang dilakukan.

Abstract

Patient safety is the primary goal in providing healthcare services. This can be realized by upholding a culture of patient safety, which refers to the values, beliefs, and behaviors held by hospital staff that prioritize patient safety. This study aims to determine the influence of healthcare practitioners' attitudes, the role of teamwork, and the physical environment on patient safety culture in Jakarta hospitals, as well as to formulate recommendations to improve patient safety culture in these hospitals. The study uses a quantitative method with a cross-sectional research design. Data for this study were collected through questionnaires, observations, and documentation studies. The population in this study consists of all healthcare practitioners in Jakarta hospitals, with sampling conducted using convenient sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques in this study include validity testing, reliability testing, and regression analysis using SPSS software. The results of the study indicate that healthcare practitioners' attitudes, the role of teamwork, and the physical environment have a positive and significant impact on patient safety culture in Jakarta hospitals.

Abstract

The quality of education is strongly influenced by the quality of teachers as educators. One of the desired qualities is performance, which shows the ability of teachers to achieve optimal results in the organization. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of supervision on organizational commitment, work culture on organizational commitment, supervision on teacher performance, work culture on teacher performance, and organizational commitment on teacher performance at XYZ Bintaro High School. This study uses a quantitative approach with the PLS-SEM method to analyze the effect of the path coefficient on the variables studied. The research respondents consisted of 41 teachers at XYZ Bintaro High School who filled out a survey via Google Forms with a census approach. The data collected were then analyzed using the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) model through the PLS 4.0 application. The results of this study indicate that supervision has a positive effect on organizational commitment, work culture has a positive effect on organizational commitment, supervision has a positive effect on teacher performance, work culture has an effect on teacher performance, and organizational commitment has a negative effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

Menurut Undang-Undang Kesehatan, kesehatan adalah hak asasi manusia dan merupakan salah satu elemen penting dalam kesejahteraan. Rumah sakit sebagai penyedia layanan kesehatan harus mengambil berbagai langkah untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak kualitas pelayanan, infrastruktur teknologi informasi dan ketersediaan tenaga medis terhadap kepuasan pasien di rumah sakit swasta. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan menggunakan Google Form. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh anggota keluarga pasien di rumah sakit X, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel non-probability samplingyang kemudian menghasilkan 187 sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan, infrastruktur teknologi informasi dan ketersediaan tenaga medis berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pasien. Oleh karena itu, rumah sakit swasta perlu memperhatikan faktor-faktor ini untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pasien.

Abstract

Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) practices are particularly crucial in this industry to ensure stability and compliance with regulatory requirements. This study examines the effect of ERM on a firm’s operational and financial performances by using two mediating variables of compliance practices and IT strategy. By using a quantitative approach, data was collected through purposive random sampling from 250 bank managers in Jabodetabek, Indonesia. The study found that ERM was found to influence financial and operational performance positively and significantly. Moreover, compliance practices positively and significantly affect both financial and operational performance. IT strategy also has a positive and significant impact on firm performance. In testing the mediating effect, IT strategy partially mediates the relationship between ERM and performance, as do compliance practices. These findings highlight the importance of ERM, IT strategy, and compliance practices in enhancing the performance of banking companies in Indonesia. The findings validate the increasing importance of risk management in the financial landscape in Indonesia. The recognition of the banking sector's complexity and vulnerability to diverse risk types, including credit, market, operational, and regulatory risks, underscores the critical role of risk management practices. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Promotion and Price Fairness on Customer Loyalty, both directly and indirectly, through Customer Satisfaction as a mediating variable. The research focuses on GoJek users in Jabodetabek area to understand how promotional activities and pricing policies shape customer loyalty in the ride-hailing industry. The study employs a quantitative approach with a survey method, collecting data from 220 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that Promotion and Price Fairness have a significant positive effect on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty. Furthermore, Customer Satisfaction serves as a key mediating variable that amplifies the impact of Promotion and Price Fairness on Customer Loyalty. The findings highlight the importance of effective promotional strategies and fair pricing policies in fostering customer satisfaction and loyalty in competitive digital service ecosystems like ride-hailing. The study concludes that enhancing Customer Satisfaction through these variables is critical for GoJek to strengthen customer retention and sustain a competitive advantage in the market.

Abstract

Indonesia diperkirakan akan muncul sebagai ekonomi global terkemuka di masa depan, memposisikannya sebagai target yang menarik bagi banyak perusahaan e-commerce. Hal ini menyebabkan lingkungan pasar yang sangat kompetitif, memaksa para pelaku industri untuk fokus pada mempertahankan loyalitas konsumen. Dampak kualitas desain situs web dan nilai yang dirasakan pada niat pembelian kembali, dengan E-kepuasan bertindak sebagai faktor mediasi, merupakan bidang studi utama dalam sektor e-commerce. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kausal, yang melibatkan 250 responden yang merupakan konsumen Tokopedia, salah satu platform e-commerce terbesar di Indonesia. Temuan ini mengungkapkan bahwa kualitas desain situs web, nilai yang dirasakan, dan E-satisfaction memiliki efek yang signifikan dan positif pada niat pembelian kembali.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengalaman pasien rawat inap di RSUD Tobelo guna mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien dan kualitas layanan, serta dampaknya terhadap loyalitas dan rekomendasi pasien melalui Word of Mouth (WOM). Dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif survei analitik dan pendekatan studi potong lintang, penelitian ini melibatkan 160 responden dan analisis statistik inferensial menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman pasien memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien dan WOM. Sementara itu, beberapa dimensi kualitas pelayanan seperti assurance, empathy, reliability, dan responsiveness tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien, baik secara langsung maupun melalui WOM. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi manajemen rumah sakit untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan mengurangi risiko WOM negatif, yang pada gilirannya dapat memperbaiki citra dan daya saing rumah sakit

Abstract

This study aims to examine the positive effect of food quality and brand image on satisfaction and to examine the positive effect of satisfaction on word mouth. Then, tested the moderation of price fairness on the relationship between product quality and brand image and tested the moderation of price fairness on the relationship between satisfaction and word of mouth. Methods of data collection by using a questionnaire. The number of samples in this study were 260 fast food restaurant customers. Data analysis with partial least square-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The results showed that food quality and brand image had a positive effect on satisfaction, then satisfaction had a positive effect on word of mouth. Furthermore, price fairness does not moderate the relationship between product quality and satisfaction, the relationship between brand image and satisfaction, the relationship between satisfaction and word of mouth. Abstract

This research was done as a response to the discrepancy between the target and the actual revisitations to the specialized outpatient clinic at XYZ Hospital in Bekasi City, then hoping to improve revisit intention at XYZ Hospital in Bekasi City. Several theories suggest that an increase in patient satisfaction leads to an increase in revisit intention. Patient satisfaction itself is related to hospital's physical environment, registration service, waiting time, doctor service, and nurse service. The aim of this study is to find out the positive impact of those variable towards patient satisfaction and then revisit intention. The model used in this study was adapted from previous research that was empirically tested on the population of patients at the specialized outpatient clinic at XYZ Hospital in Bekasi City. This study is a quantitative cross-sectional study. A questionnaire, made from prior interviews, was used to gauge hospital's physical environment, registration service, waiting time, doctor service, and nurse service. Respondent data were collected using purposive sampling with a total of 400 respondents. The data were analyzed using the PLS-SEM method. The results of the study showed that the hospital's physical environment, registration service, waiting time, doctor service, and nurse service have a positive influence on patient satisfaction. In addition, patient satisfaction also has a positive influence on revisit intention. In conclusion, this study proved that hospital’s physical environment, registration service, waiting time, doctor service, and nurse service have a positive impact on patient satisfaction which in turn had a positive impact on patient’s revisit intention.
