Abstract

Assessing the quality of services at health centers is an important part because it can indirectly have an impact on improving the degree of public health. Measuring and monitoring the quality of health services is impossible without indicators. Based on the Indonesian Minister of Health Regulation No. 30 of 2022, one of the indicators used to assess the quality of health services is patient satisfaction. The interest of patients to return to the Health Center can be influenced by their experience on previous visits. Patients who are quite satisfied with the health services provided will tend to return to the health center because they feel comfortable and believe in the quality of the services provided. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the quality of health services based on the component of patient satisfaction at the Paniki Bawah Health Center. Data collection was carried out using a Google Form questionnaire for 100 patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Statistical analysis was carried out with SmartPLS software. Hypothesis testing is used to analyze the relationship between related variables as shown in the research model. The results showed a strong positive correlation between various dimensions of service quality and overall patient satisfaction. Thus, it can be concluded that the quality of health services at the Paniki Bawah Health Center is highly rated by BPJS patients. Interest in patient visits is also very high, showing satisfaction with the service.

Abstract

Pergeseran perilaku konsumen dari media tradisional dan media cetak ke media digital menjadikan banyak perusahaan fokus pada media digital seperti sosial media. Hal tersebut juga menjadikan media digital sebagai tempat yang cukup kompetitif. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh dari brand awareness, brand ambassador dan brand image terhadap brand loyalty melalui brand trust sebagai mediasi pada salah satu akun sosial media yaitu indomusikgram. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada secara kuantiatif 213 follower dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan pendekatan convenience sampling. Teknik analisa yang digunakan adalah dengan SEM. Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa brand ambassador dan brand image berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap brand loyalty melalui brand trust. Sedangkan brand awareness tidak dapat mempengaruhi brand trust dan brand loyalty.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan bahwa motivasi belajar, gaya belajar auditori, dan lingkungan belajar berpengaruh positif, sedangkan kecemasan matematika (math anxiety) berpengaruh negatif terhadap persepsi hasil belajar Matematika peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan teknik sensus sampling, yaitu seluruh peserta didik kelas VII sekolah XYZ, Jakarta, yang berjumlah 208 responden. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar, (2) kecemasan Matematika (Math anxiety) berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar, (3) gaya belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar, dan (4) lingkungan belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine and provide an analysis of the availability of facilities, quality of service, and their effectiveness in relation to patient satisfaction at the General Outpatient Clinic of Medika Clinic, Semarang Police Department. This research employs a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through questionnaires completed by respondents, with samples obtained using an accidental sampling technique. This sampling method involves selecting individuals who happened to be present at the location during the time the research was conducted.

Abstract

Effective communication is a critical component of healthcare services, as it enhances patient understanding and shapes perceptions of care quality. Laboratory departments, as medical support units, interact directly with patients, particularly during the pre-analytical phase, making the quality of laboratory staff communication essential. This study aims to examine the effect of laboratory staff communication, represented by clarity and empathy, on patient perception of care, with patient understanding of laboratory procedure as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach with a cross-sectional survey design was employed. Data were collected from 251 patients who received laboratory services at a Type C public hospital in Indonesia and analyzed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that empathy has a positive and significant effect on patient understanding of laboratory procedure, whereas clarity does not show a significant effect. Furthermore, clarity, empathy, and patient understanding of laboratory procedures significantly influence patient perception of care. These findings highlight that empathetic communication plays a key role in improving patient understanding, while communication clarity strengthens positive perceptions of laboratory service quality. This study provides practical implications for hospital management to enhance laboratory staff communication competencies as part of quality improvement strategies.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the word-of-mouth behavior of patients seeking treatment at YPK Mandiri Hospital, Jakarta. The factors studied were doctor's expertise, doctor's communication, nursing, ancillary, and administration services, hospital reputation, and the physical structure and facilities of the hospital. Data were collected by a questionnaire distributed to patients receiving outpatient treatment. The number of samples obtained is 162 samples. A convenience sampling technique was used in this study. Data analysis was performed using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) approach using SmartPLS software. The results showed that doctors’ expertise, doctors’ communication, hospital reputation, and the physical structure and facilities of the hospital are related to word-of-mouth behavior. Nursing, ancillary, and administrative services are not related to word-of-mouth behavior.

Abstract

As the national health insurance provider for all Indonesians, the Social Security Administering Body (BPJS) is working toward enhancing its service with JKN Mobile. It is anticipated that the JKN Mobile application will enable customers to obtain more user-friendly and effective services. The research uses a quantitative approach.  The population in this study is 77. This study uses the purposive sampling method with certain criteria for a total of 65 samples. The instrument uses a questionnaire. Data analysis uses SERVQUAL. Data processing is using IBM SPSS version 25. The results on the collected data show Cronbach’s Alpha value for perception of 0.823 and expectations of 0.782, greater than 0.60, meaning that the questionnaire of this study is reliable.  The conclusion of the study conducted in Private Hospitals in West Bekasi shows that the menu and features of JKN Mobile are perceived as incomplete and, to some extent, are not functioning properly most of the time.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan capaian indikator mutu antar triwulan serta pengaruh ketepatan waktu pelayanan rawat jalan, pengendalian penundaan operasi elektif, dan kepatuhan waktu visite dokter terhadap kepatuhan clinical pathway di RS X Kota T tahun 2025. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain observasional analitik dan metode retrospektif berdasarkan data mutu rumah sakit selama empat triwulan tahun 2025. Sampel penelitian berupa data indikator mutu pelayanan rumah sakit yang meliputi ketepatan waktu pelayanan rawat jalan, angka penundaan operasi elektif, kepatuhan waktu visite dokter, serta tingkat kepatuhan clinical pathway. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif, komparatif, dan inferensial menggunakan uji ANOVA dan regresi linear berganda untuk mengetahui perbedaan capaian antar triwulan dan pengaruh variabel independen terhadap kepatuhan clinical pathway. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan capaian indikator mutu antar triwulan, dengan peningkatan pada ketepatan waktu pelayanan rawat jalan dan kepatuhan waktu visite dokter, serta penurunan angka penundaan operasi elektif. Ketepatan waktu pelayanan rawat jalan dan kepatuhan waktu visite dokter berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan clinical pathway, sedangkan penundaan operasi elektif berpengaruh negatif terhadap kepatuhan clinical pathway. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan mutu pelayanan rumah sakit. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penguatan manajemen mutu pelayanan, pengawasan pelaksanaan pelayanan klinis, dan optimalisasi kepatuhan tenaga medis terhadap standar pelayanan dapat meningkatkan kepatuhan clinical pathway dan mutu pelayanan rumah sakit secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Background :Optimal work environment can induce productivity, affects comforts, happiness, motivation, and healthcare work performance. Work stress that is overly too high or too low could lead to decrease in work performance. Work discipline could change character, and increase awareness and availability to obey the rules of the company and its norm. The purpose of this research is to know the relationship between work environment, work stress, work discipline with performance of healthcare workers in hospitals around Pati. Method :This research utilizes a quantitative analysis approach with a Cross-Sectional design employing purposive sampling technique. Statistical analysis was conducted using multiple regression. Result: The result shows that there’s significant relationship between the work environment and performance of healthcare workers (p value= ,000 < 0,05), there’s significant relationship between work discipline and performance of healthcare workers (p value= 0,000 < 0,05), and there’s no significant relationship between work stress and performance of healthcare workers (p value= ,483 > 0,05). Conclusion : The conclusion of this research highlights the importance of the role of the work environment in shaping employee performance at Pati Hospital. Creating a positive work environment, supporting and addressing factors such as work stress, and fostering work discipline can contribute positively to improving overall employee performance and organizational effectiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Promotion and Price Fairness on Customer Loyalty, both directly and indirectly, through Customer Satisfaction as a mediating variable. The research focuses on GoJek users in Jabodetabek area to understand how promotional activities and pricing policies shape customer loyalty in the ride-hailing industry. The study employs a quantitative approach with a survey method, collecting data from 220 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that Promotion and Price Fairness have a significant positive effect on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty. Furthermore, Customer Satisfaction serves as a key mediating variable that amplifies the impact of Promotion and Price Fairness on Customer Loyalty. The findings highlight the importance of effective promotional strategies and fair pricing policies in fostering customer satisfaction and loyalty in competitive digital service ecosystems like ride-hailing. The study concludes that enhancing Customer Satisfaction through these variables is critical for GoJek to strengthen customer retention and sustain a competitive advantage in the market.
