Abstract

Penulisan artikel ini membahas tentang pelaksanaan workshop di sekolah dan ditujukan bagi para pendidik dalam menciptakan pendidik yang profesional. Konsep perlunya kegiatan workshop merupakan salah satu upaya dalam mewujudkan kesuksesan dunia pendidikan Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN Sambikerep 1 Surabaya. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data atau informasi berupa wawancara terfokus dan studi literatur yang sesuai dengan topik pembahasan. Informan penelitian ini adalah salah satu guru SDN Sambikerep 1 sekaligus berperan sebagai koordinator umum yaitu Ibu Retno Setyo Hargianti. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan workshop yang telah dilaksanakan tidak hanya memberikan dampak positif bagi para pendidik saja, namun juga dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi dunia pendidikan. Selain itu, peran pendidik juga menjadi kunci dalam menciptakan peserta didik yang berkualitas.

Abstract

Quality assurance is a series of processes and systems related to collecting, analyzing, and reporting data on the performance and quality of teaching and education personnel, programs and institutions. Collaborative efforts between leaders of educational institutions, academic staff and administrative staff are needed to ensure effective implementation of quality assurance of education personnel.The quality assurance process identifies aspects of achievement and improvement priorities, provides data as a basis for planning and decision making and helps build a culture of continuous improvement.The regional autonomy policy has an impact on education management in the regions. Quality standardization efforts must be the focus of attention in an effort to maintain the quality of education nationally. The quality assurance and improvement system for primary and secondary education in Indonesia operates within an education management and governance system that delegates much of the responsibility for implementation to provinces, districts, foundations and schools/madrasas. The achievement of educational quality for primary and secondary education is assessed based on the eight National Education Standards of BSNP.

Abstract

Education management in schools is a series of processes that aim to be effective and efficient in achieving educational goals. Improving the quality of education is an important goal in a country's educational development. One of the key factors in achieving this goal is through public involvement in the education process. Public involvement in improving the quality of education faces challenges such as the community's lack of understanding of their role, constraints on facilities and infrastructure, and limited access to educational information. However, public involvement also provides opportunities for innovation, developing relevant curricula, improving the quality of teaching, and increasing educational accessibility. It is important to overcome these challenges while taking advantage of existing opportunities to develop effective strategies to engage the public in improving the quality of education in Indonesia

Endeavors to progress the welfare and polished skill of teachers are vital angles within the advancement of a country's instruction. Teachers play a vital role in forming the quality of instruction as well as molding the character and states of mind of understudies. Be that as it may, they are frequently confronted with different challenges, such as tall workloads and a need for assets. The drive to improve the quality of education becomes progressively critical within the time of globalization, where quality instruction gets to be the key to worldwide competitiveness. Amid changing discernments of the instructing calling, there's a need for participation between the government, instructive education, and the community to plan and execute programs that bolster the welfare and polished skills of teachers. This theory outlines the importance of collaborative endeavors in creating a quality instructional environment that's prepared to confront future challenges.

Abstract

This research aims to gain knowledge about Principal Innovation in Improving the Professionalism of Teachers and Education Personnel at SMAN 1 Sooko Mojokerto. The method used is a qualitative approach using several data collection methods, such as interviews, observation, literature study and analysis of relevant documents. The results of this research are to find out what the principal's strategies are for SMAN 1 Sooko in further efforts to provide encouragement and training to teaching and education staff so that the quality and professionalism of the teaching and education staff at SMAN 1 Sooko runs optimally. The welfare and professionalism of teaching and education staff at SMAN 1 Sooko has achieved a fairly good level of success. This can be seen from the increasing number of teaching and education staff who are promoted to class or rank. If welfare is improved and prioritized, it will have a big influence on the implementation of their duties. Where teaching and education staff will feel comfortable and without pressure. "Trust building, happy ending school program" The principal really builds trust through good performance, facilitating teachers and students to develop their potential, including awards or rewards for students and teaching and education staff who excel.

Abstract

Improving the performance of educational staff is an important and relevant challenge in modern education. In the era of globalization and increasingly fierce competition, the skills and knowledge of educational staff are the key to achieving better educational goals. Training and development is an effective way to improve the performance of educational staff. This research examines how training and development at SMAN 13 Surabaya can improve the professionalism and performance of education staff. Through a participatory inductive model approach, this research identifies what factors are the main reasons why SMAN 13 Surabaya carries out training and development in improving the performance of education staff. The results of research at SMAN 13 Surabaya show that training and development that is structured and focused on specific needs can improve the skills, knowledge and professional attitudes of education staff. Apart from that, developing soft skill competencies and critical thinking skills is also important to improve the performance of education staff. This research suggests that integrated and sustainable training and development is the key to achieving significant improvements in the performance of education personnel.

Abstract

The research was conducted at SMPN 56 Surabaya. The purpose of this study was to determine how the Management of Educators and Education Personnel at SMPN 56 Surabaya. This includes aspects of recruitment, professional development, performance appraisal. In addition, this study also aims to analyze the impact of the management of teaching and education personnel on student learning outcomes, the welfare of educators. This research is important because teaching and education personnel have a very important role in achieving the goals of quality education. Effective management can improve school performance and learning quality. Based on the research that has been done, it shows that effective management of teaching and education personnel contributes significantly to improving the quality of education, including the academic achievement of students. The form of this research is qualitative with an approach through interviews, observations and literature studies. The targeted outputs include an in-depth understanding of the policies and practices of managing teaching and education personnel at SMPN 56 Surabaya. management policies and practices at SMPN 56 Surabaya, recommendations for improvement, and contributions to improving the quality of education at SMPN 56 Surabaya. to improving the quality of education at SMPN 56 Surabaya.

Abstract

This research aims to increase the effectiveness of educational staff in improving teacher performance at SMPN 34 Surabaya. A qualitative approach using case study methodology is the research methodology used. In-depth interviews with teachers and educational professionals, direct observations in schools, and analysis of documents related to teacher professional development programs are the methods used to collect data.The findings of this study show the important role of education personnel in increasing teacher effectiveness at SMPN 34 Surabaya. Educational staff provides training sessions and seminars, assists instructors in their professional growth, and offers adequate administrative assistance. In addition, the availability of competent human resources and efficient staff-teacher communication both support improved teacher performance. However, this research also shows a number of difficulties faced by educational staff when implementing it. These difficulties include heavy workloads, little funding for professional development, and a lack of collaboration within school units.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of education staff management at SMPN 40 Surabaya. Effective education personnel management has an important role in ensuring the provision of quality education in schools. Management of educational staff at SMPN 40 Surabaya has reached an adequate level of effectiveness. Factors that have contributed to the effectiveness of education personnel management include strong leadership, effective communication, professional development, and good human resource management. Professional development of educational staff at SMPN 40 Surabaya is the main focus in increasing the effectiveness of educational staff management by holding continuous training and development programs to improve the competence of teachers and staff. Good human resource management, including appropriate assignments, rewards and recognition of good performance also contributes to the effectiveness of educational staff management.

Abstract

The background of the problem in this article is the need to analyze the strategies for developing teacher professionalism at the elementary level. The aim of this article is to analyze the strategies, benefits, challenges, and impacts of using technology on the development of teacher professionalism at the elementary level in the digital era. This article employs a qualitative research method, utilizing interviews with teacher. The research procedure involved structured interviews with teachers involved in professionalism development, as well as data collection and analysis. The findings and discussions indicate that strategies for developing teacher professionalism through technology utilization in the context of school based management at the elementary level in the digital era have been identified. The challenges include limited access, inadequate training, and privacy concerns. However, the benefits include access to extensive educational resources, global collaboration, and increased student engagement. The use of technology also has a positive impact on improving the quality of teaching and the efficiency of school-based management. As a recommendation, support and collaboration among schools, government, and stakeholders are necessary to ensure effective and equitable utilization of technology in the context of elementary education.
