Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektifitas kebijakan pendidikan vokasi pada sekolah kejuruan. Kebijakan pendidikan akan berjalan ditempat tanpa adanya dukungan dari lembaga pendidikan. Tingginya jumlah lulusan SMK yang belum bekerja (11,3%) menggungguli lulusan pada tingkat lainnya menjadi permasalahan akan efektifitas pendidikan vokasi/ kejuruan. Kajian pustaka digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengungkap faktor penyebab efektifitas implementasi kebijakan pendidikan vokasi di SMK serta menawarkan solusi atas persoalan tersebut. Temuan mengindikasikan bahwa peran sumber daya manusia (kepala sekolah dan guru) berkontribusi terhadap keberhasilan pendidikan vokasi. Pentingnya optimalisasi kinerja kepala sekolah dan guru agar kebijakan pendidikan vokasi di SMK dapat terlaksana dengan efektif.

This research is based on the existence of an independent curriculum policy proclaimed by the government which gave birth to a new paradigm in the implementation of education in Indonesia. Based on this, research was conducted with the aim of describing the readiness of SMPN 5 Padang Panjang in implementing the independent curriculum. The research question prepared is how the readiness of schools to face an independent curriculum. The research was carried out at SMPN 5 Padang Panjang on 12, 19 and 26 November 2022 by means of observation and interviews with school principals, curriculum representatives, and teacher councils. The research results were analyzed and processed in a narrative and descriptive manner. The results of the study stated that various preparations had been made at SMPN 5 Padang Panjang from various groups. Readiness is carried out not only by schools, but also by school principals, curriculum representatives, PAI teachers and other subject teachers. In general, the readiness of SMPN 5 Padang Panjang is quite mature as evidenced by the ability of SMPN 5 Padang Panjang to implement the independent curriculum at level 2 with the independent category changing.

Education in the 21st century requires students to have critical thinking skills, so they can improve their quality of life. The PAI learning model in high school requires an ICT-based Project Based Learning learning model to improve students' thinking skills, so they are able to solve problems. This study aims to produce a valid and practical ICT-based Project Based Learning model for PAI learning to improve high school students' critical thinking skills. Research questions formulated how to apply the Project Based Learning model based on ICT in learning? The research method used is the Research and Development method with the ADDIE model which includes stages; 1) Analysis, 2) Design, 3) Development, 4) Implementation, and 5) Evaluation. The results of the research and development of the PAI learning model with ICT-based Project Based Learning obtained an average validation result of 0.872 in the valid category and the results of the practicality test of 0.780 in the very practical category. Thus this model is valid and practical for use at the high school level.

The lesson material in Class VIII Fiqh subject at MTsN 5 Tanah Datar does not vary and is less attractive to students so based on a needs analysis an integrative-based e-module is needed using Flip Pdf Corporation. This study aims to determine the results of the validity and results of the practice of integrative-based e-modules on the subject matter of halal and haram food and beverages in Islamic Jurisprudence subjects at MTsN 5 Tanah Datar. The research method used is research and development (research and development) of the 4D model through four stages of define, design, develop and disseminate. The research that the researchers did was only the 3 D stage, namely define, design, develop. The test subjects in this study were 26 class VIII students. The instruments for collecting data in this study were validity sheets and practicality sheets. Quantitative data analysis techniques in this study used Aiken V with a minimum validity and practicality score of 71. Qualitative data analysis techniques used quantitative descriptive data analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the results of validating the development of an integrative Jurisprudence module on halal and haram food materials using the Flip Pdf Corporation application for Madrasah Tsanawiyah is 83% with a very valid category. While the practicality result is 88% in the very practical and usable category.

This study discusses the decentralization of Education, which at first was fully controlled by the central Government. With the decentralization of Education, local governments have the authority to regulate and control Education in their regions in an effort to improve the quality of Education. It has been 23 years since this Regional Autonomy has been present in the country with various packages carried out by the Government for Education in particular. That long time will actually make Indonesian education quality, both in terms of input, process and results. However, it creates new problems in the regions, for example: the existence of regional heads numbering two / three / so on Education, so that the meaning of Autonomy in the field of Education is not evenly distributed in the regions they lead. Whereas the mandate of the 1945 Constitution is clear, that Education is a right for all Indonesian people whose aim is to educate the nation's life, another meaning is that Education will make a person qualified, both religiously, morally and socially. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of literature study. Data collected from various journal articles and books that are in accordance with the research topic through content analysis. This type of research is a qualitative research. The results of this study show that the decentralization of Education is actually fully implemented by the local Government, so that the impact can be felt by the school community in an effort to improve the quality of Education.

The purpose of this research is to comprehensively discuss educational problems related to the latest curriculum policy, namely the independent curriculum. This curriculum emphasizes educational institutions to strengthen on three very basic aspects, namely independent sharing, independent learning and independent change. Three aspects are the benchmarks in making quality education for each educational institution in Indonesia. The author sees and provides an explanation of the three aspects contained in the independent curriculum. Is that really the answer to the national education system? The independence of each student is shackled from the previous curriculum, because 11 times the educational curriculum has changed in line with the changing policy makers. With the independent learning curriculum policy, it will be able to improve the character of students in educational institutions in Indonesia. The author uses a qualitative research approach and the type of research is literature study. The data collection is collected from various journals, articles and books that are appropriate to the research topic. Sorting the data obtained is described according to the discussion, which includes reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions.

Abstrak. Menghadapi era globalisasi sekolah sebagai penyelengara pendidikan dipandang perlu merumuskan kebijakan pendidikan agar proses pendidikan yang dilakukan tetap relevan dan mampu menjawab kebutuhan zaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana sebuah lembaga pendidikan menentukan arah kebijakan pendidikannya sebagai sebuah respon terhadap kehadiran era globalisasi. penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif atau dengan metode studi library research yang dikembangkan berdasarkan hasil pengamatan di lapangan. Hasil dari kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Kebijakan pendidikan dalam sebuah lembaga pendidikan dapat menjadi titik awal untuk memulai langkah pembaharuan. Kebijakan pendidikan sejatinya lebih komprehensif serta tepat guna sehingga benar-benar efektif untuk dilaksanakan.

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah terdapat fenomena bahwa telah terjadinya pola interaksi dan komunikasi yang baik antara guru dan santri. Pola interaksi dan komunikasi yang tercipta menunjukkan adanya variasi antara pola interaksi dan komunikasi satu arah (dari guru kepada santri), dua arah (dari guru kepada santri dan dari santri kepada guru) serta komunikasi banyak arah (guru kepada santri, sesama santri dan guru). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui 1) bagaimana pola interaksi dan komunikasi satu arah, 2) bagaimana pola interaksi dan komunikasi dua arah dan 3) bagaimana pola interaksi dan komunikasi banyak arah dalam pembelajaran Kitab Kuning di Madrasah Tarbiyah Islamiyah (MTI) Candung Kabupaten Agam. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian field research. Sumber data penelitian yaitu, lima orang guru kitab kuning dan empat orang santri. Teknik pengumpulan data yakni observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu menyeleksi data, mengelompokan data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa, 1) Pola interaksi dan komunikasi satu arah dalam pembelajaran kitab kuning di Madrasah Tarbiyah Islamiyah (MTI) Candung diterapkan dengan menggunakan metode ceramah dan bandongan, 2) pola interaksi dan komunikasi dua arah menggunakan metode sorogan dan tanya jawab dan 3) pola interaksi dan komunikasi banyak arah diterapkan dengan metode diskusi. Interaksi dan komunikasi antara guru dan santri dalam pembelajaran kitab kuning terjadi dalam pembelajaran formal di kelas dan pada malam hari di asrama. Adapun santri yang tinggal di luar asrama, membuat kelompok dan mendatangi rumah gurunya untuk mempelajari kitab kuning. Interaksi dan komunikasi pembelajaran kitab kuning juga terjadi antar tutor sebaya, para santri satu sama lain berbagi ilmu tentang materi kitab kuning.

This study examines the integration of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects with entrepreneurship (PKWU) and economics. The problem in this study is the rise of dichotomy of knowledge in public education which separates religious knowledge from general science. This causes misunderstandings and fragmentation of students' knowledge. This research is a field research using a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out by observation, structured interviews and documentation. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman analysis technique which consisted of three stages namely; data reduction, presentation, and verification. The results of the study stated that there was strong integration between Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects and entrepreneurship and economics craft subjects. This can be seen from the internalization of the values of Islamic religious education in economics subjects and entrepreneurial crafts, especially in the material principles and economic practices in Islam. This can be seen from the learning process and products produced by students in craft and entrepreneurship subjects as well as the economic principles taught. In addition, there are also marketing day activities and traditional food bazaars which are held according to Islamic law. Keywords : Integration, Craft and Entrepreneurship, Economy
