Abstract

Seiring pergantian kurikulum menjadi kurikulum merdeka saat ini di dunia pendidikan, hal tersebut berdampak pada guru dan siswa di berbagai bidang. Kurikulum merdeka, yang melibatkan berbagai jenis pembelajaran intrakurikuler, meningkatkan pencapaian profil pelajar pancasila, namun masih menimbulkan banyak masalah bagi guru dan siswa, terutama dalam hal pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis problematika guru PAI dalam menerapkan kurikulum merdeka saat ini. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah dua orang guru PAI dan sepuluh orang siswa SMP N 3 Sawahlunto. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara. Data dikumpulkan dengan mendeskripsikan tentang kurikulum merdeka dan problematika yang terjadi pada implementasi kurikulum merdeka. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa problematika guru dalam menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar pada perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan penilaian pembelajaran adalah kesulitan menganalis CP, merumuskan TP dan menyusun ATP dan Modul Ajar, menentukan metode dan strategi pembelajaran, minimnya kemampuan menggunakan teknologi, terbatasnya buku siswa, kurangnya kemampuan menggunakan metode dan media pembelajaran, materi ajar terlalu luas, kurangnya alokasi waktu pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Siswa juga merasakan kesulitan untuk mengikuti kurikulum merdeka terlebih pada soal yang berbasis AKM dimana siswa dituntu untuk berfikir kritis. Dengan waktu yang berkurang siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami soal yang bernarasi panjang dan kesulitan dalam mengoperasikannya.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter menjadi perbincangan yang sangat menarik dan tampaknya telah menjadi isu utama dalam pendidikan. Meskipun pendidikan karakter marak dibicarakan, tetapi pendidikan karakter ini masih umum diterapkan hanya pada taraf pemberian teori dan tidak dalam tataran aplikatif. Tujuan penelitian ini agar nilai nilai agama tertanam dalam diri peserta hingga dewasa kelak, serta dapat meningkatkan minat siswa akan pentingnya belajar PAI dengan sesungguhnya agar terciptanya manusia yang cerdas, berakhlak serta berwawasan keagamaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek yang penulis gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, dan guru PAI di SDN 09 Batu Bulek yang telah menerapkan kurikulum Merdeka di kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan berupa wawancara, dokumentasi, observasi dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa telah terjadinya peningkatan karakter melalui pembelajaran PAI di SDN 09 Batu Bulek. Dari hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwasanya terjadi peningkatan yang luar biasa terhadap kharakter siswa melalui projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila pada mata Pelajaran Pendidikan agama Islam di Sekolah Dasar.

Abstract

Abstrak: Manusia merupakan makhluk social yang melakukan interaksi dengan manusia lainnya. Alat komunikasi yang digunakan yaitu bahasa berupa lambang bunyi dengan alat ucap manusia. Bahasa yang digunakan dapat berbeda-beda hal ini dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan dan kebudayaan setempat. Namun terdapat bahasa resmi kenegaraan yaitu Bahasa Indonesia sebagai bahasa nasional, termasuk kedalam bahasa pengantar dalam bidang Pendidikan. Penelitian ini di latar belakangi karena adanya perbedaan Bahasa yang digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran yaitu Bahasa ibu (bahasa daerah) dan bahasa indonesia. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dampak yang akan terjadi dari adanya perbedaan Bahasa yang digunakan saat pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis metode kualitatif dengan informan dalam penelitian adalah guru kelas 2, siswa kelas 2 sebanyak 1 orang dan kepala sekolah yang dipilih dengan Teknik purposive sampling. Dalam mengumpulkan data peneliti menggunakan alat bantu seperti kamera handphone, pedoman wawancara dan catatan lapangan. Data dianalisis menggunakan Teknik Miles and Huberman dengan tahap pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data dan kesimpulan. Untuk menjamin keabsahan data yang diperoleh, peneliti melakukan triangulasi Teknik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dampak penggunaan Bahasa ibu dalam pembelajaran yaitu guru kesulitan dalam membentuk Bahasa Indonesia pada siswa sebagai Bahasa nasional yang baik dan benar. Dampak bagi siswa yaitu siswa mengalami lamban menulis karena kurang menguasai kosa kata Bahasa Indonesia yang tertera pada buku pelajaran. Dampak lainnya bagi siswa yaitu kekeliruan saat menjawab Latihan soal yang diberikan oleh guru karena siswa menjawab soal menggunakan Bahasa ibu. Hal tersebut sudah merusak tatanan bahasa indoneisa.

Abstract

This article explores the important role of learning design in the implementation of the independent curriculum in Indonesia. Learning design provides a structured framework for the educational process, ensures teaching effectiveness, and achieves expected learning objectives. With this approach, teachers can design learning that is relevant, interesting, and in accordance with the needs of students. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method, which is also known as library research. The data sources used in this study consist of secondary data sources obtained from journals or articles, as well as books related to independent curriculum learning design. The main source of article search is articles sourced from Google Scholar. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively, through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the analysis show that good learning design aims to develop the knowledge, skills, and attitudes of students in accordance with the demands of the times, with the hope that the learning process will be more meaningful, fun, and have a positive impact

Abstract

This study aims to explore an in-depth understanding of curriculum development, learning design, and educator competencies in the context of education in the era of independent learning. Qualitative research methods are used to gain a comprehensive understanding through in-depth analysis of the relevant text and material context. Data were collected through literature study, observation, and interviews. The results showed that effective learning design requires teacher involvement in designing learning that is relevant to student needs, as well as being able to integrate educational technology and innovative learning strategies. In addition, this study also highlights the importance of developing a curriculum that is responsive to changing times and pays attention to the needs of individual students. Educator competencies that include material understanding, pedagogical skills, and managerial abilities are also key factors in ensuring the effectiveness of curriculum implementation. The findings of this research make an important contribution in enriching the understanding of how curriculum development, learning design, and educator competencies can support each other in improving the quality of education in the era of independent learning

Abstract

Teachers have a strategic role as the spearhead of human resource development, so teachers play a role in developing the curriculum. Objectives This research explores the role of teachers in developing an independent curriculum. This research method uses a literature review. The main source of this research data is research articles published through google scholar in the last 10 years. Data collection was carried out using the keywords "role of teachers" and "independent curriculum". Data analysis is carried out qualitatively with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study were obtained that the independent curriculum is a response to the improvement of the quality of education in Indonesia, especially during the covid 19 pandemic. The independent curriculum empowers students and develops 21st-century skills and accommodates a diversity of talents and interests, however, its implementation faces challenges such as the transformation of learning outcomes, the limitations of student textbooks, and the lack of variety in more inclusive and relevant learning methods. For this reason, the role of teachers is very necessary in the development of the independent curriculum. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the basis for the development of the independent curriculum. In this article, the analysis of research methods uses literature studies from various available sources. The method used is literature. This research is a type of research that collects data from literature. The data collection technique in this study is documentation, namely looking for written sources that contain information on the topics discussed. Primary data was obtained from reading reference books, journals, and websites. Based on the results of the research carried out, the foundations for the development of the independent curriculum are (1) the philosophical foundation, which is to discuss and identify the philosophical foundations and their application in developing the curriculum, (2) the psychological foundation, which is a study centered on understanding and studying human behavior, (3) the sociological foundation, which discusses and identifies the sociological, scientific and technological foundations, as well as their application in developing the independent curriculum,  (4) the foundation of technology, namely the optimal use of technology will have a positive impact on the development of the independent curriculum, (5) the historical foundation, the development of the independent curriculum refers to various historical experiences that affect the curriculum developed and (6) the philosophy of KHD, which is to carry out student-centered learning that is in accordance with learning in the independent curriculum. The advantages of the independent curriculum are simpler and more in-depth, more independent, more relevant, interactive, and communicative.

Abstract

This article aims to find out the understanding of the nature of learning and how learning helps teachers and education practitioners in designing an effective and development-oriented learning process. The research uses methods in qualitative form. The research method includes literature study by conducting literature searches related to learning and educational concepts. The main source of this research data is research articles published in scientific journals and indexed on the google scholar database. The results of the data analysis will be interpreted to explore their implications in the context of learning and education. The findings of this study are that learning and learning are two essential elements that complement each other in the educational process. Learning involves relatively permanent changes in behavior or potential behaviors as a result of experience, while learning is a more structured process designed to facilitate learning. A good integration of learning theory and learning practices in the curriculum allows students to not only acquire knowledge and skills but also develop positive attitudes and moral values. A well-designed learning design must pay attention to students' needs, interests, and learning styles, and focus on achieving the educational goals that have been set

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing and describing the problems of implementing the independent curriculum that occurred at SMPN 5 Padang Panjang. This research departs from the background of the many phenomena surrounding the implementation of the independent curriculum and various policies regarding the independent curriculum. The research question raised is how the problems of implementing the independent curriculum at SMPN 5 Padang Panjang are problematic. The research was conducted with a qualitative type of field research. Data was collected by interviewing school principals, curriculum representatives, and teacher councils as well as making observations at SMPN 5 Padang Panjang. The results of these interviews were analyzed and then presented in a descriptive form. The results of this analysis can answer the questions formulated in the research questions. The results of this analysis are in the form of problems in the implementation of the independent curriculum originating from the government in the form of less than optimal guidance and assistance in the implementation of the independent curriculum. In addition, there are also problems originating from teachers in the form of a lack of teacher ability to utilize independent teaching platforms and utilize technology to learn and understand independent curriculum.

Abstract

Accreditation of the study program is necessary to make sure it never expires. Because it will affect the outcomes of the study program's continued existence as decided by the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BAN-PT). Accreditation preparation is a difficult process that demands collaboration and support from all stakeholders to get a respectable accreditation result. The issue is that many parties—especially the school—do not sincerely support the accrediting process. As a result, effective communication is necessary for everyone to show their seriousness and unity. To raise the value of accreditation, this essay explores how infrastructure management may enhance accreditation. This study employs a qualitative descriptive analytical methodology. Min 2 Sawalunto City is the research location. Based on the study's findings, it can be concluded that, from planning to implementation to evaluation, the majority of Sawalunto City's Min 2 teachers believe that the facilities and infrastructure management with accreditation achievement in the area is high. As an educator, manager, supervisor, administrator, leader, and motivator, the school principal has demonstrated good facility and infrastructure management. This has allowed him to create a high-achieving educational institution that meets standards for infrastructure.
