This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, motivation, and work environment on the performance of employees of PT. Cahaya Agung Cemerlang (CAC) Godong Kab. Grobogan this study uses employee performance as the dependent variable and as an independent variable is compensation, motivation work environment. The population in this study were employees of sales at PT. Cahaya Agung Cemerlang (CAC) Godong Kab. Grobogan, the population in this study was 43 people. The sampling technique in this study uses saturated sampling (census) in which all members of the population are sampled. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that Compensation, Motivation, and Work Environment affect the performance of employees of (CAC) Godong Kab. Grobogan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi dan menganalisa hukum mengenai Penerapan Prinsip Mengenali Pengguna Jasa Bagi Notaris Dalam Pembuatan Akta Dari Transaksi Yang Didasarkan Kepada Skema Ponzi. Dengan menggunakan Metode pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan yuridis normatif. rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana perusahaan publik dapat merekayasa produknya dengan menggunakan skema Ponzi di pasar modal ? dan Bagaimana Notaris dapat mengenali penerapan prinsip pengguna jasa untuk menghindari pembuatan akta autentik berdasarkan skema Ponzi ? Bahwa Pada saat ini hanya ada beberapa peraturan yang sedikit banyaknya menyinggung pembahasan mengenai ponzi, diantaranya: Undang-Undang No.7 Tahun 2014 tentang Perdagangan, Undang-Undang No.21 Tahun 2008 tentang Perbankan Syariah, Undang-Undang No. 19 Tahun 2016 Jo. UU No. 11 Tahun 2008 Tentang Informasi Dan Transaksi Elektronik Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 82 Tahun 2012 Tentang Penyelenggaraan Sistem dan Transaksi Elektronik. Ketentuan pidana terhadap kegiatan investasi Berskema ponzi/ bodong diatur dalam Pasal 378 KUHP dan kaitannya sangat erat dengan kejahatan dan ruang lingkup dari pertanggungjawaban pidananya. Notaris sebagai salah satu pihak pelapor sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 43 Tahun 2015 tentang Pihak Pelapor, sebagaimana dimaksud paling sedikit memuat: identifikasi Pengguna Jasa; verifikasi Pengguna Jasa; dan pemantauan Transaksi Pengguna Jasa.Dalam penerapan PMPJ, ketersediaan data nasabah atau Pengguna Jasa, jejak rekam dan berbagai transaksi yang dilakukan, serta administrasi atau penatausahaan dokumen informasi yang baik.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of service quality on customer loyalty at the Post Office (Persero) Lubuk Pakam Branch ". The data used in this study is primary data with the research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population used is 98 customers of the Lubuk Pakam post office using the Slovin formula, and the number of samples is 5000 people per month. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis with the regression equation Y = 8,552 + 748+ e. Partial test results (t) were obtained at 11,158. While the results of the R2 value of 56.5%, so it can be ascertained that the quality of service has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty and the remaining 43.5% is influenced by other factors.

The results of the data of this study were found to have a positive and significant effect on price and cafe atmosphere on consumer satisfaction at Uncle Sam's Cafe and Resto Lubuk Pakam Deli Serdang. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The sample in this study were consumers at Uncle Sam's Cafe and Resto Lubuk Pakam Deli Serdang, amounting to 68 people. The results of this study obtained multiple linear regression equation Y = 6.863 + 0.242 X1 + 0.346 X2 + e. The constant value of 6.863 means that without the Price and Cafe Atmosphere variable, the Customer Satisfaction is 6.863, the Price variable is 0.242 and the Cafe Atmosphere variable is 0.346 indicating that every increase in the Price and Cafe Atmosphere, the Customer Satisfaction will increase by 0.242 for the Price Variable and for the Variable Cafe atmosphere is 0.346. Partial test results Price variable has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction at Uncle Sam's Cafe and Resto Lubuk Pakam Deli Serdang, where the value of tcount > ttable (6.668 > 1.668) for the Price variable and for Variavel Suanasa Cafe the value of tcount > ttable (8.034 > t table 1.668) with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05, this shows Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Then the value of R square obtained is 0.856. This figure shows that 85.6.5% of customer satisfaction (the dependent variable) can be explained by the variables of Price and Cafe Atmosphere. it means that the percentage of Price and Cafe Atmosphere on Consumer Satisfaction is 85.6%, while the remaining 14.4% is influenced by other variables not examined by this study.

This study aims to analyze the effect of product innovation (X₁), product quality (X₂) and service quality (X₃) on purchasing decisions (Y) at PT Citra Rasa Coklat Choco Bakery Tembung Branch. The number of respondents in this study were 85 respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires. All analyses contained in this study used the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) 24.0 program. Based on the results of multiple linear regression Y = 4.145 + 0.381X1 + 0.088X2 + 0.307X3 + e. These results illustrate that product innovation, product quality, and service quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. To see whether the hypothesis in the statement that product innovation partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions can be seen from the value of the t-count> t-table value 4.147> 1.66 at a significant 0.000 <0.05 in other words H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The results of research on product quality variables state that product quality partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions as evidenced by the value of t-count> t-table, 3.024> 1.66 at a significant 0.031 <0.05 in other words H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted. Likewise, the service quality variable partially has a positive and significant effect with a t-count> t-table value, 4.470> 1.66 at a significant 0.000 <0.05 in other words H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. It can also be seen that simultaneously product innovation, product quality, and service quality have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at PT Citra Rasa Coklat Choco Bakery Tembung Branch with the value of F count> F tabel, namely 43.615> 2.98 in other words H0 is rejected and H4 is accepted. The level of the coefficient of determination reaches 0.603 where the independent variable has an influence of 60.30% on the dependent variable and the remaining 39.70% is influenced by other factors not examined

Traditional weaving in Yogyakarta might become an extinction, as many of the young weavers are turning into sand miners or factory laborers due to lack of regeneration. Therefore, Lawe offers a new interpretation of lurik through appropriate stories to attract young people to use it as part of their fashion. This research is concerned on Lawe’s efforts in producing modern lurik weaving that has a message for young people and to encourage an understanding of the importance of lurik as a traditional Indonesian woven textile. Using the colors and patterns from their collection, Lawe took this opportunity to tell stories about Indonesia’s environment, especially the endangered native birds in Indonesia. The researchers used qualitative research methods and interdisciplinary strategies with Visual Communication Design and Cultural Studies to generate scientific knowledge. The research findings identified that in generating patterns, the composition of lines in lurik weaving is affected by the color ratio of bird feathers. This research contributes to inspiring the creative economy in cultural value and pride in one’s work for years to come, and the sustainable preservation of the Indonesian natural environment and cultural heritage.

The purpose of writing this article is to examine the new conceptualization of human resource competence in the face of the era of Society 5.0. The concept of human resource competence 5.0 based on spirituality is a new conceptualization generated based on a broad and in-depth literature review that is aligned with the need for human resource competence to be able toface the era of Society 5.0 which is characterized by the use of robots, Artificial Intelligence and the Internet of Things while maintaining the values of spirituality within. This study aims to describe the right OBH X marketing positioning strategy for the pharmaceutical industry. This study uses a quantitative method. The data sources used in this study are consumers who have consumed at least three brands of cough medicine, OBH X product managers and internal company data. The data collection technique in this study is in the form of a questionnaire dis- tributed to 150 respondents in 3 different regions. The data analysis technique was carried out in a multidimensional and SWOT analysis. Multidimensionality is used to see the brand’s position against competitors. Meanwhile, SWOT anal- ysis is used to identify factors that can be used as a positioning strategy. Based on the results of the research, the positioning strategy applied can be applied to increase OBH X sales in region A by reducing product side effects, adding fla- vor variants and maintaining the efficacy variant of OBH X. Region B of OBH X products cannot be evaluated because there is a gap in predetermined attributes. Meanwhile, in region C, OBH X products are still competing with other prod- ucts. The positioning strategy that can be applied in region C is by maintaining OBH X products using glass bottles, making articles and publishing about the advantages of glass bottle packaging on OBH X products Indonesia.

This research examines the psychological impact of divorce on children and the responsibilities of parents in providing emotional and psychological support according to Islamic family law. This research aims to compare the rights and obligations of husband and wife in the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) and the Civil Code (KUH Perdata) in Indonesia. Using literature study methods and a qualitative analysis approach, this research explores the similarities and differences in the regulation of the two legal systems and their implications for gender justice in husband and wife relationships. The results of the analysis show that both the KHI and the Civil Code place the husband as the head of the family and give the traditional role to the wife as housewife. However, this approach often reinforces unfair gender stereotypes. Data from the Central Statistics Agency (2022) shows an increase in women's participation in the workforce, while a study by UN Women (2018) shows that families that implement gender equality tend to be more harmonious. Therefore, legal reform is needed that is more responsive to changing social dynamics to achieve gender equality and justice in marriage in Indonesia.

Based on the Programme for International Students Assessment (PISA), where problem-solving skills and critical thinking were measured the Indonesian students ranked below standard. In a smaller scope, there were other phenomenon in the learning process of a Design Methods class, in the Visual Communication Design programme at Binus University where students struggled to perform design analysis specifically on the part where the process of classifying which data belong to each of the three analytical aspects of the Triadic, despite definitions had been given in the prior session. In The Ethics, Aristotle thought about classifying as one of the thinking processes that would help in the process of analyzing. According to the Reboot Foundation, an institution dedicated to critical thinking research in the United States of America, critical thinking is needed in the decision-making process. The study was conducted to find the influence of the addition critical thinking method in C-F-C Triadic, one of the design thinking methods, in its learning process. The method in this investigation is qualitative primary data collection based on the observation of two different classes, class A and class B. In class A, the learning process was given following the existing learning process, while in class B, an additional short critical thinking demo was given in the first session of the class. The result was elevation in the analysis performance of the students in class B.
