Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of product quality, price and promotion on Honda motorbike purchasing decisions and consumer loyalty. The research method used is quantitative research with the sample used being 146 consumers. Regarding the quality of existing products, PT Supra Jaya Abadi still has problems regarding complaints about motorbike spare parts offered by the company. The prices offered are competitive with other similar dealers and also offer various promotions for consumers for cash or credit purchases and also discounts for Honda motorbike services. Dominant promotions are only given to buyers who buy motorbikes on credit, such as price cuts, reduced credit down payments, reduced installment payments, while cash purchases get promotions from free service, fewer jackets and helmets. Conclusion, product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, customer satisfaction positively and significantly mediates the effect of product quality on customer loyalty, satisfaction results are positive and significant customers mediate the effect of price on customer loyalty. Abstract

The main objective of the research is to analyze the effect of e-service quality, price and consumer trust on the loyalty of online transportation users. The research method uses quantitative research. Based on the results of data analysis, e-service quality, price and consumer trust have a positive and significant effect on the loyalty of online transportation users. The implications of this research confirms that efforts to provide satisfactory user experience, fast and efficient service, good communication, qualified drivers, effective problem solving, and create a good reputation, online transportation platforms can strengthen user loyalty.

Abstract

Purpose – This research aimed to analyze determinant factors influencing impulsive buying behavior of fashion products in E-Commerce. Methodology – Research instruments and quantitative data analysis were adopted for predetermined testing. The data was gathered using documentation instruments and the distribution of online questionnaires. The foundation for selecting the sample was oriented towards a non-probability sampling method using a purposive sampling formula. This research comprised a sample of 200 consumers who made buying of fashion products through E-Commerce. Findings – The results showed that celebrity endorser, fashion involvement, and shopping lifestyle positively and significantly affected impulsive buying. Meanwhile, sales promotion had a positive and insignificant effect on impulsive buying. Originality – The interaction between shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement formed very high impulsive buying patterns on E-Commerce. These two concepts were interrelated and strengthened each other. Consumers with a shopping lifestyle driven by high fashion involvement might be prone to impulsive buying, specifically when there was a stimulus related to fashion preferences and trends.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion on e-commerce Tokopedia purchase decision, determine the effect of service quality on e-commerce Tokopedia purchase decision, determine the effect of customer review on e-commerce Tokopedia purchase decision, and determine the effect of promotion, service quality, and customer review on e-commerce Tokopedia purchase decision. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative methods. The population in this study amounted 788 people with a sample of 89 respondents. The data analysis used in this study is Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regresion Analysis, Hypotesis Test, and Coefficient of Determination Test (R2). The results of this study are promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchase decision, service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchase decision, customer review has a positive and significant effect on purchase decision, and promotion, service quality and customer review has a positive and significant effect on purchase decision on e-commerce Tokopedia in students of Science and Technology Faculty Prima Indonesia University. Abstract

Teamwork in the organization is considered crucial to encourage continuous performance improvement. Teamwork will become a driving force that has energy and synergy for individuals who are members of teamwork. Communication will run well based on awareness of the responsibilities of each member. The purpose of implementing this service is to help those who need understanding and practice implementing effective teamwork when providing services to the community. Partners are posyandu cadres in the Kahean Village with the address Jl. Tualang, No. 28, Kel. Kahean, Kec. North Siantar. The stages of implementing this event include the opening and introduction of solid teamwork, an explanation of teamwork, and a presentation on some of the problems that Posyandu cadres often face when providing services to the community, then continued discussions on building and developing service quality based on teamwork aspects. After the community service activities are completed, follow-up interviews are conducted regarding the impact of the community service activities. In accordance with the results of the interviews, it is known that the understanding of Posyandu cadres related to an increase in motivation in communication increased by 80%, and the work and implementation of solid teamwork increased by 90%.

Abstract

Innovation and creativity in this digital era are needed in developing the business you want to be involved in so that you are not trapped in daily operational activities and pursuing performance targets. The fundamentals of implementing this service with the theme of training interest in entrepreneurship through innovation and creativity for generation Z at Sultan Agung Private High School are to encourage generation Z, especially in the Sultan Agung Private High School environment, to increase knowledge related to entrepreneurship by utilizing innovation abilities and creativity in developing businesses. The method used in implementing this activity is through lectures and FGD (group discussion forum). The stages of implementing this event include opening and introducing entrepreneurial innovation and creativity, explaining the fundamentals of being an entrepreneur, explaining several problems often faced by young entrepreneurs, then continued with discussions related to new business development. After the service activities are completed, follow-up interviews are conducted regarding the impact of implementing the service activities. According to the interview results, it is known that the understanding of generation Z, especially students at Sultan Agung Private High School, regarding increasing understanding of innovation and creativity has increased by 95%.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil observasi pra survei di lapangan, wawancara, dan pengamatan terhadap Mitra, dapat diidentifikasi beberapa permasalahan prioritas yang dihadapi mitra diantaranya, masih lemahnya manajemen organisasi terkait efektivitas kerjasama tim ibu rumah tangga dan jugapengurus kelompok dalam aktivitas kegiatannya. Kemudian kapasitas produksi yang terbatas dikarenakan kurangnya ketersediaan mesin jahit, sehingga anggota masih memanfaatkan mesin sesama anggota yang dimiliki dan sudah berusia cukup tua yang menyebabkan kapasitas produksi terbatas. Market share yang belum diidentifikasi dengan jelas dan upaya promosi yang belum optimal melalui media digital yang diakibatkan belum pahamnya pengetahuan mengenai strategipemasaran dan penggunaan media pemasaran. Indikator  keberhasilan kegiatan Pengabdian ini berupa peningkatan kapasitas produksi pada mitra yakni mitra berhasil memproduksi hasil kerajinan dalam jumlah yang lebih banyak dan memiliki spesifikasi yang lebih jelas. peningkatanmanajemen usaha pada mitra yakni, telah diterapkannya dan terciptanya tim kerja yang kohesif serta implementasi strategi pemasaran pada usaha dengan ditunjukkan kenaikan omset.Kata Kunci: Daya Saing, Strategi Usaha, Usaha Jahit

Abstract

In the Society 5.0 era which is marked by digital transformation and paradigm changes in education, research on models for increasing lecturer job satisfaction is becoming increasingly important. During this transformation, lecturer job satisfaction not only impacts individual performance but also has the potential to influence organizational citizenship behavior and overall teacher performance. This study aims to analyze the antecedents and consequences of lecturer job satisfaction and their impact on organizational citizenship behavior. This study used a quantitative approach with PLS-SEM analysis. This study used a sampling technique, namely probability sampling with proportional cluster stratified random sampling so that the acquisition of samples amounted to 120 lecturers. The results of the data analysis confirm that work discipline and motivation have no significant effect on lecturer job satisfaction. Compensation has a significant effect on lecturer job satisfaction. Lecturer job satisfaction has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Lecturer job satisfaction has a significant effect on teacher performance. This study concludes that the process of fostering and developing lecturers is an activity the university must carry out to adapt to changes and developments. Universities must evaluate the level of lecturer job satisfaction and lecturer performance to encourage more competitive tertiary performance. The implication of this study states that lecturers who are satisfied with their work tend to have high motivation and are committed to providing quality teaching. Lecturers who are satisfied with their jobs tend to be more likely to engage in OCB.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh inovasi, return on asset dan debt to equity ratio terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar dalam BEI periode 2013-2022. Populasi adalah perusahaan manufaktur periode 2013-2022 berjumlah 212 perusahaan. Metode statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Sampel yang diperoleh berjumlah 13 perusahaan dengan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial menyatakan Inovasi, return on asset dan debt to equity ratio berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan. Dan juga secara simultan menyatakan Inovasi, return on asset dan debt to equity ratio berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan.

Abstract

The development of a digital marketing-based business model at the Kurdut Garage Workshop in Pematangsiantar has a very important urgency in facing the ever-growing era of digitalization. The method used in implementing this activity is through lectures and FGD (group discussion forum). The stages of implementing this event include explaining the fundamentals of being an entrepreneur, explaining several problems that entrepreneurs often face, then continuing with discussions related to developing new businesses. After the service activities are completed, follow-up interviews are conducted regarding the impact of implementing the service activities. By the results of the interview, it is known that the understanding of Kurdut Garage Workshop business owners regarding knowledge of the use of digital marketing has increased by 90%. The use of digital media is useful and can increase understanding and skills for partners. Therefore, it is recommended that sustainable methods of mentoring partners can be used as a solution to increase business size and also function as a means of company adaptation to increase business scale.
