Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh program promosi, review dan online rating terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang pada Delona Baby n. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 97 konsumen. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah random sampling, Teknik pengumpulan data mengunakan kuesioner, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data mengunakan análisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil perhitungan hipotesis secara parsial dan simultan program promosi, review dan online rating berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang pada Delona Baby.

Abstract

Training on the Preparation of Simple Financial Reports at Warung Sambal Ijo Bang Juna, Pematangsiantar City, is part of a community service effort to improve the capacity of micro-business management. This activity aims to provide understanding and skills in sharing knowledge and preparing simple but effective financial reports. This training was held to help shop owners manage their finances better and build a culture of constructive information sharing. According to the interview results, it is known that the understanding of Warung Sambal Ijo Bang Juna business owners regarding the preparation of simple financial reports increased by 90%. This activity not only provides direct benefits for Warung Sambal Ijo Bang Juna but also has the potential to empower other micro-businesses in Pematangsiantar City. With this training, business actors can be more efficient in managing finances and increasing collaboration, ultimately contributing to the growth and sustainability of micro-businesses in the area.

Abstract

This service activity aims to provide counseling regarding optimizing knowledge sharing at Sambal Ijo Bang Juna MSMEs in Pematangsiantar City. Knowledge sharing is important in developing small and medium businesses, especially in increasing efficiency and productivity. Through this outreach activity, MSME owners and employees can understand how to share knowledge effectively between fellow employees and business partners to create innovation and increase the competitiveness of green chili products. The method used in this activity is a participatory approach through discussion, training, and direct simulation. This counseling focuses on knowledge-sharing strategies, information management, and the application of simple technology that can support the knowledge-sharing process. The results of this activity will likely encourage Sambal Ijo Bang Juna MSMEs to be more adaptive to market changes and utilize their knowledge for product development and improving service quality.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze Sales Growth, Leverage, ROA and Company Size on Tax Avoidance and Institutional Ownership as moderating variables. The research method uses a quantitative approach. The population used in this study are companies listed on the coal mining index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2020-2022. The data collection technique uses secondary data. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The research sample obtained was 23 coal mining sub-sector companies with 69 observations. The results of the study obtained that Sales growth partially had a negative and significant effect on Tax Avoidance, leverage partially had a positive and significant effect on Tax Avoidance, ROA and company size partially did not affect Tax Avoidance. While simultaneously sales growth, leverage, ROA and company size had a positive and significant effect on Tax Avoidance. The results of the Institutional ownership purchase moderation test could not moderate the effect of sales growth, leverage, ROA and company size on Tax Avoidance.

Abstract

Market orientation, which includes understanding consumer needs, responding to competitors, and coordinating between business functions, is considered a factor that can improve the competitiveness of MSMEs by better adjusting their products and services to consumer preferences. On the other hand, implementing green supply chain management, which focuses on environmentally friendly practices throughout the supply chain, can improve the company's image and operational efficiency, thereby providing a more sustainable competitive advantage. This study aims to analyze the effect of market orientation and green supply chain management on competitive advantage in culinary sector MSMEs. Through survey methods and regression analysis, this study attempts to find the relationship between these variables in the context of MSMEs. The study results concluded that market orientation and green supply chain management positively and significantly affect the competitive advantage of culinary sector MSMEs. These findings are expected to provide insight for MSMEs in the culinary sector about the importance of adopting market orientation and green supply chain management strategies to strengthen their competitive position amidst increasingly tight competition and increasing consumer environmental awareness.

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to analyze the factors that influence MSME taxpayer compliance in Pematangsiantar City, with a focus on aspects of tax knowledge, taxpayer awareness, modernization of tax administration, and firmness of tax sanction. Methods: This study employs a quantitative causality method in a literature and field research design. For the purpose of testing hypotheses, a partial least squares-based Structural Equation Model (SEM) technique was used. Findings and discussion: The analysis's findings demonstrate that these four variables significantly and favorably affect taxpayer compliance. A strong understanding of taxes aids in taxpayer comprehension of their responsibilities, and a recognition of the significance of taxes motivates compliance. Stricter tax penalties have a deterrent impact that promotes compliance, while modernized tax administration makes filing and paying taxes easier and more efficient.. Conclusion: This research provides important insights for tax authorities in designing policies and strategies to increase tax compliance among MSMEs, which ultimately contributes to increasing state revenues and regional economic development.

Abstract

The primary goal of this study is to examine how employee engagement in North Sumatra's creative industries sector is impacted by ethical leadership, self-efficacy, work-life balance, and perceived organizational support. The Purposive Sampling Technique was applied in this study. The sample's features include having more than a year of experience in a comparable role and not being an outsourced worker or a third party employed by the creative industry, which employs 210 people in total. The study's findings support the notion that work-life balance, self-efficacy, ethical leadership, and perceived organizational support all significantly and favorably impact employee engagement. The study's findings support the notion that work-life balance, self-efficacy, ethical leadership, and perceived organizational support all significantly and favorably impact employee engagement. According to this study, a comprehensive strategy that incorporates elements of moral leadership, self-assurance, work-life balance, and organizational support can successfully raise employee engagement in North Sumatra's creative industry sector.

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) includes voluntary behavior beyond formal duties, considered necessary for increasing organizational effectiveness and efficiency. In the hospital context, these behaviors can significantly impact service quality and patient satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the determinants of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) among professional and non-professional staff in hospitals in North Sumatra using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach. Data was collected through a survey of several professional and non-professional staff in several hospitals in North Sumatra and analyzed using SEM to understand the causal relationship between variables. The results of data analysis confirm that transformational leadership, proactive personality, employee engagement have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. The research results are hoped to provide valuable insights for hospital management in designing strategies to facilitate and increase OCB among employees, thereby supporting overall organizational goals.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand identity and brand love on the repurchase intention of smartphone products among Generation Z. This study uses a quantitative method with samples taken using a purposive sampling technique with a targeted number of respondents of around 200 people. By collecting survey data from Generation Z, which uses various smartphone brands, this study uses statistical analysis with SPSS to test the relationship between brand identity, brand love, and repurchase intention. The study's results indicate that brand identity and brand love significantly positively influence consumer intention to repurchase the same smartphone product. The implications of this study provide important insights for marketers in building more effective marketing strategies for the Generation Z target market. Marketers need to strengthen brand identity through elements relevant to consumer values ​​and lifestyles and create deep emotional connections to build brand love. Thus, smartphone companies can increase consumer loyalty and repurchase intentions, which is essential in this highly competitive market.

Abstract

Modernization of tax administration, such as implementing e-filing and e-billing systems, has been proven to simplify reporting and paying taxes for MSMEs. In addition, increasing taxpayer awareness through education and socialization about the importance of taxes also increases compliance. This study aims to analyze the effect of taxpayer awareness and modernization of tax administration on taxpayer compliance with MSMEs. The research design used is oriented towards a quantitative approach. Data were obtained through a survey of 150 MSME actors in Pematangsiatar, North Sumatra Province, which were determined using a purposive sampling approach. Then, the collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression methods. The study results indicate that taxpayer awareness and modernization of tax administration have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. This finding indicates the importance of government efforts to increase awareness and improve administrative services to support tax compliance. This study recommends strategic steps for the government to strengthen the synergy between tax education and innovation in tax administration services to increase state revenue from the MSME sector.
