Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perceptions and beliefs on the interests of patient visits at Pematangsiantar Vita Medistra Clinic. Data analysis techniques used by the authors in this study are as follows in the form of quantitative descriptive analysis, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Test, Coefficient of determination. The object of research at the Vita Medistra Clinic which is located at Jalan Pattimura No. 11 / C Team SBC complex. City 21131, Tomuan Village, Siantar Timur District, Pematangsiantar City, North Sumatra 21139. The results of the study can be concluded as follows: The results of multiple regression repercussions and perceptions have a positive effect on the interest in patient re-visits. Hypothesis test results F-test perception and trust significantly influence the interest in return visits. The results of the t-test perception have a significant effect on interest in the visit, and trust significantly influence the interest of the patient's visit in Pematangsiantar Vita Medistra Clinic. he results of the coefficient of determination of 0.604 means The high or low interest of return visits to the Vita Medistra Clinic by 60.4% can be explained by perception and trust. The company must be a customer perception and trust given by customers about the company to increase interest in repeat visits

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1. Gambaran harga, ekuitas merek dan keputusan pembelian konsumen pada PT Sinar Siantar Sari Pematangsiantar. 2. Pengaruh harga dan ekuitas merek terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada PT Sinar Siantar Sari Pematangsiantar baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan desain penelitian kepustakaan dan lapangan. Adapun populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen PT Sinar Siantar Sari Pematangsiantar sebanyak 30 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan ialah regresi linear berganda, koefisien korelasi dan determinasi, dan pengujian hipotesis dengan Uji F dan Uji t.Hasil pengujian regresi linear berganda adalah Ŷ = 18,842 + 0,502X1 + 0,455X2, artinya harga dan ekuitas merek berpengaruh positip terhadap keputusan pembelian pada PT Sinar Siantar Sari Pematangsiantar. Hasil analisis korelasi nilai r = 0,804 artinya terdapat hubungan yang sangat kuat dan positif antara harga dan ekuitas merek terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada PT Sinar Siantar Sari Pematangsiantar. Kemudian nilai koefisien determinasi (KD) yaitu 0,646, yang artinya pengambilan keputusan pembelian konsumen dapat dijelaskan sebesar 64,6% oleh harga dan ekuitas merek. Hipotesis Ho ditolak, artinya harga dan ekuitas merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada PT Sinar Siantar Sari Pematangsiantar baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Adapun saran dari penelitian ini adalah PT Sinar Siantar Sari Pematangsiantar perlu memberikan harga yang kompetitif, perlu adanya revitalisasi produk, dan perusahaan diharapkan mampu memberikan kualitas produk yang baik serta pelayanan prima yang memuaskan terhadap produk yang akan dibeli.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of company external factors (inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates) on the ROE level. Associative research is used in this study with a qualitative approach. The object of research in companies of the Basic Industrial and Chemical Sub Sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2009 - 2018. Data collection techniques using the documentation method, data analysis techniques assumption of classiation, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results obtained, 1) Inflation, interest rates, exchange rates negatively affect ROE, 2) inflation rates, interest rates, and exchange rates affect ROE of 91.8%, 3) F test results, Inflation Rates, Interest Rates, and Exchange Rates have a significant effect on ROE.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was (1) to test and analyze the influence of the clarity of the budget targets on the performance of local government. (2) to test and analyze the influence of organizational commitment on the performance of local government. (3) to test and analyze the influence clarity of the budget targets and organizational commitment on the performance of local government. Data were obtained from local government Kota Pematangsiantar. The sample used in this study were 46 local government Kota Pematangsiantar, with respondents of 46 head of department in local government Kota Pematangsiantar. The data were gathered using questionnaires and methods used in this research were multiple linear regression analyses. The results showed that (1) clarity of the budget targets has an influence on the performance of local government Kota Pematangsiantar. (2) organization commitment has an influence on the performance of local government Kota Pematangsiantar. (3) clarity of the budget targets and organizational commitment has an influence on performance local government Kota Pematangsiantar.

Abstract

The existence of mobile banking services is currently experiencing rapid growth. Adopting such a large number of users makes mobile banking services one of the main needs to meet the needs of conducting financial transactions. Therefore, there is a need for additional information for mobile banking service developers on the dominant factors influencing user behavioral intentions. This research is present as a forum to provide an overview of the user's perspective on Mestika bank's mobile banking service. This research aims to find out what factors play an important role in behavioral intention to use Mestika bank's mobile banking services based on the UTAUT2 concept. The research instrument used a questionnaire distributed online to 240 respondents in Medan City and Pematangsiantar City, Indonesia. Next, the researcher tested the hypothesis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on a variant called Partial Least Square (PLS) and the SmartPLS version 3.0 application as a tool to analyze it. This research concludes that effort expectancy has the most significant influence and plays a very important role in shaping the behavioral intention of using Mestika bank's mobile banking. Then performance expectancy and social influence hedonic motivation also significantly influence behavioral intentions to use Mestika bank's mobile banking. Furthermore, the results of this study also conclude that facilitating conditions and habit have no significant effect on behavioral intentions to use Mestika bank's mobile banking.

Abstract

The primary purpose of this study is to determine the contribution of entrepreneurial orientation, knowledge management and marketing innovation in influencing sustainable competitive advantage.The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents who were none other than business owners which were then determined by a convenience sampling approach. Data collection uses a questionnaire instrument which is then distributed online. Data analysis using SPSS application through multiple regression analysis test, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of data analysis, conclusions are obtained entrepreneurial orientation contributes positively and significantly to sustainable competitive advantage. Subsequent research results confirm knowledge management contributes positively and significantly to sustainable competitive advantage. The results of the latest research explain that marketing innovation contributes positively and significantly to sustainable competitive advantage.Tujuan utama penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kontribusi entrepreneurial orientation, knowledge management, dan marketing innovation dalam mempengaruhi sustainable competitive advantage. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden yang tidak lain adalah pemilik usaha yang selanjutnya ditentukan dengan pendekatan convenience sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen kuesioner yang kemudian dibagikan secara online. Analisis data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS melalui uji analisis regresi berganda, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diperoleh kesimpulan entrepreneurial orientation berkontribusi positif dan signifikan terhadap sustainable competitive advantage. Hasil penelitian selanjutnya mengkonfirmasi knowledge management berkontribusi positif dan signifikan terhadap terhadap sustainable competitive advantage. Hasil penelitian terakhir menerangkan bahwa marketing innovation berkontribusi positif dan signifikan terhadap sustainable competitive advantage.

Abstract

The substance of the problems faced by partners, one of which relates to aspects of human resource communication. The group of housewives who are members of the community group "YUNI PHEA" still holds on to their own egos and finds it difficult to work as an effective team, participants still prioritize individual interests (super man) and sometimes ignore the importance of working as a team (super team). In addition, the production capacity produced by the group of housewives is still limited due to production equipment such as sewing machines which are still inadequate in terms of quantity and quality and members still use the machines owned by their fellow members and are old enough to cause limitations in terms of production and market. share that has not been clearly identified and promotional efforts that have not been optimal. Indicators of the success of this service activity include increased production capacity by 90%, production results are neater and have quality variations, increased partner turnover of at least 90%, and increased business competitiveness of at least 90%.

Abstract

The main goal of this study is to examine the variables that affect MSMEs in Pematangsiantar City s behavioral intention to utilize the QRIS digital payment instrument. A causal quantitative research strategy was used in this study. 250 SMEs served as the study s sample population. Partial Least Squares is the technique used for data analysis (PLS). The statistical program Smartpls 3.0 is used by the data analysis test tool. The results of this study conclude performance expectancy and social influence have a positive but not significant effect on behavioral intention. This study also concludes that effort expectancy, hedonic motivation, trust, lifestyle compatibility, and habit positively and significantly affect behavioral intention. The managerial implications of this research mention that habit and trust are the main factors for MSME actors to adopt payment systems with QRIS. This of course can be used as a recommendation for QRIS providers to improve the performance of several QRIS platforms in the form of increasing security features, so that this will foster a sense of comfort and high trust from users to use and recommend QRIS to others.

Abstract

The urgency of the study is to analyze the effect of perceived ease of use, perceived enjoyment, and facilitating conditions on the intention to use the TikTok application service in the generation Z group in Indonesia. This research instrument uses an online questionnaire distributed to 210 respondents who are none other than users of the TikTok application from the generation Z group. Next, the researchers tested the hypothesis using a variant-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) called Partial Least Square (PLS) and the SmartPLS version of the application. 3.0 as a tool to analyze it. The results of this research conclude that perceived ease of use, perceived enjoyment and facilitating conditions have a positive and significant effect on intention to use. The results of this research prove that factors such as perceived ease of use, perceived enjoyment, and facilitating conditions are important components in the formation of intention to use, so for TikTok application developers this can be taken into consideration for the improvement of TikTok application services in the future. Urgensi penelitian untuk menganalisis pengaruh perceived ease of use, perceived enjoyment, dan facilitating conditions terhadap intention to use layanan aplikasi TikTok pada kelompok generasi Z di Indonesia. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner online yang dibagikan kepada 210 respoden yang tidak lain adalah pengguna aplikasi TikTok yang berasal dari kelompok generasi Z. Selanjutnya peneliti menguji hipotesis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis varian yang disebut Partial Least Square (PLS) dan aplikasi SmartPLS versi 3.0 sebagai alat untuk menganalisisnya. Hasil dari riset ini menyimpulkan faktor perceived ease of use, perceived enjoyment dan facilitating conditions berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intention to use. Hasil riset ini membuktikan bahwa faktor seperti perceived ease of use, perceived enjoyment, dan facilitating conditions merupakan komponen penting dalam pembentukkan intention to use, sehingga bagi pengembang aplikasi TikTok hal ini dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan pertimbangan guna penyempurnaaan layanan aplikasi TikTok di masa yang akan datang.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of motivation and organizational commitment on the work performance of Emela Garment employees in Bogor City. The population and sample are 55 daily employees using a sampling technique, namely the saturated sample technique. The results of the data instrument test use validity and reliability, and statement items are valid and reliable. Analysis of research data includes multiple regression analysis, correlation, determination, and significance test simultaneously (F test) and partial (t-test). The results of the study through multiple regression analysis of motivation and organizational commitment variables have a positive and significant effect on employee work performance a. The results of the F test state that motivation and organizational commitment simultaneously ve a positive and significant effect on work performance. While the results of the t-test state that partially the motivational variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, and organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on the work performance of Emela Garment employees in Bogor City. Suggestions for companies should manage employee cohesiveness to be able to work as a team, maintain and maintain relationships with employees, and reward employees who take the initiative.
