Abstract

The dynamics of significant and sudden changes from the current pandemic have made many educational institutions experience challenges in fully adopting technology into the teaching and learning process. This condition makes every educator required to do work so that it is oriented to innovative work behavior. The consequences of an innovative work culture will encourage increased teacher performance during the current pandemic. This study aims to analyze how big organizational culture and self-efficacy contribute to innovative work behavior and its impact on teacher performance. The research design uses a causal quantitative approach. Then the acquisition of research data using an online questionnaire distribution instrument. The sample used in the study was 215 respondents. The basis for determining the sample is oriented to the non-probability sampling approach by using the purposive sampling formula. A structural equation modeling (SEM) approach using partial least squares (PLS) is used to test organizational culture and self-efficacy on innovative work behavior and its impact on teacher performance. Following the results of research data analysis, it shows that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior. Then it is concluded that self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior. For the results of data analysis, further research proves that innovative work behavior has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

Organizational citizenship behavior has recently received much attention among researchers, given its practical importance and implications for organizations. The importance of organizational citizenship behavior in teachers is because to achieve the school's vision and mission, organizational citizenship behavior is needed to make it happen. The primary purpose of this study was to analyze the contribution of perceived organizational support, organizational commitment and job satisfaction to organizational citizenship behavior. This research used a quantitative approach-oriented research design. For the acquisition of research data using documentation instruments and online questionnaire distribution. The sample used in the study were 110 respondents. The basis for determining the sample is oriented to the non-probability sampling approach by using the purposive sampling formula. This study concludes that perceived organizational support and job satisfaction have a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Furthermore, the results of this study also confirm that organizational commitment has no significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. In addition, perceived organizational support is the strongest predictor of influence on organizational citizenship behavior based on the results of the regression test and the most significant based on the results of the partial test.

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to analyze the effect of transformational leadership and organizational climate on employee engagement and innovative work behavior. The research method in this study included library and field research designs with a quantitative approach. The research subjects taken in this study were employees who worked in hotels in the Lake Toba Tourism Area. The number of samples analyzed was 170 employees. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis method used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The data analysis test tool uses the Smartpls statistical software. The results of the data analysis concluded that transformational leadership, organizational climate, and employee engagement positively and significantly influence innovative work behavior. The results of subsequent studies confirm that transformational leadership significantly affects employee engagement. The results of this study also suggest that organizational climate has no significant effect on employee engagement. Furthermore, the managerial implications of this research suggest that to increase employee engagement and innovative work behavior, companies can provide employees with opportunities to learn and develop. Employees who feel empowered and have opportunities to learn and develop are likelier to be engaged and innovative. Abstract

This study analyzes the model of increasing visitor loyalty to Lake Toba tourist destinations through destination image management, experiential marketing and integrated marketing communication. The sampling method used in this study is the convenience sampling method. The number of samples analyzed was 160 Lake Toba tourism visitors. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis method used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the data analysis concluded that destination image, experiential marketing, and integrated marketing communication (IMC) have a positive and significant effect on visitor loyalty. The implications of this research explain that Lake Toba tourism actors need to measure the image of the destination regularly, the effectiveness of experiential marketing campaigns, and the impact of IMC on visitor loyalty is significant. This data can help management understand trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and evaluate the success of implemented strategies. In addition, Lake Toba tourism actors need to conduct training and develop employee capabilities to be more skilled in communicating and serving tourist visitors. Employees and staff interacting directly with visitors must be trained to provide friendly, informative service and help with visitor complaints.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the model of reinforcing innovative work behavior regarding self-efficacy, knowledge sharing, and organizational creative climate as predictors. The population in this study comes from primary data obtained from the field, namely MSME players in the Lake Toba Tourism area. The sampling method used in this research is the convenience sampling method. The number of samples analyzed was 170 MSME actors. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis method used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the data analysis concluded that self-efficacy, knowledge sharing, and organizational creative climate had a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior. The implication of this research is measuring the level of innovative work behavior within organizations, identifying trends of change over time, and measuring the level of self-efficacy, knowledge sharing, and organizational creative climate within organizations regularly. In addition, MSME actors can provide constructive feedback on employee performance in self-efficacy, knowledge sharing, and organizational creative climate. This condition can help employees improve their ways of innovating at work.

Abstract

This research aims to build a model for strengthening employee engagement in the creative industry by examining the role of self-efficacy and perceived organizational support as the main predictors. This research uses quantitative methods to survey employees in various creative industry sectors in Indonesia. The population in this study comprises creative sector industry workers, and the population size is unknown. In this research, researchers used a purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 130 employees. The data analysis method used is based on regression analysis using the IBM SPSS 23 program. The results of the data analysis conclude that self-efficacy and perceived organizational support have a positive and significant effect on employee engagement. The results of this research can provide theoretical and practical contributions to human resource management in the creative industries. These findings are expected to show that self-efficacy and perceived organizational support significantly influence employee engagement and can be a basis for companies to design more effective employee management strategies.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1. Gambaran harga, ekuitas merek dan keputusan pembelian konsumen pada PT Sinar Siantar Sari Pematangsiantar. 2. Pengaruh harga dan ekuitas merek terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada PT Sinar Siantar Sari Pematangsiantar baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan desain penelitian kepustakaan dan lapangan. Adapun populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen PT Sinar Siantar Sari Pematangsiantar sebanyak 30 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan ialah regresi linear berganda, koefisien korelasi dan determinasi, dan pengujian hipotesis dengan Uji F dan Uji t.Hasil pengujian regresi linear berganda adalah Ŷ = 18,842 + 0,502X1 + 0,455X2, artinya harga dan ekuitas merek berpengaruh positip terhadap keputusan pembelian pada PT Sinar Siantar Sari Pematangsiantar. Hasil analisis korelasi nilai r = 0,804 artinya terdapat hubungan yang sangat kuat dan positif antara harga dan ekuitas merek terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada PT Sinar Siantar Sari Pematangsiantar. Kemudian nilai koefisien determinasi (KD) yaitu 0,646, yang artinya pengambilan keputusan pembelian konsumen dapat dijelaskan sebesar 64,6% oleh harga dan ekuitas merek. Hipotesis Ho ditolak, artinya harga dan ekuitas merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada PT Sinar Siantar Sari Pematangsiantar baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Adapun saran dari penelitian ini adalah PT Sinar Siantar Sari Pematangsiantar perlu memberikan harga yang kompetitif, perlu adanya revitalisasi produk, dan perusahaan diharapkan mampu memberikan kualitas produk yang baik serta pelayanan prima yang memuaskan terhadap produk yang akan dibeli.

Abstract

Transportasi online telah menjadi bagian penting dari kehidupan sehari-hari banyak orang di era digital saat ini. Kepuasan konsumen dalam penggunaan transportasi online menjadi faktor kritis yang memengaruhi pertumbuhan dan kesuksesan platform-platform tersebut. Tujuan utama peneliti ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh brand image, e-service quality, dan faktor keamanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pengguna transportasi online Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 150 pengguna transportasi online yang ditentukan dengan pendekatan convenience sampling. Analisis data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS dengan menampilkan hasil pengolahan data melalui uji instrumen penelitian dengan uji validitas dan reabilitas, analisis regresi berganda, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menyimpulkan brand image, e-service quality, dan keamanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Implikasi penelitian menginformasikan kepuasan konsumen dapat membantu identifikasi kekurangan dalam layanan pelanggan pada platform transportasi online. Penelitian ini dapat menyoroti area-area di mana konsumen mengalami kesulitan atau ketidakpuasan, seperti respons lambat terhadap pertanyaan atau keluhan, atau kurangnya dukungan pelanggan yang memadai dari platform transportasi online. Online transportation has become an important part of the daily life of many people in today's digital era. Consumer satisfaction in using online transportation is a critical factor influencing the growth and success of these platforms. The main objective of this research is to analyze the effect of brand image, e-service quality, and safety factors on consumer satisfaction with online transportation users. The sample in this study was 150 online transportation users who were determined by a convenience sampling approach. Data analysis uses the SPSS application by displaying the results of data processing through research instrument tests with validity and reliability tests, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of data analysis concluded that brand image, e-service quality, and security have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. The research implications of informing consumer satisfaction can help identify deficiencies in customer service on online transportation platforms. This research can highlight areas where consumers experience difficulty or dissatisfaction, such as slow responses to inquiries or complaints, or lack of adequate customer support from online transportation platforms

Abstract

Employee engagement in the creative industry in North Sumatra is an important concern, considering the contribution of this sector to the regional and national economy. The creative industry, which is full of innovation and high dynamics, requires competent human resources and a strong emotional attachment and commitment to work. This study analyzes factors influencing employee engagement, especially through the work-life balance and perceived organizational support approaches. Using quantitative research methodology, this study aims to identify the relationship between these two factors and employee engagement in the creative industry sector in North Sumatra. The number of samples used was 210 respondents, as determined by the purposive sampling method. The study's results confirmed that work-life balance and perceived organizational support positively and significantly affect employee engagement. These findings are expected to provide insight for companies in designing more effective and sustainable human resource management strategies, especially in this innovation and creativity-oriented sector.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in professional and non-professional staff in hospitals in North Sumatra. The research method uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to professional and non-professional staff working in several hospitals in North Sumatra. Data analysis was carried out using the regression method to see the significance of the effect of transformational leadership on OCB in both groups of respondents. The number of samples used was 190 respondents, as determined by the convenience sampling method. The study's results confirmed that transformational leadership positively and significantly affects organizational citizenship behavior. The results of this study are expected to contribute to hospital management in designing effective leadership strategies to encourage increased OCB. The right transformational leadership style can increase workforce engagement and overall hospital performance.
