Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan: a) Untuk mengetahui hasil belajar sebelum menggunakan media Pop-Up Book terhadap peserta didik kelas IV mata pelajaran IPA SDN Centre Mawang,b) hasil belajar setelah menggunakan media Pop-Up Book terhadap peserta didik kelas IV mata pelajaran IPA SDN Centre Mawang, c) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh media Pop-Up Book terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas IV mata pelajaran IPA SDN Centre Mawang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi eksperimen Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah untuk kelas control 33 orang dan kelas eksperimen 34 orang yang diperoleh menggunakan tehnik Sampling purposive. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa :1) Hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran IPA materi daur hidup hewan terhadap kelas kontrol memperoleh peningkatan sebesar yakni nilai rata-rata pretest adalah 44,57 sedangkan nilai rata-rata posttes adalah 51,48 dengan selisih sebanyak 6,91. 2) Hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran IPA materi daur hidup hewan terhadap kelas eksperien menggunakan media pop-up book memperoleh peningkatan sebesar nilai rata-rata pretest adalah 32,94 sedangkan nilai rata-rata posttes adalah 74,97 dengan selisih sebanyak 42,03. 3) Media pop up book berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar kelas IV. Nilai Korelasinya sebesar 63% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 37% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain berada pada kategori tinggi.

Abstract

The oversight and enforcement of the advocate code of ethics in Indonesia continue to face various challenges, affecting the effectiveness of existing regulations. The number of ethical violations among advocates has increased significantly, rising from 120 cases in 2018 to 345 cases in 2023. The most common infractions include conflicts of interest, abuse of authority, and gratuities. One of the primary factors contributing to weak ethical enforcement is the current oversight system, which remains limited to advocate organizations without the involvement of an independent regulatory body. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of advocate oversight mechanisms in Indonesia, compare them with best practices in other jurisdictions, and identify measures to enhance accountability and transparency in the legal profession. The research employs a normative legal method with a comparative law approach and empirical studies. The analysis includes an examination of existing regulations, case reports on ethical violations, and interviews with key stakeholders, including advocates, clients, and legal analysts. The findings indicate that only 40% of reported violations result in strict sanctions, while only 10% of advocates found guilty of ethical breaches face license revocation. Additionally, a survey of 500 respondents reveals that only 35% of the public is aware of the procedures for filing complaints against unethical advocates, highlighting a lack of transparency in the oversight system. This study contributes to the discourse by recommending the establishment of an independent regulatory body to monitor advocate compliance with ethical standards and the enhanced utilization of digital technology in the oversight system. With more transparent and accountable regulatory reforms, ethical violations within the legal profession can be minimized, ultimately strengthening public trust in Indonesia’s legal system.

Abstract

Pendidikan kewirausahaan merupakan salah satu program awal yang dapat ditempuh oleh semua kalangan untuk membekali diri dalam bidang kewirausahaan. Pada survei yang dilakukan oleh peneliti di SMPN 61 Jakarta, diketahui bahwa mayoritas pemahaman siswa terhadap kreativitas dalam pembuatan manik-manik seperti gelang, cincin, dan strap hp (gelang hp) semuanya memahami dan bisa membuat dengan berbagai macam model. Hal inilah yang menjadi tujuan kami dalam pelaksanaan program Pengabdian Mahasiswa Kepada Masyarat (PMKM) yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa Universitas Pamulang. Kegiatan PMKM ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat kemampuan siswa dalam meningkatkan kreativitas dan produktivitas. Kegiatan ini berupa edukasi mengenai “Membuat Produk Untuk Meningkatkan Produktivitas dan Kreativitas”, siswa diajak untuk memahami konsep dasar kewirausahaan, mulai dari proses inovasi produk, serta mengidentifikasi praktik terbaik yang dapat diterapkan dikehidupan sehari-hari. Abstract

This research focuses on developing Islamic Religious Education Modules based on illustrated stories for fifth-grade students at SD Inpres Mangga Tiga, Makassar. The main questions addressed in this study are: 1) How is the development of Islamic Religious Education Modules based on story illustrations for fifth-grade students at SD Inpres Mangga Tiga, Makassar described? 2) What is the validity level of the developed module? 3) How effective is the developed module in improving learning outcomes? The research utilizes a research and development (R&D) approach, employing the 4D model by Thiagarajan and Semmel, which includes defining, designing, developing, and disseminating. The study involved three key stages: defining the needs and objectives, designing the module, and developing it, followed by validation by experts and piloting with students. The findings indicated that the module achieved high validity, with a mean score of 4.916, and proved effective in enhancing learning outcomes, demonstrated by a learning completeness rate of 94.11% and a positive response from students, which was 97.64%. The implications of this study suggest that careful analysis and rigorous validation are crucial during the module development process to ensure the production of high-quality educational materials. This approach not only validates the content but also ensures the effectiveness and receptiveness of the educational tools among students, thereby enhancing their learning experiences and outcomes.

Abstract

Transnational crime has become an increasingly complex challenge due to globalization and technological advancements, requiring effective legal frameworks to address cross-border offenses. Indonesia's criminal law system faces significant weaknesses compared to the European Union (EU), particularly in extradition mechanisms, international cooperation, and regulatory harmonization. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Indonesia's criminal law in combating transnational crime by comparing it with the legal framework of the EU. A comparative legal study approach was used, incorporating qualitative analysis of legal regulations, case studies, and interviews with legal practitioners and law enforcement officers. The study examined key aspects such as extradition policies, law enforcement capacity, and cross-border collaboration. The findings indicate that Indonesia’s extradition success rate remains at 45%, significantly lower than the EU's 85%, which benefits from the European Arrest Warrant (EAW). Furthermore, the average case resolution time in Indonesia is approximately 24 months, whereas in the EU, it is around 6 months due to more streamlined procedures. The research also highlights the need for Indonesia to strengthen its law enforcement agencies, as the limited use of digital forensic tools and artificial intelligence-based crime detection hinders investigative efficiency. This study contributes to the discourse on transnational crime by emphasizing the necessity for Indonesia to implement legal reforms that align with global standards, enhance technological adoption in law enforcement, and establish more robust international partnerships. Strengthening these areas will improve Indonesia’s ability to effectively address transnational crime and enhance its integration into the global legal framework.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of appreciation by teachers at SD Telkom Makassar and its impact on learners' motivation and development. Appreciation, both verbal and nonverbal, plays an important role in creating a positive learning environment, increasing self-confidence, and motivating learners to try harder. The research used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation of learning activities. The results show that appreciation applied by teachers in the form of verbal praise, symbolic awards such as certificates and certificates, and personal attention is effective in increasing students' motivation. The award program that is carried out regularly provides recognition that strengthens the spirit of healthy competition among learners. Although there are constraints related to time and appropriateness of the form of appreciation, the application of appreciation is proven to strengthen the relationship between teachers and learners and encourage their development holistically.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Lingkungan Sekolah dan Lingkungan Keluarga Terhadap Pembentukan Karakter Peserta Didik dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian ex post facto. Teknik pemilihan sampel dengan jumlah populasi 218 dengan menggunakan sampel random sampling yang terdiri dari 92 peserta didik yang dipilih secara acak. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif dan inferensial. Adapun hasil diperoleh setelah uji angket yaitu dengan persentase 63% dari frekuensi 58 dengan kategori baik di lingkungan sekolah, lingkungan keluarga dengan persentase 51,1% dari frekuensi 47 dengan kategori baik Sedangkan pembentukan karakter dengan persentase 57,6% dari frekuensi 53 dengan kategori baik. Uji F dapat di lihat dari hasil f hitung lebih besar dari f tabel (34,219 > 2,72) dengan tingkat signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Di simpulkan bahwa variabel lingkungan sekolah dan lingkungan keluarga secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap pembentukan karakter peserta didik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus anak melalui kegiatan kerajinan kertas origami pada kelompok B di TK Prisma Rampoang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan dua siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari lima kali pertemuan. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa TK Prisma Rampoang tahun ajaran 2023/2024 yang berjumlah 19 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan motorik halus anak dari kondisi awal (66%) ke siklus I (73%) ke siklus II (86%). Peningkatan ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan kerajinan kertas origami efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus anak di TK Prisma Rampoang.

Abstract

Immunization is an effort to prevent health problems in infants. The government obliges five types of complete basic immunization which can be obtained free of charge. This study aims to determine the relationship between mother's knowledge of basic immunization and the completeness of basic immunization in infants. This step is so that children get immunity individually. At least 70% of the population in an area must be immunized. The first step, the researcher collects 20 research journals that are relevant to the topics discussed and published in the last 10 years. In the second step, the researcher began to identify the characteristics of each research journal. The results of the identification process will be displayed in a tabular form. in the next step, the researcher will analyze and look for points of similarity (resemblance) and difference (difference) from the research results of each journal and describe them in paragraph form. In the next step, researchers criticize and compare it with the research results of each journal. In the final step, the researcher summarizes the results obtained from the analysis process that has been carried out. The results of the study explain that there are eighteen variables studied. The order of these variables is based on the highest frequency, namely: mother knowledge; mother's education level; mother's manner; Family support; mother's occupation; mother's age; officer service; service distance; Mother's trust; Gender; nutritional status; Way of birth; birthweight; Order of birth; number of children; officer roles; Socio-economic; and Marital status

Abstract

This research aims to determine the position of an educator (teacher) in Islam with a case study at Madrasah Aliyah Sheikh Yusuf Sungguminasa, Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach to investigate the role of teachers from an Islamic perspective. The results showed that: (1) Madrasah Aliyah Sheikh Yusuf Sungguminasa Gowa Regency teachers are aware of their position in Islam as a source of scientific and spiritual guidance for students; (2) the role of teachers has a significant influence on the quality of education, because Islamic teachings encourage good performance when teachers view their duties as a noble profession; (3) Society respects teachers, with mastery of the four main competencies of pedagogical, social, professional, and personality being the main elements that influence their position. This study shows that educators can improve education standards and have a recognized status in society if they view their duties and competencies from an Islamic perspective.
