Abstract

During early childhood growth and development, nutritional needs are very important to support emotional, cognitive and physical development. A balanced nutritional intake is needed to ensure optimal growth and development. However, in an era of sustainable economics, economic challenges such as high food prices or economic fluctuations can affect access to nutritious food for families with limited incomes. This research aims to provide a better understanding of the daily nutritional needs of young children. With this understanding, parents and caregivers can provide appropriate and balanced nutritional intake to support optimal growth and development of children. This research uses a bibliometric analysis method approach to measure information in scientific publications and literature relevant to the topic of early childhood nutritional needs. The research results show that poor nutrition in children can have a negative impact on children's growth and development and their ability to focus in dealing with problems and the surrounding environment. Providing nutrition to children must be based on the recommended doses and types of food appropriate to the child's age. The recommended contents of a dinner plate consist of rice, side dishes, natural products, vegetables and milk. This research provides a new contribution in optimizing the daily nutrition of early childhood by considering the family's economic background. Parents and caregivers are expected to provide appropriate and balanced nutritional intake despite economic limitations.

Abstract

The increasing accessibility of financial markets has created more opportunities for individuals to invest, yet participation rates remain low in certain regions. This study examines key factors influencing investment intentions through a systematic literature review guided by the PRISMA framework, analyzing 44 articles. The findings classify investment intention determinants into five categories: personal, psychological, company-related, social, and technological. Financial literacy, the TPB’s component, and perceived risk are the most frequently discussed and significantly impact investment intention. Additionally, social media and influencers play a crucial role in enhancing financial awareness and information dissemination, thereby encouraging individual investment intentions. The growing interest in sustainable investment also opens new opportunities for individual investments. These results have significant implications for the development of investment intention literature and offer practical guidance to policymakers and financial institutions in formulating strategies that enhance individual investment intentions.

Abstract

Dysmenorrhea is one of the most common gynecological disorders in adolescent girls. Adolescent girls who have menstruated often complain of menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea). Dysmenorrhea is pain during menstruation, usually characterized by a sensation of cramps concentrated in the lower abdomen. Complaints related to dysmenorrhea can range from mild to severe. The severity of menstrual cramps is directly related to the length of your period and the amount of blood in your period. Menstruation is almost always accompanied by a sensation of cramps or pain. In Indonesia, the incidence of dysmenorrhea is 64.25% with primary dysmenorrhea 54.89% and secondary dysmenorrhea 9.36%. This causes 14% of adolescent girls to often be absent from school and not carry out daily activities. This dysmenorrhea can have an impact on the teaching and learning activities of female students at school. Female students become unable to concentrate on studying and their motivation to learn will decrease due to dysmenorrhea felt during the teaching and learning process (Mulyati et al., 2022). One non-pharmacological method that has been proven effective in reducing dysmenorrhea is the acupressure technique. Acupressure is a technique of pressing certain points on the body based on the principle of meridians in traditional Chinese medicine, which functions to restore energy balance and reduce pain. The points most often used for menstrual pain are the SP6 (Sanyinjiao) point, which is on the inner foot, and the LI4 (Hegu) point, on the hand (Ranjani, 2023; Sari & Usman, 2021). This community service program includes three stages, namely the preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. The activity has been carried out once, at SMPN 02 Tanjung Palas Timur, with 49 female students as participants. The results of the implementation showed an increase in knowledge in handling dysmenorrhea pain through acupressure massage.
