Abstract

Banyaknya pemuda milineal yang enggan untuk bertani dan lebih memilih untuk bekerja sebagai pegawai swasta atau negeri dan sangat sedikit pemuda yang mau bekerja sebagai petani. Selain bekerja juga bisa bercocok tanam sebagai pekerjaan sampingan untuk menambah ekonomi keluarga. Tujuan dari kegiatan sharing session adalah memberikan pemahaman dan pengetahuan kepada para pemuda milineal untuk berkarya di bidang pertanian untuk menambah ekonomi keluarga. Metode yang digunakan dengan metode ceramah dan diskusi interaktif antara tim LPER, UNIPI dan masyarakat petani millineal Kampung Sukagalih, Desa Giriawas, Kecamatan Cikajang Kabupaten Garut. Hasil sharing session memberikan pemahaman, pengetahuan dan motivasi agar para pemuda milineal di Desa Ciriawas dapat menekuni pekerjaan sebagai petani sayur dengan kesuburan tanah di Garut. Hasil pertanian dapat dikonsumsi sendiri dan dijual untuk menambah ekonomi keluarga. Sharing session dilakukan dengan memberikan pemahaman, pengetahuan dan skill untuk meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga. Ke depannya akan dilakukan kegiatan lain yang berupa sosialisasi dan pelatihan kepada petani agar hasil panen melimpah dan dapat dijual dengan jangkauan yang lebih luas melalui digital marketing dan pemanfaatan teknologi pertanian baik dengan teknologi IoT maupun Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Abstract

Leadership style, work environment, and workload are very important in determining employee performance success, and to date, many companies still pay little attention to these three things. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, work environment, and workload on the performance of non-medical employees at Harapan Mulia Tigaraksa Mother and Child Hospital. The participants in this research included 50 staff non-medical at Harapan Mulia Mother and Child Hospital, determined through the Slovin sampling method. Information was gathered by handing out questionnaires completed by non-medical staff at the Harapan Mulia Mother and Child Hospital, which was chosen as the sample. This research employs a Likert scale. The quantitative analysis conducted by the author includes validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, correlation analysis testing, determination coefficient testing, regression analysis testing, and hypothesis testing using t-tests (partial) and F-tests (simultaneous) at a significant.

Abstract

Problems that occur in the field show that the performance of teachers in several Aliyah Madrasah in Tangerang Regency is still not optimal, which is reflected in the low discipline in the implementation of tasks, lack of innovation in learning methods, and the achievement of student learning outcomes that are not in accordance with the set educational quality standards. This condition indicates the existence of managerial and leadership factors of madrasah heads that need attention, considering the strategic role of madrasah heads as educational leaders in mobilizing all school resources to achieve educational goals, this study aims to analyze the contribution of leadership management to the governance of Islamic educational institutions by focusing on its influence on teacher performance and education quality. In the research conducted in this madrasah, a quantitative method was used with a survey research design on 85 teachers from three Aliyah Madrasah in Tangerang Regency.

Abstract

Kegiatan monitoring dan evaluasi (Monev) internal dilakukan untuk memastikan kegiatan pembuatan website aplikasi pembelajaran terintegrasi dengan artificial intelligence berjalan dengan baik dan lancar. Tujuan kegiatan monev untuk mengetahui progress dan perkembangan rancang bangun platform pembejaran terintegrasi AI untuk membantu guru dan siswa di tingkat SLTA di Kabupaten Tangerang. Metode yang digunakan dalam monev dengan pemaparan langsung oleh ketua tim dan reviewer memberikan tanggapan atas pemaparan ketua tim. Reviewer memberikan rekomendasi dan masukan atas sebagai hasil monev. Tim menindaklanjuti masukan dan rekomendasi reviewer agar tim segera menyelesaikan kewajiban berupa luaran wajib yang harus segera diselesaikan sebelum bulan Desember 2025. Harapan dari kegiatan monev ini agar rancang bangun platform pembelajaran terintegrasi dengan AI dapat diselesaikan tepat waktu dengan luaran wajib dan tambahan yang telah dijanjikan terpenuhi dengan baik. Sehingga dalam pembuatan laporan akhir diharapkan sistem telah terimplementasi pada calon user

Abstract

Kebutuhan akan ketrampilan praktis dengan nilai ekonomi tinggi untuk remaja di Kampung Kadu saat era digital sangat penting. Kegiatan pelatihan membuat sablon kaos dan gelas menjadi salah satu kegiatan pemberdayaan remaja yang sangat dibutuhkan akibat permintaan sablon kaos dan gelas terus meningkat. Kegiatan bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dasar mengenai teknik sablon, mulai dari proses perancangan desain, persiapan alat dan bahan, hingga tahapan produksi pada media kaos dan gelas. Metode pelatihan dilakukan melalui metode ceramah, pendekatan praktik langsung (hands-on training), demonstrasi instruktur, dan pendampingan dalam pembuatan produk sablon. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa peserta sebanyak 47 orang mampu memahami proses kerja sablon secara keseluruhan dan menghasilkan produk yang layak jual. Selain peningkatan keterampilan teknis, pelatihan ini juga mendorong tumbuhnya minat berwirausaha di kalangan remaja. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini terbukti efektif dalam menumbuhkan kreativitas, kemandirian, serta potensi ekonomi melalui pemanfaatan industri kreatif

Abstract

This study aims to construct a conceptual synthesis regarding the influence of celebrity endorser and viral marketing on purchase decisions through purchase intention as a mediating variable within the domain of marketing management. The research adopts a non-empirical qualitative approach using a systematic literature review to integrate and critically analyze previous empirical findings and theoretical perspectives. The findings indicate that celebrity endorser attributes such as credibility, attractiveness, and congruence enhance consumer trust and perceived value, while viral marketing strengthens social validation and message diffusion in digital environments. Both variables influence purchase decisions indirectly by shaping purchase intention as a behavioral intention mechanism. The study provides a coherent conceptual framework that can guide future empirical research in digital marketing contexts.

Abstract

This study aims to identify factors that influence the increase in net profit in companies through a Systematic Literature Review approach. Increasing net profit is one of the main objectives of the company, which affects investment decisions and business sustainability. Given the importance of understanding these factors, this research is relevant to provide a comprehensive overview of the elements that affect company profitability. This topic was chosen because although many studies have examined the factors of net profit, there is no research that combines various industry sectors and external factors that affect the financial performance of companies. This research was conducted by collecting and analyzing relevant articles from various scientific journals from 2003 to 2024, by identifying internal factors such as company size, capital structure and operational efficiency, as well as external factors such as macroeconomic conditions, government policies and competition. The results of the analysis show that both internal and external factors significantly affect a firm's net profit, with firm size and operational efficiency having a greater impact. The findings address the issues explored by providing strong evidence regarding the role of external factors that are often overlooked in previous studies. This research makes a significant contribution in understanding the factors that influence net profit, as well as providing practical recommendations for managers to optimize the company's financial performance.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital, khususnya Artificial Intelligence (AI) dan otomatisasi, telah mengubah struktur pekerjaan dan memicu kesenjangan keterampilan (skill gap) antara tenaga kerja dan kebutuhan industri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran serta perbandingan reskilling dan upskilling dalam menghadapi otomatisasi pekerjaan rutin melalui pendekatan literature review. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan desain narrative literature review terhadap berbagai sumber ilmiah dalam rentang 5–10 tahun terakhir. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi dokumentasi dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik serta sintesis literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa otomatisasi mendorong pergeseran kebutuhan kompetensi menuju keterampilan digital, analitis, dan adaptif. Upskilling berperan dalam meningkatkan kompetensi tenaga kerja agar tetap relevan, sedangkan reskilling memungkinkan peralihan ke peran baru akibat perubahan struktur pekerjaan. Kedua strategi ini bersifat komplementer dalam mendukung pengembangan talenta yang adaptif. Namun, implementasinya masih menghadapi tantangan seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur, rendahnya literasi digital, serta kurangnya integrasi dengan strategi organisasi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pendekatan manajemen talenta yang terintegrasi dan berkelanjutan berbasis teknologi dan budaya pembelajaran sepanjang hayat untuk meningkatkan daya saing organisasi di era transformasi digital

Abstract

Today's digital transformation is heavily influenced by the presence of artificial intelligence (AI), which significantly changes the way businesses run while improving organizational efficiency. This research explores the utilization of AI in various industries, as well as the extent to which AI plays a role in driving business model innovation and improving company operational performance. By combining several approaches, this research systematically reviews scholarly articles from 2019 to 2024 as well as related digital book literature. The results show that AI has three main roles. First, it improves organizational efficiency through automation, smarter data processing, and cost savings. Second, driving business model change through service personalization, demand prediction, and integration with digital platforms. Third, it accelerates organizational learning in the process of business innovation. In addition to the technological and economic benefits, the study also highlights the importance of ethical aspects and participation in the application of AI, in order to minimize risks such as algorithm bias and potential decline in public trust. In conclusion, AI is not just a technological tool, but a strategic piece that can reshape organizational structures and business patterns. To effectively implement AI, organizations need to build digital capabilities, cultivate learning, and implement responsible governance.
