Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of compensation, employee engagement and employee welfare on work productivity in the chemical industry. This research is motivated by the importance of increasing employee work productivity to maintain competitiveness amidst increasingly fierce global competition and ever-changing market demands. With research variables, the Influence of Competence (X1), Employee Engagement (X2) and Employee Welfare (X3) on Work Productivity (Y) in the chemical industry. to employees in the Synthetic Resin production section. The method used is a quantitative method, the population of this research was carried out on production employees totaling 95 people who were used as samples. The sampling technique uses Slovin samples. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale, namely asking respondents for statements regarding the respondent's level of agreement with the questionnaire statements. The data obtained was analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques to identify the relationship and influence of the three dependent variables on work productivity. The research results can be seen from the multiple correlation level value of 0.801, this shows that the correlation level has a very strong influence. The coefficient of determination value is 0.651, meaning that the variables Compensation, Employee Engagement and Employee Welfare on Work Productivity in the Chemical Industry are 65.1% and the remaining 34.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research. Meanwhile, the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing show a significant effect because Fcount > Ftable (56,578>3.10)

Abstract

There are still many technical skills, soft skills abilities and training programs that are low and below average standards can affect employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of technical skills, soft skills abilities and training programs as intervening variables on employee performance. The population in this study were 787 employees with age criteria 18 - 50 years. The sample used was 89 people. The type of research used is associative. The research method of quantitative analysis consisting of the training program variable is able to mediate employee technical skills on employee performance with a value of 2,400 with a significance level of 0.019 <0.05, so it has a significant effect. Variable The training program is able to mediate the ability of employee soft skills on productivity with a value The magnitude of the indirect effect of employee technical skills (X1) on the training program (Y) is 0. 315 with a significance value of 0.008 <0.05 and the training program (Y) on employee performance (Z) is 0.313 with a significance value of 0.004 <0.05. then the magnitude of the indirect effect is 0.315 x 0.313 = 0.0985. the magnitude of the total effect is equal to = 2.935 + (0.315 x 0.313) = 3.0335. The training program variable is able to mediate the ability of employee soft skills on employee performance with a value of 2.415 with a significance level of 0.018 <0.05, it can be concluded that it has an effect. The magnitude of the indirect effect of employee soft skills (X2) on the training program (Y) is 0.566 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and the training program (Y) on employee performance (Z) is 0.313 with a significance value of 0.004 <0.05. then the magnitude of the indirect effect is 0.566 x 0.313 = 0.07358. the magnitude of the total effect is equal to = 2.935 + (0.566 x 0.313) = 3.00858.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the conditions for giving Reward and Punishment to employee performance. The research variables consist of: Reward (X1), Punishment (X2) and Employee performance (Y). This research was conducted with a quantitative approach. This research is verified with the research method is non-experiment with survey method. Respondents of this study were Office employees. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 55 respondents. Data analysis and hypothesis testing using multiple regression. The results of research and hypothesis testing show that: (1) the provision of rewards has a strong and positive relationship with employee performance achievement. (2) punishment has a significant influence on employee performance achievement. (3) partially, the provision of rewards together with punishment has a significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

Sales of glasses including lenses, cleaning fluids, frames and other supporting products are still carried out conventionally and prospective buyers must come directly to the store. Sales reporting is also still done by recording the results of sales notes in the ledger resulting in frequent recording errors. Current reports cannot be done in real time so they are less efficient and effective. Sales are done by word of mouth and by using WhatsApp status updates with limited reach. An online or digital eyeglass sales system is needed at Optic XYZ so that the reach is wider, buyers do not have to come and reports are fast, precise and accurate and real time. System development using prototype and website-based methods. In order to ensure that the system can be implemented properly and without obstacles, a trial was carried out using the black box testing method involving users in testing. The system was built to overcome sales and reporting problems so that with this sales system it can help buyers and admins and optic parties in sales and reporting. After the system is implemented, in the future a mobile-based eyeglass sales system will be developed at Optic XYZ so that the system continues to develop and follows the latest technological advances.

Abstract

Pelaku UMKM kampung tematik Drum Bujana masih banyak yang belum memiliki desain logo usaha dan cenderung mengabaikan desain logo sebagai salah satu bentuk brand suatu produk. Ketidaktahuan mengenai pemahaman pentingnya brand sebuh produk melalui desain logo yang menarik, simpel, bermakna dan memiliki nilai jual. Pendampingan dilakukan oleh dosen dan mahasiswa dalam pembuatan desain logo yang sesuai. Kegiatan pendampingan selama Maret 2022 sampai dengan September 2022 melalui edukasi, pemahaman dan penyamaan persepsi serta pembuatan desaiin logo secara langsung. Peserta kegiatan terdiri sebanyak 10 pelaku usaha yang rata-rata adalah usaha dagang dan jasa. Pendampingan menghasilkan desain logo yang digunakan dan dimanfaatkan oleh pelaku usaha dalam memperkenalkan dan mempromosikan produknya. Pendampingan ini menjadi salah satu kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh dosen dan mahasiswa dalam kegiatan PKM di kampung tematik Drum Bujana. Meskipun pendampingan saat ini sudah selesai namun dosen dan mahasiswa tetap terus melakukan komunikasi mengenai desain logo produk-produk baru yang ada di kampung tematik Drum Bujana sehingga pendampingan tidak putus sampai bulan September 2022 tetapi sampai saat ini masih berjalan untuk keberlanjutan pendampingan. Para pelaku UMKM di kampung tematik Drum Bujana merasa terbantu dengan pendampingan ini.

Abstract

Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama tujuh bulan dan salah satu kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah pelatihan strategi pemasaran berbasis digital untuk produk UMKM yang ada di kampung tematik Drum Bujana.  Para pelaku usaha yang ada di kampung tematik Drum Bujana terdiri dari kelompok Pembudidaya Ikan (Pokdakan), para pelaku industri kreatif dan para pelaku usaha makanan kue dan olahan serta kursi dari drum. Topik dipilih dari beberapa masukan dari beberapa pelaku UMKM di Drum Bujana bahwa mereka terkendala dengan pemasaran yang masih dalam lingkup yang masih relative sedikit. Tujuan pelatihan ini memberikan pemahaman kepada para pelaku UMKM Drum Bujana dalam hal strategi pemasaran secara digital dan diikuti oleh para pelaku UMKM di kampung tematik Drum Bujana sebanyak41 peserta. Setelah narasumber menjelaskan secara detail, para peserta secara interaktif sehingga suasana pelatihan menjadi hidup dan maksimal terbukti dengan peserta yang langsung bertanya seputar produk yang dimiliki dan bagaimana memasarkan secara online di media social.

Abstract

This study aimed to measure the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance of the employee of a shoe industry in Tangerang which are mediated by readiness for change. Data collection was done by simple random sampling technique and the returned and valid questionnaire results were 117 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that transformational leadership have not significant effect on the employee performance, but transformational leadership have a positive and significant effect on readiness for change. This study conclude also that readiness for change have a positive and significant effect on relationship between transformational leadership and employee performance. Readiness for change as fully mediator. This new research proposed a model for building employee performance among the employee of a shoe industry in Tangerang through enhancing transformational leadership practice with readiness for change as a mediator. This research could pave the way to improve employee readiness in facing the era of industrial revolution 4.0.

Abstract

The problem that XYZ Clinic has been facing so far is problems in the registration section where there are often long queues. Patient registration can only be done by coming directly to the XYZ clinic. Every day the average number of patients reaches 100 patients, which results in long queues and disrupted patient registration services. The number of patients that is not proportional to the number of registration officers also causes quite long waiting times during registration, causing discomfort and patient dissatisfaction. Research was carried out regarding the registration information system and notification of changes to doctors' schedules using the PHP programming language and MySQL database and system development was carried out using the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method with the prototype method. This method has an approach with communication stages, quick design and modeling, quick design, construction of prototype, deployment and feedback. The Patient Registration Application and Notification of Changes in Doctor's Practice Hours are expected to reduce long queues and patient waiting times. Patients can find out in advance the availability and order number by accessing the website from home, equipped with a WhatsApp notification feature for changes in the doctor's schedule and patients can adjust the time to go to the clinic for treatment according to the latest schedule provided via the application.

Abstract

Background: The widespread use of financial technology (FinTech) is a popular aspect across various fields, particularly in online transportation. However, the usage has led to an increase in illegal FinTech, causing significant problems for public. Issues related to account security, such as hacks leading to the loss of user balances and misuse of data, contribute to the erosion of brand image and public trust. Despite the growing prominence of FinTech, explorations on the application in the context of online transportation remain limited. Previous studies have not discussed the impact of brand image on perceived usefulness and ease of use. Therefore, this current study explores the importance of combining brand image and trust factors to increase user intention. This process is achieved by investigating brand image and trust as crucial factors influencing increased perceived ease and benefits during the integration of FinTech in online transportation services. Objective: This study aimed to measure the impact of brand image and trust factors on the adoption of FinTech in online transportation. Methods: The investigation was carried out with a quantitative analysis approach using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS–SEM). Furthermore, it focused on understanding FinTech services in online transportation, incorporating factors such as trust, brand image, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and user intention. Data were collected by using a purposive sampling method through online questionnaire distribution. PLS-SEM was adapted for analyzing variable relationships, hypotheses, and models. Results: The results showed that factors including trust, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness significantly influenced the willingness to use FinTech in online transportation services. However, it was observed that brand image factors did not impact user intentions. Conclusion: This study showed a critical aspect in understanding the value of FinTech services by explaining the importance of establishing trust and building a good brand image as precursors. These factors indirectly contributed to increased perceived benefits and ease of use. Therefore, the insights offered valuable input for companies aiming to develop trusted FinTech platforms with a positive product image.   Keywords: Brand Image, Trust, FinTech, Online Transportation

Abstract

PT. XYZ adalah salah satu pabrik di Kab.Tangerang yang bergerak dibidang kosmetik. PT. XYZ selalu berusaha menunjukan rasa kepedulian serta memberikan kemudahan khusus terhadap karyawannya, maka salah satu bentuk rasa kepedulian Perusahaan terhadap karyawannya adalah dengan memberikan kemudahan dalam proses pinjaman uang, untuk membantu para karyawan yang sedang membutuhkan dana darurat tanpa adanya suku bunga atau jaminan apapun. PT. XYZ memiliki permasalahan dari sistem pengajuan dan pembayaran pinjaman, Dimana masalah yang terjadi saat ini adalah pengajuan dan pembayaran masih di lakukan secara manual menggunakan alat tulis lalu di input Kembali ke dalam Microsoft Exel yang membutuhkan waktu lebih lama serta pembuatan laporan yang belum dapat diakses atau disajikan dengan cepat. Maka tujuan dari pembentukkan proposal ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana teknologi berperan dalam memperbaiki sistem pengajuan dan pembayaran pinjaman lalu memberikan Laporan pinjaman yang efektif dan efisien, Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka di lakukan analisa dan perancangan sistem informasi menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan database MySQL dengan penelitian metode SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) menggunakan model waterfall. Yaitu pendekatan dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat membuktikan bahwa melalui perancangan sistem pengajuan dan pembayaran pinjaman membantu memenuhi kebutuhan layanan yang di perlukan perusahaan. rancangan tersebut dapat di gunakan untuk membantu proses laporan dan sebagai penunjang kelancaran dalam proses transaksi
