Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi strategi membangun organisasi pembelajar di SD Islam YMI 01. Penelitian tentang strategi membangun organisasi pembelajar ini menarik karena bisa dijadikan contoh untuk sekolah lain. SD Islam YMI 01 adalah sekolah dasar tertua yang diselenggarakan oleh masyarakat di Kabupaten Pekalongan. Keunggulan kompetitif yang ditawarkan adalah budaya belajar yang kondusif dengan kurikulum terpadu. Hasil penelitian terdahulu menunjukan bahwa strategi membangun organisasi pembelajar berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan keunggulan kompetitif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis studi kasus dengan 14 orang responden yang dipilih secara purposive dan snowball smpling. Mereka adalah kepala sekolah, pengurus yayasan, ketua komite sekolah, Enam orang guru, dan lima orang siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi membangun organisasi pembelajar dilakukan dengan tiga hal, yaitu: perubahan visi dan misi, peningkatan kapasitas dan kompetensi guru, dan pembentukan tim belajar. Tiga hal ini dilakukan oleh SD Islam YMI 01 untuk meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif sekolah adalah dalam rangka mempertahankan eksistensi dan mengembangkan kualitas sekolah

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the efforts of counseling guidance management in improving student discipline at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darut Tauhid, Bunga Sari village, Sungai Raya sub-district with the first main problem, planning counseling guidance in improving student discipline. Second, implementing counseling guidance in improving student discipline and third, evaluation. counseling guidance in improving student discipline at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darut Tauhid, Mekar Sari Village, Sungai Raya District. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The main data sources in this research are counselor teachers, school principals and deputy head of student affairs as one of the active components in management efforts obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research show that first, the planning of the counseling guidance management effort, the preparation of administration must include all activities that will be carried out, such as the preparation of the counseling guidance work program, the preparation of the RPL, documents for home visit implementation activities, and determining the general pattern of the counseling guidance organization and the preparation of the organizational structure. Second, the planning that is made requires implementation by the counselor teacher in terms of guidance and counseling services, but the number of services implemented varies because the implementation of these service activities has adjusted to the needs of students at school. Third, the evaluation carried out by the counselor teacher is so that the aim of providing discipline can be achieved. achieved according to expectations and goals, it is hoped that students will be able to train, control, control themselves so that they are not influenced by things from outside, so that they always get used to implementing disciplined behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of government in the development of the Teluk Berdiri ecotourism as well as to determine the efforts that can be made to develop the ecotourism. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method with the aim to make a description, a systematic, factual and accurate description of the facts investigated. The instrument used was a survey sheet and interview guidelines. The data analysis technique uses triaggulation technique, which is a technique for checking the validity of data that utilizes something different outside the data for the need to check the comparison of the same data from other sources. The results showed that the interest of tourists is still a local tourist, this is due to a number of factors such as inadequate facilities and infrastructure, such as lack of accessibility, lack of promotion, and others. The role of the government is currently trying to provide support, one of which is improving road access to the tour. Furthermore, efforts that can be made by the government are establishing cooperation with the local community for the construction of facilities and infrastructure, improving accessibility and promoting local wisdom and traditions to attract visitors. The development of environment-based tourism or ecotourism can be a guide in making use of the tourism sector and can be used as an attraction of an area to increase regional income (PAD).

Abstract

The learning problem is the low student activity and learning outcomes in Civics learning. What is caused by learning is still one-way, less interesting, fun, and less meaningful for students. Efforts to overcome this by means of the BAUNTUNG model. The purpose of this research is to describe teacher activities, analyze student activities and improve learning outcomes. This study used Classroom Action Research (CAR) which was carried out in four meetings. The subjects of this study were fifth grade students at SDN Kelayan Timur 5 with a total of 25 students. This study uses qualitative and quantitative data obtained through observing teacher activities, observing student activities and written tests in groups and individually. The results of this study indicate that teacher activities were carried out with the criteria of "Very Good" at meeting 4. Student activities at meetings 3 and 4 achieved the criteria "Almost All Active". The classical completeness of student learning outcomes increased at the meeting of 4 cognitive aspects 100%, 100% affective and 100% psychomotor. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the BAUNTUNG learning model can increase student learning activities and outcomes in PPKn Theme 8 Grade V SDN Kelayan Timur 5 content. It is recommended to use this model as an alternative in increasing student activity and learning outcomes. Keyword: Learning Activities, Learning Outcomes, BAUNTUNG.

Abstract

This research aims to describe teacher activities, student activities and student learning outcomes regarding animal life cycles after implementing the Baiman learning model (PBL, TGT and PaP) and diorama media. This research uses Classroom Action Research. The target of the research is class IV students at SDN Gambut 8, even semester of the 2022/2023 academic year. From the results of the analysis, it was found that teacher activities at meetings I, II, and II received scores of 24, 26, and 30. Student activities at meetings I, II, and II obtained percentages of 67%, 77%, and 89%. Student learning outcomes at Meeting I for cognitive aspects reached 39%, affective 56% and psychomotor 50%. Meeting II cognitive aspects obtained a percentage of 61%, affective 72% and psychomotor 78%. Meeting III cognitive aspects reached 83%, affective 94% and psychomotor 89%. The conclusion of this research is that the Baiman model and diorama media can increase student activity and learning outcomes. The results of this research can be used as a reference to improve student activities and learning outcomes in science content.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the low motivation, activity, and learning outcomes of natural sciences due to the lack of active involvement of students in the learning process, students do not understand the concept of learning, and are less enthusiastic. The purpose of this study was to describe teacher activity, student activity, learning motivation and student learning outcomes in learning by using the picture and picture, group investigation and numbered heads together learning models. This study used Classroom Action Research (PTK) which was held in four meetings with fifth grade students at SDN 1 Bajuin, a total of 20 students consisting of 9 male students and 11 female students, in the even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. The results of the study showed that at the fourth meeting: teacher activity scored 32 with very good criteria, student activity was 100% active, students who were motivated to learn were 96.67%. The learning outcomes of classical students reach a level of 100%.

Abstract

The Indonesian oil palm plantation industry as the largest producer plays a vital role in the economy. Seed quality is the focus to meet increasing market demand. Watering and fertilizing the oil palm seedlings plays an important role in cultivation. Messaging application-based automation solutions such as Telegram promise convenience. By leveraging the Telegram bot feature, this tool can be operated remotely, providing effective control over watering and fertilizing. Benefits include time efficiency, proper fertilization, andaccurate watering for quality seeds. Light sensors and soil moisture help optimize the process, this tool proved successful in trials. Thus, this automated solution has the potential to increase productivity and efficiency in oil palm cultivation, addressing the problem of irregular watering and fertilizing.

Abstract

Posyandu merupakan tempat yang memberikan pelayan kesehatan untuk masyarakat. Peran posyandu sangat penting untuk mengamati tumbuh kembang buah hati. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan upaya kegiatan BIAN di Desa Ngampelsari. Pada pelaksanaannya, posyandu memiliki banyak program kerja salah satunya adalah BIAN (Badan Imunisasi Anak Nasional). Kementerian kesehatan menggelar Bulan Imunisasi Anak Nasional (BIAN) untuk mengejar cakupan imunisasi rutin yang menurun signifikan akibat Covid-19. Kegiatan pada pengabdian masyarakat ini melibatkan mahasiswa untuk turut andil dalam mensukseskan BIAN serta berperan aktif dalam kegiatan posyandu, program yang di utamakan adalah jemput pasien dari RW (Rukun Warga) ke RW sesuai posko yang sudah sediakan. Pada pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini terdapat 3 tahapan yakni perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini meliputi, penimbangan berat badan, pengukuran tinggi badan dan lingkar kepala anak, evaluasi tumbuh kembang, serta penyuluhan dan konseling tumbuh kembang. Mitra pengabdian masyarakat adalah Desa Ngampelsari di Sidoarjo. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini sangat baik dan sesuai dengan harapan. Kegiatan BIAN ini dapat dikatakan berhasil karena dalam pelaksanaannya telah terpenuhi sesuai dengan sasaran awal yang berjumlah 509 anak dengan kata lain telah mencapai persentase 100%. Adanya kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat membantu pemerataan imunisasi anak di Indonesia. Posyandu is a place that provides health services to the community. The role of posyandu is very important to observe the growth and development of children. This community service aims to increase the efforts of BIAN activities in Ngampelsari Village. In practice, Posyandu has many work programs, one of which is BIAN (National Child Immunization Agency). The Ministry of Health held National Child Immunization Month (BIAN) to catch up on routine immunization coverage which has decreased significantly due to Covid-19. This community service activity involves students taking part in the success of BIAN and playing an active role in Posyandu activities, the priority program is to pick up patients from RW (Rukun Warga) to RW according to the posts that have been provided. In the implementation of this community service activity, there are 3 stages namely planning, implementation, and evaluation. The methods used in carrying out these activities include weighing, measuring children's height and head circumference, evaluating growth and development, as well as counseling and counseling on growth and development. The community service partner is Ngampelsari Village in Sidoarjo. The results obtained from this activity are very good and in line with expectations. This BIAN activity can be said to be successful because in its implementation it has fulfilled the initial target of 509 children, in other words, it has reached a percentage of 100%. The existence of this activity is expected to help the equal distribution of child immunization in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is a positive and significant level of influence between price and service quality on CV consumer satisfaction. Mella Vista Pamulang. This research uses quantitative methods, the population is consumers who use products or services from CV. Mella Vista Pamulang, using incidental sampling which obtained 99 respondents. The data collection methods used were observation and questionnaires. The data analysis methods used are descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, simple linear regression techniques, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient (r), coefficient of determination (R square), partial hypothesis test (T test), simultaneous hypothesis test (F test). From the correlation analysis, it can be concluded that there is a very strong correlation between price and customer satisfaction, the correlation between service quality and customer satisfaction is very strong, the correlation between price and service quality and customer satisfaction is very strong. All three have a strong relationship with consumer satisfaction. From the results of the regression analysis, the multiple linear regression equation Y = -0.387 + 0.618 X1 + 0.269 X2 is obtained. From the hypothesis test and determination test, it shows that price simultaneously influences consumer satisfaction by 85.3%, while the remaining 14.7% is influenced by other factors or variables not examined in this research. Service quality simultaneously influences consumer satisfaction by 80.1% while the remaining 19.9% is influenced by other factors or variables not examined in this research. Price and service quality simultaneously have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction at CV. Mella Vista Pamulang was 86.5% while the remaining 13.5% was influenced by other factors or other variables.

Abstract

Penelitian ini diawali dengan adanya permasalahan terkait apakah Good Governance berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Good Governance terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis metodologi penelitian deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 43 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner langsung dengan skala pengukuran atas jawaban dari kuesioner yang diajukan kepada responden menggunakan skala likert. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa sebagian besar responden berjenis kelamin laki-laki dengan kisaran umur >40 tahun dan sebagian besar dengan pendidikan terakhir D4/S1 dan pangkat/golongan sebagian besar III/B. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan indeks variabel kinerja pegawai memperoleh nilai indeks sebesar 88,65 dengan kriteria tinggi. Berdasarkan uji T, Good Governance (X) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y). Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2 ) adalah sebesar 0.698 yang berarti bahwa variabel Good Governance (X) mampu menjelaskan kinerja pegawai sebesar 69% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 31% dijelaskan variabilitas variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
