Abstract

The division of duty schedules in inpatient rooms can improve the performance or satisfaction of nurses who carry them out. Job satisfaction is an important aspect that influences the performance of nurses in providing health services. Nurse job satisfaction is influenced by various factors, one of which is the division of duty schedules. This study aims to determine the relationship between the division of duty schedules and the job satisfaction of nurses in the inpatient ward of Pariaman Hospital. The method used is quantitative with a correlation design and a cross-sectional approach. This study was conducted in nine wards at Pariaman Hospital in July 2024. With a sample size of all nurses on duty in the hospital's inpatient ward. The results of the study were analyzed univariately and bivariately. Sampling was carried out using the quota sampling technique with a sample size of 84 nurses from 9 inpatient wards. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the chi-square test. The results showed that the majority of respondents had a balanced and agreed upon division of duty schedules, namely 50 nurses (59.5%) and were satisfied with their work, namely 58 nurses (69.0%). There is a significant relationship between the division of work schedules and nurse job satisfaction (p-value = 0.003 <α = 0.05). Suggestion, it is expected that hospitals can implement good management such as the division of work schedules so that the performance given by nurses can be good.

Abstract

Physical and psychological function decline often occurs when entering old age or also called elderly. The most common psychological problem faced by the elderly is depression. This disorder can interfere with daily activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between depression levels and the ability to carry out daily activities in the elderly at the Sabai Nan Aluih Sicincin Social Home. This type of research is quantitative with an analytical research method with a Cross-sectional approach. This research was conducted at the Sabai Nan Aluih Sicincin Social Home in July 2024. Sampling was carried out using a random sampling technique with a sample size of 52 respondents. Data collection tools using questionnaires. Data analysis using the Chi Square test at the 5% level. Based on the research results obtained from respondents, 34 people (65.4%) had mild depression, 26 people (50.0%) had independent basic activity abilities. The results of the chi square analysis showed a p-value = <α = 0.05) which indicates a relationship between the level of depression and the ability of basic activities in the elderly at the Sabai Nan Aluih Sicincin Social Home. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between the level of depression and the ability of basic activities in the elderly at the Sabai Nan Aluih Sicincin Social Home. Suggestions for the administrators of the social home to provide counseling to the elderly regarding psychological management to avoid depression

Abstract

This community service activity focuses on raising awareness about the importance of digital security for women with disabilities in the city of Makassar. It addresses the following issues: 1) Some women with disabilities have experienced being victims of digital crime. 2) Lack of understanding about digital data security makes it difficult for them to identify fraud and protect their personal information on digital devices. 3) Limited knowledge on maintaining data security while using digital devices, resulting in a lack of strategies to stay vigilant against digital crime threats. The objective of this activity is to enhance the understanding of digital security among women with disabilities, enabling them to use digital devices correctly and safely. By doing so, we aim to empower women with disabilities to become less susceptible to digital crimes. This socialization initiative employs various methods such as lectures, discussions, tutorials, and demonstrations. These sessions focus on improving data security and prevention techniques, addressing the prevalent digital crimes occurring in today's world. The outcome of this community service activity is an increased understanding and awareness among participants regarding the evolving digital era and the need to be vigilant when using digital devices. Consequently, we anticipate participants to be capable of enhancing data security on their respective digital devices. Furthermore, this socialization effort also nurtures participants' interest and skills in promoting the use of digital technology to enhance digital data security for women with disabilities, particularly in the city of Makassar.

Abstract

Spiritual well-being is interconnected with mental health and significantly contributes to health maintenance and recovery from mental illness for all individuals, especially women who marry later in rural regions. The unfavorable perception of rural communities towards individuals who delay marriage manifests in stereotypes such as “old maid,” leading to gossip and labels like unmarketable, selective, playing hard to get, ugly, and very career-oriented. The research aimed to identify the conditions and factors affecting spiritual well-being in rural women who marry later, employing a qualitative phenomenological methodology. Fisher's theory of spiritual well-being was utilized for data analysis, as it offers a comprehensive conceptual framework that accommodates the diverse perspectives articulated in public discourse on spirituality and the viewpoints of historical figures. The study indicates that the spiritual well-being of rural women in Bilapora Rebba Village aligns with four aspects or domains of spiritual well-being, though it does not entirely encompass every element within each domain. The determinants affecting the spiritual well-being of village women who marry later in Bilapora Rebba Village encompass identity, life meaning, forgiveness, respect, kindness, environmental harmony, creator worship, peace with God, prayer practices, self-awareness, and relationships with nature and its wonders.

Abstract

Krisis moral yang semakin meluas dari generasi muda membutuhkan pengembangan sistem pendidikan yang tidak hanya berfokus pada aspek intelektual tetapi juga pada kepemimpinan moral. Al-Qur'an, sebagai sumber utama pengajaran Islam, berisi nilai-nilai moral universal yang dapat digunakan sebagai dasar untuk desain pendidikan karakter utuh. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji puisi tentang tema Quran (Maudhu'i) yang terkait dengan pendidikan moral dan untuk memberikan strategi implementasi untuk mengintegrasikannya ke dalam kurikulum pendidikan Islam. Ini termasuk prinsip dan metode pendidikan moral, termasuk QS. Bagian Al-Hujurat 9–13 menekankan pentingnya keadilan sosial dan penghargaan timbal balik, QS. Luqman, ayat 12-19, termasuk saran etis dari generasi muda dan QS. Ali Imran Poems 159–160. Ini menyoroti nilai kebaikan dan pertimbangan dalam kepemimpinan. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Al -Quran tidak hanya mendefinisikan norma -norma etis, tetapi juga memberikan pendekatan pendidikan seperti model pengenalan, saran dan memberikan narasi sebagai cara menginternalisasi nilai -nilai. Nilai-nilai seperti integritas (shiddiq), tanggung jawab (tugas), pengendalian diri ("iffah), keadilan, toleransi Ini terkait dengan desain kepribadian siswa modern. Oleh karena itu, pendidikan moral berbasis Quran tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai wacana normatif, tetapi juga sebagai solusi yang berlaku untuk mempromosikan generasi atasan superior, sosial dan intelektual.

Abstract

The research aims to know: (1) The relationship of family conditions to learning achievements; (2) The relationship of the school condition to learning achievement; and (3) the relationship of family conditions and the school conditions jointly to the learning achievement of class VIII SMPN 02 Sungaipua academic year 2019/2020. The subject of this research is all students of grade VIII SMPN 02 Sungaipua, amounting to 24 students who were entirely taken as research respondents. The results showed that condition of the family and school had positively influential in the study of English language studies. This indicates that when family and school conditions are increased, student learning achievements will also increase. Results of multiple regression analyses obtained the equation Y = 8,242 + 0. 051 X1 + 0. 365 X2. A partial test (T-Test) obtained T compute variable influence family's condition = 6.607 so that Ha X1 to Y was acceptable. Variable influence of school condition acquired t count = 3,019, so that Ha X2 against Y was acceptable. The effective donation of family conditions was 21,316%, the school's condition was 39,678%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil pengembangan e-modul pada mata pelajaran informatika di SMP Negeri 4 Sungguminasa yang memenuhi kriteria valid, praktis, dan efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode research and development (R&D) dengan menerapkan model pengembangan ADDIE dan modul ini dirancang menggunakan aplikasi Flip PDF Professional. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, angket, dan tes. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-modul informatika ini layak digunakan sebagai sumber belajar. E-modul yang dikembangkan mendapatkan validasi positif dari ahli materi dan ahli media dengan kategori sangat layak. E-modul ini juga mendapatkan tanggapan positif dari responden dengan kategori sangat praktis. Selain itu, penggunaan e-modul ini secara signifikan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, yang terlihat dari hasil nilai n-gain dengan kategori cukup efektif.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused significant disruptions to the global economy, including Indonesia, as reflected in the fluctuations of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) across various provinces. This study aims to analyze the differences in provincial GRDP in Indonesia between the pre-pandemic period and the pandemic period (2020–2023) in order to assess the impact of the pandemic on regional economic resilience. A comparative quantitative approach was employed, using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test on GRDP data based on constant prices, obtained from Statistics Indonesia (BPS). The analysis revealed a statistically significant difference in GRDP before and during the pandemic (p < 0.001), indicating a substantial economic shock. Sharp declines were particularly evident in provinces reliant on the tourism and manufacturing sectors, while provinces with more diversified economic structures or supported by agriculture exhibited relatively greater resilience. These findings highlight the importance of regional economic diversification and the strengthening of more resilient sectors as key strategies for confronting similar crises in the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas butir soal Ulangan Akhir Semester Genap mata pelajaran Matematika kelas VIII di SMPN 22 Sinjai. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian statistik deskriptif. Data diperoleh dari hasil ujian sumatif akhir semester genap sebanyak 25 butir soal pilihan ganda yang dikerjakan oleh 22 siswa kelas VIIIA sebagai sampel, serta lembar validasi dari dua orang validator yang terdiri dari satu orang ahli dan satu orang praktisi pendidikan. Instrumen penelitian divalidasi menggunakan analisis Aiken's V untuk menilai validitas isi, dan reliabilitas soal dihitung menggunakan persamaan Kuder-Richardson 20 (KR-20). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa dari uji validitas Aiken's V, diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,73 yang berada pada kategori validitas tinggi. Sementara itu, koefisien reliabilitas soal berdasarkan KR-20 adalah sebesar 0,955, yang termasuk dalam kategori reliabilitas sangat tinggi. Dengan demikian, butir soal Ulangan Akhir Semester Genap Matematika kelas VIII SMPN 22 Sinjai dapat dinyatakan valid dan reliabel sehingga layak digunakan sebagai alat evaluasi hasil belajar. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi guru dalam menyusun soal yang berkualitas untuk mengukur pencapaian belajar siswa secara optimal.

Abstract

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan penerapan media pembelajaran Augmented Reality (AR) pada mata kuliah Very High Frequency Omni Directional Range (VOR) sebagai alat bantu navigasi di Politeknik Penerbangan. VOR merupakan salah satu sistem navigasi penting yang digunakan dalam penerbangan, dan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang sistem ini sangat diperlukan bagi para mahasiswa untuk memastikan keselamatan dan efisiensi penerbangan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif dengan teknik survei yang melibatkan mahasiswa, dosen, dan tenaga pendidik di Politeknik Penerbangan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner, wawancara, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis AR memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep dan keterampilan praktis mahasiswa dalam menggunakan dan mengoperasikan VOR. Implementasi AR dalam pembelajaran diharapkan dapat memberikan pengalaman belajar yang lebih interaktif, mendalam, dan kontekstual, sehingga mampu memfasilitasi proses transfer pengetahuan dan keterampilan secara lebih efektif. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan dan integrasi media pembelajaran AR dalam kurikulum mata kuliah VOR untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan kesiapan mahasiswa dalam menghadapi tantangan di industri penerbangan.
