Abstract

Fungsi utama bank adalah sebagai financial intermediatery dengan kata lain sebagai perantara keuangan. Tujuan bank memiliki kesamaan dengan sebagian besar perusahaan lainnya, yaitu untuk mendapatkan keuntungan, sehingga sudah menjadi keharusan bagi mereka untuk mampu menjaga kinerja keuangan yang baik untuk menarik perhatian baik masyarakat, pengusaha, ataupun kreditur untuk menggunakan jasa mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh beberapa rasio keuangan yaitu Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Operational Efficiency Ratio (OER), dan Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) terhadap profitabilitas yang diukur dengan Return on Assets (ROA) pada Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) di Kota Pontianak selama periode 2020-2023. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini mencakup seluruh BPR yang berada di Kota Pontianak, yang jumlahnya mencapai 12 BPR. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 29 untuk melakukan pengujian data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CAR secara parsial tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap ROA, demikian pula NPL yang juga tidak berpengaruh terhadap ROA. Sebaliknya, LDR menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ROA, yang berarti bahwa peningkatan LDR berkorelasi dengan peningkatan profitabilitas. Di sisi lain, OER menunjukkan pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap ROA, yang menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan dalam OER cenderung menurunkan profitabilitas BPR.

Abstract

Interest in sharia tourism must be responded to by developing sharia tourism businesses in Lampung Province, so that it can help move the economy of Lampung Province. Unfortunately, at this time sharia tourism in Lampung Province itself is still being done half-heartedly. It has been proven that it is only limited to conventional tourism development. If it is done well, it will certainly be a huge opportunity, and it has the potential to boost the country's foreign exchange reserves for the Muslim tourist market of Lampung Province. This study uses a qualitative research approach. The increase in tourist visits shows that Lampung Province has a magnet for tourists who want to visit Lampung Province.  The economic potential of halal tourism in Lampung Province can be seen from pilgrimage, culinary and cultural tourism which can continue to be developed into a lucrative economic potential especially with the support of the government and other elements such as academics and practitioners. The opportunity for halal tourism in Lampung Province is very large because the majority of the population of Lampung Province is Muslim and the increasing number of tourists both local and foreign who come to Lampung Province. At the same time, the tourism potential that is owned is also very much in demand. However, several challenges that Lampung Province must also pay attention to are how then the marketing strategy can be carried out properly and accommodate the interests of other tourists (non-Muslims). Therefore, it is very important to develop halal tourism because its influence is not only on the Islamic economic sector but also a source of state income.

Abstract

This paper attempts to unravel the urban economy in Sorong by analyzing the activities of transmigrants who work as traders in small and medium enterprises (UKM). This article finds that the existence of UKM is increasingly, this can be seen along the Km.10, Sorong city. So, it is not surprising to say that UKM are the main pillar of the development and economic growth of the Sorong, especially those carried out by immigrants. The UKM most in demand by immigrants is the culinary business.

Abstract

The evolution of technology in education has opened new doors for innovative teaching methods. One such breakthrough tool is ChatGPT, a learning model developed by Open AI. Open AI has huge potential, not only to increase efficiency but also to improve pedagogy for more engaging learning experiences. The purpose of this research is to test the integration of GPT Chat in Project Based-Learning in Learning. This research uses a systematic literature review method using Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews (PRISMA). The results of this research explain that in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0, educational institutions must prepare new literacy and orientation in the field of education, the new literacy itself is in the form of data, technology, and human resource literacy. Project-based learning is a learning model that emphasizes student activity in solving various problems through a series of activities starting with gathering information, planning a project, and producing a particular product packaged in the form of project work. The stages of project-based learning are Determining basic questions, developing a project plan, Developing a schedule, Monitoring, Test results, and Evaluation of experience. ChatGPT is a research tool or “thought partner”, and is said to be useful for a variety of teaching purposes. The application of the PjBL model has the potential to improve student learning outcomes and motivation in Indonesia. Therefore, the integration of GPT chat with Project Based-learning in learning needs to receive further attention so that it can make a more significant contribution to improving the quality of learning and student motivation in Indonesia.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini: 1) untuk Menguraikan Jaminan konstitusional hak atas kesehatan bagi pengguna narkoba di Indonesia; 2) Pelaksanaan rehabilitasi pengguna narkoba telah sesuai dengan prinsip perlindungan hak asasi manusia. Metode Penelitian Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode hukum normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan, konseptual dan kasus. Data sekunder diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan dan studi dokumen, meliputi bahan hukum primer, sekunder, dan tersier. Analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif-analitis dan penalaran deduktif untuk mengkaji rehabilitasi pengguna narkoba sebagai pemenuhan hak atas kesehatan menurut UUD 1945 dan instrumen hukum terkait. Hasil penelitian bahwa Jaminan konstitusional hak atas kesehatan bagi pengguna narkoba di Indonesia tercermin dalam Pasal 28H ayat (1) dan Pasal 34 ayat (3) UUD 1945, yang menegaskan hak atas kehidupan sehat dan pelayanan kesehatan layak bagi semua warga negara tanpa diskriminasi, termasuk pengguna narkoba. Meski Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika mengatur rehabilitasi bagi pecandu, pelaksanaannya masih terkendala keterbatasan fasilitas, sehingga banyak pengguna tetap dipidana tanpa rehabilitasi. Kondisi ini mencerminkan ketidaksesuaian antara prinsip perlindungan hak asasi manusia dalam UUD 1945 dan praktik kebijakan rehabilitasi di Indonesia.

Abstract

Currently, the vehicles that are commonly used are vehicles with fossil fuels, but we all know that these fuels are non-renewable fuels and their availability in nature is very limited, so it is necessary to innovate to use other renewable energy sources. one of which is electrical energy. Besides that, the use of electrical energy for vehicles is currently very relevant because of its relatively high efficiency and friendly to the environment, namely no CO or CO2 gas is formed as in conventional vehicles. Indonesia has the potential to develop electric cars because there is a lot of nickel available to be processed into batteries. Thus, our country has a very large opportunity to produce electric cars. To realize this, it is deemed necessary to conduct a thorough study such as the level of comfort and safety. Thus, it is needed to conduct a study of the mechanical control system so that driving comfort and safety can be achieved. In this research, we will measure the turning radius of the vehicle at various TOE angles. The resulth of this study are the greater of TOE angle produce the higer the turning radius of the vehicle, The smallest turning radius is at a TOE angle 0 degrees which is 4.42 meters and the largest at a TOE angle 1.035 degrees which is 4.53 meters.

Abstract

The Al Ishlah Foundation, which is located in Sribasuki Village, Batanghari, East Lampung, plays a very important role in instilling moral values in children in the surrounding environment. This institution develops Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPA) education as part of Islamic education. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach to explore the financial management of the Al Ishlah Foundation. The foundation's funding sources come from single donors and non-permanent donors. In managing its finances, the foundation prepares an Income and Expenditure Budget Plan (RAPB) which includes a revenue budget from donors as well as an expenditure budget for routine and non-routine needs. Financial management activities carried out include receiving funds from donors and disbursing funds to fund various activities. In addition, financial reports are prepared every month. The reporting process includes financial recording carried out by the foundation treasurer, collecting revenue and expenditure data into the Foundation Activity Report format. This report is then submitted every month to the chairman of the board of the Al Ishlah Foundation in Sribasuki Village, Batanghari, East Lampung.

Abstract

This study evaluates the implementation of the KKNI (National Qualifications Framework) and MBKM (Comprehensive Skills Framework)-based curriculum in the Air Navigation Technology Study Program at Makassar Aviation Polytechnic, focusing on its impact on graduate retention in the workforce. Using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model, this quantitative study involved 50 respondents, consisting of current students and alumni. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation. The results indicate that all four aspects—context, input, process, and product—have a positive and significant impact on graduate retention in the workforce. These findings indicate that the KKNI and MBKM-based curriculum increases the relevance of graduate competencies to industry needs, strengthens partnerships between academia and industry, and enhances graduate readiness for the professional workforce. This study concludes that the implementation of the curriculum has a significant impact on graduates' competitiveness and employability skills in the aviation sector.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to design and develop a collaborative learning model that integrates coding activities and the utilization of artificial intelligence (AI) within technical vocational education as an effort to strengthen students’ twenty-first-century competencies. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach consisting of five core phases: needs analysis, model design, expert validation, limited classroom implementation, and effectiveness evaluation. Data were collected through surveys, interviews, classroom observations, and assessments of students’ competency achievements. The findings indicate that the developed model effectively enhances essential learner competencies, including digital literacy, creative problem-solving, critical thinking, communication abilities, and team collaboration skills. The integration of coding and AI supports learners in deepening their technical understanding, particularly in basic programming, logical analysis, data processing, and the application of intelligent systems to complete project-based tasks. Results from the needs analysis reveal a clear disparity between students’ existing competencies and the technological skills required by industry, reinforcing the necessity of a learning model that combines computational skills with strong collaborative practices. Expert validation provided constructive input regarding the feasibility of the model structure, the suitability of assessment instruments, and the relevance of AI integration within the vocational context. Limited implementation demonstrated measurable improvements in students’ performance, especially in designing technical solutions using coding and operating AI features such as automation, data classification, and intelligent recommendation systems. The final evaluation confirms that the model does not only strengthen learners’ technical capability but also fosters active, contextual, and industry-relevant learning experiences. The integration of this learning model is considered a strategic initiative for addressing the challenges of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and Society 5.0. The developed model is recommended for broader application and further enhancement within adaptive vocational curricula responsive to future technological advancements. This research contributes significantly to vocational institutions by offering an innovative digital technology based instructional framework. Abstract

Abstract. Significant changes in the world of work and rapid technological advances require vocational graduates to master 21st-century skills such as critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity. The Independent Learning and Independent Campus (MBKM) program is a transformative innovation implemented across all vocational higher education institutions in Indonesia. This study aims to comprehensively analyze the differences in MBKM implementation in developing 21st-century skills across three strategic vocational disciplines: technology, health, and economics. The study method used was a systematic literature review of 30 recent journals and academic documents to examine the dynamics, strategies, challenges, and unique achievements of each field. The results show fundamental differences in the implementation of MBKM in each vocational study program based on curriculum characteristics, industry partnerships, and institutional responses to the unique needs of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. Contextual recommendations are proposed to optimize the acceleration of 21st-century competencies in vocational education in Indonesia.
