Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of withholding and reporting income tax article 23 on logistics services at PT Prima Indonesia logistics. The types and sources of data obtained are secondary data where the data presented has been collected previously from the company's internal parties in the form of income recaps, proof of deductions and time tax returns. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of interviews, documentation and literature studies. The data analysis method uses quantitative descriptive methods. The results of this study show that PT. Prima Indonesia logistics has implemented calculations, and withheld article 23 income tax at a rate of 2% in accordance with Minister of Finance Regulation Number 141/PMK.03/2015. PT. Prima Indonesia logistics has deposited and reported Article 23 Income Tax in accordance with the provisions contained in the Regulation of the Director General of Taxes Number Per – 24 / PJ / 2021 amending the Regulation of the Director General of Taxes Number Per- 23 / PJ / 2020.

Abstract

This research examines the mood of students who stay up late and do not stay up late in the morning and the influence of mood on lecture activities which results in obstacles to activities and raises problems in lectures. This mood is a condition where a person experiences changes in feelings that occur regarding the condition. what he experienced, which had an impact on staying up late. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The data sources in this research were 10 students from the Faculty of Ushuluddin Adab and Da'wah, and the instruments used were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that the mood after staying up late and not staying up late is divided into two, namely: negative mood and positive mood, with a negative mood, the mood is not good, sad for no reason, emotional (angry), easily tired, and triggers problems while If you are in a positive mood, your mood is good, you will be more active and enthusiastic about your activities. The form of influence of mood on students who stay up late is felt by different students who are able to control themselves so that it does not trigger the emergence of negative moods so that students staying up too late triggers negative self-concepts, which affect several course grades or GPA, easily get emotional, and feel sensitive so that students who don't stay up late have a significant difference.

Abstract

Strategi Komunikasi Organisasi Komunitas Instagram My Palabuhanratu Dalam Memberikan Informasi dengan studi kasus Komunitas Organisasi Instagram  My Palabuhanratu di Dinas Komunikasi Informatika dan Persandian Kabupaten Sukabumi Sesuai rumusan masalah menentukan media, Strategi Komunikasi yang diterapkan oleh Komunitas Organisasi My Palabuhanratu dengan memanfaatkan media online yaitu Instagram sebagai media sosial yang digunakan. Hal tersebut, bertujuan untuk menyampaikan informasi dan merubah perilaku masyarakat dan sebagai pemecah permasalahan isu sosial yang tersebar di publik. Dengan penggunaan media sosial Instagram, masyarakat dapat memperoleh informasi penting dan sebagai media interaksi antara kedua belah pihak. Peneliti ini menyimpulkan bahwa Strategi Komunikasi yang digunakan oleh Komunitas Organisasi My Palabuhanratu, yakni dengan menganalisa terlebih dahulu situasi yang sedang terjadi atau yang menjadi perhatian publik agar tujuan penyebarluasan informasi dapat tercapai dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan informasi masyarakat.

Abstract

Kacang  tanah   (Arachis hypogaea L.)  merupakan   tanaman   yang  tergolong  famili   Leguminoceae,  Kacang   tanah   sendiri   terdiri  dari   biji   dan   kulitnya,   dimana   kulitnya    tidak   dapat  zdimanfaatkan  secara  optimal  dan limbahnya   masih   merugikan   bagi   lingkungan.   Kandungan  selulosa  pada kulit  kacang  tanah  cukup  tinggi   sehinnga   dapat   digunakan   sebagai  penyerap  karena gugus ―OH terikat  pada  selulosa. Pada penelitian kali ini karbon aktif pelet kulit kacang tanah  digunakan  sebagai adsorben untuk menurunkan kadar warna dan menetralisis PH limbah pewarna sintesis melalui proses Adsorbsi. Kulit Kacang tanah dikarbonisasi dengan suhu 450 o C selama 5 menit, kemudian diaktivasi dengan larutan NaCL pada konsentrasi 45% selama 2 hari. Karbon aktif  kulit kacang tanah dibuat menjadi pelet  sebanyak 100 gram dengan perbandingan komposisi penyusun adalah   karbon aktif kulit kacang tanah : zeolit : tanah Liat  sebesar   25% : 20%;55%(Sampel A) ,   50%;20%; 30% (Sampel B),   75%;20%;5%( Sampel C). Pelet karbon aktif kemudian dianalisa untuk mengetahui karektersitik   morfologi melalui uji SEM (Scanning Electron Microscopy) dan unsur-unsur penyusun karbon aktif pelet melalui uji EDS (Energy Disperese Spectroscopy). Dari hasil analisa menunjukkan morofologi pelet karbon aktif banyak terdapat pori tetapi bentuknya tidak homogen. Grafik spektrum EDS pellet karbon aktif menunjukkan adanya unsur karbon tertinggi pada sampel C  sebesar 70 % . Karbon aktif pelet dengan karakteristik tebaik  diaplikasikan ke llmbah pewarna sintesis melalui proses Adsorbsi dengan waktu kontak 180 menit, hasil analisa  didapat kenaikan pH  dari  4,2  menjadi 6.5. Sedangkan untuk kadar warna didapat persentase kenaikan sebesar 91,59%  yaitu dari sebesar 1843 TCU menjadi  155 TCU.

The application of Islamic education needs to be done by increasing taqwa to God Almighty and noble character is a manifestation of the faith that is believed by everyone. Abstract

The development of social media has resulted in changes in the development of fashion trends among society, especially students. One of them is thrift products or used clothes which are often used as a solution for students who want to still look stylish (fashionable) with well-known brands but at affordable and cheap prices. In this case, consumer satisfaction plays an important role in purchasing decisions. The purchasing decision process is an action of consumer behavior that will give rise to positive and negative responses to the product to be purchased. If the level of consumer satisfaction shows positive, the consumer will decide to buy the product again. This research aims to find out how much influence the level of consumer satisfaction has on thrift purchasing decisions among LP3I Medan Polytechnic Students. The data collection technique uses quantitative methods with a simple linear regression approach and a sample of 60 respondents. The research results show that partially, consumer satisfaction influences purchasing decisions (at a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 with a calculated t of 10.421 > 1.672 greater than the t table value) so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means there is an influence on satisfaction consumers (X) on purchasing decisions (Y). Judging from the coefficient of determination, the level of consumer satisfaction has an effect of 0.652, which shows that the Consumer Satisfaction variable has an effect of 65.2% on purchasing decisions, while the rest is influenced by other variables outside this research

Abstract

The purpose of the research made by the researcher is to determine the application of the accounting system for cash receipts and cash disbursements at PT Yudhistira Ghalia Indonesia Rantau Prapat Branch. The data analysis method used in this research is qualitative method. The research data source is internal data. The type of data used is primary data collected through interviews, observation and documentation. From the results of the study, it shows that the application of the accounting system for cash receipts and disbursements applied by PT Yudhistira Ghalia Indonesia Rantau Prapat Branch is good which can be seen in the documents used that have sequential numbers, the cash recording system uses the MIS System to produce financial reports, work procedures seen from the flowchart. The cash recording system has been implemented through the Daily cash report. The accounting system for cash receipts and disbursements is supervised and controlled by the branch head or the authorized party (SUMUT branch head office), but there is no separation between cash and accounting functions and there is a delay in reporting book sales transactions including cash sales transactions, so that there are obstacles to the cash recording and reporting system to the SUMUT branch head office.

Abstract

Teenage boys are a group that is vulnerable to carrying out risky behavior, one of which is smoking behavior. The smoking behavior of teenage boy is influenced by several factors, one of which is the behavior of their peers. Peers in the school environment are also very influential because students are often found smoking. The aim of the research is to determine the relationship between peer behavior and smoking behavior in teenage boys at SMP X. This research was a correlation analytical research with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were all male students in classes VII and VIII at SMP. The research instrument used a questionnaire sheet. The statistical analysis used Fisher's Exact Test. The results of the research show that there’s a relationship between peer behavior and smoking behavior in adolescents. It’s hoped that parents will monitor their interactions with their friends because smoking behavior starts from those closest to them. ABSTRAK Remaja putra merupakan kelompok yang rentan dalam melakukan perilaku berisiko, salah satunya adalah perilaku merokok. Perilaku merokok yang dilakukan remaja putra dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, salah satunya perilaku teman sebaya. Teman sebaya dalam lingkungan sekolah juga sangat berpengaruh karena seringnya ditemukan siswa merokok. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan antara perilaku teman sebaya terhadap perilaku merokok di SMP X.  Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh siswa laki-laki kelas VII dan VIII di SMP X sebanyak 101 siswa Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel 80 siswa. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar kuesioner. Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah Fisher’s Exact Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan antara perilaku teman sebaya terhadap perilaku merokok pada remaja.  Diharapkan orang tua agar lebih mengawasi pergaulan dengan teman sebaya, karena perilaku merokok dimulai dari orang terdekat.

Abstract

Monetary policy is a policy that can influence the Indonesian economy. Interest rates are one of the instruments in monetary policy. This research aims to determine the effect of interest rates on income inequality in Indonesia. The data used is secondary time series data for the period 2014 – 2023 obtained from BPS and BI using the simple linear regression method. This research shows that monetary policy on interest rates has an insignificant effect on income inequality in Indonesia. The interest rate only influences income inequality by 35% and 65% is influenced by other factors that were not studied.

Abstract

Indonesia as a mango producer is exported to various countries around the world. The main destination countries for mango exports from Indonesia are Singapore and Malaysia. This research data was analyzed using the Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA), Export Product Dynamic (EPD), and Export Competitiveness Index (ECI) methods using data for the 2017-2022 period. The RCA results show an increase in mango competitiveness to Singapore in 2019 and a decrease due to the COVID-19 pandemic. EPD indicates the position of Indonesian mangoes as a "Rising Star" in both markets. ECI shows a change in export structure with an increase in export concentration to Malaysia in 2020. Increased mango exports have the potential to increase state revenues, create jobs, and strengthen the contribution of the agricultural sector to GDP so that improvements in quality, productivity, technology, and infrastructure are needed to strengthen the competitiveness of Indonesian mango exports.
