Abstract

Filsafat merupakan proses berpikir secara mendalam dan juga diartikan sebagai suatu sikap seseorang yang sadar dan dewasa dalam memikirkan segala sesuatu secara mendalam dan ingin melihat dari segi yang luas dan menyeluruh. Filsafat akan menggali hakikat ilmu yang tidak ada hentinya untuk mencapai sasaran yaitu kebenaran dan kenyataan. Kelahiran suatu ilmu tidak dapat dipisahkan dari peranan filsafat. Maka dengan mengulas sejarah kita akan mengetahui bagaimana perkembangan filsafat ilmu. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan atau library research. Filsafat pertama kali muncul pada zaman Yunani kuno oleh Thales, yang mengatakan bahwa alam ini berasal dari air karena unsur terpenting bagi setiap makhluk hidup adalah air. Terdapat pula bebrapa ahli filsafat yang lain diantaranya, Heracelitos, permenides, Plato dan Aristolteles. Pada periode pertengan filsafat mengalami kemunduran diakibatkan adanya doktrin dari pihak gereja-gereja yang membatasi pemikiran-pemikiran para ilmuan kala itu. Filsafat kembali berkembang pada periode modern, seperti pemikiran rasionalisme, empirisme dan kritisme disamping itu ajaran-ajaran gereja memudar.

Abstract

The development of technology, communication and computers encourages the growth of the community's economy that develops businesses online. The development of communication devices that make everyone who has a smartphone connected to the internet media makes it easier for prospective buyers to find the desired goods through their communication devices. So this online business is a very promising opportunity to be developed. The implementation of community service aims to apply e-commerce to the sale of coffee products. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan bagaimana Standar Operasional Prosedur Pelayanan Administrasi diterapkan di Kantor Camat Mila Kabupaten Pidie. Standar Operasional Prosedur menawarkan pedoman untuk mengelola administrasi perkantoran dengan tujuan meningkatkan layanan. Metodologi deskriptif adalah jenis penelitian yang mencari fakta melalui penafsiran yang tepat. Standar Operasional Prosedur adalah aturan tertulis yang digunakan untuk memotivasi seseorang atau kelompok untuk mencapai tujuan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada tingkat transparansi yang cukup tinggi dalam penerapan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) pada layanan administrasi Kantor Camat. Namun, karena kurangnya sosialisasi dari Kantor Camat Mila Kabupaten Pidie, masyarakat masih kurang memahami prosedur, persyaratan, biaya, dan waktu pelayanan. dan kemampuan untuk menyelesaikan administrasi Kantor Camat melalui penerapan proses penyelesaian administrasi Kantor Camat, yang merupakan satu hari proses kerja di Kantor Camat Mila Kabupaten Pidie, menunjukkan ketelitian, kedisiplinan, dan kecepatan layanan yang ditunjukkan oleh penerapan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) pada layanan administrasi Kantor Camat dan juga meberikan rekomendasi tentang cara menerapkan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) pada pelayanan administrasi Kantor Camat Mila Kabupaten Pidie. SOP, seperti yang ada di Kantor Camat Mila Kabupaten Pidie, harus disosialisasikan dengan cara yang jelas, tepat, dan akurat agar masyarakat dapat memahami tata cara kepengurusan administrasi Kantor Camat.

Abstract

Purpose: Malaria has spread to over 100 countries with tropical and subtropical climates globally. Around 35% of the population in Indonesia lives in areas at risk of malaria infection, and 38 thousand people die each year from severe malaria caused by Plasmodium falciparum. Malaria outbreaks occur almost annually in Indonesia's various endemic areas. The purpose of this study was to ascertain Malaria Knowledge following Malaria Elimination in the Jaboi Health Center's UPTD Work Area in Sabang City. Methods: This research is descriptive by design Case-Control. The number of samples in this study was 7 people and 23 people as controls with chi-square test analysis. Results: According to the study's findings, there was a relationship between four broods and malaria (P = 0.014), no relationship between the habit of going out at night (P = 0.190), and a relationship between the use of repellents (0.009) and malaria following malaria elimination in the work area of UPTD Puskesmas. Jaboi, post-elimination cases of malaria knowlesi continue to occur due to an environment that is still conducive to mosquito breeding sites and as a result of the population's geographical location in an area with a high concentration of wild animals. Conclusion: There is a correlation between breeding sites and repellent use and malaria in the work area of the Jaboi Health Center UPTD Sabang City, but there is no correlation between the habit of going out at night and malaria in the work area of the Jaboi Health Center UPTD Sabang City.

Abstract

This study examines behavioral intention indicators towards financial technology in the Islamic banking sector in Indonesia. Behavioral intention indicators consist of belief in outcomes and Commitment to Act. This study uses a quantitative approach. Purposive sampling technique was used, resulting in a sample size of 383 participants, selected through the Unknown Populations method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed via Google Forms.  In this study, the population consists of banking service users who have interacted with financial technology. The criteria established include individuals aged 18 and above who have used financial technology products or services within the last six months. The research location is selected in Indonesia, conducted from January to May 2025. The analysis carried out includes validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, and regression analysis tests (ANOVA). The model used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that belief in outcomes has a positive and significant effect on financial technology, while commitment to act also has a positive and significant effect on this financial technology.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the application of the Beyond Budgeting method as a strategic approach to enhance performance within the Surakarta City Government. Through observational methods and SWOT analysis, the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats facing the local government were identified. The findings reveal a pressing need for innovative management strategies, particularly in addressing issues such as corruption prevention, financial deficits, and the efficient allocation of resources. Embracing the Beyond Budgeting method emerges as a novel solution to streamline operations, foster transparency, and promote accountability. This research underscores the importance of adaptive governance models in navigating complex challenges faced by municipal administrations. The implications of adopting the Beyond Budgeting method include improved decision-making processes, enhanced service delivery, and sustainable development outcomes.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan wawasan bagi tenaga kependidikan dalam pengelolaan administrasi keuangan sekolah di lingkungan Amal Usaha Muhammadiyah (AUM) binaan. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh pengelola administrasi keuangan sekolah yang terdiri dari 52 satuan pendidikan setingkat SD, 13 satuan pendidikan stingkat SMP dan 8 satuan pendidikan tingkat SMA. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini menggunakan sistem informasi akuntansi pendidikan dasar dan menengah (SIADIKDASMEN) yang dikembangkan oleh Lembaga Pembinaan dan Pengawas Keuangan Pimpinan Pusat Muhammadiyah. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan dan wawasan peserta terkait penggunaan Siadikdasmen merupakan hal baru dalam tatakelola administrasi keuangan sekolah. Namun demikian proses penyampaian materi sistem oleh narasumber berjalan lancar, seluruh peserta tidak mengalami hambatan yang serius. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa sistem tersebut dapat dipraktikan oleh sebagian besar peserta. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan dokumen kerja sama untuk tindak lanjut pendampingan antara program studi Akuntansi FEB UMS dan majelis DIKDASMEN PDM kabupaten Sukoharjo..

Abstract

Program zakat telah menjadi instrumen penting dalam upaya pemberdayaan ekonomi umat di Indonesia. Meskipun demikian, implementasinya menghadapi sejumlah tantangan yang mempengaruhi efektivitas dan dampaknya. Artikel ini melakukan analisis terhadap tantangan dan prospek pemberdayaan ekonomi umat melalui program zakat di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan data sekunder dan tinjauan literatur, artikel ini mengeksplorasi isu-isu seperti efektivitas pengelolaan zakat, pengentasan kemiskinan, inklusi keuangan, transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan kesadaran masyarakat. Selain itu, artikel ini juga mengidentifikasi beberapa prospek untuk meningkatkan kontribusi zakat dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi umat. Diharapkan artikel ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memperdalam pemahaman tentang peran zakat dalam ekonomi Islam dan menyoroti langkah-langkah yang dapat diambil untuk meningkatkan dampaknya dalam konteks Indonesia.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are a symbol of the strength of a region that must be developed. To support the development of MSMEs which continue to grow, various strategies are needed, especially how to encourage effective and efficient performance improvement. If these conditions can be implemented well, the development of MSMEs will facilitate the monitoring system for MSME performance by regional governments as an important part of improving regional performance, in this case the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and MSMEs. Apart from that, the consequences will have a direct impact on increasing regional economic value, especially on the growth of the creative economy which arises from the growth of MSMEs based on local wisdom, namely sharia-based. Therefore, it is very necessary to innovate policies by regional governments as an effort to accelerate regional economic development. This research is empirical research through a conclusive research design, namely by using data analysis using the Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) method with the aim of seeing the advantages or strengths of each dimension of the MSME performance variables and the implementation of a sharia-based creative economy. The population that will be taken is all MSMEs in Lhokseumawe City based on data sources from the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and UMKM as the authority to supervise or monitor the performance of MSMEs. The sample determination method uses simple random sampling using the Isacc & Michael Table technique . The research results explain that the performance of MSMEs has the greatest contribution when compared to the implementation of a sharia-based creative economy in the Lhokseumawe City area. The results of the research prove that there is a need for regional government policy innovation, in this case the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and MSMEs, especially regarding monitoring and stimulating the performance of MSMEs through the existence of programs that encourage increasing the application of a creative economy based on local wisdom so that regions have advantages as a basis for implementing sharia Islam in Aceh Province.

Abstract

This research aims to translate Financial Services Authority Regulations into the clauses of business contracts between commercial banks and providers of information technology goods and services by harmonizing agreements with contractual law principles, especially to reach mutual agreements to mitigate legal disputes. The harmonization process starts from the planning, preparation, implementation, and contract termination stages. The research method used in this article is normative legal research, which aims to research, study, and analyze laws and regulations relating to banking, the OJK, and business contracts between banks and providers of information technology goods and services. This research will use several approaches, including a case approach, a statutory approach, and a conceptual approach. The results of this research emphasize the importance of banks providing standard business contracts that comply with the provisions in MRTI SEOJK to facilitate initial identification and the need for harmonization of clauses that require negotiation with information technology providers. In mitigation efforts, the Bank has considered to accept and control the risks after obtaining approval from management.
