Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi dalam bahan ajar belum optimal dalam pembelajaran. Keterbatasan media pembelajaran interaktif membuat proses pembelajaran terkesan monoton. Pendidik belum menggunakan bahan ajar inovatif dan belum mengenal banyak software pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan menciptakan E-LKPD berbasis aplikasi liveworksheets pada materi Nirmana kelas XI di SMKN 1 Cikulur, Kabupaten Lebak. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE untuk mengembangkan dan memvalidasi efektivitas produk. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, uji validasi ahli materi dan media, angket, serta pretest dan posttest. Data yang diperoleh diuji dalam pembelajaran dan dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil uji validasi ahli materi dan media menunjukkan skor rata-rata 93% (sangat layak). Uji efektivitas dengan N-Gain menghasilkan skor 0,76 (tinggi/efektif), menunjukkan E-LKPD berbasis liveworksheets meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran, memudahkan pemahaman materi, dan meningkatkan semangat belajar siswa. Respon siswa terhadap E-LKPD berbasis liveworksheets juga sangat positif dengan skor 93%, menunjukkan bahan ajar ini menarik dan mendukung pembelajaran di kelas. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah lembar kerja peserta didik digital berbasis aplikasi liveworksheets pada materi nirmana memiliki implikasi positif.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the influence of interpersonal intelligence leadership competence of school principals on the productivity of elementary schools in Serang City. This research was conducted in Elementary Schools, Serang City, Banten Province which are spread over six sub-districts, namely Cipocok Jaya, Curug, Kasemen, Taktakan, Walantaka, and Serang. This research is a research with a quantitative approach using ex post facto survey research methods. This research method was chosen by considering the problems and the purpose of this study, namely to analyze the effect of the managerial competence of school principals on the productivity of elementary schools in Serang City. In addition, this research data was collected not necessarily through treatment that was deliberately carried out by researchers but the data collected was already available in the field and owned by the respondents so that only required instruments in the form of a questionnaire to collect these data. After conducting research, it was found that there was no positive direct effect of interpersonal intelligence on school productivity in the scope of Elementary Schools in Serang City, Banten Province. This explains that increasingly adequate interpersonal intelligence has not been able to have a positive impact on increasing school productivity in the scope of Elementary Schools in Serang City, Banten Province

Abstract

Pendidikan saat ini semakin menekankan pentingnya tidak hanya pencapaian akademis, tetapi juga perkembangan sosial dan emosional peserta didik. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan kompetensi sosial dan emosional peserta didik di sekolah dasar. Dengan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, diharapkan peserta didik dapat meningkatkan dan mengembangkan keterampilan sosial dan emosional seperti keterampilan berinteraksi, keterampilan bekerjasama, keterampilan bertanggungjawab, memiliki rasa empati, keterampilan menghargai pendapat orang lain dengan lebih baik. pendekatan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif metode deskriptif, teknik penghimpunan data menggunakan teknik observasi, kegiatan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi. Temuan penelitian menyatakan bahwa 1) guru merancang perencanaan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, 2) guru menerapkan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi berdasarkan karakteristik pembelajaran meliputi kegiatan berdiferensiasi konten, proses, produk dan lingkungan belajar, 3) implikasi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi secara signifikan berkontribusi dalam upaya meningkatkan kompetensi sosial dan emosional peserta didik, 4) faktor pendukung pada penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi untuk meningkatkan kompetensi sosial dan emosional berasal dari kompetensi guru, dukungan dari kepala sekolah dan guru lainnya, kontribusi peserta didik, serta pelatihan atau seminar terkait pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya meliputi kurangnya saran dan prasarana, kurangnya dukungan masyarakat serta kurangnya durasi pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students’ learning outcome through madrasah education quality reform project for English teacher professional. There was a problem in student learning outcome in Madrasah Tsanawiyah, the average of the national examination was under 50%. This study used evaluation model of countenance that was developed by Stake. There were three aspects in this evaluation, (1) context evaluation, (2) process evaluation and (3) outcome evaluation. The result of context evaluation showed that 57.5% the policy of program was appropriate with the activity and it was relevance with the trainee duties in workplace. Meanwhile the process evaluation showed 64,6% this program run well according to established plan. There was an increase students’ learning outcome in Madrasah assessment about 0,43%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how classroom management based on religious moderation in Religious Education and Budi Pekerti subjects in class IC SD Mardi Yuana Serang. The research method used is qualitative with descriptive research type. The informants in this study were the principal, religion teacher, and IC class students. Data obtained through interviews, observation, documentation. The results of this study indicate that SD Mardi Yuana Serang conducted a needs analysis before the implementation of religious moderation-based classroom management. In its implementation, the teacher adjusts diversity in the classroom, namely prayers performed by each child according to their religion, followed by checking the attendance of students. Learning general religious subject matter supported by learning media, then discussions by distributing groups that are divided randomly so that children are involved in discussions with all friends without choosing. This process can be seen from the results of the written test as well as observations made.

Abstract

The portrait of our national education can be said to have not run optimally according to its objectives. Compared to achieving the quality of human resources of developed countries, we must admit that we are still far behind. Even compared to neighboring countries such as Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, or Vietnam, we are also lagging. This study aims to explore and map four problems for some teachers that are considered a mental burden in carrying out their duties as educators. These four issues are bureaucratic support, the dilemma of curriculum changes, the challenges of the digital era, and the socio-economic welfare system. This study is descriptive and qualitative with more emphasis on the authors' views, assisted by previous studies or research from various journals as a comparative reference or reinforcement of this study, and by utilizing reports from other official sources. The results show that bureaucracy, curriculum, digital transformation, and socio-economic welfare significantly affect teachers' quality. This study concludes that many things need to be addressed, ranging from bureaucratic reform in the education sector, curriculum implementation that does not burden the administrative duties of teachers, the ability of teachers to implement digital transformation, and improving the socio-economic welfare of teachers. It is hoped that the results of this study will also become reference material for further research, become a concern for the government in making decisions, and become one of the references for teachers in improving their competence.

Abstract

The use of electronic modules in the implementation of Independent Learning Independent Campus (MBKM) in higher education has proven to be effective in improving the quality of learning and student learning outcomes. Research shows that electronic modules, such as those based on Project Based Learning (PjBL), hypercontent, and e-pub, provide flexible interactivity and support independent and collaborative learning. The study reveals the development of entrepreneurship modules in the ISI Yogyakarta Music Education Study Program, which has been highly successful. The module has been validated with a high score of 93, meeting the standards of practitioners, academics, and communication experts. It has also improved students' knowledge and motivation in the creative industry. The module's structure and content make learning more straightforward, and students have provided positive feedback. It is also relevant to the graduate profiles of the program, including art managers, consultants, and music educators. This study highlights the importance of entrepreneurship modules in meeting students' academic needs and empowering them in the business world. This module also helps students master difficult concepts, increase their interest and practical skills, and motivate them to face work challenges. In response to MBKM, the electronic module allows students to learn flexibly, be relevant to the real world, and develop 21st-century skills. Therefore, the development more interactive modules and technology-based applications needs to be improved, and lecturers and students must be trained to utilize this technology. Collaboration with industry and educational technology developers is also important to create modules that suit the needs of the world of work. Continuous evaluation and innovation are needed so that the module remains relevant to technological developments and future educational demands.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology in the era of digital transformation presents new challenges for the education sector, particularly in strengthening pedagogical foundations. This study aims to explore strategies for enhancing teachers' pedagogical competencies in response to educational demands in the digital age. A qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through observations, interviews, and document analysis involving teachers who have participated in competency enhancement programs. The findings indicate that strengthening teachers' pedagogical competencies focuses not only on the use of technology in learning but also on developing students' critical and creative thinking skills. Teachers play the role of facilitators who encourage active student participation and create collaborative learning environments through the utilization of digital learning resources. Furthermore, the study found that integrating technology into the curriculum and instruction can enhance student motivation and engagement, making learning more interactive and relevant to contemporary needs. The implications of this research highlight the importance for teachers to continuously develop their pedagogical competencies to adapt to ongoing changes and meet the expectations of 21st-century education.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter bagi siswa sekolah dasar masih belum maksimal, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan banyaknya siswa yang kurang disiplin dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran serta masih banyaknya siswa yang melakukan pelanggaran pelanggaran moral. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi pendidikan karakter disiplin pada peserta didik dalam pelaksanaan di kelas IV dan hasil dari implementasi pendidikan karakter disiplin pada pesera didik kelas IV SD. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV SD, dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV A yang berjumlah 25 orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik non-tes yakni observasi dan wawancara. Data hasil penelitian kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif yaitu dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan melalui wawancara bahwa guru “memahami” terkait strategi pendidikan karakter disiplin pada peserta didik dalam pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran di kelas IV. Hasil dari observasi guru dalam implementasi pendidikan karakter disiplin pada peserta didik dapat disimpulkan bahwa guru “memahami” pendidikan karakter disiplin kepada peserta didik, serta hasil dari observasi peserta didik dapat disimpulkan bahwa peserta didik memiliki dampak “baik” dengan tercapainya tujuan mengimplementasikan pendidikan karakter disiplin dalam mendukung layanan kualitas belajar untuk melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran pada penerapan di kelas.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi komunikasi data menghadirkan tantangan baru terkait manipulasi dan kebocoran informasi, sehingga diperlukan metode pengamanan yang lebih efektif dan andal. Kriptografi dapat mengenkripsi pesan agar sulit dipecahkan, tetapi keberadaannya masih dapat dikenali dan berisiko dianalisis lebih lanjut. Untuk mengatasi kelemahan ini, penelitian ini mengombinasikan steganografi Least Significant Bit (LSB) dengan enkripsi multi-layer menggunakan Vigenère Cipher dan Caesar Cipher guna meningkatkan keamanan data digital. Metode ini menerapkan dua lapisan perlindungan : pertama, enkripsi ganda yang mengacak pesan sebelum penyisipan agar lebih sulit direkonstruksi; kedua, teknik steganografi LSB yang menyisipkan pesan terenkripsi ke dalam citra digital tanpa mengubah struktur visual secara mencolok. Eksperimen dilakukan dengan mengukur kualitas citra hasil steganografi menggunakan PSNR dan analisis histogram untuk menilai perubahan visual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode ini mampu menyisipkan pesan secara optimal tanpa menurunkan kualitas citra secara signifikan, dengan PSNR tetap berada pada tingkat tinggi, yang menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan antara citra stego dan citra asli hampir tidak terlihat. Selain itu, analisis histogram membuktikan bahwa distribusi piksel sebelum dan sesudah penyisipan tetap stabil, sehingga metode ini sulit dideteksi oleh analisis visual. Dengan demikian, pendekatan kombinasi kriptografi dan steganografi ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan keamanan data digital tanpa mengorbankan kualitas visual, sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai solusi andal untuk perlindungan informasi dalam komunikasi modern.
