The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of regional financial independence, effectiveness of PAD, efficiency of regional expenditures and harmony of expenditure on the allocation of capital expenditure. The sample used in this study is the entire population, namely 19 regencies / municipalities covering 12 regencies and 7 municipalities in West Sumatra Province. The research period is 2013-2016, so the total sample data is 76 sample data. The analysis is carried out using Eviews 8. The results of testing of the four factors that influence the allocation of capital expenditures show that regional financial independence and effectiveness of PAD do not affect the allocation of capital expenditure, while regional financial efficiency and harmonious regional expenditure have a significant positive effect on the allocation of capital expenditure . Real estate is one of the region physical growth indicators, an increasing in this sector showing the human and their activity in that area, real estate also serves as the locomotive of the economy, increased the growth of the real estate will trigger a multiplier in other sectors, especially the service, trade and industry sector. This paper designed to determine the development of real estate based on the distribution, movement patterns and its impact on the economy of Surakarta city. This study used two approaches, the first approach is spatial analysis for determine distribution, movement patterns of real estate and the second is statistical approaches for determine correlationbetween real estate and economic growth in Surakarta City. This study show that residential real estate directly growth to the Jebres sub-district, Banjarsari, and Serengan. Service sector and trade leads and clustered at sub-district Serengan and Laweyan, while the industrial sector isconcentrated in the region and parts of Serengan and Pasar Kliwon. Pattern of real estate developments in Surakarta identic with multiple nuclei concept and the central activity (CBD) located in the Pasar Kliwon sub district and Ir Sutami road (Jebres sub-district). Statistical approach result that there is no significant correlation between the growth of real estate and economic growth in Surakarta between the years 1993 - 2011 at 5 or 10 percent degree of error. Highest use analysis shows that the service sector is located in Pasar Kliwon and Banjarsari district, while trade and industry sectors present in the Pasar Kliwon and Serengan.Keyword: real estate, spatial development, economic growth, correlation.

Background: Infection with Helicobacter pylori (HP) estimated to occur in 50% of the population in the world. Helicobacter pylori infection causes inflammation of the gastric mucosa and gastric epithelial release of interleukin-1β, interleukin-6, interleukin-8 and tumor necrosis factor α. Interleukin-8 plays a role in the degree of chronic inflammation of the gastric mucosa and gastric cancer risk. There has been no research on differences in the expression of interleukin-8 is based on chronic and chronic active inflammation on biopsy of the gastric mucosa with Helicobacter pylori infection in Hospital Dr. Sardjito.Objective: To prove the differences in the expression of interleukin-8 of chronic inflammation and gastric mucosal biopsy active chronic infection with Helicobacter pylori.Methods: This study used a cross-sectional design. Examined the expression of interleukin-8 on the rest of the biopsy sample HP (+) in August 2009 to March 2014. Classification of chronic inflammatory and chronic active obtained through histopathology report. Categorical numerical data from the two groups, unpaired, the distribution is not normal: Mann-Whitney test. Differences were considered significant if it was obtained p <0.05 with a confidence interval of 95%.Results: There were 41 samples of gastric mucosa biopsy preparations, comprising 9 samples of chronic inflammation and 32 samples of chronic inflammatory active of the gastric mucosa. The median value of the expression of IL-8 eptitel surface on chronic inflammation by 83 (40-94)% and the active chronic inflammation by 82 (19-94). Comparison test with Mann Whitney U test. From the statistical calculations p value = 0.887 with p> 0.05Conclusion: There is no difference in the expression of interleukin-8 in inflammatory chronic active and chronic inflammation of the gastric mucosa with Helicobacter pylori infection.Keywords: Helicobacter pylori, interleukin-8, chronic inflammation and chronic inflammatory active.

This article elaborates on Fakhruddin ar-Razi thougts about psychiatric and mental health. The research used a qualitative method. The findings showed that soul according to Fakhruddin ar-Razi, divided into three souls that are rational, emotional souls and animal. Furthermore, ar-Razi thoughts about Islamic mental health are love and romance, fairness, envy, anger, falsehood, miser and greed. All of these require Islamic therapy for healing.

Makalah ini membahas tentang modifikasi metode Weerakoon dan Homeier, yang menggunakan rata-rata Harmonik. Selanjutnya, turunan pertama ditaksir menggunakan penyetaraan metode Varian super-Halley dan Newton-Steffensen dengan menambahkan parameter riil . Berdasarkan penelitian diperoleh metode baru yang memiliki orde konvergensi tiga untuk dan orde konvergensi empat untuk serta melibatkan tiga evaluasi fungsi. Simulasi numerik dilakukan terhadap beberapa fungsi untuk menunjukkan performa modifikasi metode Weerakoon dan Homeier.

The research was conducted at PT. Lion Mentari Airlines in order to determine how Service Quality, Image either directly or indirectly on Customer Loyalty through of Customer Satisfaction. The sample in this study are 135 cus-tomer at PT. Lion Mentari Airlines, with testing data analysis used in this studyis a Test Validity, Reliability Test, Test Classical Assumptions, Methods Msi. Data analysis methodused is the method of path analysis or path analysis with the help of Statistica Package of Social Science (SPSS) version 21.0. From the proceeds of the test that have been done, the path of Service Quality (X1) significantly impact to Customer Satisfaction (Y1). The result of the path of Image (X2) had a significantly impact to Customer Satisfaction (Y1). The path of Customer Satisfac-tion (Y1) not had significantly impact to Customer Loyalty (Y2). The result of the path of Service Quality (X1) had a significantly impact to Customer Loyalty (Y2). The result of the path of Image (X2) had a significantly impact to Customer Loyal-ty (Y2). The last is, the path of Service Quality (X1) to Customer Loyalty (Y2) through of Customer Satisfaction (Y1) had a direct effect and don’t had indirect effect. The result of the path of Image (X2) to Customer Loyalty (Y2) through of Customer Satisfaction (Y1) had a direct effect and don’t had indirect effect.Keywords: Customer, Satisfaction, Loyalty, Service Quality, and Image.

The Incidence of type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in Indonesia tends to increase inlast 10 years. This has become a more serious problem especially since diabetesis often undiagnosed due to severe complications occur on long period enough(undiagnosed DM). Because of that screening for blood glucose levels isnecessary to detect diabetes mellitus. On the other hand several studies foundthat Body Mass Index (BMI) also has correlation too with blood glucose levels.Civil servants is a group of people at high risk of developing obesity, whereobesity itself is one of risk factor for increased level of blood glucose. Themeasurements of fasting blood glucose with enzymatic method and body massindex in 43 civil servans of Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Riau which whom neverdiagnosed as diabetes mellitus has been tested. And the correlation between theBMI and fasting blood glucose has been computed. Spearman test result the Pscores is 0.276 (P>0.05) and therefore concludes that there is no correlationbetween Body Mass Index and Fasting Blood Glucose in this researchKeywords : Diabetes Mellitus, Body Mass Index, Fasting Blood Glucose, Civilservants

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan : (1) Menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada RS Ibnu Sina YW UMI Makassar (2) Menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja perawat pada Ruang Rawat Inap RS Ibnu Sina YW UMI Makassar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan klinis yaitu perawat rawat inap, dengan jumlah karyawan yaitu 106 orang dengan jumlah sample 84 karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh secara serempak terhadap kinerja karyawan dan secara parsial ternyata komitmen organisasi yang paling dominan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja perawat pada Ruang Rawat Inap RS Ibnu Sina YW UMI Makassar. Kata Kunci: Analisis Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Komitmen Organisasi, Kinerja Perawat Abstract This study aims: (1) to analyze the influence of leadership on employee performance at Ibnu Sina Hospital YW UMI Makassar (2) to analyze the effect of organizational commitment on nurse performance in the inpatient room at Ibnu Sina Hospital YW UMI Makassar. The population in this study were clinical employees, namely inpatient nurses, with a total of 106 employees with a sample of 84 employees. The results showed that leadership and organizational commitment simultaneously affected employee performance and partially organizational commitment was the most dominant influence on the performance of nurses in the Inpatient Room of Ibnu Sina Hospital YW UMI Makassar. This study aims to analyze the effect of social media marketing on brand image and repeat purchases, and to analyze the role of brand image in mediating the effect of social media marketing on repeat purchases in the Fast-Food Restaurant industry in Medan. The respondents are consumers who have made purchases at five fast food restaurants in Medan. 140 people were selected using random sampling. Data collected using questionnaire and interviews, and analyzed using descriptive and path analysis. The results proved that social media marketing was significantly influenced brand image; brand image was significantly influenced repeat purchase; and, social media marketing was significantly influenced repeat purchase. Moreover, social media marketing proved has no significant effect on repeat purchase through brand image as mediator.

Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peranan penting dalam perekonomian negara, baik dari sisi penciptaan lapangan kerja maupun dari sisi jumlah usaha. UMKM Cendawan House memiliki kendala dalam aktivitas usahanya berupa belum dimilikinya pembukuan yang baik, struktur, dan pembagian tugas sehingga berdampak pada tingkat produktivitas dan pemasaran produk yang dihasilkan. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut maka dilaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian dengan mitra pengabdian yakni UMKM Cendawan House yang berada di Kelurahan Tebing Tinggi Okura, Kecamatan Rumbai Pesisir, Kota Pekanbaru, Provinsi Riau. Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan yakni pemberdayaan melalui sosialisasi manajemen usaha untuk mengatasi masalah manajemen UMKM Cendawan House. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah mitra memiliki pembukuan yang baik, struktur, dan pembagian tugas serta wewenang yang jelas yang kemudian juga berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan produksi dan pemesaran produk yang dihasilkan. Dari kegiatan ini disimpulkan bahwa permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra dapat diselesaikan setelah pelaksanaan kegiatan ini.
