Abstract

Abstract

The potential of coffee culinary tourism and the position of gayo arabica coffee products themselves have a strong position both nationally and internationally because they have a distinctive aroma and taste. However, the Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) pandemic that has occurred since March 2020 has had a huge impact on various tourism sectors in Indonesia in general and Aceh Province in particular, especially in the field of socio-cultural tourism. The corona outbreak, which has become more massive lately, has greatly disrupted the culinary tourism industry to a significant point due to the lack of visitors. This condition will cause various impacts in the realm of Gayo Arabica coffee culinary tourism itself. The various impacts felt by coffee culinary tourism in Central Aceh Regency must be known in order to prepare solutions so that they can explore more potential that has not been optimized in advancing coffee culinary tourism. This research was conducted in Central Aceh Regency. This is because Central Aceh Regency is the main production area of Gayo Arabica coffee which has many culinary tours with a concentration of coffee commodities as raw materials. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method. Qualitative Research Method is a method used to research on the condition of natural objects, where the researcher is the key instrument (Sugiyono, 2005). Furthermore, according to Moleong (2005), qualitative research is research that intends to understand the phenomenon of what is experienced by the research subject. The research methods used were observation, deep interview and FGD (Focus Group Discussion). This research produces TKT 1 with output targets in the form of (1) scientific publications in crosreff or national accredited research journals with accepted status, (2) IPR of research reports with granted status, (3) publication of activities in print or online media.

The third stage was analyzing the lesson plans (RPS) that lecturers have made before entering the classroom. The results of this study were as follows: 1) A large number of lecturers were already aware of contextual-based learning methods such as giving students the freedom to discuss, making the physical environment of the classroom conducive, and conducting periodic evaluations, all of which are felt to increase student motivation and trigger student creativity. 2) There were some lecturers who still implement traditional modes during lectures such as the lecture method, which is very monotonous for students so they have limited opportunities to actively participate during lectures.

Abstract

Heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF) is a condition associated with high morbidity and mortality. Changes in left ventricular geometry, diastolic function, and cardiac power output (CPO) are key indicators in the management of heart failure. ARNI and ACE inhibitors have been proven effective to treat this condition, but comparative studies on these therapies in the Asian population remain limited. This study was conducted to assess changes in left ventricular geometry, diastolic function, and CPO in heart failure patients following ARNI therapy compared to ACE inhibitors among Indonesian. This observational study employed a prospective cohort design involving 73 heart failure patients divided into two groups: the ARNI group and the ACE inhibitor group. Evaluations were conducted at first admission/recruitment and after three months period of therapy using echocardiography to assess parameters of left ventricular geometry (LVMI and RWT), diastolic function (E/e' ratio), and CPO. The use of ARNI or ACE inhibitors over three months showed a significant reduction in LVMI, accompanied by an improvement in diastolic function marked by a significant decrease in the E/e' ratio (p < 0.05). However, no significant differences were observed between the two groups. CPO values increased in both groups with a p-value < 0.05, where ARNI therapy showed a greater improvement compared to ACE inhibitors (p = 0.048). The use of ARNI and ACE inhibitors in heart failure patients can improve CPO, left ventricular geometry, and diastolic function, with ARNI therapy providing a better enhancement in CPO compared to ACE inhibitors.

Abstract

At Universitas Islam Makassar, study program accreditation is still managed manually. This slows down the process, increases the workload, and makes errors more likely. This research introduces a web-based accreditation system designed to simplify document submission, verification, and assessment. The system was developed using the Waterfall model, moving through requirement analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Three user roles were defined: administrator, head of study program, and assessor, each with tailored access and features. Functions include structured document uploads, real-time accreditation tracking, and role-based dashboards. The system was tested using black-box testing, and all key features worked as intended. Results show the system improves process speed, reduces manual work, and helps stakeholders manage accreditation more efficiently. Further features like video uploads and automated notifications are planned for future updates.

Abstract

The rapid expansion of digital media and the surge of misinformation have created a profound epistemological crisis that challenges established notions of truth and knowledge. This study analyzes the reconstruction of truth in the post-truth era, in which emotional narratives and ideological biases frequently outweigh empirical evidence. Employing a descriptive-analytical method, the research explores the implications of post-truth dynamics for epistemic authority, public trust, and digital literacy. Primary and secondary sources including academic literature, books, and peer-reviewed articles on epistemology and digital media are examined to provide a comprehensive theoretical framework. The findings indicate that misinformation is often fueled by emotional persuasion, algorithmic personalization intensifies ideological polarization, and diminishing institutional credibility accelerates epistemic relativism. These conditions collectively weaken society’s capacity to distinguish reliable information from falsehoods. The study concludes that reconstructing truth in the digital age requires a multidimensional strategy that integrates robust digital literacy, transparent media practices, and strengthened epistemic responsibility. Such an approach is essential to restoring informed judgment, rebuilding trust, and safeguarding the integrity of knowledge in contemporary public discourse.
