Abstract

This study examines Al-Akhlāq Lilbanāt by Sheikh ‘Umar bin Ahmad Baraja’, a key reference in the moral education curriculum of many Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia. The main problem identified is the use of hadiths presented only in matan form without clear references to primary hadith sources, raising questions about their authenticity and methodological accuracy. The research aims to evaluate the validity of these hadiths through analysis of citation, writing accuracy, and consistency of meaning compared to reputable hadith compilations. Using a comparative thematic analysis, the study finds that Sheikh ‘Umar prioritizes pedagogical and moral dimensions over strict methodological precision in transmission. Although references are often missing, the meanings of the hadiths remain consistent with authoritative sources. The findings suggest that the book’s educational impact is strengthened by its contextual relevance, yet it would benefit from annotated editions that include verified hadith sources to enhance scholarly reliability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development strategy of processed Gayo Arabica coffee products in Central Aceh and Bener Meriah Regencies as an effort to enhance the added value and competitiveness of this regional superior commodity. The research employed a descriptive quantitative method with data collected through observations, interviews, and surveys involving farmers and coffee industry actors. The analysis used the SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) approach combined with the IFE and EFE matrices to evaluate the internal and external conditions of the Gayo coffee industry. The results show that the strategic position of Gayo Arabica coffee lies in the Weakness–Opportunities (W–O) quadrant, indicating that development strategies should focus on utilizing external opportunities to overcome internal weaknesses. The main strengths are the distinctive flavor and aroma recognized globally, as well as institutional support such as cooperatives and international certifications (Fair Trade, Organic, and Geographical Indication). The primary weaknesses include limited processing technology, low human resource capacity, and restricted access to finance. The recommended strategies include improving post-harvest technology and human resource capacity, strengthening MSME and cooperative institutions, developing the “Gayo Specialty” brand, and utilizing digital marketing and coffee tourism. Implementing these strategies is expected to transform the Gayo coffee industry from a raw bean exporter into a high-value processed coffee industry with global competitiveness, thereby contributing to local community welfare and sustainable regional economic growth.

Abstract

PT WOOK TECNOLOGY adalah salah satu perusahaan besar yang bergerak dibidang jasa logistiks di Indonesia.Manajemen keamanan informasi sangat diperlukan sebagai upaya untuk meminimalkan resiko dalam meningkatnya ancaman data dan informasi. Keamanan Sistem informasi terdiri atas perlindungan harian, yang disebut keamanan informasi (information security) dan persiapan-persiapan operasional. Pengolahan data merupakan bagian dari operasional bisnis perusahaan. standard ISO 27001:2005 adalah yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. menyesuaikan dengan instrumen penelitian pada kebutuhan organisasi yang dikembangkan dan fokus pada manajemen keamanan informasi adalah standard ISO 27001:2005. Dikugnakannya standard ISO 27001:2005 agar dapat mengurangi resiko tingkat keamanan, dan meningkatkan control keamanan yang direkomendasikan pada PT.WOOK TECNOLOGY, serta melakukan evaluasi secara berkesinambungan.

Abstract

Kedai kopi di Kota Bekasi mengalami perkembangan yang cukup pesat sehingga menyebabkan persaingan yang cukup ketat. Pengunjung Kedai Norak Kopi Galaxy yang merupakan salah satu kedai kopi di Bekasi mengalami penurunan dan kenaikan yang flutuatif relatif menurun. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Produk dan Harga terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen di Kedai Norak Kopi Galaxy Bekasi. Populasi pada peneltian ini yaitu konsumen yang telah melakukan pembelian di Kedai Norak Kopi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 100 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Untuk analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda dengan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian statistik menunjukan bahwa diperoleh kualitas produk berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Kedai Norak Kopi Galaxy, hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung 2.277 dengan tingkat signifikasi 0,025 < a = 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, begitu pula harga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Kedai Norak Kopi Galaxy, hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung 12.548 dengan tingkat signifikasi 0,000 < a = 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,656 atau sebesar 65.6%. Artinya kualitas produk, dan harga memengaruhi 65.6% kepuasan konsumen, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the potential of kalelo yogurt as supplementary feeding to prevent stunting. This type of research was pre-experimental with the Post-test only design method with the yogurt formula treatment. The statistical analysis used was Complete Randomized Design (CRD) 3 X 2 followed by Duncan test to see the difference in each formulation. And the organoleptic test of kalelo yogurt was processed using the Analysis Of Variant (ANOVA) test and Duncan test to see the level of difference significant at α level of 0.05. Results: The best formula of kalelo yogurt based on nutrient content was F1, which was consumed simultaneously with other foods to increase its nutritional value. While organoleptic tests showed F3 as the best product, with a rating level of (somewhat dislike-neutral). Based on the test results, the panelists still did not like kalelo yogurt very much, as it can be seen from the results of panelist evaluations ranging from somewhat dislike to neutral (4-5). This could be due to the aroma, taste and texture that were different from a solid yogurt. With increasing incubation time, microbial activity increases and the number of microbes increases, resulting in the pH of the medium decreasing. The best kalelo yogurt product from organoleptic and nutrient content was F3 and F1, respectively. The nutritional, energy and micronutrient content of the three formulas were not significantly different. To fulfill the nutritional needs of sufficient numbers requirements, pregnant women are advised to consume several times a day accompanied by other foods.

Abstract

Tulisan ini dibuat untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen pembelajaran berbasis multiple intelligences dalam perspektif agama islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan dengan mengumpulkan berbagai sumber-sumber tulisan dan referensi lainnya untuk mendapatkan kesimpulan secara khusus. Agama islam telah mengatur semua urusan ummat manusia, dari hal terkecil sampai hal-hal yang besar, seperti manajemen didalam pembelajaran. Fakta ini bisa dibuktikan dengan membaca literatur baik yang ada didalam Al Qur’an, maupun sunah-sunnah Nabi yang mulia Muhammad ﷺ. Penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa manajemen pembelajaran berbasis multiple intellegences atau biasa dikenal dengan kecerdasan majemuk, telah dibahas didalam agama islam sejak empat belas abad yang lalu. Tulisan ini juga menjelaskan seperti apa kecerdasan majemuk, serta memaparkan bukti-bukti bahwa manajemen telah dijelaskan didalam islam, sebelum teori-teori manajemen dari barat bermunculan. Kecerdasan majemuk merupakan kecerdasan yang dianugerahi oleh Allah kepada seluruh ummat manusia yang ada di dunia. Melalui tulisan ini, diharapkan dapat membuka cakrawala ummat muslim tentang manajemen pembelajaran berbasis multiple intellegences dalam perspektif islam.

Abstract

The potential of coffee culinary tourism and the position of gayo arabica coffee products themselves have a strong position both nationally and internationally because they have a distinctive aroma and taste. However, the Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) pandemic that has occurred since March 2020 has had a huge impact on various tourism sectors in Indonesia in general and Aceh Province in particular, especially in the field of socio-cultural tourism. The corona outbreak, which has become more massive lately, has greatly disrupted the culinary tourism industry to a significant point due to the lack of visitors. This condition will cause various impacts in the realm of Gayo Arabica coffee culinary tourism itself. The various impacts felt by coffee culinary tourism in Central Aceh Regency must be known in order to prepare solutions so that they can explore more potential that has not been optimized in advancing coffee culinary tourism. This research was conducted in Central Aceh Regency. This is because Central Aceh Regency is the main production area of Gayo Arabica coffee which has many culinary tours with a concentration of coffee commodities as raw materials. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method. Qualitative Research Method is a method used to research on the condition of natural objects, where the researcher is the key instrument (Sugiyono, 2005). Furthermore, according to Moleong (2005), qualitative research is research that intends to understand the phenomenon of what is experienced by the research subject. The research methods used were observation, deep interview and FGD (Focus Group Discussion). This research produces TKT 1 with output targets in the form of (1) scientific publications in crosreff or national accredited research journals with accepted status, (2) IPR of research reports with granted status, (3) publication of activities in print or online media.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative study that aims to describe and explain how the performance of certified lecturers in implementing an active learning PAIKEMI model that takes place in the lecture process. This research took place at the Islamic State University of Antasari Banjarmasin, especially at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Keguruan, and targeted Islamic courses. The data collection process was carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. In the first stage, data would be taken by observing how certified lecturers deliver their lectures in the classroom and then initiating interviews and questionnaires with them as well as with students to capture how their perceptions during lectures take place in the second stage. The third stage was analyzing the lesson plans (RPS) that lecturers have made before entering the classroom. The results of this study were as follows: 1) A large number of lecturers were already aware of contextual-based learning methods such as giving students the freedom to discuss, making the physical environment of the classroom conducive, and conducting periodic evaluations, all of which are felt to increase student motivation and trigger student creativity. 2) There were some lecturers who still implement traditional modes during lectures such as the lecture method, which is very monotonous for students so they have limited opportunities to actively participate during lectures.

Abstract

One factor that greatly influences the success of a school is educational resources, excellent educational resources are produced by good quality management. Quality is very important in an educational institution, schools are said to be superior and able to compete if management is good. The purpose of this research is to provide understanding and insight regarding education quality management and educational assistance at MTs Darut Tafsir Al-Husaini. The result of this service activity is to improve the quality of madrasas to be even better so that madrasas have the potential to become superior and competitive madrasas.

This study aims to investigate the relationship between insurance and investment from an Islamic perspective, with a focus on adherence to sharia principles. In this context, this study analyzes Islamic principles related to insurance and investment, and their impact on Muslim societies. The research methodology involved a comprehensive literature study and a qualitative analysis of primary and secondary sources relevant to this topic. Various opinions and views from scholars and experts in the field of Islamic finance were also examined and analyzed.
